    @BarclaysUK I have just discovered I am having money taken out of my account by @NOWTV for 'billing help' When I haven't used their service since May, possibly April. I would like some help please in getting back payments that I HAVE NOT AUTHORISED. Thanks in advance.

    @nowtvhelp Pass not recognised on any NowTV device. All worked last night, and pass valid until next year. Turned off&on again hasn’t worked. Help please!

    @OdeToJamie_ Only issue with this one is that Sky has a deal with HBO. Which is why you see alot of their projects on NowTV. If that deal doesn't end we may not see Max here. Hopefully something gets sorted

    @NOWTV the man tells me that the issue may not be the router and he'll go check my line. Its my line. Surprisingly... It's going to take up to 2 working days to fix. This is on top of the time I waited for the new router.

    @nowtvhelp I use a nowtv smart stick and it works well. Can I link another TV in another house 260 miles from my home using a second smart stick but using the same account and login?
