    @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV Appreciate investment in additional tech is probably not the way you want to go but it does now work on a Fire stick (which it didn't used to)

    @bt_uk Hi. Just reset nowtv box hasn’t changed a single thing… so has to be BT. The issue is this isn’t the first time it has done this and I’m fed up on changing the password every single time. I’ve have two tvs that use the bt app so once i changed the password a couple weeks -

    @NOWTV Hello - have BIG SPORT thru BT subscription - can’t get now tv app to allow me to watch on app ?? Please help

    @bt_uk Hi Alannah. Looks like someone has tried to hack the account and it’s been locked due to many unsuccessful login tries. NOWTV will unlock it within 72 hours. If there’s an issue after that then I will be back in touch.

    @jongreydavies @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV We had the same thing a while back. The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

    @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV I have a non smart TV. An Amazon Firestick would solve your issue.

    @NOWHelpTeam Nowtv cancelled the service because another provider told you they'll be taking over my phone line because their customer is moving to my address. That is totally wrong, noone is moving to my address and it takes you 2 weeks to reconnect my broadband. That's terrible
