Something wrong with @O2 customer service if my previous bill was £10 & I upgrade to a £15 tarriff & my bill this month is charging me £41.66 & just been made out I am stupid by customer service who claim I signed up to the extra £16.66 charge when I didnt what good service👏👏👏

Such a shame that @EE retention offers are so breathtakingly poor. Looks like after 20+ years i'll be moving to @O2 as their offers are pretty good (£15 per month less than ee on a like for like basis) plus O2 alow roaming in EU without ripping off the customer.

@O2 can I ask if this number is genuinely calling to discuss my husbands contract 01212840647 & many, many similar numbers to this…ending in 0642, 0638 & 0965. If so the call handlers are incredibly rude & I would request they remove us from the database

@O2 like your the only UK network do not offer wifi calling and 4G calling for PAYG customer’s… see EE,Vodafone and three they do offer wifi calling and 4G calling to their PAYG customers.. and your not offering i am 13 years a loyal customer please do offer it i am facing -
