@NOWTV once I finally got setup - everything going well. Then this week, issues. My Internet starts playing up. I call. I despair....

  • robbiereviews Robbie Collin (@robbiereviews) reported

@antovolk @coffeedoughnuts @NOWTV (And FWIW I don’t think this will warm up the market for Bond et al to cash in in April; they’ll be starting from scratch again, with exactly the same problems they tried to dodge in August.)

  • Scernow Séan Cernow (@Scernow) reported

@BarclaysUK I have just discovered I am having money taken out of my account by @NOWTV for 'billing help' When I haven't used their service since May, possibly April. I would like some help please in getting the money back they have quietly dipped out of my account.

  • RektTenebris Benji 🦇 | (@RektTenebris) reported

@OdeToJamie_ Only issue with this one is that Sky has a deal with HBO. Which is why you see alot of their projects on NowTV. If that deal doesn't end we may not see Max here. Hopefully something gets sorted

  • HashimKashgari Hashim Kashgari (@HashimKashgari) reported

@nowtvhelp @KelvinRuthven @NOWTV I really wish you can fix a problem. All content is processed in 25 fps, speeding up and increasing the pitch of any 24fps content (pretty much all the movies). It irritates me when frames are 4% too fast, sounds are 4% too high-pitched, and every movie is 4% too short.

  • HooverRAD81 Boab🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@HooverRAD81) reported

@NOWTV I recently noticed that I'm getting charged more for this, and any time I try and go into my services, it tells me there's an error. I would like to know why I'm getting charged like a tenner more than I should be. :)

@ErisLovesMovies I too want to know this. I feel like we had to get the shitty NowTV app (shittiest of all apps) to watch The Game of Awful Endings show.

  • Carys_anne cosmicembodiment (@Carys_anne) reported

@NOWTV why is it so hard to speak to a human? None of the chatbot categories are related to my account issue.

  • Ricey003 Dave Rice (@Ricey003) reported

@NOWTV Thanks , there appears to be a connection issue with the TV live chat ATM

  • JGB_x Jessica Beattie (@JGB_x) reported
