Absolutely awful customer service experience from @NOWTV today. Was a customer with them for a year and changed provided after a 12-month contract only to be hit with non-contractual termination charges. Will be reporting to ombudsman (which will cost them a lot more than £13!)

@OpenreachHelp @NOWTV raised it - 2 wks ago they told me you were fixing it "week beg. 1st August"... but no work's been done and the old pole hasn't even been moved. Called @NOWTV today and they said "we can't ask for updates, we have to wait for OpenReach" Please can I just get a fix date?

@MickCordukes @_morgan_bruce looked Tosh doesn't have an app obviously haven't paid for it off bt, but if fairly new TV you can cast from a smartphone quick check online will explain, you will need a BT sport membership to login, if using a shared login can only be on 2 devices at once. Will work on NOWTV

Don’t know whether this’ll work for anyone else, but just went to cancel nowTV because broadband is down (for a week) but they expect you to pay for TV services you can’t use. No refund. It offers you a discount if you go through to cancellation. Worth a look to save a few quid

@PaulOBrien @philnickinson Yeah, just whitelisting them. Roku NowTV was a pain for a while but again finding the things it reached out for and blocking. Problem was friction it caused in family with things "not working".

@NOWTV "that didn't work so we're going to look in to it". You are by far the worst streaming service that I pay for. Yes, pay for. Customer paying you £'s. You need to be far more reliable.

So Netflix can do it, so can Britbox, Disney+, Paramount+, BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub and just about every other streaming service so why can't @NOWTV work with Linux? What makes you so special?
