Not at all happy with NOWTV’s service. We booked a time slot 2-3 weeks ago to sort out fitting new internet and booked time off work specifically, and they never even showed up or rang yesterday 😡sent an email to see what’s happening and NOTHING! @NOWHelpTeam

@NOW is slow as ****. I can search for 10 movies on one other app quicker than @NOW brings up the search results for 1 movie. NowTv was faster over 1 yr & a half ago. Fix your ******* app @NOWTVHelp . Don't reply to this tweet. Just fix that **** *** app.
