    @NOWTV We've been calling them nearly every day - they keep saying they have no information on what's wrong or how long it will take to fix. They simply pass the buck & blame Openreach. It's ridiculous, I've got 3 kids who are missing out on vital education !

    @nowtvhelp I was watching NowTV today and it crashed at 6:20pm. Can't log into my account now "Unable to connect to sign in, please try again later" I was on the Live chat for half an hour then got disconnected from that too. Please help, don't want to miss the match tonight.

    @nowtvhelp couldn't login to my nowtv account. Been on the live chat that say account has been suspended but can't tell me when or why all they can do is pass it on to another department who will contact me I. The next 48 hours so being denied a service I am paying for
