    @DCross_psycho9 In is your sky viewing card number They do this to help Sky identify which viewing card is illegally rebroadcasting online streams and take the appropriate action I have only ever seen it on sky set top boxes (not BT boxes, BT apps or nowtv apps)

    @ThreeUKSupport And it's down this morning, 100% signal strength on router but Internet showing as disconnected, same every time. Now having to travel to the office to work which I totally shouldn't have to do. Who refunds my Sky, NowTV and Amazon Prime when I can't use them?

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp Anyone else had issues with money being taken from bank accounts unauthorised? Purchased a sky sports day pass and had money taken out of my bank for entertainment pass and boost - didn’t order either 😡

    Hi @NOWTV @nowtvhelp having real issues with subtitles disappearing during films/tv. Really not good for accessibility, seems like a bug that needs fixing!!

    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV #NowTV Why can you not respond to emails or deal with issue despite repeated assurances. 25 days since first raising issue. Unbelievable poor service and failed promises.
