    @HeyBroadband installed last week. Speed seems ok but so many websites have issues loading. Amazon was an issue, now not but now NowTV won’t stream.

    @NOWTV I cant get through to any advisors over the phone or live chat my Internet is down is this a current issue with others too? Or just mine?

    @FauxRomantic True, that's the worst. But is it as bad as NowTV putting a trailer before a show we were watching...for that very same show!!!????

    @NOWHelpTeam can you explain why All4 app keeps crashing. Have de/re -installed app and NowTV stick is updated. Problem doesn’t exist with All4 App on SamsungTv

    @surfshark Thank you. Unfortunately I've had to cancel as NowTV was primarily what I wanted the vpn to work with. Many thanks anyway :)

    @dowling_andy @TSB Yep. Sky (and Sky-backed/based ISPs such as NowTV) appear to have a major DNS issue. One workaround is to point your DNS at Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) if you know how.

    @rudemrlang @MatthewRimmer Don’t you find a lot of stuff on NowTV has this problem? I do! But then I watch most TV with subtitles now because of mumbling and my diminished hearing.
