@O2 I’m trying to report a 2nd case of fraud but your customer services totally fail to grasp the details so I have turned to social media I’ve previously reported a fraud case & told it was closed & yet today I received a cheque in the name of the fraudster Pls contact me

@Russ10784945 @O2 Oh mate. The Jeff Shi of internet providers, they just don’t care. I went in once and complained and was told it was because the 5G towers got burned down during Covid. Didn’t realise they were O2 specific.

@O2 can you get your customer services people trained on what a Final Order certificate is please. I changed my passport with far less hassle than it's taking to update you lot
