    For months now @Spotify app constantly closes on @NOWTV stick. No sign of a fix so I give up! Thankfully there's better alternative services, as I've neither the time nor the patience for this bs!

    @conor_gamble @NOWTV It is odd, I can access it on my phone & laptop but not TV. It must be a software problem at their end (just tv) related.

    @NOWTV why does everything I watch on your app now include audio description with no option to turn it off? Obviously there’s benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you can’t choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!

    @skytv your NOWtv app is terrible, especially on AppleTV: I’d like to subscribe to your UHD service, but I get no sound on AppleTV! You are loosing revenue. No option to watch from start on live tv! Should be able to stream past live TV almost immediately. Please fix these issues

    @LifeInWales @NOWTV Having the same issue, tried doing the online chat only for them to tell me it’s not necessarily NOW issues and it might be my network issue. It’s a joke
