    @nowtvhelp hi I’ve been given a code by Sky and when I try and log in to my NOWTV account via Access Now TV app on my JVC smart TV it comes up with error code 401. Please can you help?

    @nowtvhelp Hi. Im about to do this now but can you confirm at what stage after the £25 is taken that I set up a btID which is what I need in order to sign in on the bt app on nowTV

    @StuartWeinstoc1 @NOWTV Yoh pay for fibre and its like your on dial up. No refund or reduction. It used to be the best Internet provider I ever had now it's one of the worst.

    @NOWTV Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Cancelled my internet subscription. Ordered middle of November for activation on 18th of December. Activation date pushed back to 29th of January for no reason. Spoke to 6 or 7 different advisers, no updates

    @NOWTV what an absolute shambles, changed provider over a week ago, no phone since, error message you do not have this service on your phone. Quick enough to take payment for it. Tried to resolve it then the broadband went down, felt as if you complain they pull the plug
