@NOWTV absolutely hopeless at sorting out both account problems (for several months) and now it is telling me my NowTV box is not a registered device but my account tells me I can add another 6 devices simply by watching a programme on them. AND back to the beginning!

@NOWTV wondering if you plan on putting earlier seasons of @NBCChicagoPD back on? I bribed my teenager to do his home learning by promising he could watch season 3 if he did it all and bribes gone out the window all I'm left with is one upset kid and a stressed out mum help??

@NOWTV hi, the issue continues. as shown in the pic in my original message, it's a weird overlay on the screen that makes it look bad quality. only on sky sports. could you please let me know if it's deliberate? seems to be part of the nowtv software. do other customers have it? thanks!

@arbitrarygenius Roku boxes are like an actually decent version of NowTV boxes (might even be the same tech, dunno) ... Except they allowed people to watch stuff in quality that was better than 720p. ((( removed original tweeterer )))
