    O2 must have the worst administration and customer services ever. Definitely changing tomorrow for sure. Sick of @O2 dysfunction. Irony is no complaints over actual phone service.

    @O2 why is it since your merger with Virgin has your service coverage degraded? Before I had flawless 5G coverage which never dropped out, now it is patchy at best? I think I’ll be looking to change providers at the end of my contract. Any recommendations peeps?
