    @andy_simpleton @EE @O2 I changed from ee to O2 a few weeks ago. Working great here in Spain and Portugal with no problems. Lol is still with ee because she has £30 credit and nothing but trouble over here. 30 minute phone call still hasn't sorted problem.

    @O2 Oh I eventually got it. But the way agents are told to repeat the same question over and over around accepting the offer is just plain stupid and frustrating. It's like a game they play. It happened on 3 different chat threads over the last month.

    @O2 despite the wonders of modern technology I can send money to an Airbnb host in the Ukraine, but I can't get a phone call because you wankers can't fix the local mast serving most of Pendeen for a fortnight now, and say you'll update us on the 18th march. Tossers

    @O2 I have spent over 90 minutes across 3 calls talking to 5 different people and still can't get my account activated. (the last person just hung up) what can I do to get this sorted if your phone lines can't help me?
