    @chefarchiepie @NOW @NOWTV It really is frustrating when they won't or can't help you. We're paying a subscription for a shows I can't watch as no subtitles so what's the point. And when you ask for help they ignore you

    Does anyone watch @racingtv via the App on a smart TV? If so, does it work ok? Thinking about switching to NowTV on which RTV is not currently available

    @NOWHelpTeam FYI I’ve just cancelled my Sky Sports with @NOWTV Your product is awful and your customer service is non existent. Why is it so difficult???

    @NOWTV I joined the non-flexible membership in error and tried to cancel it immediately. I sent an email to your customer service but have not heard back.

    @flixtonred Hi If you're unable to sign in to NowTV, I would recommend contacting your TV manufacturer as this would be a device issue and not an issue with Freely.

    Why do streaming services have their audio adjusted so low? If I’m watching YouTube I have to set my tv volume to 20 or its blaring, yet on nowtv, Netflix, Amazon I set it to max 100 and it’s still low, having to buy speakers when they aren’t the problem clearly
