    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Please explain your despicable service?! Despite contacting you on numerous occasisons over a period of 3 months, my problem still hasn’t been resolved! You are charging and taking money from my account for no service. I moved to @NOWTV in September!

    Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV

    Don’t understand why it’s so hard to get in contact with @NOWTV @NOWTV never get replies to my emails and the automated live chat is just awful! Just a con so u ring them and spend an unlawful amount for them to put you on hold! 🙄
