    @O2 WTF is going on with your 4G? I’m sat here with full signal and I can’t load a f**king thing! Days & days of this now yet according to yourselves everything is working fine and there’s no outage where I am. It was sh1t at home and it’s sh1t here in Rhyl! What’s the problem?

    why can't you speak text/what's app messages into type. So much quicker for us lazy slow typers! Seriously it's 2021, if Alexa can do it.......@O2

    @O2 I called today to cancel my contract early free of charge cause of the recent changes to terms and conditions. They said I’d receive my PAC code within 10 mins or so once the manager had waived the fee however I’ve still not received it

    @O2 fed up of no signal at home and when we check on website it says there is a fault with the mast! It’s been like this for months!!! Why is it not being sorted?!😡

    Why is @o2 network so shite? Says 4G but a network test says no network utter utter madness
