    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, but like I said earlier, the speed has significantly decreased since confirming my switch. It used to comfortably run with my partners laptop, my PC, 2 phones and 2 xboxs all at once. Now it's struggling with no reported issues with 2 phones and a nowtv stick, nothing else?

    @NOWHelpTeam I did but they were just as useless. Absolutely ridiculous that it takes you 3-5 days to sort out broadband issues #NowTV we are all having to work from home and are now having to pay a fortune to use our data and hotspot.

    @ecrx oh my word girl you gotta leave! we had issues with sky so now with talktalk and pay £39 for wifi, tv, sky movies and sky entertainment via nowtv but all through talktalk x

    @NOWHelpTeam Ok thank you I will do but can you advise why I am having the issue when opening NOWtv? The home page sticks with your logo and the circle spinning timer?

    @JennSandercock Oh god that’s awful. Nowtv does something similar by CONSTANTLY forgetting where you are, after minutes not weeks, not auto playing the next episode, garbage search functionality, and just damn. Blargh.

    @manchestermelly @Tachyon100 I'll be honest, I could happily do without any of those. We have Prime, Disney+, NowTV and Netflix, plus the broadband and the TV licence. I would need the broadband for work anyway, but in total that's £75 a month. Blimey.

    @NOWTV how do I get in touch with you guys every road says speak to an agent every click there after goes to a help topic that doesnt help not an agent

    @NOW embarrassing quality and service. I have rebooted the app on PS4 And still innumerable, nay, constant buffering and slowdown, particularly on @SkySports Demand compensation, but will certainly be leaving #NOWTV and ending my subscription. Never this problem on @amazon
