@NOWTV I consider the user experience on macOS to be sub-par. I signed up this evening, I watched a few minutes of one show, there was really bad sync between the HomePod minis, the quality was poor and the experience does not flow. can I cancel the subscription and get a refund?

Is #Nowtv broadband the worst broadband provider ever? I can’t seem to get them to investigate the fact the broadband connection keeps dropping. They constantly want me to make changes to the router Wi-Fi … even thou we don’t use the Wi-Fi on the router… we have a mesh!

@bt_uk How can the hub be the issue? NowTV, BBC iPlayer, YouTube and every other app that can provide live feed works fine.

@NOWSport Signed up to NowTV twice now, the first time when buying the plug inbox, then a couple of years later, hoping it would have improved. It hadn't. NowTV doesn't work at all.

Prime Rings of Power stream is always lagging. Don’t have any of this problem on Disney+ and YouTube nor Nowtv. Poor experience
