    @O2 trying to cancel a tablet contract which has ended. This company has the worst and deliberate process by which they are making it impossible to end contract. As I have additional numbers on account they will not provide a STAC code and suggest I call via 202, NO ANSWER.

    @O2 Shocking Customer service 😑 Blocked my phone after call back promised via web chat and never received confirmed by agent over phone today. Wish I had never move to this company

    @O2, just accepted your offer for apple music for 6 months free, however the link only takes me to apple music app and doest show any offer you have given me for 6 month and only asks me to pay for a monthly subscription, are you trying to waste customer time
