@NOWHelpTeam noticed an issue with NowTV and sky sports on Apple TV. Example right now watching the spurs v Chelsea game: when the game cuts to an advert, the sounds stop. Only way to get it back is to exit the stream and go back in. Happens every time there is a live game

@NOWHelpTeam @SamsungUK dear nowtv and Samsung. Received my shiny new Samsung the premiere lsp7t today. Smart TV function is great but can't find now tv app on it? What's the problem?

@DannyBoiBlu @hayuhelps I only had an issue last month as I was with NowTV, switched to amazon and now the same issue.......just really annoying that we pay for something and not receive it, but I suppose their get out would be "there's other programmes apart from housewives that come with a Haya sub

@NOWHelpTeam how come the uktv play app keeps closing down when being used with the nowtv stick?? Works fine on phone. Plays ads no issue, then either takes you back to programme select screen, or takes me back to nowtv screen. Any ideas?? Thanks

@hayu_uk @primevideouk If its anything like the "issue" last month with NowTV.......you will have 2 episodes of both to watch next week! Is this some sort of ploy for us to unsub from amazon prime, resub to now tv, then in a month's time we will be going back to prime?
