    Terrible delay on @NOWTV watching the football. Goal alerts from app before I actually see it. Surely can do better than that

    @NOWTV It’s still not working, I deleted and reinstalled the app but the same message still keeps coming up.

    @nowtvhelp I am having issues because @nowtv purposely make it difficult to cancel in the hope you can take some extra money from people. There should be an option to cancel on your account through simply clicking a "Cancel" button like you can do with any other service such as Netflix.

    Tried watching the remake of The Witches out of curiosity on @NOWTV It’s hilariously awful and had to turn it off because it was so bad. Someone said “chickenified” and I was out

    @Channel4 @Channel4 Please provide a Medium Quality setting for those who don't have the latest smart TV and laptop to enjoy via broadband without stuttering.There is one on your phone app but not the website. Seems to be the same video codecs as NowTV with which people have the same issue
