    Abysmal @O2 customer service. Absolutely abysmal. Made a down payment of 20 quid for £54 monthly account payment this month which hasn’t yet been recorded or recognised on online o2 account despite leaving my bank account several days ago. /1

    I pay for @Spotify premium every month through my @O2 bill. Have done for years without issue. Now being told payment to Spotify has failed and account downgraded. £12.99 still shows on my o2 extras bill. Which of you needs to fix it?

    @valhumphreys51 Unfortunately unable to see the rest of your posts because my broadband is down and my mobile provider is @O2 and they are hopeless, providing me with no wifi, hardly any signal and charging me an arm and a leg for the privilege. Sorry for passive aggression.

    @O2 Should have said, messaging (not data). A data only add in wasn’t available. I still don’t know where this link in. Your customer representative on the chat couldn’t tell me but they were able to add it for me.

    Anybody out there know how I can get more roaming data on #o2 as I’m still in Bulgaria and there customer service isn’t very helpful #O2 @O2

    I never had issue with @o2 until they merged with virgin media. Now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You try and use the website, pages don’t load. Information isn’t available. How do you keep on top of your account. #awfulservice #neveragain

    @O2 yet again signal issues in CB24 area - only one bar signal and 5G dropping out to 4g which is practically useless here
