@NOWTV I've tried 3 cards to sign up for the service, yet none of them work. It keeps coming up with an error on signup, despite charging 10p (active card check, I presume). I tried the same card again, yet the error keeps popping up. What's wrong with your service, please?

@ImGoingFeral @nowtvhelp @NOWTV They haven't assisted in anyways, live chat can't answer questions, social media can't access accounts and there is no number to phone, making promises they don't keep. Whilst offering no help to resolve.

@dog_gruff Agree. I don't watch it in Nottingham, only Netflix, Amazon, Nowtv & don't have a license there. In Scotland my disabled son watches Cbeebies etc. We have Virgin TV, so not having a license would not work. Believe me, I tried to get it cancelled, but the wife ruled against, lol

@nowtvhelp I'm so frustrated by the known issue of content sound being our of sync. I only have this issue with the iphone app all other entertainment platforms like Netflix, Prime, Disney+ all terrestrial channels are fine but the NOWTV app is basically unusable.

Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV
