    @O2 HI, seem to be having issues disabling o2 marketing texts. The contact preferences page in my account on the website "strangely" doesn't work and the 2220 number has a technical issue. I tried 2220 like 6 months ago and it also had a technical issue then.

    @O2 @goodthingsfdn Your customer service phone line sucks, just going in circles talking to a robot just for it to hang up on me. I just want to speak a person not have a robot tell me to do stuff online, if I could do the thing online I would.
