    When @NOWTV freezes, no buttons on the controller will work, unless you press "Sky Store"... Then it comes to life. Because God forbid you're not able to spend...

    @Mr_Marty Are you using nowtv for it? Pain in the arse when it's out of sync. I get it through the bt box using now and it's terrible if my internet drops for a second.

    @NOWHelpTeam unable to watch Amazon Prime on my Nowtv box, says connection issue yet I can still watch sky films, sky entertainment and Disney+. Have uninstall and reinstalled but getting the same screen saying connection issue. Please help

    Is NOWTV trying to collect an award for being utterly, utterly awful in every respect? It's like the Boris Johnson of streaming services: promises a lot, but it's a total shambles and leaves you feeling angry and betrayed.
