    @NOWTV said I had clicked on something so was charged for it, I didn’t select any extras but because my boys have clicked on it, it’s charged me. They refuse to help and just say tough that’s how it works. Please don’t fall for the free 7 day trial it’s all a con!!

    @NOWTV Yes and it was because of communication error in organising the technician. Still no idea of next booking to install.. asked and said it was with tier 2 and that's it..

    @nowtvhelp hello, we’re experiencing an internet outage in our area due to an issue with openreach, some providers have been reconnected but our NOWTV Broadband has been down for 60hrs+. Can you provide an update on when our broadband service might return?

    @NOWTV as I wanted to speak with someone else they just ended the chat! How can I resolve this if they avoid trying to help me. You are awful how you treat people who have lost there jobs and just want there kids to have a little something extra through half term being stuck insi
