    @O2 thanks for ruining my Christmas. After agreeing to recycle my old phone I never received the cash back worth over £300. Instead you went against what I asked and put it towards my new contract and have forced me into £300 debt that needed to be paid. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    @O2 hello quick question, my dad has a phone which is in contract under my step mums name, where just wondering if we gave the mobile number if someone could say when the contract end date is up? We don't want to cancel anything just a date for when the numbers contract is up

    @Ky297 @O2 Doubtful. Just checked your Twitter and all you use it for is complaining to companies about bad service. It seems you are the common denominator. Try being nice to people and pay your bills when asked and you won’t get a debt collection letter. Simple.

    @timsefton @O2 @DerekMcManus copy of my DM :Dear O2 - I have been with O2 for 15 years and never have I had such poor coverage in Bath (BA1 and Ba2 ) - it is shocking , so much so that I cant do my work as a frontline healthcare provider often unable to place calls nor access 4G .
