If your @now TV smart TV app is constantly changing quality, your DNS may be set to @Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1 server. Switching to Google’s 8.8.8.8 DNS fixed it. #NowTV

@NOWHelpTeam I've had yo recently to factory reset due to time issue and noe my BT sport app on NowTv won't stream live sport. Screen is just green/pink pixilated so cannot watch not happy as app isn't an issue on other devices

@NOWHelpTeam i just said i want the problem to be fixed, i dont want to go through further troubleshooting, i know people that are hard of hearing that have had endless problems with nowtv and as such refuse to use it what do i have to do to convince you the problem is yours to fix not mine?

@NOWTV you have taken £9.99 out of my account two days ago and now when I sign in it says I need a code. You have not emailed me a code so how can I watch anything? This is a ballache! You have taken funds but I can’t access the membership package which I selected!
