@O2 @EnglandRugby I need assistance now. O2 have disconnected my phone fully, I can't even call O2 to sort anything out. I can't make or receive calls with no prior warning. The app doesn't work and just spins so it is impossible to speak to someone.

@O2 @B_Caliskan I'm so sorry this has happened to you. O2 are neglectful at best, I'd recommend porting your number to a company that can actually handle the incoming volume of customer queries and complaints my dude. If you're security conscious, then O2 ain't it.

@susied23 @O2 You know it's not a genuine call from O2 because they're so understaffed they couldn't dream of making leisurely phone calls offering discounts. They want all the money and no customer service, but that's not how it works lads.
