@O2 rpi + 3.9% is probably one the largest increases I have seen. companies that care would adjust to cpi or reduce the 3.9 and squeeze their profit margin for the benefit of their customer. Rather short sighted… do you think we don’t understand the compound impact of this.

@virginmedia @alinunn @O2 Has this issue been resolved? I couldn’t get tickets because of this. I tried logging in on different phones and on laptop and just had the same issue every time - looping back to the login page instead of letting me log in. Be shocking if I miss out cos your website is so bad.

As @O2 face rising costs in energy and substantial increases in the costs associated with running the network, the consumer is seeing a major hit. A 17.3% rise in monthly charge - with 13.4% of that in line with the Retail Price Index rate of inflation. #tech #mobiles #energy

@horseygin @O2 Exactly prices going up is never a good thing but doesn't feel as bad when you are getting the service you are paying for. Wouldn't be as bad if o2 was putting the profits into the network but the money is going right into ceo's pockets
