    @NOW have set up my new NowTV Hub 2 router and been working for a week or so, now amber light showing. My payment details showing “oops something went wrong”. How to fix this?

    @NOWTV Left with no alternative but to spread the word on twitter. Worst range of a broadband router that I've ever had. Doesn't even reach upstairs and I simply swapped from a Vodafone one which is in the same place and that could even be picked up next door. USELESS!!

    @NOWHelpTeam Could you please provide an email where I can contact your content team? Is this an issue of commercial rights with @SkySportsF1 because we pay a fortune for #nowtv and waiting 24 hours after a sporting event is ridiculous

    So @NOWHelpTeam how do I speak to a PERSON. I was considering you for #BROADBAND but only if you have PHONE support for problems. If (my) #NOWTV BB fails I cannot use the internet to reach you, so I would be 100% stuffed. What do I do in that situation?

    @NOWHelpTeam What are you talking about? I'm telling you it didn't work. I've had no confirmation because it didn't work. This was very clear in the previous tweet. This is the worst customer service ever. What's the matter with you? #nowtv @NOW
