    @O2 my daughter, stranded abroad with no phone after a theft, has received terrible service from you. Unless you can actually support her we will be cancelling our DD and making a complaint to @Ofcom. Good customer service is not rocket science!

    . @O2 can someone please tell me why I cannot access the my o2 app?! I’m stuck in a loop of being asked to register my email address. Everytime I call to try and resolve this, I get promised a call back & OVER month later this issue still isn’t resolved!! SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE

    @O2 I am also unable to log into VMO2 in India through my laptop. How do I speak to customer care without having to spend money on international call? Please help. I am being charged for an extra month when I’ve already paid for everything and disconnected it in time

    @O2 our ddr didn’t go out at the beginning of the month. You have sent a letter and email to the business but the named person doesn’t work for us anymore and you won’t talk to any of us.. need help

    @SteveJoyce14 @O2 @TheGillsFC I live not far from the ground and the signal has been very bad over the last two days for some reason. So could be an area issue. The problem people keep moaning about the masts and stop them being installed so will never improve.

    Hey @O2. Sort your network out. I pay £300 a month for a business contract with 3 other devices, can’t do basic things using 4 or 5G l, which affects my business operations. Work away a lot and can’t ******* facetime my boy as it forever says ‘poor signal strength’ JOKE!!
