    @O2 why has signal and service dropped so much since you joined up with @virginmedia?? Used to love O2 as customer service was great. Prices go up service gets less.

    @O2 I have had 3+ weeks of limited to no signal at my house. People unable to contact us. Despite you working on the nearest equipment at SO21 1HA. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

    Hands down the most useless customer service ever . @O2 you message them, they tell you to dm them and then ignore your message and do sod all to help.

    @LilHay @O2 @DarkSabers2013 They are shocking. Everything has gone downhill with them service and signal now so bad it’s beyond belief

    Just let me know why you visited the store instead of using the online chat when you had the issue with the e-SIM. WHAT A JOKE Your issue could have been resolved much faster, but sorry about that. I understand, and I can give you £20.00 as compensation @O2

    @jackreeduk @EnglandRugby @O2 He scored 4 tries the other day. Granted it was against Bristol so it doesn’t count but still. He’s only 5 points behind Feyi-Waboso who’s also had injury problems. I suspect his time will come once Borthwick is gone.

    @0095cc @O2 Did you ever get this sorted? Having the same issue again were they just seem to raise tickets to back end teams who never call you back, the frustrating thing is this issue can be resolved by a Apple Watch eSIM profile reset, as it happened to me last year
