    @O2 Hi, I have o2 sim but in Japan for a travel, just want to receive calls and texts but sim is not getting connected with any service provider and my voice calls getting rejected. I need your help to increase spend cap if needed to cancel this block so that Ireceive voice call

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 If this is genuine DO NOT make the switch. Regardless of cost, EE are the mut’s nuts. I moved from o2 because of how simply shocking they are. EE are the best network for a reason. You pay for what you get and on o2, you’ll get nothing !!!

    @O2 We have NO coverage at all. It is causing problems with our alarm system. People working in the house and garden can’t make calls. It seems particularly bad in and around our house. Can an engineer please come to inspect?

    @ad_moran4 @O2 Honestly do not go near them it’s so bad I can’t tell you. I’ve been with them years but it’s simply just become impossible they have such bad coverage it’s amazing they haven’t been prosecuted. As soon as I can swop I will be

    @O2 @sheritzy The coverage checker doesn’t fix the problem or does it? Seeing too many customers complaining about O2, it’s very sad. I’m glad I’ve changed my package

    @O2 shocking service from your sales team. Want to move my 4 lines to you, spoke to someone last night who offered me a deal but couldn’t process it due to a system issue. Asked me to call back today, now being told I can only order 1 line and do the others at a later date.
