@adamofbromham @SnoopyG7 @NOWTV You have to sync your account with Xbox... if you got to the app there is a code. You have to go to now tv web site then sign in with your email and password then go to the activate device page... input that code and you will be golden 👍

@Acekidder @SnoopyG7 This is exactly what I’ve got. How do you get now tv to work though? I’ve been paying a tenner a month since May or June and I haven’t used it once. It tells me to get a pass, but I’ve got a pass. Any help would be appreciated. @NOWTV

Not a great start to changing broadband to @NOWTV. Router hasnt arrived so no idea if internet will work on Monday which also means no idea if I can work on Monday 🙈

@antartica81 I often work in England and sometimes rent a flat when I am in longer projects. I find NowTV good for both the broadband and -if you want- TV packages because you can get it per month and not a minimum of a year or so contract.

@NOWTV How about little things like customer service and technical help? Your live chat doesn't work. There is an ongoing problem not being able to watch nowtv on windows 10 laptop.
