@NOWHelpTeam The samsung TV came with nowtv installed but kept saying firmware update needed (any updates have been done) and according to your link the TV is compatible. There are numerous threads on forums about the same problems with the nowtv app on Samsung tv's

If @NOWTV could sort out this concurrency error message that comes up when you stop your phone streaming to chromecast and then try to watch it on your phone, that would be great. Says you're watching on too many devices, yet stops you watching on any

@EmShadows @NOWTV @BulbUK I ‘like’ this tweet in solidarity obviously - all these price hikes are so awful. Everyone’s bills are increasing dramatically but no-one’s income is increasing alongside it. Is a **** time.

@NOWTV Urgent, please help. This is a scam, or, someone is using my identity to join Now without my knowledge at about 20 h yesterday 19th Feb England. I tried to cancel but have no knowledge of an account and so cannot log in!
