@OpenreachHelp I was on the phone with a very helpful assistant from @NOWTV who was on an online chat with @OpenreachHelp - they said nothing could be done. Despite explaining that our alarm system cannot be installed due to the lack of internet. What can you do to help?

@bt_uk How can the hub be the issue? NowTV, BBC iPlayer, YouTube and every other app that can provide live feed works fine.

@IGNUKDeals Been with them for a few years - but I’m away in Europe atm & unfortunately @NordVPN won’t work for streaming bbc IPlayer, nowtv etc so was a bit mift :-(

@hayuhelps week after week there are errors with availability versus schedule @hayu_uk posts. I've tried the app, Prime, NowTV - all have issues. Subtitles are not available a lot of the time. I don't want a DM, I want to know here what you're doing to resolve this ongoing issue.

@primevideosport None, Prime service is crap, have no issues with Disney, Netflix, BBC, All4, NowTV, Paramount or YouTube, but Prime,Prime crashes within 15 minutes and stuns the whole TV.

@skytv Stop selling me SKY Glass - Don't need new TV for 5 years - have 4K 65" + ATMOS Receiver, gigabit broadband. Don't want cables/dish but would buy Sky. Even upgraded NOWTV with full access/schedule/recording would work. Or new external Digital Box. What's the problem?

I congratulate @NOW, who has not been able to provide internet service for 17 days in the 21st century, England, UK. They also tried to charge for the service they didn't provide yesterday. Terrible service guys @NOWHelpTeam #NowTV #Broadband #NowBroadband

@nowtv @martinlewis @tradingstandatds Nowtv terrible customer service, elderly father with no working landline for days, customer service is horrendous, happy to take money but provide no service. Do not recommend and will be terminating the service asap.
