    @bt_uk Hi. Just reset nowtv box hasn’t changed a single thing… so has to be BT. The issue is this isn’t the first time it has done this and I’m fed up on changing the password every single time. I’ve have two tvs that use the bt app so once i changed the password a couple weeks -

    @bt_uk Hi Alannah. Looks like someone has tried to hack the account and it’s been locked due to many unsuccessful login tries. NOWTV will unlock it within 72 hours. If there’s an issue after that then I will be back in touch.

    @NOWTV why is it that when I watch something on my TV it buffers or says internet connection lost isn’t internet issue or signal strength ! I can watch in exactly the same spot and it’s ok on laptop . going on 4 months now and it’s getting to the point I’m going to can NowTV.

    Anyone else not able to log into their now account after changing their password. Password is correct but it just won’t log me back in on any device. #nowtv if you are out their, HELP! #annoying #help

    @NOWHelpTeam Hello, I am trying to set up a NOWtv sports 1 month account, but as soon as I enter all my details and press pay, it won’t accept payment and I can’t click the button. I’ve tried on numerous devices and I’m encountering the same issue.

    @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV I had the same issues, I was a Sky subscriber but I cannot get a signal anymore so tried now TV. Could not get it to work on the Apple TV app so had to get the dongle in the end.

    Why is it that NowTV has no problem playing ads but as SOON as the film starts it immediately starts buffering 💀💀💀
