Is #Nowtv broadband the worst broadband provider ever? I can’t seem to get them to investigate the fact the broadband connection keeps dropping. They constantly want me to make changes to the router Wi-Fi … even thou we don’t use the Wi-Fi on the router… we have a mesh!

@NOWSport Signed up to NowTV twice now, the first time when buying the plug inbox, then a couple of years later, hoping it would have improved. It hadn't. NowTV doesn't work at all.

Here's the problem with @F1 being behind a paywall. I've shelled out £12 to watch this race, and no refund if it doesn't happen. Is that fair? I think not. I have no interest in watching anything else on @SkySport / @NOWTV today. The whole thing is a gamble.

@nowtv @martinlewis @tradingstandatds Nowtv terrible customer service, elderly father with no working landline for days, customer service is horrendous, happy to take money but provide no service. Do not recommend and will be terminating the service asap.
