Ann Gripper (@anngripper) reported@virginmedia There is one thing... the picture quality on Sky Sports, which we've just added to our bundle, is terrible. Worse than NowTV we were using before. A new box is being sent out anyway (ours is 3 years old) - is that likely to improve things?
