    @VodafoneUK can someone help please, my plan is coming to an end, my entertainment extra will automatically renew and I don’t want this, I clicked on the link in my text which took me to nowtv, when logged in it says to cancel with you and you say to cancel with them so I’m stuck

    If anyone else has this problem on NowTV, I found if you exit the app and load it again, it fixes it.

    @zenbuffy @disneyplus bit nuts ye, netflix nowtv and tg4 apps work fine on lg. but disney and rte are flakey

    Hey @MLBTV could you fix your @Roku / @NowTv app? Its two weeks in to the season and its still not working. Same thing happened last year.

    @bt_uk tried live chat. Told having multiple devices connected will affect speed. Not been an issue before. Can’t watch NowTV either which we pay additionally for. BT speed test gave is a higher reading than Speedtest app. Something fishy going on there. Who can actually help us?

    @NOWTV really letting me down recently with all the freezing lately. Being a minute behind the game is bad enough but just lately it is a joke, and whenever you flag it with them it is just blamed on your own internet connection, which must just choose to not work for now tv only

    @NOWHelpTeam we have a NowTV box model 4500SK that doesn’t seem to work. Are there any issues? We also have a model 4631 that is working fine
