    @charlottelmoore @NOWTV It’s one of the worst interfaces on Apple TV. On my LG APP it’s great, the Apple TV APP, doesn’t even remind me what episode I was on! Just needed to vent

    @NOWTV Hi NowTV. I was using an Xbox series X. My connection was fine and i restarted my Xbox, router and app in the console. Its purely because your streaming service is the basic one and you charge more for better quality. It kept jumping out of HD into what seemed like 111p

You have clearly not got this right and this poor bloke is sat waiting with his kids in lockdown can’t even connect to do school work it’s a joke if I turned up to work 13 hours later nkk ok job

    @guinness162 Can you make sure your NOWTV box and the #All4 app are both completely up to date, then reboot your device and internet for 1 min? If that doesn't work let us know.
