@gnuchu Hi, can I ask on the hospital WIFI are all your apps running slow or not loading. It could be down to that the WIFI is not strong enough however, I would advise making sure nothing else is running on the phone when trying to load the nowtv app. This may help

@NOWTV I am having so many problems with your broadband at the moment. Any time I want to join a Teams call, or stream something, the connection drops out. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to assist either. (Yes I've performed line connection tests).

@NOWTV It's not on, haven't changed any settings since using Canva daily for months, it stopped working on Thursday and haven't been able to access it since. Seems like other NowTV customers are having the same problem according to @canva

@NOWTV Hi sis, yes this is the problem. The episode was released yesterday in the US and is available on hayu directly. Hayu are telling me this is a YOU problem, not a them problem? So please assist. Last week, episode 1 was available Mon 7 Dec, so where is episode 2?

@NOWTV @nowtvhelp It’s not been working for several days and I’m paying for 3 passes that I can’t use on my TV and now being told to go spend even more money to be able to watch it ????? you’re normally really good with customer service but this time it has been awful ????

Continue to be disappointed with the @NOWTV broadband we have. Totally unusable today and means I've got to look to go into the office to do work I could do from home because they can't provide the basic level of service we pay for. What a joke.

@afrochip94 @NOWTV @nowtvhelp I’ve not been able to use my stick got days and kept getting told to do things I’ve already done and now they’re telling me to buy a new one lmao & now they’re telling me to use the Live chat that DOESNT work and didn’t work yesterday either !!!!!!!!! I’m gonna lose the plot lmao

@antartica81 I often work in England and sometimes rent a flat when I am in longer projects. I find NowTV good for both the broadband and -if you want- TV packages because you can get it per month and not a minimum of a year or so contract.
