@StillSina Do you watch via a firestick or via the app (Nowtv player)? I think there's no trouble with the former but clearly the latter has issues Unless it's my laptop? (But all other on demand tv works instantly on it) ...

@NOWTV My credit card company changed providers and payment didn't go through but I got from you, "We’re sorry to see you’ve cancelled your NOW Membership. If you could spare a few minutes to let us know the reason you’ve cancelled, it’d really help us improve."
