    @nowtvhelp Hello. I have checked this and it is not very helpful. It simply tells me there are problems in my area. Is this normal for @NOWTV ? I have just joined and would simply like to use my internet and landline phone.

    @NOWTV why is it so hard to get into contact with you? Your site won't let me set up my account and I can't ring anyone to get help with our broadband setup. And before you ask, no, none of the FAQ's help

    Fed up with the poor movie choice on @netflix I have switched to @NOWTV, which has a fine selection of films, but their streaming quality blows. I don't know what 4830 is but it sure ain't 1080p, poss not even 720p!

    @NOWTV ...flimsy and sporadic but now it does not work AT ALL. It needs to be replaced (and hopefully the item is better quality now?) 2. I cannot change my address in the backend of my membership 3. I cannot contact NOWTV customer service through the membership section of the site
