    @O2 my friend has had no service all day in south Derbyshire between swadlincote and ashby de la zouch. Is there still a network problem. She can't phone out.

    @O2, well the 'network improvements' carried out on 8th July didn't work. In fact the service is worse! H+ and E barely. Can't get 4G working, what hope for 5G?

    @O2 @virginmedia 3rd time tonight this has gone off again. Do you have an actual issue or you doing maintenance work. Either way would like to know

    @virginmedia Looks like there's a fault throughout the UK. Also it doesn't help that I have to go outside into the middle of street to get a signal with @O2.
