    @NOWTV windows 10 app keeps crashing, get a pop up saying Something is wrong. This app will now quit. Which as error messages go is somewhat south of useful. can you fix it please? £35 a month to not be able to watch TV is a bit crap

    @G33K_D4D @NOWTV it seems to be a issue initialising stream quality, if you move the popup out of the way, the stream quality eventually establishes itself and you can watch the relevant channel. Still not good enough for the money NowTV demand for their sub standard service

    @neilmerton @SkyHelpTeam @mgroshong I called nowtv (uses sky) and got told there’s a line outage. That’s all the info they’ve been given by openreach

    @nowtvhelp Hi, I just got charged for Ent Pass, but it didn't tell me my voucher expired and was charged the full price. I cancelled it but would like to have a refund. Live Chat doesn't work. Thx @NOWTV
