    @O2 yet again shocking service. Why do we bother to pay our bills. The customer service is just shocking and my phone is yet again dropping out as their are issues

    @O2 I cannot DM on X. Funeral services & family couldn’t reach my mother while preparing her husband’s funeral. Emergency services couldn’t reach her and now she’s in hospital where we can’t reach her. This has continued since 3/26. A direct number pls to speak to someone senior.

    @O2 I have 3 mobile lines alongside volt package @VirginMedia broadband and an open complaint about contract rates. Your app is quoting me much more than what I currently pay! With Volt double data, I only need a low base plan. Please DM me to sort a fair deal.

    @O2 I’ve been trying to cancel a pay as u go contract my son had for over a year now still paying £25 a month for a phone he hasn’t got not getting anywhere fast keep getting pushed from pillar to post how hard can it be to terminate a contract 😡😡

    @O2 The issue is that when you google the number it’s coming up as legitimate o2 insurance. The thing that made me suspicious was that insurance department wouldn’t call to tell me my sim was getting disconnected as there’s different departments.
