NESL (@mrs_nesl) reported@O2 I was only there for a day. Signal was so bad I couldn’t when check the status page. Appeared everywhere I went (near the promenade/football club) in Blackpool wouldn’t work. Was highly frustrating.

I’m currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I can’t link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up. I can’t sign in because the O2 website/app blocks access from Mexico.
