@NOWHelpTeam @danfreemanfan That’s nice I tweeted you twice with an issue that resulted after your latest update and you completely ignored me! We can’t all afford full-fat sky which doesn’t mean that you should ignore your NOWTV customers.

@LeadTestInclude @NOWTV @skytv Having said that, you can get good deals on it and it does have good shows. It’s basically Sky but cheaper, slightly lower quality and not a fantastic user experience

@NOWHelpTeam Not used it today, but was awful during the game last night. Had to reset the TV twice during the first half as the app crashed. Actually missed the first goal. Not the first time it has happened using NowTV for big matches either.

@mileswoodford Ok Miles, follow the problems watching nowtv option that applied to you then click on the downward pointing arrow that says get in touch. If you're an apple or mac user, please make sure you have downloaded the recent security update also, this may resolve it. -GH

@LeadTestInclude We canned Virgin to go with Freeview plus Now Entertainment package. Still fairly cheap I guess. Just about enough programming that isn’t covered elsewhere. The NowTV box we have is rubbish. Awful interface (but it works - no channel numbers for freeview channels)

@OpenreachHelp My daughter, left without any dial tone or broadband for 3 days while trying to look after disabled son. In an area with no mobile signal. No sign of Openreach coming to help and fix issue despite constant chasing of NowTV.

@NOWHelpTeam Also - reading through the community help forum - essentially the solution is for me to try and find an undetermined bit of software on my machine, that isn't recording NowTV - and to turn it off... How is that deemed a solution?!?! Please tell your product team to do better?

buckled and watched House of the Dragon after realising i still had NowTV and look: blonde elf wigs are never going to look good. they don't work for anyone. they barely work on the page. Just Say No
