I have been billed £35 for Sky Cinema since ordering it on November 28th for an agreed ‘2 months for the price of 1’ deal. I tried calling Sky TV, but they told me to call NowTV. NowTV then told me to use chat which doesn’t work WTF

KLG (@snicketgreen) reported@NOWHelpTeam hiya, we’ve just changed my 81 yo grandma’s broadband and calls to NowTV. Broadband is connecting fine and she can make outgoing calls but she can’t receive any calls. Online checks say line is fine. Pls can you advise? Is there a help line to call?
