  @Ofcom Its not the phone company, Its @NOWTV The quality of the picture on their sky sports this last week has been terrible. Watching readingVafcb on Friday and the picture was fine at the ads, when the programme came on it was a good picture, then when they kicked off it blurred again

  @pnuttuk @NOWTV I’m thinking of changing from full broadband Sky package to Now TV where you can still pay for movies and sport all at about less than half the cost. The only issue is no multi room what do you think...

  @virginmedia All Broadband is down in my area, which is acknowledged on your website with an estimated fix time of 2pm tomorrow. Being that I have paid for NowTV to watch the football and cannot because of your service failing, what compensation can you offer me?

  @NOWTV By all means! What can you do about the remotes? I put fresh batteries in, they last a couple of days, then stop working. I have tried several brands of batteries and it’s on two different remotes. They are obviously sub-standard. Can you issue replacements?

  @nowtvhelp I was watching NowTV today and it crashed at 6:20pm. Can't log into my account now "Unable to connect to sign in, please try again later" I was on the Live chat for half an hour then got disconnected from that too. Please help, don't want to miss the match tonight.
