    @NOWTV Please fix subtitles on Season 1 Episode 3 of #ThePitt! They are completely out of sync with what is happening so the episode can’t be enjoyed by Deaf and Hard of Hearing members. I’m not going to continue paying for an entertainment pass I cannot use. #deafaccess

    Told me Hercules the Animated Series was on UK Disney Plus. Told me Game of Thrones was free on Sky Atlantic with a standard NowTV sub. Told me a cache error was my fault and my account was blocked when all it needed was a logout and in. Get ******, Edge Lord Ketamine

    @NOWTV got a day sports pass. Starting streaming at 20.30 last night.went to start again at 13.45 had to buy a new membership? Furious? Can u help? Lee

    @NOWHelpTeam I thought the issue with two devices had been resolved but alas it's back to how it used to be. I don't have to force close any other app I subscribe to, why do I have to do it with nowtv?Why can the app not be intuitive enough to realise the first TV is on standby?

    @nowtv Anyone else having issues with Now app on phone and telly, its buffering evey 10 seconds all advice follwed to mitigate it down to app re- install

    @STFC_Danni @NOWTV Same here. Highest speed stuff yet it keeps breaking up and sound cutting up. Awful
