@O2 I can’t get that to work but surely you know if you have issues. The service by york Minster has collapsed again

@O2 No. All has been ok on the page. No reported issues. Suddenly there was a massive drop in. Signal strength and even with 5g showing apps and internet is at a snail pace or it just won’t load at all

@GarethTheNerd @mhewson_MCH @O2 They do, but you’re more likely to lose or have poor connection with the cheaper package. I suspect the lower pricing means you get dumped at peak times or during routine maintenance.

@O2 You guys are liars. The service status was saying my service was fine but the guys in the store told me it was a known issue. I don’t trust your service page anymore

@O2 I have tried 7 times and getting nowhere. I get promised call backs and they never happen. I just repeat myself on the phone for 15 minutes then someone hangs up on me when they say they are getting a manager. I need someone to reach out to me to resolve

@O2 Always seems to be an issue accessing my account, using either of your apps..... you really just need to simplify this!!! I remember when customer perception was a huge focus at O2, but they don't seem to care any more!!!

@O2 apple pay isn’t working on the app to make a payment and lots of other people seem to be having an issue.

@O2 Just got an email £1 for a Greggs Chicken roll. They are disgusting and Gregg 30 years ago were better than the current food they serve. Plus the network in some area of NE9 are very poor week signals and dose not work underground on the Tyne & Wear Metro system.
