Less than a month with @NOWTV and its gone down twice, is half its claimed speed and the customer service is, frankly, crap. Had no service since 8am, phoned three times, Now claim its openreach (it isn't) and they're not fussed

DidcotSkelly (@DidcotSkelly) reported@NOWTV Moved from NowTV broadband to BT broadband but carrying on all NowTV subscriptions. Changing today, but @NOWTV felt it necessary to cancel broadband at midnight last night (20 minutes ago) Terrible behaviour. Won’t ever go back.
