@NOWTV part 2 now vulnerable customers like me have to make payment of a very high amount to get services back on to work sacrificing priority bills just so they can work to pay anything!

@NOWTV Hi I’m trying to cancel my now tv account but when I log in it does not show my account details or payment details and shows the prices in euros I cannot cancel my payments either on my bank account as it shows as a card payment and not a DD or Standing order please help

@NOWTV part 3 ever gone to my head to pay this bill of almost 80 pounds to just be able to work when I called and asked to pay over 2 weeks ago! Being lied to by your company is something I'm used to by now

@nowtv hi there! Pretty sure you’re breaking some @Ofcom codes for not fixing a known fault/bug with repeated “verify your account” emails that can’t be resolved after sign up. The issue goes back to 2018 on your forums. Do I need to make a formal complaint to get you to fix it?

@millyjnorman I'm not with BT, that's the problem they have the default lines for most companies. A lot of people don't realise so if you're with Nowtv, Sky etc & have bad upload speed etc. it BTs lines that are usually the problem. You've to go to independently laid lines to get better.

I love @NOWTV, their entire troubleshooting for their app not working is blaming my fibre to property Internet connection. They suggested I use mobile data. For video streaming. Yeah, no.
