    @O2 really started to notice very poor signal pretty much everywhere we go now. No signal in Wales, now no signal in Newquay. Signal round our work is poor and our home. I have a 5g phone that barely gets 4g and even when it does its rubbish.

    Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

    @O2 imagine chasing a complaint regarding illegal collections activity against a bankrupt person for a year despite being assured it was resolved. Imagine spending 2 hours on the phone yesterday and refused a manager live. (1/4)

    @O2 Finally got hold of someone after disconnected 5-6 times, needed to change address as not on any drop down list so can't do it myself....low and behold the person I spoke to has inputted it wrong after correcting her twice..you DM me. in next hour or I'm cancelling all accounts

    @O2 Dear O2, living in a seaside town with huge influx of visitors results in vast numbers trying to use your WiFi, poor residents like me unable to use any devices or work from home. Please sort it out. 🥲#O2signal #scarborough

    @O2 Unfortunately as both phones are down she has no internet. I have managed to raise the issue via web chat. The issue seems to be that the transferral of her old number to the new phone has got stuck. I was told the issue will be passed to the tech. Dept. Do they operate on Sunday

    mast that has been down for 6+ months now in Burnham-On-Sea, Somerset, United Kingdom (TA8 1ET) still has NOT been fixed by @O2 engineers despite their page saying engineers are trying to FIX it no wonder so many customers are complaining of issues on our local town website forum

    @LeytherMatt @WhiteArmy90 Everytime I go anywhere near the Reebok even just to Middlebrook or to the DW stadium I have no phone signal on @O2 they have said it’s due to signal congestion but that is just a crap excuse.

    @O2 upgraded my tariff yesterday and I’ve meant to receive Disney+ subscription free for 6months. Link on myO2 app doesn’t work. I have spent all day talking to various O2 representatives and still no one has helped. Looking a Twitter I’m not the only one! Can someone plz help?
