    @NOWTV it has been weeks now and the subtitles for The Pitt are still out of sync @HBOMax_UK can you help? I’m on episode 3 of series 1 and have had to stop because of this. It shouldn’t be this hard to provide access to all watchers.

    Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.

    @nowtv Anyone else having issues with Now app on phone and telly, its buffering evey 10 seconds all advice follwed to mitigate it down to app re- install

    @conor_gamble @NOWTV It is odd, I can access it on my phone & laptop but not TV. It must be a software problem at their end (just tv) related.
