@andrewdaviesuk NowTV is such a terrible user experience, too. I'm fine with paying for content, I can afford it. But I expect a decent experience, not one that leaves me screaming with rage

@NOWHelpTeam Yes, i did!! I called NowTV "again" this morning. Your team told me that they will send an engineer to fix the issue on Mon. How's come!! No internet for at least 4days!! Yesterday the problem was about your system down, but today it s about sth else. Im disapointed!!

@NOWHelpTeam I have a nowtv stick with most apps on. YouTube hasn’t been working all night and day. I thought it was a problem with YouTube but the other apps are running slow too and it works on other platforms. Is there a way to fix it?

@DannyBoiBlu @hayuhelps I only had an issue last month as I was with NowTV, switched to amazon and now the same issue.......just really annoying that we pay for something and not receive it, but I suppose their get out would be "there's other programmes apart from housewives that come with a Haya sub

  • Debbie_Roberts Debs Roberts (@Debbie_Roberts) reported

@hayuhelps So last month it was an issue with people watching via NowTV, this month its an issue with people watching via Amazon prime. I think the issue doesn't lie with either, but with Hayu!

@NOWTV @SkySports I have purchased a sports day pass, I can see it in my account. I tried to start it on a new device, it says on your website simply start on new device to activate new device but it’s not working! The chat bot is taking me round in circles! The final ends today
