    @mister___ran @O2 They are absoultely appalling ive been with them for 21 years and recently cannot get a stable signal. Rang and rang only to be fobbed off everytime. One handler even said its cos my signal is for an iPhone and im on Samsung lol. December cant come soon enough time to get rid

    @O2 @LutzSchueler (2/2) I took out a new contract to see if that might fix. It hasn't. Now your CS phone rep's saying I would have to pay £20pm to connect to network and is making baseless claim that I got refused because I failed credit check. At wits end & want to leave O2 now.

    @O2 Yes, to go to a store. Which isnt close. And would have to go out of way to go there. They of course are unable to confirm if they will have the same issue. For confirmation, there is absolutely no issue with any of my cards (I have tried 4 so far). It's ridiculous.

    Hey @O2 it's been almost a month now of not being able to log into priority and after three calls and a visit to a shop it's still not working. They workers in the shop weren't even aware of the issue.

    @tescomobile @O2 your general network coverage is terrible. Moved from Vodafone 2 months ago due to reviews about your coverage, but it’s worse than Vodafone’s.
