    @O2 customer services is shocking upgraded a month ago and still waiting of a qr code to send my old phone back with switch up I’ve been on live chat and into store and still no closer

    @O2 It’s not a matter of deleting and redownloading.The whole app itself is an issue. You have trashed it since merging and incorporating those clowns you joined with. Barely works, unnecessary extra steps, repeated need for login which has turned into a tedious exercise. It’s TRASH
