    @NOWTV my dad is unable to sign in. He has just got a subscription via BT and trying to set a password but no matter where he is trying (browser) it’s saying unable to sign in error message, try again later! This is since yesterday, what’s going on??

    @NOWTV Hi, I can't sign in, I know the incorrect email but the password I enter (which I use for BT) is not being recognised so I am stuck!!

    finally caved and got @NOWTV which has much better content than Netflix or Prime, but WHY is the streaming quality/player so rubbish.

    @NOWTV The box is just plugged into the back of the tv. It’s a usb stick. It has now decided to work so I cannot send you a picture of the error message, which frequently says “NowTV is currently unavailable”

    @nowtvhelp LG smart tv downstairs (says ‘something’s not right & error code PL-0) NowTV box upstairs loops and doesn’t start the film.

    @NOWTV do u think is acceptable to have wifi as slow as 7mb per second and still charge me full price? worst wifi ever and can’t even cancel because i have a contract!! fix this asap, bloody joke

    @unrulyupstart @NOWTV Now tv isn't working at all, hasn't since last night. No-one can sign in but they won't so anything to help. Very infruriating.

    @NOWTV constant glitching for last two days. Unknown page error repeatedly. Abandoned multiple attempts to watch movies. No issue streaming with the other content streamers like Netflix, Disney plus. Very unsatisfactory customer experience. Please advise??
