    @O2 hi there i need help, i have an additional charge of £9.99 on my bill however it will not let me view my bill and keeps asking me to sign in with a email link which i have done multiple times however it is still not letting me view my bill.

    Dear @O2 - your CS chat function is as hopeless as my 4/5G reception…And having your rep close it without resolving my issue is a tad suboptimal. Coverage for Leics/Northants is abysmal Even without a crystal ball, I can see @EE in my future

    @O2 I signed up yesterday but my existing mobile number was typed incorrectly so I’m not receiving the Myo2 activation code because it’s being sent to an incorrect number - I’ve tried to call Customer Support but I can’t receive the verification code because my number is wrong

    @O2 Tried to top up via 4444 but it's failed twice. Shows pending transaction in banking app so it's not a funding issue

    @O2 I don’t understand why you cannot issue a refund directly to the account you took the money from, and then send it as a cheque without even asking first
