    @NOWHelpTeam My NOWtv broadband is down. Power light - Green. Internet light - orange. Wireless light - green. Please can you help, I need the WIFI up and running within the hour. Thank you.

    @NOWTV Moved from NowTV broadband to BT broadband but carrying on all NowTV subscriptions. Changing today, but @NOWTV felt it necessary to cancel broadband at midnight last night (20 minutes ago) Terrible behaviour. Won’t ever go back.

    @NOWHelpTeam When contacting live chat the person said that this is a issue that a lot of customers are having right now! But can’t tell me when it will be sorted out! Asked if I had to get back in contact with nowtv and got told…not really!! What a poor service

    @bt_uk I changed tv package a couple of days ago but aren't getting the channels on NOWtv (comedy central etc.) My account seems to have updated online but channels not working
