@NOWHelpTeam I need to update my payment card as current will expire next month. But NowTv have messed up my account which is linked to an old cancelled account and nobody wants to help me! It shouldn’t be this hard!

@NOWTV i have a NowTV box which is currently signed into my dads account, he doesnt have skysports package. I have got skysports on my account. Please can you advise how you can sign out of one account and login to another as i have checked all the setting and there is no account

So annoyed! How come @NOWTV can only offer me appts to fix my broadband 8am-1pm 1pm to 6pm mon-fri but Open Reach offer flexible appts and Saturdays? As a full-time teacher I'm now stuck unable to work at home for another 5weeks! #customercare #poorcustomerservice

@NOWTV if there is a problem with your broadband network, and you can detect it is with the network outside of my home, and you even say "we will not need to access tour home" why do *I* have to book an engineer? Surely you should fix broken networks without me requesting it?

@NOWTV Your employees excuse at your tv player on pc having audio synch issues is the best i have EVER heard or read "Christopher (20/09/2022, 19:33:08): But the people who got the issue fixed have not updated that the issue was fixed . " Well it aint fixed then is it
