    @O2 By far the worst network in the UK. The worst network coverage and equally the worst customer service. They can't tell you when the issues will be resolved and there isn't anything they can do. Mind boggling.

    @O2 are you having website issues? I'm trying to upgrade online and I can go through steps 1-4 no problem, but everytime I get to step 5, nothing loads underneath the blue O2 header. Tried 2 different browsers and it's the same everytime.

    @O2 I have ordered a monthly SIM and phone package but I received a “something went wrong” error before it went through. I was unable to ring customer services as the lines closed at 9 but am I able to still process my order in time for next working day?

    Anyone have any experience of @O2 customer care. They've been trying to take £2300 out of my sons account for the last month due to their error. Ignoring all communication. Have emailed chief executive and complaints. Disgraceful!!!
