    It's hard to fathom how NowTV still exists as an entity with such a bad UX. Truly awful. Desperately trying to give them money so I can watch the Scotland game tonight and they seem determined I should watch Masterchef instead.

    @NOWTV terrible service from Now Broadband. Canx my service and still having money removed from account. Filled in 2 online complaint forms, both ignored!

    @RokuSupport @beccammartin It's a recent update that's doing it, no amount of removing/reinstalling the app will fix it. NowTV is conducting a beta test publicly.

    @NOW my nowtv suddenly lost connection to my router and now won’t reconnect! My router is fine, that isn’t the problem. I’ve restarted them both but still not working! Please help

    @NOWHelpTeam Hi it's still not working, I've done system update, restarted Roku and still can't access NowTV any update or should I cancel subscription?

    @itvhub scuse me can you fix the issue on the nowtv app that I will select resume episode, watch three minutes of adverts and then have the episode play from the beginning. Meaning when I fast forward to the point I was actually at I will have to watch another 2 mins of ads

    watching the sonic movie while i work today (since i had to pay for a month of nowtv anyway and it's on there) and laughing at the bit where apropos of nothing robotnik just says omoshiroi like an anime villain???
