    Disappointed to see that in 6yrs @O2 has made zero effort to role out 5G across Wales.! Outside of Cardiff, nothing. 23% reach according to OFCOM. It was the same 6yrs ago!! WTF!🤬

    @O2 You have to be the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure dealing with. I cancelled my account with in June, & am still getting billed. I never get a response if i email, I’ve sent a letter 6 weeks ago with no response, I’m not holding my breath for any kind of reply.

    @O2 @ComradeAzul I now live abroad and I have no way to contact 02 in the UK to pay my bill from an overseas account. The usual on line and domestic methods of paying are not available and NOBODY answers the number for those looking for support from overseas. Please help me with an email address
