    @NOWHelpTeam since the update the smart box (the freeview version) is really slow and can’t watch tv from the TV guide, have to go into the nowtv bit. Is this issue going to be resolved? Some shows are glitching too. My broadband is working perfectly. #nowtv

    @NOW Since the update to the Nowtv box, our black Nowtv box is continuously resetting half way through programmes and then not working at all. It keeps saying “error with the player” is this a known software issue?

    Got a weeks free trial to watch Justice League & got a free month of 'boost' (to 1080p apparently) & yet the quality of the NOWTV stream is absolute dogshite???

    Is there anything redeemable about NowTV? Gone for a free trial to watch Justice League but it has awful streaming quality issues and regular drop outs not to mention that stupid PIN UI that makes you reveal each number of your PIN as it's entered. Not worth paying for 😤

    @NOW @VodafoneUK I got a Nowtv sports pass as Sky Sports TV bonus is being cancelled which I redeemed about a month ago. Now this doesn't appear on my account. Can you help?

    @NOWHelpTeam I have nowtv open on a browser, I also have the app. I am on a PC. I am getting errors with pretty much every aspect of the website.

    @NOW Nowtv box. Not receiving any errors at all. But it is alot slower than pre update and the layout is not as user friendly. Thanks for reply.
