@bt_uk How can the hub be the issue? NowTV, BBC iPlayer, YouTube and every other app that can provide live feed works fine.

@NOWHelpTeam Live chat are quick to dismiss it as an app problem when it obviously isn't as it effects all of NowTV's apps I try. They then dismiss it as paraphrasing - as a partially deaf user I know what paraphrased subs look like, and in most episodes it's not "paraphrasing", but broken.

@bt_uk I'm aware of the problem, the issue is with Sky channels via NOWTV, which isn't covered on that page. The program guide never updates so it doesn't record properly.

@nowtv @martinlewis @tradingstandatds Nowtv terrible customer service, elderly father with no working landline for days, customer service is horrendous, happy to take money but provide no service. Do not recommend and will be terminating the service asap.
