    @O2 hi, I have been reporting for the last 3 weeks of connectivity issues ( ie no connectivity) in the NG4 area and still keeps coming back as 'no issue'- there is no obvious way of escalating this, how do I go on?

    @O2 - mast not working properly in SW17 9PP. When will it be fixed? The local Church is without its Internet. The website has been saying the engineers are working on it, but there are no further updates.

    @O2 Not had signal for almost 4 weeks. No signal at home isn't good with children at school and nursery worrying about missed cancels. Poor
