    @tweetwhenangry @NOWTV I’ve been having the same issue they’ve been taking money for 19 months after I cancel it and they won’t give back the money they owe me. Now tv is useless

    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinKatscan Having the same issue here and there seem to be a large number of Sky broadband and Nowtv broadband users with the same problem.

    Issues with the @amazonuk app are being caused by Sky blocking the site. @NowTV is affected too. You need to go into settings and allow the Amazon URL to fix the issue. With NowTV find this in parental controls.

    @nowtvhelp @SkyUK so, multiple requests from @NOWTV tech support to provide screenshots complied with. Repeatedly advised issue was being escalated. 36 days still no streaming service. Cancelled subscription asked for refund.

    @NOWTV @SkyHelpTeam so I've had to turn off the blocking feature just to get @AmazonUK to work....maybe let customers know when you have resolved the problem you created 🙈👉

    Hi @nowtvhelp my NOWTV broadband is very very slow 2.92 download 0.34 upload - I’ve tried contact you via web chat but it’s a terrible I need customer service please. Thanks

    @NOWTV Have just switched to you from sky. I realise that you are the same but now 1471 & caller display are not working. All attempts to contact you failed. Broadband is less than 1/2 the speed advertised & don't give me that nonsense about testing the line over the 1st 10days

    Can you help I started the sky sports pass last month but for some reason its took the money out my bank twice this month and its getting took again on the 24th can you help please @nowtvhelp @NOWTV
