    @NOWTV I joined the non-flexible membership in error and tried to cancel it immediately. I sent an email to your customer service but have not heard back.

    @hayuhelps currently pay for hayu via @NOWTV. It seems to be a weekly occurrence now where shows are missing, episodes are missing and take days to arrive IF AT ALL. New series don't materialise until days later. What is going on and why am I paying for such a terrible service?

    Dear @hbomax and @NOWTV - why can't I download The Pitt onto my iPad to watch on a flight tomorrow? Is it a glitch with the new platform on Now TV, is it a problem with this series or is this simply unavailable for download for Now TV Subscribers?

    @stevencamlou @juneslater17 Agreed, use youtube, freeview, freely, nowTV, etc. Sounds like they need a reality check and debt counselling. No shame in getting help to maximise what you can have for the least money.

    @SkySport @NOWTV the tennis is down again for the last 45 mins. Happens all too often especially considering the price!! Amazon Prime never had these issues showing the tennis! SORT IT OUT

    @NOWTV why does everything I watch on your app now include audio description with no option to turn it off? Obviously there’s benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you can’t choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!

    @stikler4141 @lola987123 @FilmUpdates Nowtv is perfectly fine. Should’ve seen it a few years ago it used to be unusable
