I don't suppose I have any American friends who would share their login for whatever I can watch Succession on? Or can I change a setting somewhere on NOWTV? Please help.

  • shanethegooner Shane Ó Dubhuir (@shanethegooner) reported

@qassim_uk NowTV is literally the worst.

  • Hugh_Ash Hugh Ash (@Hugh_Ash) reported

@NOWTV I can’t remove devices? Following your help articles was actually no help at all. I’be had to cancel my membership because I can’t remove a device. Literally non-existent customer service. I’m taking to Twitter as a last resort. Any chance I can speak to a real person?

  • packets84 SpinningGorilla.com (@packets84) reported from Donegal, Ulster

@NOWTV worst user interface I have ever seen and terrible customer service. Wish it was better as you got great programming. Pity it won't let me watch any of them

  • ItsEdSinclair Sinclair (@ItsEdSinclair) reported

The buggy, slow, awful streaming app that Roman urinates on is actually NowTV, the app you are watching Succession on.

@VodafoneUK Help please? I am without broadband because I have opted to move to you from nowtv. They have been uncooperative, refusing to give up line so you cancelled installation today. Can you please bring my revised installation date closer than 16/12?

  • Sharl Robert Sharl (@Sharl) reported

@unklerupert @NOWTV Just work out what your business model is. Am I paying to watch these ads? Is any of the cash going into developing native UI apps for anything, or do you really think that inventing entirely non-standard ways to navigate video is what the subscribers pay for?

  • vetchfieId wandering jack® 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@vetchfieId) reported

When @NOWTV freezes, no buttons on the controller will work, unless you press "Sky Store"... Then it comes to life. Because God forbid you're not able to spend...

  • dtsn Daniel Saxil-Nielsen (@dtsn) reported

@NOWHelpTeam I found out the problem. I am using pi.hole to block ads. It seems the nowtv app loads up an ad server on load. If it fails it gives up and doesn’t load anything. If I disable the blocker for 10 seconds everything works fine. I think this needs to be filed as a bug report!

@NOWHelpTeam Please help with a NowTV Player bug for laptop. Player launches for a few seconds then crashes/shuts down. Tried reinstalling, clearing cookies/cache, different browsers and all the advice from the community pages. It looks like this is a very common problem. (1/2)
