    @NOWTV once you get nowtv what are the different ways to access on smart TV? is there an app on certain TV appstore? If we can't access the app, is there a Web login to use as alternative? Just checking my TV is compatible

    @MimiJ9 @nowtvhelp The Nowtv update that removed the seperate Nowtv app also causes connection errors. The new UI is useless for some disabled customers.

    Nothing but issues trying to get @btsport on my @nowtvhelp stick. Been told its a BT thing and they've said its a nowTV thing. Absolute shambles. Won't let me create a BT ID without an account but it won't allow me to set one up

    @NOWTV hiya I’m logging in on my friends computer and for some reason it doesn’t recognise that I have a entertainment pass? I have enough availability for an extra device and I haven’t made multiple swaps this month? Please help :-)

    @NOWTV I’ve bought a sky sports day pass but it’s not letting me watch the game on the mobile app. An error message pops up saying I need to purchase a pass. My account even says the pass is active

    @NOWTV I doubt it unless you can improve the UI overnight? It would be nice if the shows resume where I left off-not a whole episode before. Simple commands from my remote like rwd and fwd don’t work. You have to manually use the on screen buttons. Easily the worst streaming platform.
