@NOWTV what’s going on with my log in? I can’t get into any app or browser using my log in…? Been happening for a week now..please help

  • Tonysmini Tony (@Tonysmini) reported

@Louieupson @OpenreachHelp Openreach don’t have a “customer service” as such, because you are not the customer, in this case NowTV are, and you are NowTV’s. It is up to them to chase up any issues you are having.

  • MikeAdams_UK Mike Adams (@MikeAdams_UK) reported

@now sad to report that despite only getting 0.8 Mb download (instead of 75) I am told there is nothing wrong by NowTV - so why did I call them? No apology just made to feel that it was my issue. Problem not resolved - customer service?? @SkyUK

  • TheBriteFuture Brite News (@TheBriteFuture) reported

A lot of the Internet is down, from the McDonald's App, to NowTV, to Fortnite Issue is currently unknown. Likely an issue with the infrastructure of one of the underlying companies that "maintain" the Internet (for lack of a better word)

  • jonnyboyt Jon (@jonnyboyt) reported

@KbfNorthernlass Nothing changes, you're not allowed to watch 'free to air' TV or BBC iPlayer. It'll all still work. You can legally still stream, so Netflix, Amazon, NowTV, Apple, Roku etc. are all still fine.

  • LumpySlayPrince Graham Snorton (@LumpySlayPrince) reported

Why tf has NowTV turned up the speed/pitch of HBO programmes? It's made true blood sound awful and I genuinely thought Eric was sat on his ***** in one part but it's just the pitch change

  • TyCi_46 Tyrone Cinnamon (@TyCi_46) reported

@NOW Spoke to everyone and they tried to blame on my ISP. If every single streaming app I have is working fine and it’s only NowTV giving issues then it stands to reason there is a prob with NowTV. I hope ppl stop wasting their money on this overpriced streaming service

  • andygammon Andrew Gammon (@andygammon) reported

Considering the expense, the usability of the NOWTV app is atrocious! Not a week goes by without having to reinstall it or switch network settings to get it to work #crap #nowtv

  • ChrisJ1964 Chris (@ChrisJ1964) reported

@HSBC_UK I could, but my issue was with NOWTV, not HSBC, so I’m not sure how you can help! My comment related to NOWTV’s infamous “customer service” - HSBC blameless here. Thanks anyway.👍🏼

@andymorphs @NOWTV Worst apple app. Worst android app. Worst smart TV app. And don't get me started on limiting the number of devices I can use.
