    @SkyUK WHY is your online store to order accessories closed?! This is the only place I can order a new NowTV smart remote £8 and it’s CLOSED!! No one over the phone can help so.....what the hell?!!

    @NOWTV Is your 'Chat online' option not working? Nothing happens when I click this option Issue: Prime Video app will not open 95% of the time when using Now TV stick - says there are connection problems. There are not and all other apps are opening.

    @NOWTV Yes I’ve done that, and it still isn’t working when I’ve reinstalled and tried to sign in... or to sign into the website, literally just bought a pass this morning
