    @O2 Cheers, the number I’ve upgraded has now lost all signal on the existing phone / SIM card. Has the SIM card been deactivated?

    @O2 terrible customer service. My partners been trying to get through for days to find out why his order has taken 5 days to "process" when it says up to 24 hours. You've taken the money, and every time he gets through to someone they say they're looking at it and then hang up!!!
