    Both @PrimeVideo and @NOWTV have stopped working on our Apple TV. Have tried everything. Why is fixing these sorts of problems so stupidly difficult? Even the @PrimeVideo helpline person didn’t know how to sort this out!

    @Plusnet already has 100x better customer service compared to NOWTV. Even tho I’m still having issues (due to Openreach), the way Plusnet are handling it is so much better!!

    It’s hilarious to me that NowTV run trailers before episodes and they buffer in at like 480p and it takes about half the trailer before it crisps up. That’s all on them cos my connection is 1GB. Total garbage.

    So, I need the help of my interweb friends. I have a major issue with @NOWTV and need to find a contact phone number for their customer support. So far, my efforts have been fruitless. Online chat is useless also. Can anyone possibly help?
