    Can you help !!?? Had the NOWTv Player for a while on Mac and for the most part its been pretty reliable. However it now states ' You have screen recording software on your comp' and won't play!! I have read through the HELP page . And forums. Nothing works. anyone? @NOWTV

    @SamsungUK @NOWTV Now tv app is telling me to update my firmware on an LS27AM500NUXEN. I have just manually updated to 1101.0, but NowTV still requests a firmware update. Any help?

    @NOWTV I’m having big issues with my new account. I’ve been billed for a cinema pass when trying to install the app on my TV (it said it was a free 7 day trial). I cancelled it immediately. Now being told I signed up for it alongside Ents & I didn’t! It’s two diff sign up times.

    @NOWHelpTeam Free practice 1 has begun at the Mexico Grand Prix and I STILL cannot use my NowTV account to watch it. As well as fixing the problem what sort of refund will I be getting?

    @gavinmuellerphd @Greene_DM HBO is interesting because their model is more "classic" and oriented around IP rights in global markets. We get it through Sky's "NowTV", quite possibly the worst streaming software i've ever used
