Oh great. Been waiting for @nowtv engineer to arrive, no sign so called and apparently there’s a problem with installation that they hadn’t bothered to call me about. So they were never coming. And now it’s 72 hours for an update. What a waste of time.

Using @NOWTV is just about the worst user experience ever. Sign in to website, buy pass, sign in and out of app about 10 times and then eventually get the rugby on. It's as if they don't want people to watch.

Well @OpenreachHelp … we ordered #superfastbroadband thru @NOWTV & @WeAreOpenreach were due to activate it on July 1st. So over a month later and many many OR engineers we have no broadband at all & not even a telephone line anymore. Disappointed doesn’t even cover it - pls fix

Never have any issues with Netflix or amazon or disneyplus but oh my god is there anything worse than NOWTV????? it’s terrible

@DefundBBC I don't understand how they can restrict access to ALL live tv, when it's just the BBC behind all this. the BBC suck, but occasionally I want to watch other stuff. NowTv etc doesn't even give you the option to stream BBC live anyway, so no problem

@NOWHelpTeam I’ve had a dreadful experience with @NOWTV. Impossible to cancel. Chat is a chatbot and I cannot speak with anyone!!! Can you please help?
