Greg (@Bunchofmanleyg1) reported@O2 since your app has changed things have been diabolical . I need to make payments never missed one and you’re treating me over a small amount though your system isn’t processing payments . I’ve tried three cards and PayPal and you’ve blocked my upgrade !

Dr Yasemin Allsop MBE (@yallsop) reported@G99____ @O2 No, the customer care told me they had a security breach effected many accounts. I asked why did they not inform us, she couldn't answer. Then, she said she unlocked it and I should be able to access it in 3 days. The whole thing doesn't make sense. And I phoned their number not a fake one :)
