@NOWTV how can I contact you if there is no option to speak to someone on live chat on your site?!! It tells me to get in touch but gives no contact details and takes me back to self help, don't say you have live chat and then not let anyone see where it is!!!

@PartyFreckle I dont know what D means but paying for a service should mean there aren't ads but so many have you pay for the service and give ads and bad quality but you can "boost" with more pay looking at you nowtv

@NOWTV I’m having big issues with my new account. I’ve been billed for a cinema pass when trying to install the app on my TV (it said it was a free 7 day trial). I cancelled it immediately. Now being told I signed up for it alongside Ents & I didn’t! It’s two diff sign up times.

@OpenreachHelp Hi, can I drop you guys a PM in regards to what OpenReach are likely to try and do / check to fix my line issues of regular disconnections / speed fluctuations (NowTV/Sky have opened a 2nd engineer ticket with yourselves, I have the reference numbers for the case)

@NOWHelpTeam Free practice 1 has begun at the Mexico Grand Prix and I STILL cannot use my NowTV account to watch it. As well as fixing the problem what sort of refund will I be getting?

@NOWTV charge me £8.99 for a day pass with the promise of a "free 6 month mobile pass that will renew monthly after". Of course I took them up on that offer. My mobile pass has not worked for 3 months. Repeatedly I contacted customer support for a fix. 1/2
