    @NOWTV still waiting after a month for NOW to do the nice/ethical thing and refund 300 paid in error for an account made either in error when they can see I have an account that I use and pay for every month. Email/chat/Twitter-tried all. Awful customer care.#CostOfLivingCrisis

    @karunchandhok @SkySportsF1 It might help if your company, in the guise of NowTV, allowed roaming. As you've failed and don't you've lost my subscription.

    @anon_opin Probably have a point but it's definitely not the worst. Have you tried watching TV through the Nowtv desktop app!? Click play about 2 days before you actually want to watch the show! Also, iPlayer goes up to 11!

    Really disappointed with @NOWTV_It after they decided to deduct money from me for a membership I never wanted nor requested. Unfortunately they’re ignoring my requests for a refund, hoping @Ofcom will be able to help. Strongly suggest everyone is careful when using #NOWTV #ofcom

    @NOWTV I am having trouble logging in. I have tried resetting password, but the reset page doesn't work. I've tried from multiple phones and desktops.

    @virginmedia I shouldn't have to move my room around for a different BB provider. Had no connection or drop out issue with nowTV!

    @nats4_ I use nowtv to watch f1 and such,can’t really manage to find any motogp streams that’s the worst thing 😭😭

    @NOWHelpTeam Help please. My NOWTV Hub Two no longer connects to my Sky Q box. Tried everything I can think of, and have spoken to Sky who can't resolve it
