@NOWTV can you help i started the sport monthly pass on now tv last month and for some reason its getting took from my bank every 2 weeks instead of every month it got paid again today and it says its getting took out again on the 24th January can you help resolve this please

What’s with @All4 app just NOT working. Same problem over and over again on both NowTV and Amazon firestick. Just doesn’t PLAY. Don’t have this problem with any other app. Basic functionality too much for All4?it’s like it using a f**king babbage. Just wanna watch some TV...

@NOWTV I continually get an error message on my account saying unable to sign in. This has been the case for months. Its a ridiculous level of service as your BOT chat is rubbish as it doesnt pick this up. Can someone please contact me

@NOWTV Hi, I have been trying that since this morning, but it keeps coming up with a message saying there seems to be a technical problem at the moment? I have gone in & changed my password & added a pin, but I have been billed as they ordered 24 hour Sky sports 😕
