    @claudelittner @BuyCarParts @GLS_Germany Can't get the staff nowadays Claude. I was as frustrated at NOWTV for their ploy to get people to pay for a better quality picture. So they fuzzed the picture, watching the football the players were blurred you couldn't see who was on the ball. Yet adbreaks were crystal clear😤

    @NOWTV No way. Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ stream in 4K without any issue and NowTV can’t even deliver 1080p without me doing up to twenty minutes of tinkering until it finally decides to boot into gear. Internet connectivity is not an issue on my end.

    @NOWTV How come your app randomly decides what streaming quality to dish out? I have to exit and replay the video or turn off the TV and try again about 40 times before it finally deems me worthy of receiving the holy grail of 7833 and then it works without a hitch. Madness.

    @pontyboi Hi Daniel, thanks for getting in touch and I do apologise for the delay in response, our team work from 08.00-20.00. Daniel I am sorry to hear that. Can I please ask have engineers been out or have you had your nowtv hub replaced? thanks
