    @antartica81 I often work in England and sometimes rent a flat when I am in longer projects. I find NowTV good for both the broadband and -if you want- TV packages because you can get it per month and not a minimum of a year or so contract.

    @NOWTV Please, can someone tell me why you have updated your TV app clearly without the input of any #UX or Ergonomics professionals?The remote literally doesn’t work with your app,I can’t play/pause with the remote and the scrolling only works by tapping not swiping. 1/2

    @raymierussell @richmondmike Yeah I've got a Roku just for NOWTV. The Fire Cube handles everything including Kodi to watch MP4 files - just not Now TV until now. Of course I backed the donkey version! Thing is you used to be able to sideload it until they put checks into the app - so it can work! Grrrrr.

    @NOWTV Clearly, whoever QA’d this, your TV app, clearly didn’t use a)A TV and B)A remote! #ux #ux_fail This is an example of a product going to release without any design thinking, user input or proper QA. This terrible app can serve as a reminder for #good_UX

    @NOWTV What's the support email address? I don't have time to be on hold for hours as I'm at work and this is a known issue so assumed you would be able to provide an update on what's being done to resolve it?
