    @fishlessfingers Prime and NowTV have the worst layouts out there, Netflix is perfect layout with frustrating content. Stop getting season 3 and 5 of a 7 season show!

    Nowtv live chat agent took too long to reply so live chat timed out @NOWTV . Please get them to fix live chat. What was the December 15 update on Nowtv devices for @nowtvhelp .

    @NOWTV Your agents keep closing live chat when i make a complaint via the #NOWTV chat service. I am waiting for a manager to contact me in 24 hours , since the 29th of December? Is @NOWTV broken? Going out of business?

    @NOWTV I wish you could too. The "manager" emailed me an AUTO RESPONSE at over a week of waiting. ? You don't have a customer service, just take money and help no one who is left high and dry

    For about 2 months , constant blurring of tv , freezing every hour or so , error messages coming up every couple hours tv guide freezing what do i even pay for ? @NOWTV
