    @NOWTV The hub is fine. I know how to reset the box and other simple techniques to restore internet. It's the service not my ability to fix the issue.

    How on earth do you contact NowTV?! I need to work from home yet their router is blocking my systems. It seems there is zero support when things go wrong. Do not use Now TV is all I can say. @NOWTV

    @Nightshade82 Hi Julie, you should be able to fix this by: Navigate to C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow Delete the Cisco folder Open NowTV Player and it should work.

    @NOWTV why do I have to watch adverts before watching something when I'm already paying a subscription!?!? You're already the worst in your field and you're really not doing yourself any favours, the issues I have EVERY time I try and watch something are unreal.
