    @O2 Hi, I've been having issues where signal goes to Emergency Calls Only, and lose connection to mobile data. When phone restarts it's fine again, but happens frequently, 2 or 3 times a week. Please assist.

    @O2 can you please update when you’re actually gonna turn my signal back on?! No signal since Thursday and was “supposed” to be back on by 10pm UK time last night when I looked on your website it said you’ve extended it until next Tuesday by 8pm! 1/2

    @O2 very unprofessional and disrespectful company when with very poor customer service dealing with genuine and serious complaints, no matter how loyal you may have been over the last 10/15 years. Broken promises and constantly fobbed off....... 😡😡

    @benjaminlfc @O2 Went through straight away. On my new tariff as of now. I don’t mind waiting if it’s a week or two because of stock issues. Had a day wasted waiting.
