@o2 So I can't change the delivery address of my new phone on your website, can't do it with the delivery company, phone service is appalling and been cut off numerous times. Shouldn't be this hard o2. I will reconsider my upgrade if this is the service you get now

@O2 help needed please. I cancelled an upgrade order more than a week ago and it's still showing on my account that I have device and am paying for device. I don't have device as it was never delivered....please can you sort this out asap.
