    @NOWTV my father has his phone line through now but is unable to receive incoming calls. The phone rings but disconnects when he answers. He is nearly 80. Please help

    @NOWTV Oh that's alright then, good job we noticed now and not a year down the line. Terrible from @SkyUK not even an email to let us know you are charging us when this so called free trial ended, it's daylight robbery, I personally don't even think it was my 6 year old, possible fraud

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp Can you help? I have just had my monthly phone charges for TWO calls I made to the NOWTV support line for a new Broadband service. The call charges total nearly £50 for around 12 minutes from a UK Landline. This cannot be right for a support line. #shocking

    @NOWTV I have just had an email to say I have purchased the sky sports day Pass, NOW TV Boost and Sky cinema pass on my account. However I did not carry out this purchase. I have cancelled all passes but have been charged when I did not authorise this. Can you help?

    Is it even possible to actually get to speak to anyone at #nowtv ihave been having issues since Saturday. They give you passes and I cant activate them because I already have passes why give 3 sports and 3 ent passes if you can only activate 1 then cant continue the set up?

    @princessstomper @NOWTV Gotcha, yeah, I remember that text issue when I last had a CRT. All games just decided to add tiny text. Well, hey, at least TV's have mostly gotten ridiculously cheap compared to what their counterparts were 10-20 years ago.

    @NOWTV I’ve DM’d you. Please help me resolve this as I’m pretty sure billing someone after you say you have ended the account and refusing a refund breaches consumer rights.
