@NOWHelpTeam That seems to have worked.. not ideal! Thanks for your help and quick response - though I'm continually disappointed with the quality of NowTV as a viewing platform.

Hi @comcast can you release the closure date of your terrible #NowTV streaming service in the UK. Not because anyone will miss it, it would just be useful to have the date.

@NOWHelpTeam is once again glitchy. I purchased this service to watch the @lionsofficial tour and I have yet to watch a game in focus. It’s a blurry mess, I have done all your trouble shooting and it’s clear that your service is just not good 👎👎 #nowtv

Honestly not sure what I'm actually paying for with @NOW, first reported an issue with my service back in May, we're now almost in August and I'm STILL being sent round in circles by tech support who refuse to acknowledge the problem. #nowtv

Not content with being a dreadful service, @NowTV now want an extra £5/month to be able to watch on more than 1 device 😔 I'd consider it if I had any level of trust that it would actually work as they say it would, given the problems we've had using 2 devices prior to the change

…In France for a few weeks, and want to watch the Grand Prix. I subscribe to Sky F1 AND NowTV Sports, so no problem right? Wrong. “This content isn’t available in your country”. So use a VPN, right? Wrong. “We’ve detected you’re using a VPN”…

The NOW TV System is awful. You cant download content to play offline, you have to get stuff from the web and then watch it by launching it from the nowtv app, cant download stuff, you cant do anything else from the app (MACOS)

@NOWTV any chance you actually want to speak to your customers when there's an issue or do you enjoy having us go through a maze of useless crap and information which never answers my questions?
