@HSouthwellFE I once asked a friend at Sky and was genuinely astonished to find out NowTV wasn't some kind of blackop, deliberately kept just barely functional but always awful, to drive sky subscriptions

@NOWTV You can't even PRETEND you have a line issue to get round this. Because they force you to do a line test. At which point it tells you to (in essence) go away as your line is fine. It's a spectacular bit of chatbot shenanigans.

@NOW hi, a friend of mine has a fault on her landline. Nowtv will not recognise or accept her email address when she tries to sign in to her account. Please advise as this is causing distress. Thank you.

Listen @NOWTV, I like Formula 1 and while I'm aware it's got its own ethical issues, I'm not paying £34 a month to subsidise the absolute morality cesspit that is Premier League football. A special offer is any that doesn't include football and anything that does... isn't.
