    @NOWTV why is it that I cannot speak to anyone in customer service. I cannot consume any service I pay for and all I get told through chat is someone will contact me "soon", no idea when soon will be and nobody can tell me. This is awful customer service

    @ManUtd I like Ruben but it’s not working. We need change and he needs a break from being at the biggest club in the world. The pressure is clearly getting to him and results are at their all time lowest. Not all his fault but ain’t anything changing. #Southgate #Change #NOWTV

    @MorelandJo @NOWTV You can’t they refuse to fix them - there’s 100s of threads on here dating back to 2024 - they’re the only tv streamer that couldn’t give a ****. I’m not renewing my subscription with poor quality tv streamers

    @CelticSky28 @skytv @NOWTV I won’t be able to wait tbh! I didn’t want to stream cos I’ve gotten viruses off of those kind of sites before. So im very happy to have a whole day of heated rivalry! Might take the day off work.

    Why is there no way to limit the playback quality in @NOW??? I live in the middle of nowhere so my internet isn't great so i'd like to lower the quality of streaming so it doesn't eat my bandwidth. Such a weird oversight considering every streaming service has this option. #NOWTV

    @NOWTV have you ever thought about fixing the buffering problem that your streaming service clearly has for live sports? People pay so at least figure out how to give us a service that doesn't jump every other minute 😤
