  @AshBurns54 Sorry Ashley, these settings should be on your Xbox console not through the app. It may just be an issue on the NowTV app conflicting with the idle settings on the device.

  @NOWTV I have tried on safari, chrome and Firefox all say there is an error and I can’t be logged in. Being unwell I struggle to deal with things sometime, so this has been going on for a while now.

  Resubscribed to @NOWTV to watch #ADiscoveryOfWitchesS2 and as usual the bloody thing keeps having connectivity issues. This happens every single time, ever since the days when I used to subscribe to watch GoT. Why can’t they fix this??

  @NOWTV An LG Smart TV. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting. The service is terrible.

  @NOWTV I mean that technically should work as a workaround. However, the resolved IP address for your landing page, 90.216.151.68, doesn't seem to be the one your login server is using and therefore isn't being caught. This is a lot of effort you're making me do to bypass security.

  @bt_uk It’s not that I don’t agreed? With keeping people safe, to suggest such a thing is insulting. I have the vip package so I may be talking to the wrong people as most of the content is now, nowtv I have read there advice and contacted them thanks for your help

  So, my brand new @NOWTV stick is struggling to connect to my wifi. Old stick has no problems whatsoever. Nor any other device.
