    @O2 This time I asked to get connected with a customer care manager and I was told within 24 hours I will get a call. I waited 24 hrs and called again requesting to speak to a customer care team they went through the same procedure and said i will get a call in 24 to 48 hours.

    @O2 im trying to use one of your offers on the O2 priority app which I have access due to me being a virgin media customer and it keeps taking me to the O2 website to log in and I can’t

    @O2 and called again requesting to speak to a customer care manager this time the person over the phone said I have forwarded your request again and you have to wait for 48 hours and she was not even ready to listen to me that i have already waited 1 week for the response.
