    @virginmedia since my virgin mobile UK signal has been shifted from piggyback Vodafone to @O2 it has been a complete disaster, constant signal dropping, constant WiFi calling cutting. This is before my account has been transferred to O2. Complete and utter rubbish

    @O2 For the past couple of weeks i have been getting 5G and signal but now forbthe past couple of days i have been getting 4G and a tiny bit of bar for signal could you please let me know what is happening from the o2 cartoonist and hope you are all ok 👍

    I am receiving the most appalling service from @O2 which, as a long standing customer is a shame. I can’t speak to anyone by phone or chat. When I finally got through to someone, they cut me off and didn’t call back. I am owed money & no one is helping to resolve.

    Is anyone else having issues accessing @O2 Priority Mobile App on the S23 Ultra... i haven't been able to access it since the s23 Phone's have Been Released

    @O2 I am so fed up with being fobbed off by 02 i couldn’t make or receive calls on my 6 month old phone so I was near a store , I went in and they just tried to sell me a new phone, called customer service and after a 45 minute wait was told upgrading network, in 4 areas
