O2 app doesn’t seem to give it as an option. 2202 says it’s for bolt ons but then just gives options for different things. I want to make an official complaint as the reason my phone didn’t work is because O2 had barred foreign calls! I have had an account for 25 years, it’s totally unacceptable behaviour.

It's shocking. Look through my old posts to O2 to see how bad. There's even a ticket open ref CIT-A390334 about it, never called me back
