    @NOWTV why is it that at the second set of ads it buffers and then cuts out to an error message, for the last 3 days might I add?! This is ridiculous

    @ParamountPlusUK launch can be best described as a fail. Content not inline with US even when TV contracts aren’t a factor plus no app for Xbox/NowTv, and the 30 day free trial for @XboxGamePassUK didn’t work, then vanished!I’ve cancelled after 4 hours so no ££ after the trial!

    @NOWHelpTeam NowTV on AppleTV 4K seems broken. Can’t play anything, either “Oops something went wrong” or app just crashes. Netflix & Disney+ both fine, AppleTV restarted

    My Dad recently switched to virgin media WiFi from our nowtv WiFi (which literally had zero issues), and I have to say, I have had more issues within a week of having virgin media WiFi than I have had with any other WiFi provider in my entire life. @virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp

    @NOWHelpTeam my nowtv isn’t working keeps freezing and stopping connection says excellent I’ve changed my stick to the box from downstairs and same issue can you help please?!

    @WWENetwork why is your service so god awful in the UK? Endless pauses while it buffers. Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, NowTV and even Pluto TV all manage to stream latency free. why can't you?

    Just going on record to day publicly I think that @NOWTV have the worst streaming website - forcing you to download a media player that never works is very frustrating!! I am also fully aware this is a very first world problem
