  Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV

  @ImGoingFeral @nowtvhelp @NOWTV They haven't assisted in anyways, live chat can't answer questions, social media can't access accounts and there is no number to phone, making promises they don't keep. Whilst offering no help to resolve.

  @NOWTV Is there an issue with service in #DL14? Our internet is down on a NYE where everyone has to stay home. Your phone lines are closed. Perfect end to 2020 for your customers in the area?
