@NOWHelpTeam It was less than 12 months ago, and no, I was just sent the NowTV hub router thing. It's been working fine up til now so cannot understand why it's not working now.

Help, I can’t decide what movie to watch. Any suggestions? Netflix, Disney+, NowTV or Amazon Prime. (Big no to Horror films) I’ll end up watching Sweet Magnolias Season 2 and I can’t be arsed with that.

@NOWHelpTeam please can someone DM me. My NowTV smart stick has not been working for 2 days now. Just get a spinning circle on the homepage. I can watch through other apps such as My5 so it’s not a wifi problem. Tried a reset but same issue. Please help!

@NOWTV_It can someone get back to me that isn’t a robot about an issue I am having with Nowtv entertainment pack. That should have been included in our broadband package that has been missed off. I can’t seem to get anywhere online or by email!
