Yesterday I tweeted we need new phones/sims for women at our refuges. @O2 and @tescomobile responded 👏. Will keep you posted if they help. This could make a difference to all refuges in the UK at relatively little cost. Other providers, can you help?

@O2 very poor signal in Cornwall at the moment, specifically PL13 2HP. Usually strong 4G with ~33mbps down. Currently struggling to get 1mbps, and flicking to slow 3G. Is something wrong?

@O2 I’m not satisfied with this response. I have been an 02 customer for 20 years and this has never happened. I think that I should have had a warning that 30gb of data was disappearing from my phone. I use that in a month! Not a day!
