    @NOWTV I tried about 6 times at various points over Saturday and Sunday since you last sent me a link and it’s not working maybe if you had a phone number people could call you on it would be far easier

    More Nowtv customers have to report the new ui as useless instead of just complaining about & not even posting it to @NOWTV . Nowtv has stated that they need more complaints before the fix or replace the useless UI for disabled customers. @Ofcom I have the email to prove this.

    @OpenreachHelp Hello, I have an issue with NOWTV who won't proccess an ORDI request with Openreach. My house changed name a few years ago and I need to get this updated on the Openreach database. However my ISP (Nowtv) seem unwilling to help or don't know what to do. Can you help?

    @trouteyes BBC iPlayer also has the worst interface of all the streaming services, and I include NowTV in that list.

    @NOWTV where is the telephone help number?? Going round and round in circles, the broadband not working so need to speak to someone. I can't work without it.

    @tweetsfromben @All4 I never have an issue with All4. NowTV on the other hand... crashes all the time and doesn’t remember where you are, infuriating

    Well today’s the day....will @WeAreOpenreach turn up to fix my broadband. Now on day 15 of total loss of service. Failed to turn up twice already. Any ideas @NOWTV @nowtvhelp diabolical communication and customer service. Already feeling like my family will be let down again
