    Dear @NOWTV please make sure that your live streams actually lip sync with the audio & that every time you cut to a break that the app doesn’t crash please? I’m getting kind of bored of it now. If this is what I pay for, you need to try harder #SortItOutPlease #SickofIt

    @conor_gamble @NOWTV It is odd, I can access it on my phone & laptop but not TV. It must be a software problem at their end (just tv) related.

    @BarryDidcock @NOWTV @HBOMax_UK Im on it now, the bot is saying "we're aware of the issue, blah blah, we will resolve the issue at the earliest" when I was 84 in the queue it took about 13-14 minutes

    @NOWTV why does everything I watch on your app now include audio description with no option to turn it off? Obviously there’s benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you can’t choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!

    Pay £35 a month for @NOWTV for it too freeze, buffer & black screen constantly. Shocking.
