I pay a total amount of £58 a month for live football to @btsport and @NOWTV. Never had issues streaming using these services. Ironically, as an Amazon Prime customer I have bonus of them broadcasting a game not covered. Disappointing @primevideosport

@NOWTV Yeah, I know you need the player. It’s the worst user experience ever lol. I’m saying nobody else does that and you should have playback in the browser.

@NOWTV Hi there, I am being charged £9.99 on my Paypal account for your service. I have no recollection of signing up. I can't log on to my account as I don;t know what my log in is. As far as I am aware I have never used your service. How do I cancel my service without login
