    @O2 Hi am unable to send DM, don't know why. It's been "sending" for a while. My problem is I'm Not able to make or receive calls for last 2days in PL266TL. Pls help. Texts seem to be ok. Have tried switching phone off and on.

    @O2 2 weeks in a row, I’ve applied the literal first second that the ODEON free movie ticket became available on Priority. Both times, an error….then sold out. This is poor.

    Can’t phone @O2 because I have ONE BAR signal and my calls keep cutting out! There’s an issue with a mast in our area since Monday 16th January……..so I’m paying for a service I can’t use! Any chance of someone from o2 messaging me please?

    @O2 technical team promised my problem fixed in 5 days. Still broken, Complaints team promised a response in 7 days. We are now on day 8. Anyone reading this, leave or don't bother joining, appalling service @MoneySavingExp

    @AEB131 @O2 @O2Priority It’s obviously a FAKE offer which they cannot action. So instead of taken it down mis-lead their loyal customers.

    @O2 i bought the device and airtime from O2 on 5th Jan. O2 is sending me separate bills for airtime and Device. While speaking to CC, they mentioned it cannot be single bill. My friends are on single bill but O2 is ready to lose the customer then do the changes.
