    @susied23 @O2 You know it's not a genuine call from O2 because they're so understaffed they couldn't dream of making leisurely phone calls offering discounts. They want all the money and no customer service, but that's not how it works lads.

    @O2 I really don’t mean to be dramatic but service has been awful! And I know it’s bad because my mates are on other networks and can browse and load videos just fine when they are round mine. The troubleshooting tips you’ve linked have not helped either.

    @O2 Hi. How do I pay off my device plan? Decided to move to Vodafone as don't have a network with you about 50% of the time. Got a PAC to transfer my number just need to pay the device off now.

    @O2 @EnglandRugby I need assistance now. O2 have disconnected my phone fully, I can't even call O2 to sort anything out. I can't make or receive calls with no prior warning. The app doesn't work and just spins so it is impossible to speak to someone.
