    @O2 Please can you tell me where my order is? I ordered on 8-12-21 & ur customer service team keep fobbing me off! I’ve been chasing this order since Tues & each time ur customer service keeps telling me that I will definitely hear within 24 hours? Poor customer service!

    @O2 My phone was delivered 10 days ago to an incorrect address and I’m getting nothing!!!! From o2!!! I can’t get through on the phone, no chats are working and no replies on any social media!!! I bet you will have no problem charging me for a phone I don’t have in 2 week!!!!!!
