    The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.

    @NOW You've locked me in a 12-month NOWTV contract without me knowing, ignored my complaint for over a month and now 3 agents have closed chats with me and told me they cannot help me. Oh, surprise, no phone line that works! Disgusting.

    @NOWTV no update on the audio description issue you are having on multiple programmes? It's an expensive subscription and havnt been able to watch anything for 3 days

    @nowtv Anyone else having issues with Now app on phone and telly, its buffering evey 10 seconds all advice follwed to mitigate it down to app re- install

    Dear @NOWTV please make sure that your live streams actually lip sync with the audio & that every time you cut to a break that the app doesn’t crash please? I’m getting kind of bored of it now. If this is what I pay for, you need to try harder #SortItOutPlease #SickofIt

    @NOWTV do you know your subtitles are ALWAYS out of synch with the movie? The subtitles are always 2 minutes ahead of what's happening on screen. It's very annoying! I think it's because you add adverts before the movie? That screws up the timing. FIX IT PLEASE.

    @STFC_Danni @NOWTV Same here. Highest speed stuff yet it keeps breaking up and sound cutting up. Awful
