Well it’s safe to say @O2 are absolutely terrible for customer service. Been having issues since Thursday. Can’t get a straight answer from anyone online or in store. Should’ve went with my gut and changed provider.

@O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

@O2 I did get a 5g SIM card with the new phone so I've put that in but it won't receive a network signal. Left it in for 5 mins.
