The NowTV Apple TV app is one of the worst designed apps I’ve had the displeasure of using on the Apple TV. The irony is it used to be good and they decided to overhaul it and remove practically every useful feature! @NOWHelpTeam

@flintley @samueldhopkins I’ve never loaded it through a web browser but the apps on my tv and my nowtv stick, these functions work fine

@bt_uk tried live chat. Told having multiple devices connected will affect speed. Not been an issue before. Can’t watch NowTV either which we pay additionally for. BT speed test gave is a higher reading than Speedtest app. Something fishy going on there. Who can actually help us?

@glyn1002 No worries. I was fishing around and it's nowtv that's the problem according to sky. Checked back to hd and it's fine again now.

@NOWTV Hi, I am having problems with my NowTV stick . I am in Ireland Loaded it ok onto TV but it says service not available in my country? I bought the stick in Ireland assuming it was available here. Hope you can help me Thanks. Emily Riordan

help my nowtv remote app on my phone wasn’t working and i’ve just realised it’s because i was connected to the wrong box for 30 minutes....FOR 30 MINUTES SOMEONE ELSE HAS HAD THEIR NOWTV DOING **** THEY WERENT CONTROLLING😭😭😭😭

@Barclaycard Thank you Ross. Everyone I have contacted at @Barclaycard is really polite. It is just frustrating that nobody is able to sort this out. @NOWTV can't help as they don't recognise us as being customers.
