  @nowtvhelp Why do I need to spend time on the phone, get transferred between departments, and then get cut off (it’s happened before)? Customers should be connected automatically after having broadband installed, without having to ask. I’m tired of calling NowTV, worst customer service!

  @NOWTV your app on PS4 constantly saying "Unknown Page Error. Give it a moment or check Internet connection." Been like this for a week. Latest update. Deleted and reinstalled app. Any fix for this? All other apps work. Will need to cancel subscription if I can't access it.

  Just giving @nowtv another chance after previous loading and buffering problems with no viable solution. Plenty of time to tweet during buffering. Time to give up and cancel contract.

  @NOWTV I can't access my account. Every time I try to log on it comes up with unexpected error try again later! this has been going on for days. I don't know how to rectify the situation and I'm unable to watch TV. Please advise.
