    @NOWHelpTeam our nowtv hub just isn’t connecting/providing internet connection. it’s been up and down ever since we came to nowtv for our internet and i’ve had enough of it. i’m constantly turning it off and back on again, nothing seems to work.

    @charlesmj TalkTalk have absolutely awful customer service in my experience. Haven't had any major issues with NowTV in two years but router strength isn't amazing.

    @NOWTV now just taking the pish. Finishing the few series I'm watching before ditching it, start a programme and have to suffer bunch of inane laugter at how stupid we are paying a subscription to avoid adverts with that god awful @McDonalds advert.

    @NOWTV hi, I've tried to use you're find my account feature on the website and it doesn't work. You're taking money from my account yet none of my log one work so I'm a bit confused as to why when I've already got an account I use and am being charged for. Please help?

    Where can I watch season 9+ of modern family in the UK? I’ve been using NOWTV but it’s hasn’t been working for days now and I need my fix :(

    NowTV or whatever we're calling it now was designed by a madman in 2012 and then he left and no other staff have been hired to work on the website, app, or player since. That's the only reason I can find for it being so unusable for it's human users.

    @itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, i can only think of probably NowTV or an Iptv service.
