    @NOWTV I have an “49 Inch LG UHD 4K Smart TV” and every time I tried to enjoy the Darts last night it constantly kept cutting out and saying that it was unable to load, I hope I’m not going to have the same problem tonight when I try to enjoy the darts.

    @mullsymcfc @LucySD_ Agree with that. The broadband is brill, but the customer service from Virgin is terrible. Don’t like Sky either. I’m with BT now that has a NowTV package attached. No complaints so far

    @NOWTV there seems to be an issue with the cast icon in the app, it’s disappeared. Has there been an app update? The issue is on iPhone and android

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp surprise surprise next big game on TV and nowtv is full of errors playing channel, freezing pictures... The list goes on- I have unplugged I have reset and done all the stuff you will tell me to do yet again - I shouldn't have to do this every time I want to watch TV
