    @NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"

    @itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at least the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, I can only think of probably NowTV, Dazn or an Iptv service.

    @NOWTV got sports day pass in May that was meant to have 5 mths mobile access. Never recvd code for the mobile. Plz help.

    @NOW Getting rid of NowTV - I don't pay a subscription to see adverts and no chance am I paying even more. Terrible business decision, bye!

    @NOWTV now just taking the pish. Finishing the few series I'm watching before ditching it, start a programme and have to suffer bunch of inane laugter at how stupid we are paying a subscription to avoid adverts with that god awful @McDonalds advert.

    @BBCWomansHour had exact experience with Curry’s and NOWTV — only Twitter to customer service worked to resolve issues. It’s now my go-to solution.
