@amazon I have to say that as a regular prime subscriber I am not happy with the quality playback of your video service. It's not our devices/cables or the internet as Netflix/Disney/nowtv/YouTube work fine. Please fix your service for streaming.

@NOWTV I’m having big issues with my new account. I’ve been billed for a cinema pass when trying to install the app on my TV (it said it was a free 7 day trial). I cancelled it immediately. Now being told I signed up for it alongside Ents & I didn’t! It’s two diff sign up times.

@SamsungUK @NOWTV Now tv app is telling me to update my firmware on an LS27AM500NUXEN. I have just manually updated to 1101.0, but NowTV still requests a firmware update. Any help?

Had nothing but issues with @NOWTV broadband since we moved in over a month ago. So many phone calls, two engineers later and I'm now facing all weekend with no Internet because I'm waiting 3 working days for my third engineer who I have zero confidence will do anything.

Can you help !!?? Had the NOWTv Player for a while on Mac and for the most part its been pretty reliable. However it now states ' You have screen recording software on your comp' and won't play!! I have read through the HELP page . And forums. Nothing works. anyone? @NOWTV

@PartyFreckle I dont know what D means but paying for a service should mean there aren't ads but so many have you pay for the service and give ads and bad quality but you can "boost" with more pay looking at you nowtv

Can we all just agree that among the plethora of streaming platforms for us to fix our eyeballs on, @NOWTV is patently the worst? They interrupt your viewing with ads, don’t let you stream on more than one device — and charge for the privilege. Without HBO they’d be nothing.
