@NOWTV All the call center has offered is to restart my contract, leaving me without internet for 2 weeks - a thing which I need for my job. It also doesn't address the core issue that someone is able to cancel my internet just by typing my address into some other ISP's signup form.

@NOWTV cool, but then not much point in asking me to DM and give you all the details when if there's nothing you can do to help get this fixed, y'know?? I just don't think #NowTV give a toss about actually helping their customers. Ta.

To make matters worse, she tried to defend the service I'd had, even though my partners business relies on a fast and RELIABLE connection. In two years with NOWTV we never had a single issue - in 2 months with Virgin, I've had to call customer services every week! (cont)

@NOWTV last week I received a confirmation email I would receive a refund. After trying to contact NowTV for a week with no reply to email, I am now being told I will get no refund. Terrible customer service and no one willing to talk to me

@EmilyRiordanLee AS NowTV is unavailable in South Africa this may be why you are unable to sign in Emily as it would conflict with your IP, would you have a family member or friend that could sign in for you back in the UK? This should then allow you to cancel down your passes.
