I pay a total amount of £58 a month for live football to @btsport and @NOWTV. Never had issues streaming using these services. Ironically, as an Amazon Prime customer I have bonus of them broadcasting a game not covered. Disappointing @primevideosport

@NOWTV I’ve taken the day of work no engineer call appointment was 8am Till 1pm no movement on tracker since sent at 7am not happy what away to start my new contract

@RussInCheshire @AmazonPrime Suspect your internet connection. I have an Amazon fire stick on a tv with a virgin media box. The vm box buffers and loses connection while the fire stick (and nowtv stick) work fine. I only watch Amazon prime stuff through the sticks.

@NOWTV I have rung them and they can’t help with any updates till the engineers go home at 5pm what a joke and what a way to run a business

@NOWTV Why can’t I play Nowtv on my iPad, and view it on my tv via the Apple hdmi cable? It’s had me log out and back in, delete the app and re-download. Still comes up with an error. It’s not a smart tv so I can’t put the app directly onto the tv.

@NOWTV I have spoken to Royal Mail so know what the issue is but @NOWTV chose to be in denial / would rather have someone be without internet and unable to work from home than pay the cost of posting a new box.

@NOWTV Hi there, I am being charged £9.99 on my Paypal account for your service. I have no recollection of signing up. I can't log on to my account as I don;t know what my log in is. As far as I am aware I have never used your service. How do I cancel my service without login
