    Been trying to talk to @o2 for over a week about releasing us from a £189 early termination charge, as had no service or signal from O2 for near 2 years. No call from them. Yet today we received an enforcement notice. Awful customer service @MartinSLewis

    @o2 A company i had a phone #contract with for 16 yrs. Then when it was time to change my contract #loyalty meant nothing. I was offered a worse phone for the same tarrif. I explained I was long term customer doesnt that matter. The guy shrugged his shoulders. I went to a rival

    @O2 since you joined with @virginmedia my service has been shocking can’t even try and pay my bill with a problem or issue!!! I’m hearing the same thing from lots of people also!!!!! Sort it out

    @O2 once again in the situation of being the only person in a group who is on o2. and as per usual the only one who has no reception. Been a customer for 10 years plus but will 100% be moving at the first opportunity

    In the @O2 store to collect an online order. Every member of staff is dealing with complex CS queries and I’ve waited now 15mins to even get a hello and still not served. I thought that’s what calling o2 was for. Absolutely diabolical service.
