    @O2 customer service is a disgrace. All automated and then you get through to people they can’t understand what you’re saying and don’t understand situations. Piss poor cheap customer service. Sort it out

    @Keir_Starmer Bollox as per. Whilst electric will go down 10 measly quid a month , @O2 have just increased my bill as have our housing on rent. Ill await council tax rise in next few weeks.

    @O2 can't access o2 app anymore as it says i need to link my virgin id. If I try to skip it goes back to same place, if I try to link I get the verification email but the link doesn't work

    @O2 what's this nonsense about not returning my refund after 2 months. As a customer why should I go and find ways if your system is unable to do so!

    @O2 I couldn't call to customer service because I am not a billing customer and opened a complaint whereby I was told it has been processed and closed the ticket and was asked to go to my bank to confirm. It did not happen so I opened another complaint and I'm being told it cannot
