@AlanPLTiller Hi Alan, thanks for getting in touch and I do apologise for the delay in response. Alan I do apologise that the nowtv is no longer supported as a nowtv device. Can I ask with your nowtv stick are you receiving any error messages?

@NOWTV I have previously been in conversation with you back in November about being charged for something I've not even signed up for. This is still happening and want to speak to someone about it. Sadly you don't have a phone number for TV issues, but you do for broadband??

@NOWTV Yep! They were great, but sadly not much help. Engineer came out, but doesn’t seem to have changed much. Feels like I’m paying ~£25pm to tether via my phone every 30 minutes at present.

@llecddd I am with NowTV broadband but not Sky TV and I didn’t even know this existed. I don’t think I can help on this, NowTV is owned by Sky without the perks that Sky customers get.
