@O2 @afcsooz Even when you get through you don’t get any help. I phoned 10 days ago and reported an issue. Was told it would be resolved in 5 days. Heard nothing so called today, passed around for over an hour and issue still not resolved. I’ve only been a customer for a few weeks

Swapped numbers so I can still use my old number on new number I have… @O2 guy that helped me yesterday was great.Woke up this morning to old number no service,202 again, went through out all again with a nice lady, seems he cancelled wrong number🙄hopefully sorted in 24hrs 🤞

I first went to @O2 in Derby and it was there that problems started. I had to explain to the sales assistant several times that I was after a basic mobile phone, as they repeatedly showed me smart phones. Eventually, they understood, but had to go into the back of the shop.
