    We’ve tried absolutely everything to buy two tickets for the opening night of @ArianaGrande in London. We’ve even contacted the @O2 to ask about accessible seating, as my girlfriend have a disability and the Nimbus Card, but we haven’t been able to get any help or clear guidance

    @nemgp @O2 Clearly O2 is running out of money and has stopped spending money to maintain their network. The service is collapsing

    @O2 Great to hear you say that. Shame that it doesn’t reflect in our daily life. Your network performances have gotten worse over the last few years, not better.

    Is there anyway to submit a complaint to @O2 via email? Their online form doesn’t work and I don’t have hours to sit on the phone and go over something that I have already spend hours on the phone dealing with.

    @O2 So there is a nationwide problem of poor signal strength then? It’s literally everywhere I’ve been this week from Hastings to London to Edinburgh. It can’t go on. I will be looking at other options this weekend after 35 years with you.

    Every other week @O2 tells me they’re improving the network in my area and every time it mysteriously gets worse. Weird

    @o2 why has your 4G data become so bad? I have 2 bars but very difficult to get online at Axminster Train station to check on travel. Bridport is just the same. Why?
