    @NOWTV how do I get a refund for my now TV pass that I cancelled but still got charged for? And how do I make a complaint about your terrible cancellation web page? Deliberately misleading in order to keep business

    @NOWTV your app on PS4 constantly saying "Unknown Page Error. Give it a moment or check Internet connection." Been like this for a week. Latest update. Deleted and reinstalled app. Any fix for this? All other apps work. Will need to cancel subscription if I can't access it.

    @nowtvhelp Just the nowtv app, same thing happens on ps4 when it's open for a while or open in the background, timeout issue maybe? Its not as easy to close apps properly on firetv as it is on ps4, they seem to stay open in the background

    @nowtvhelp Why do I need to spend time on the phone, get transferred between departments, and then get cut off (it’s happened before)? Customers should be connected automatically after having broadband installed, without having to ask. I’m tired of calling NowTV, worst customer service!

    This is such a first world problem but it's infuriating that the NowTV app doesn't autoplay the next episode and let you skip opening credits. Oh, and the subtitles keep disappearing 🙄 If anything they have is available on netflix I'll choose netflix every time @nowtvhelp

    @NOWTV Xbox One X app. Was on all channels. Internet speed is not the issue. Continually happens on your app. All other ones working fine, @YouTube @netflix etc.

    @NOWTV I gave you enough time to rectify the issue, 30 days is more than sufficient to cancel the account.
