    @NOWTV do you know your subtitles are ALWAYS out of synch with the movie? The subtitles are always 2 minutes ahead of what's happening on screen. It's very annoying! I think it's because you add adverts before the movie? That screws up the timing. FIX IT PLEASE.

    @Delulu_Lila where to put it? it's nowtv problem that they buys so many dizi for every season. and if you don't know one production can't have two dizis on same day. so everyone put their series where they can.

    Please fix the bug that makes the programme start with no picture, just sound. Every F1 I have to log in and out to get a picture and nearly miss the start! 🪲 (LG TV app) @NOWTV

    @NOWTV can you please explain why on Tuesday I was able to select Superfast broadband for the property I'm moving to but when I've gone back on today it will only let me choose Full Fibre? I don't want this as I can't wait for an engineer visit because I need broadband for work

    @NOWHelpTeam I thought the issue with two devices had been resolved but alas it's back to how it used to be. I don't have to force close any other app I subscribe to, why do I have to do it with nowtv?Why can the app not be intuitive enough to realise the first TV is on standby?

    Why is there no way to limit the playback quality in @NOW??? I live in the middle of nowhere so my internet isn't great so i'd like to lower the quality of streaming so it doesn't eat my bandwidth. Such a weird oversight considering every streaming service has this option. #NOWTV

    Then to have your help centre suggest I was doing something wrong and these deals were no longer available THEY ARE ACTIVE RIGHT NOW when I log in Don't lie to your customers. NowTV lied to me too and they will never get another penny. Neither will you.
