    @O2 no mobile phone network is extremely slow today data barely working in some of the areas I’ve been to this morning. What’s going on?

    Honestly, @O2 continue to prove to me that they are worst company. They sent me an email to say they tried to contact me to discuss my complaint. My phone never rang but my iPad received a text saying they were going to call me.

    @O2 My wife (an O2 customer for over 20 years) lost her phone a few days ago and has tried to replace it but "computer says no". You won't let her buy a new phone because verification is linked to her lost phone. She is stuck in a mad loop. Please help
