@NOWHelpTeam @NOW @NOWTV I contacted you via twitter 10 days ago, no reply,tech team were phoning me back last Monday, they didn't, router is 2 yrs old. Connectivity is now not good enough, hub is always hot, on line test your staff said there was a problem, where's the solution

@NOWHelpTeam I tried that and it didn’t work. Also tried the app on my phone it couldn’t stream either. It's like NowTV is being blocked, but every other streaming service works just fine.

@NOWTV My credit card company changed providers and payment didn't go through but I got from you, "We’re sorry to see you’ve cancelled your NOW Membership. If you could spare a few minutes to let us know the reason you’ve cancelled, it’d really help us improve."
