    @O2 hi. Currently in Spain from UK. My phone gas connected with dara no problems but my tablet is connecting for emergency calls only and no data. Settings on both devices ard identical. Can you help?

    @O2 I’m disappointed with your service. I paid for my order and ported my number to O2, but I’ve had no proper support at all.I’ve called customer service multiple times and even messaged here on X still no response. This iscompletely unacceptable #O2 #CustomerService #Complaint

    @StevieDee710 @O2 Unless you're paying up a phone on a contract...(something I'd never do tbh) you should only be paying around a tenner a month...we're all usually £5/£12 a month each for our phones

    @O2 @paultownsend81 Never is a fault, just poor signal. Now you launch satellite and expect us to pay for that to get better signal.

    @O2 I have been locked out of my02 for four months now. I have called o2 numerous times, visited o2 stores, raised complaint and EVERYTIME I get told issue will be resolved in 3-5 days, you will get a call back etc. Its been 4 months. PLEASE HELP

    After 20 days and multiple calls to o2, I’ve decided to request a refund and return my order. It’s amazing how quick they work to get you off the phone and take zero accountability for the poor customer service and experience…‘£50 compensation and we’ll close your complaint’ @o2
