@jerryduk @NOWHelpTeam I’ve been disconnected since 16:30. The nowtv webpage says there are issues in North London. Do you have any updates on this?

  • iamlouisesmith Louise Smith (@iamlouisesmith) reported

@ElizabethLovatt I’ve been with @nowtv broadband for 4 years and only had a problem with it once, which was fixed quickly. It’s £25 a month, I’m not sure how good/bad that is!

  • brookegrahamm Brooke Graham (@brookegrahamm) reported

@NOWHelpTeam Can someone help me before I punch the tv. I had 2 nowtv sticks, neither of them will log in to Disney+ it keeps coming up with this message (attached photo). I am subscribed and it works perfectly fine on my amazon fire stick it’s only now tv?

  • EddJefferson Edd Jefferson (@EddJefferson) reported

I do find it funny that NowTV have spent however much they have on rebranding themselves as "Now" only for: A) everyone to keep calling them NowTV. And B) their streaming apps to still be terrible.

  • FPL_Dabby FPL DABBY (@FPL_Dabby) reported

@fpl_phenom Yeah so I'm with BT for internet and TV & then pay extra for Sky Sports on tv and it also gets me access to Nowtv for consoles ect Ive tried that and found it doesnt work, they know of the issue and are trying to fix but dont seem to be in any rush. Guessing an app update soon

Oh, great. Match might be abandoned and after I'd gone to such great lengths to keep the time clear of carers and after I'd activated the damn NowTV ticket... Pretty much had it with football this year. Gary Neville can piss off too with his awful & hypocritical takes.

Anybody else having #NOWtv broadband or internet problems? My modem thinks it's connected but there's no internet. I've tweeted to @NOW I'm in the Southampton NewForest area.

  • Kia_Who_ KiaRebecca (@Kia_Who_) reported

@bt_uk It’s saying it’s an issue with my router but it’s 100000% not. My connection is fine, prime and Netflix are working fine, it’s just the NOWTV channels

  • SteveJmzF1 Steve 🏁 (@SteveJmzF1) reported

Incredible that I can watch hours of Netflix/Twitch on my internet with no issue but NowTV has buffered and forced me to restart every 5-10 minutes during the #F1 @NOWHelpTeam
