    One week later and we still haven’t got a response from @O2 about a measly £185! Not even a drop in the ocean to O2. We are only leaving the contract early because we have had no O2 signal for near 2 years. We should not have to pay @MartinSLewis !! No response from O2!

    @O2 I have been ignored for a week by your complaints team. I am now in Mexico with no service at all despite your written assurances that Mexico is covered under my Inclusive Zone benefit. Complaint ref: C‑2707267834. Urgent senior‑level fix required today.

    @JaadeSketch @O2 Jade, they are fully aware of the issue with their website and app when trying to pay a bill, but they are not doing anything about it! O2 - how many more people will it take to complain about the broken payment gateway before you actually fix the issue?

    Hey @O2. Sort your network out. I pay £300 a month for a business contract with 3 other devices, can’t do basic things using 4 or 5G l, which affects my business operations. Work away a lot and can’t ******* facetime my boy as it forever says ‘poor signal strength’ JOKE!!

    @O2 @ajgbarnes My name is seers and I think I’ve been patient enough but fir approx last 6-8 weeks I haven’t been able to phone out or friends phone in I’ve found difficulty in arranging garage appt eye appts etc I live in Clevedon and according to your info the mast has been down

    @O2 This is the problem, your app and your sites never show issues but I know exactly where I hit dead zones, where I struggle with slow/no loading data. Your coverage maps are incorrect.
