    @O2 I've been waiting for a replacement refurbished iPhone 16e since 10 July. Your agent says a complaint was raised 25 July, but I was never notified. If the exact model is unavailable, why not offer an alternative?

    @O2 Nah.. it’s ok.. I’ve had enough! Today I switched to @EE after being your customer for around 20 years! Your customers deserve MUCH MUCH better and it’s not just the signal! It’s just about everything! While in the store two more people switched over as well.. I’d say you guys are in big trouble!

    @O2 @O2Help @VirginMedia I have been ignored for a week by your complaints team. I am now in Mexico with no service at all despite written assurances that Mexico is covered under my Inclusive Zone benefit. Complaint ref: C‑2707267834. Urgent senior‑level fix required today.

    @O2 Are you actually serious? I work in these places on a regular basis and there is ALWAYS no signal. I don’t expect to pay for a service that I do not receive.
