@NOWHelpTeam @NOW @NOWTV I contacted you via twitter 10 days ago, no reply,tech team were phoning me back last Monday, they didn't, router is 2 yrs old. Connectivity is now not good enough, hub is always hot, on line test your staff said there was a problem, where's the solution

@NOWTV have subscribed to your movie package, I can’t hear a bloody thing anyone says ! It’s just mumbling with the background noise far too loud :-(. Can anything be done, I have looked on the web and it looks like lots of people have this issue, I had to put subtitles on !

@NOWHelpTeam keep getting this error message (error code ovp 00009 ) when trying to watch content on nowtv stick. Been happening for over 24 hours now. Is there a fix in sight? Is there any compensation in place for the downtime?

nowtv is actually so awful. They charge an extortionate amount for such a small selection, charge separately for movies and TV Shows and still have the audacity to put constant adverts in.

@NOWHelpTeam it shows membership from today and not when it currently ends on 11th December so not going to bother with offer or NOWtv by the way the boost option never works I’ve had dreadful quality and funnily no other streamer has quality issues so don’t blame my internet speed!

@NOWHelpTeam None of that makes a difference - I am connected by LAN I have 78mbps WiFi speeds - it is not a buffering issue it is your streaming system - no other streamer does it! No quality drop out, blurring of image on any other streamer JUST nowtv

@DrHoenderkamp @virginmedia Doc Renee - looked all these replies. Nobody ever shown me service providing a faster BB together with all TV channels (I’m big on sport) plus Netflix, etc. Yes it’s expensive. Yes occasionally breaks. Yes CS not best. Yes expensive. No I don’t work for them. TOOB and NOWTV - no.
