@NOWTV ive had nothing but problems since I changed to Nowtv broadband even just waited to speak to someone and got cut off! Not the easiest company to get hold of! Broadband is rubbish checked phone lines and said that and technical engineer was neeeded yet I’ve heard nothing!

@NOWHelpTeam No. I've just signed up to NowTv and just keep having problems with launching it. If I do force stop everytime it works fine.

@itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at least the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, I can only think of probably NowTV, Dazn or an Iptv service.

@virginmedia Been with you 1 month and had more broadband problems in 1 month (at least 1 complete loss of connection a week) than I have with NowTV over several years. I am working from home, sort it out, or I will leave It's a joke of a "service"

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, I got NowTv Hub 2 internet and my activation date was yesterday. I haven’t received any email or text stating when the engineer will come to install it. Can I get some help please?

@NOWHelpTeam our nowtv hub just isn’t connecting/providing internet connection. it’s been up and down ever since we came to nowtv for our internet and i’ve had enough of it. i’m constantly turning it off and back on again, nothing seems to work.

NowTV or whatever we're calling it now was designed by a madman in 2012 and then he left and no other staff have been hired to work on the website, app, or player since. That's the only reason I can find for it being so unusable for it's human users.

@charlesmj TalkTalk have absolutely awful customer service in my experience. Haven't had any major issues with NowTV in two years but router strength isn't amazing.
