    @NOWTV Ive had Now tv since it launched and I’ve never had a problem . Its on my phone laptop tv’s not a problem ive got movies and the entertainment channels monthly at the times i want it . Free tv apps oh tho the uk tv play is pants since they removed most of the channels .

    @nowtvhelp It's a Lenovo TAB 4 8 Plus. Issue happens in the NowTV app. I can connect in the web browser. But the web browser does not allow playback. If I select a video in the web browser and click to play it in the app it passes me to the app which immediately disconnects. Every time.

    @gareth_stothard H+Gareth thanks for getting back to me. Gareth I would advise uninstalling and reinstalling the nowtv app to see if this resolves you issues

    @NOWTV Is the silence a “yeah we know it sucks, we know the issues, we know the iPad app doesn’t let You mirror, we know about the 1 star rating on App Store, we know we’ve not updated the app since 2015(?) but we’re not going to address this, so why not buy our own NowTV hardware.”?

    @VerityTJ89 Verity believe it or not it is not irrelevant the reason I ask is since the update for Windows 10 the app is no longer supported. We advise downloading the nowtv player from the website. I hope this improves your picture quality

    Sitting here feeling really smug having realised the NowTV stick I was gifted 4 years ago is powered by Roku and therefore, has Disney+. No more plugging the laptop in to watch The Mandolorian! Also, I found my degree certificate which I need for first day at work tomorrow 🥳
