  I find @NOWTV is so inaccessible. Not at all user friendly and I don’t think I’ve watched anything yet where the subtitles work.

  @tdrumnbass Tom, you've contacted our team with an issue with your nowtv app, unfortunately you did not want to uninstall and reinstall the app due to the the football being on, which is understandable however I can not help resolve this without following this troubleshooting. Thanks

  @garyjamesjones @NOWTV I had the same issue, spoke to the guys at now tv via chat and they basically said, you need to buy a replacement.

  NowTV isn’t working on my windows 10 PC I’m getting error code VGC-4259315739:3 . I’ve uninstalled multiple times and restarted my router. Still getting the same error message
