    @NOWTV are scammers. They don't tell you they're going to charge you for two separate services clearly enough for disabled people. Tried to talk to "customer services" (in quotes I wouldn't call it a service) and had no help with the refund. Can't charge back either on PayPal!

    @Roku @now Is there a way to roll back app updates? The new Nowtv app is unusable, interface is awful, buggy, and painfully slow.

    @NOWHelpTeam I've had issues with my OG white NowTV box - never got an email to say you'd stop them from working. Used to work fine, now it's just a paperweight. I heard you were offering replacement NowTV sticks - is this still available?

    Worst ever service by @NOWTV @NOWTVHelp We have cancelled the service as we were having regular issues which is updated on the notes as well and we asked to cancel it by 10th Apr but it was made for 1st Apr and few days back again when we called they said will call back today...

    @itvhub scuse me can you fix the issue on the nowtv app that I will select resume episode, watch three minutes of adverts and then have the episode play from the beginning. Meaning when I fast forward to the point I was actually at I will have to watch another 2 mins of ads

    @NOW I hope you will be compensating myself and other customers who have been without nowtv since this issue occurred! Nobody enjoys paying for something they can’t use 😩
