    @NOWTV you have taken money and i cancelled my account, you try to cut costs by making customers problem solve and then hope they give up, im sure this metric is encouraged as the silo that the profits sit in from this behaviour is no doubt lucritive. Provide a number?

    @NOWHelpTeam You’ve literally copied and pasted the same response to each and every tweet anyone has sent you. That’s awful customer services & evidence of how little you care about your customers. Complaint going in & account cancelled. #NowTV is so not worth the money.

    @NOWHelpTeam is there a problem logging into accounts on NowTV in the UK I get an “oops” error message and redirected to another NowTV site priced in euros and without my subscriptions showing

    @NOWHelpTeam Tried on Ep 6 last night, my remote has a subtitle button but it doesn’t seem to work on nowtv programmes. Is there another way? I can get them on Netflix

    It's 1am and NowTV is asking me do I want the next Episode of the Rookie, and I have work tomorrow... but I won't sleep because and the read through is tomorrow evening and I don't think my nervous can take it. (Selects next episode because Nathan Fillion will calm me down)

    Hey customer, since you're already paying a tenner a month, why not upgrade for an extra £3 so you don't get **** streaming quality and the ads we suddenly decided to start throwing at you without warning every 15 minutes? Screw you @NOWTV I'm done.

    The first TV our family had took a few minutes to warm up after turning it on. The modern version of this is waiting for the NowTV box to boot up. So sloooooooow! Also, NowTV has the absolute worst UX TV channel selection system. Awful

    Nightly rant about #NOWTV internet. It has to be level worst with Virgin (who I switched from) I've got boosted internet as I have to sometimes do work stuff from home and my partner is freelance and does all admin from home. @nowtv will be leaving at end of contract
