    @O2 with the roaming charges returning I think there will soon be no need for a contract with you or any other network we will WiFi on apps via our devices and the term mobile phone will be moved to museums

    @O2 @Jolly_Giant But this is a change, which contradicts previous O2 statements about roaming, and so we're free to cancel our contracts penalty free ?

    @SebDance @FlipChartRick @O2 O2 was horrible after they removed charges, they throttled so badly I couldn't post a tweet or check email.

    I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??

    @O2 just received text from 02 informing me of your price increases as of August...wow!!! I'm in year 2 of a pay freeze which is normally calculated at RPI but you want to add 3.9 as well...as an 02 customer of around 15 years this oct/nov will be my last contract with 02...

    @MikeAubury @O2 Mike - they clearly state on the roaming announcement page how people can leave. Click the link they’ve shared and scroll down. Customer service simply told me I CAN use my contract allowance as NORMAL. If I go over my CONTRACT limit - i pay. Why is the webpage so wordy?
