@SkyHelpTeam Heya. I have a @NOWTV broadband account, but they are pointing me to Sky now. When I login on either site there is no active account showing, but money is being taken from my account and I am having problems with my BB connection. 1/2

@g_frew @NOWTV Now seems terrible at updating over the weekend. Like last weekend’s Grand Prix, the British GP qualifying hasn’t been made available on catch up yet and if like last week, it won’t be made available before the GP starts. Pretty poor service and a little disappointing.

@NOWTV your website form has an error, your website site doesn’t recognise my account and sends me to sky. Then sky doesn’t recognise my account either. No one picks up the phone or I get sent to a number which doesn’t work.

If you're looking to get @NOWTV Sports be aware that you only get access to "live" sports while the game is live - then, you may be able to watch "highlights" a day or so later If you're at work while the #Lions2025 match is on you won't be able to watch it when you get home

I can officially say NowTV is the worst of the streaming services. It's the most expensive, with two separate memberships for series and movies, and that comes with unskippable adverts and a wobbly player you have to download

Exact Same thing happens on my NowTv Streaming stick (which is fully updated) At 1st I suspected my Roku stick, but as it also happens on my Now stick, & only happens at EVERY Ad break (during show & at end of show) I now think the problem is at your end! Please fix🙏 2of2

@Channel4 trying to catch up with handmaid's tale on all4 and can't turn off the audio description. Really ruins the show. Using NowTV. Can you help please?
