    @O2 most disappointed in O2Priority, tried to claim MandS sweet treat before the deadline date and gift card would not generate just reported an error message

    @O2 tried to sort out a new phone S25FE at me local store, CS was useless tried to make a complaint got nowhere, walked into @SamsungUK liverpool one, spoke to Matthew walked out with S26, time to change my mobile provider aswell I think

    @O2 are stealing from it's customers by making it impossible to claim our rewards. This will also be passed onto the ombudsman as your complaints service is ****! #evidenceforombudsman

    @O2 I pay £12.50 Sim only for my wife's phone...bit of a rip off....poor coverage...30G mobile data that doesn'twork...should've gone with @lebara

    Dear @O2 - your CS chat function is as hopeless as my 4/5G reception…And having your rep close it without resolving my issue is a tad suboptimal. Coverage for Leics/Northants is abysmal Even without a crystal ball, I can see @EE in my future

    @RedRosesRugby @O2 I'm still worried about not having a powerful ball carrying 12. Without one defences can safely drift and cut off space out wide. Rowley is not a 12 despite all of her talent. Shame Emma Orr is injured, as the Scottish backline could cause problems in that area. 🐢💨
