    @O2 why do I waste my time. Being loyal to a network that I can't trust to work when I need it... Been having this problem for years.. complain a couple of years ago and got feed some BS from your customer service team.. just not good enough... Obviously loyalty means nothing 😡

    @O2 Getting passed about for 2 hours too just to get an upgrade on an account that’s 7 years or older was crazy. I deal with all of my mother’s accounts and it’s never been an issue even the last phone she got from o2 was straightforward. I was almost changing to vodaphone

    Hey @o2 I left your network last year but keep getting bill notifications for a zero bill. Webchat and phone couldn’t help getting them stopped. Any suggestions

    @O2 was there a glitch saying primary sim sending a text message? As I got one today. Apple themselves said it’s fine and is probably a service provider thing. I’m with O2

    @O2 how can I not get any service in two major places in the south east. London Bridge and bluewater! Less than 4g in both places is shocking

    @1stSimona @O2 I’ve had the same problem and my signal is awful since they’ve merged aswell
