@nowthefilm has the nowtv gone down at the moment as I'm having a problem with my nowtv from my TV and the same with my PlayStation it just keeps on loading but nothing else please let me know whats happening

@NOWHelpTeam @NOWHelpTeam it also doesn't appear to be fraudulent so I don't want to go through my bank. I would prefer someone at NOWTV, where the issue lies, to take a look at why this happening, refund me, and stop it happening again.

@NOWTV This isn't a complaint, just some feedback. The NowTV phone app is troublesome. If I cast to my TV, it can't override what's already on the TV like other streaming apps can. So it gets confused and when you try again, it thinks there's a concurrency error.

@NOWTV Please Help Urgently. I am being charged monthly and can’t access account due to leaving old job and unable to access email. Please respond as your website is so not user friendly for such a complaint and having no phone number makes it so difficult and frustrating. Thks
