@virginmedia All Broadband is down in my area, which is acknowledged on your website with an estimated fix time of 2pm tomorrow. Being that I have paid for NowTV to watch the football and cannot because of your service failing, what compensation can you offer me?

@NOWTV I've tried it from both firefox and chrome (currently Firefox), don't see an error message. Only full grey screen, see no error message. Sound available.

@NOWTV We've been calling them nearly every day - they keep saying they have no information on what's wrong or how long it will take to fix. They simply pass the buck & blame Openreach. It's ridiculous, I've got 3 kids who are missing out on vital education !

My #Broadband speed is just 8.2mbps and has been for weeks! The main problem is that when that get's through the front door I'm not left with much to share with my wife and our three kids. God help us if the dogs ever ask for an iPad! @UswitchUK @NOWTV

Just cancelled all of our @NOWTV passes because they *still* haven't fixed the sound issues. It's been almost a year. You charge a fortune. You charge *extra* for HD. With the new content coming on @disneyplus you're going to become obsolete.
