I can't express how annoyed I am right now, I was about to raid out and my internet cut out meaning around 1/4 of those watching stayed, thinking I had just randomly ended my stream. @NOWTV this is the second time this week and at awful timings! Get it sort!!!!!

@NOWHelpTeam I’ve been on it 3 times!! They send me to a Sky order page to order a remote online but the site no longer works, it directs you to a Sky phone number that does not work, I’ve rang NowTV to be told I’d have to buy an ENTIRE new NowTV kit🤬😡😡🤬

Worst thing I’ve done since buying a house is having anything to do with sky. NowTV broadband has been and absolute shambles from the start. Life lessons are expensive.

@NOWTV Please Help Urgently. I am being charged monthly and can’t access account due to leaving old job and unable to access email. Please respond as your website is so not user friendly for such a complaint and having no phone number makes it so difficult and frustrating. Thks

Why do no apps work on my Samsung Smart TV. First NOWTv stops working due to a firmware issue and I’ve contacted NowTV who say it’s the TV and not them. And now Hayu doesn’t work, just get a black screen. Help @hayu_uk @SamsungUK
