    @O2 There's a serious problem with messages sent to people from 2 different phones and being received from different numbers in a different country. I've been on 2 chats online now for over 350 minutes in total and we've got nowhere because there is not 'technical network' expertise.

    Literally the WORST experience upgrading with @O2. I wish I hadn’t bothered now. 5 days later and my phone which I’m paying for and unable to use is just going hub to hub with the delivery provider. Nobody can tell me why or give a reason. Disappointed doesn’t even come close 😩

    OK that is it, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS CRAP!!! Ever since upgrading to @O2 I have had issues with calls in my area (Harrow). I have just gotten off a call and the line was really bad, I am trying to call my house & its not going through. I am stressed! I want compensation!!

    @O2 Hi thanks for the help. Phoned customer services and they think my Sims age is the problem. New one on its way which is unregistered. Swap my sim will help me install it. Do i open that help page on my phone then follow the instructions?

    @O2 This was after you guys have sent me to a debt collector over a balance I was never told about. In the midst of a global pandemic, whilst I'm attempting to apply for a mortgage... So I can see why I wouldn't be a priority. Leaving on public until you get this sorted.

    @O2 Stop funding hate, better known for hate they try to blackmail companies into not advertising with media they hate, 2yrs ago they attacked Paper Chase the Mail and other media by targeting their advertisers Jo Maugham Qc is the instigator report them they are bad people.

    @O2 I have never in my life experienced such difficulty trying to resolve a problem with a company. Hurdle after hurdle. All we require is an expert in network technical support (not phone support) to email. Is that really not possible?
