    @conor_gamble @NOWTV It is odd, I can access it on my phone & laptop but not TV. It must be a software problem at their end (just tv) related.

    @STFC_Danni @NOWTV Same here. Highest speed stuff yet it keeps breaking up and sound cutting up. Awful

    @cromaretail Bought a Samsung TV in May 23 with 1+2 yrs warranty from Croma. In March 26, the M board was replaced due to a fault. NowTV is out oforder again.Extremely disappointing product quality from Samsung. Resolve urgently, I’ll escalate and share my experience on s medias

    @NOW You've locked me in a 12-month NOWTV contract without me knowing, ignored my complaint for over a month and now 3 agents have closed chats with me and told me they cannot help me. Oh, surprise, no phone line that works! Disgusting.

    @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

    @CliveRoper @NOWTV it has stopped working on 2 LG tvs and an amazon firestick for me, but working fine on my phone. Funnily enough the tv/stick apps had all been logged out (and updated maybe?) and I needed to log in first, then the error.

    @NOWTV got a day sports pass. Starting streaming at 20.30 last night.went to start again at 13.45 had to buy a new membership? Furious? Can u help? Lee
