@NOWTV My credit card company changed providers and payment didn't go through but I got from you, "We’re sorry to see you’ve cancelled your NOW Membership. If you could spare a few minutes to let us know the reason you’ve cancelled, it’d really help us improve."

@bourbondoctor @TalkTalk Oh we've had that issue with her an virgin. This is my account. With nowtv and so far so good. Still trying get her set up again since July. Tried nowtv, now trying plusnet who may have located the issue.

@StillSina Do you watch via a firestick or via the app (Nowtv player)? I think there's no trouble with the former but clearly the latter has issues Unless it's my laptop? (But all other on demand tv works instantly on it) ...
