@virginmedia Hi Virgin. My parents are having an absolute mare with their broadband at the moment. Every single internet service is constantly buffering. Wired or wireless. Prime, Netflix, NowTV. Impossible to get through to any kind of support. Can you help?

NowTV is literally so trash. I paid £10 for it so I could watch one thing and I can’t watch it because it literally just keeps buffering. My internet is fine, YouTube and Netflix both work perfectly but nope. Not NowTV.

NowTv is useless , The Continue Watching List is empty on Now on pc & on the NowTv app yet on a different browser it's not empty. @NOWHelpTeam Also just bought a boost package & adverts still show. Fix it.

@NOWHelpTeam Boost is faulty. Lots of customers have complained about & it's still faulty. NowTv isn't worth even £1.00 it's a broken service. Don't reply with " I'm sorry you feel like that " etc. Get new staff @SkyUK for NowTv
