    @NOWTV I can't access my account through any platform, it just says "Unexpected error" or "There was a problem signing you in". I've tried the Live Chat but it keeps timing out. I'm being charged monthly for entertainment passes I cannot use!

    @NOWTV I appreciate the connection issue is with open reach a d they are struggling to get a connection, however I’m choosing you as a company and expect a certain level of customer service! I asked to speak to a manager and was told “no! Due to the pandemic we don’t share headsets”

    @NOWTV paying for the entertainment package but keep getting error message on screen. Plays programme for all of 5 mins then cuts off? Getting fed up now.

    @alisonlaurabell Oh it's so ****. You have to download their own NowTV player thing which is just awful. We use it on AppleTV so it's not too bad but on laptop it's no good!

    4 days later... and nothing at all has happened. No fix, no engineer, not even a reply to a tweet I sent Virgin Media directly. Ordered a new line for £5 from NowTV, will be £24 a month, saving £350 over the next year.

    @nowtvhelp Hi, The Now TV app has stopped opening on my iPad Pro running iPadOS 14.5. I see the NowTV splash screen followed by the spinner and then the app closes. I have the latest version of the app and have removed it and reinstalled it but it's still not working.
