@O2 I upgraded my phone and activated my sim card over 24hrs ago. The sim isn't working. I have a serious medical condition meaning I can't leave my house without my phone. I've tried to call o2 since yesterday but the call cuts off and says Goodbye. I desperately need some help

@O2 really poor shop service. Missold a product in Hull (as I happened to be there on Wednesday). Tried to return it at the store in Nottingham (as I happen to be here today) and told I have to return it to Hull. Pretty sure that not what the law says. 🤬

@O2 Huawei p20 pro is now listed as supporting wifi calling on O2 but there's no set up advice or video for this model. I have virtually no signal at all anymore & really need to activate the wifi calling option. Please help.

@O2 Hi, I responded via DM. Time to wait until 0830 which was 24hrs. Been rebooting for hours but no change. Getting issues with 2FA requests now. Chased via DM but no response. 40+ hours since I changed SIM. Can you assist?
