@Miriam11180064 Oh no that’s the worst! I’m sorry!! Let’s see I’ve mostly been watching Chinese fantasy on Netflix recently (aka word of honour, the untamed), but also enjoyed French heist show Lupin, and nowtv’s supernatural comedy Wellington Paranormal which is what we do in the shadows vibes

@NOWHelpTeam The most frustrating thing is you online chat wasted so much time because they couldn't even be bothered to properly check your own list of supported devices. Now the game is 20 minutes gone, the app still doesn't work, and I have lost the will to ever use @NOWTV again.

@NOWHelpTeam Can't actually watch the service I'm paying for because the NowTV player on PC's quality is so abysmal. (Not caused by my PC or Internet connection, this is an issue with the player as has been highlighted since 2017 on the help pages).

@NOWHelpTeam I have read your help pages and none of it justifies adverts on streaming, it just states the ridiculous charges you have put in place to remove adverts ... just profiteering on your part, bad show @NOWTV

Fell hook line and sinker for a @NOWTV offer of sky sports for the next 10 months (for the EPL season). Made a schoolboy error of not checking reviews beforehand and within a day the utterly shocking streaming quality became blindingly obvious. Live and learn :(

@Lisa7Pettifer Left Sky years ago after an argument over a broken box. Have NowTV which I’ve NEVER paid full price for. Go to cancel and they give me an offer. Got Netflix and Prime too. Always loads to watch :)

@NOWTV Hi I joined Sports package offer on 4/8/21 money took from my A/C 5/8/21 I had sports offer last year no problems I can get sports on My IPad but not on my Samsung Smart TV , I use YouView on NOW asking me to join can you help me please
