    @bt_uk I recently signed up for NowTV at your recommendation. Not only is it pretty rubbish for the extra money, so many programmes I usually record with no problems are now getting “failed to record” - any ideas? Thanks.

    What’s the deal when the wifi on the laptop works fine but the nowtv stick won’t load cos it says there’s no internet and half the apps on your phone work fine but the other half won’t load cos there’s no internet? And you’ve already turned the router on and off a bunch of times

    So do @NOWTV @nowtvhelp never pay the cashback promised as part of a deal or am I just unfortunate?! They appeared so helpful when I first raised the issue but now I hear nothing??

    @MoodySlayerUK @F1 Do understand your problem, I used nowtv sports until they refused to acknowledge that they weren't supplying their product during first lockdown. In fact they didn't reply to any correspondence. Lost me for good as a paying customer.

    @NOWTV Don’t fall for it, they say 11.99 then charge £25 You are awful how you treat people who have lost there jobs and just want there kids to have a little something extra through half term being stick inside. I’m so ashamed of our country and companies that take advantage!

    @4Viewers @rjwalkerskipton Same here. Had to sign in every time I open the app (NowTV stick) over the last day or so, now it won't log in at all ("log in error"). The details are correct, I can sign into the website

    @nowtvhelp hello, we’re experiencing an internet outage in our area due to an issue with openreach, some providers have been reconnected but our NOWTV Broadband has been down for 60hrs+. Can you provide an update on when our broadband service might return?
