@NOWTV Sure. @Vodafone sent me a snow TV sports pass code, to replace the sky sports mobile I had. I followed the link, installed the app & then things just don't work. Or they start to work, then freeze & I'm told I need a pass. I have a pass. Plus nothing casts. Help chat cuts out.

@nowtv @nowtvhelp Why are your chat assistants not very good? Don't you train them properly? Twice now they've followed the script, "yes you have a pass, you get the following, that's not working, OK uninstall & reinstall, try again." Then chat goes dead. @VodafoneUK poor swap!

@SkyUK WHY is your online store to order accessories closed?! This is the only place I can order a new NowTV smart remote £8 and it’s CLOSED!! No one over the phone can help so.....what the hell?!!

@camangusmurray @NOWTV Tried two TVs also tried through the firestick and two different phones, iPhone and Samsung. No connectivity issues as all other apps are working perfectly. Please respond.

Coincidentally, Netflix forgot where I was in Designated Survivor so I’m finding I’ve seen these episodes. I’m going to plough on from this point regardless as it’s been a while. Meanwhile, NowTV forgot where I was with Manifest and I hadn’t the energy to work that one out.

@NOWTV have bought a day pass for the sport but cannot sign into the app on any device? Can you advise, this is so frustrating when it keeps coming up “unable to connect to sign in, please try again later” on laptop, phone and iPad?
