    @O2 Do not bother.........the worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! 2 fauly phones in the past year, and now they're refusing to accept any liability. Customer service reps can't speak or understand English, and blatantly lie to you on the phoen 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!!!!

    @O2 Hi. I need help logging into my account so I can update my email address. I no longer have access to that email account but can 2FA via my phone. What do I need to do as each time I try and login it send a link to the account I can't access. Thanks

    @O2 @Megz612 Yeah that doesn't work, and don't bother asking to DM Ive had this conversation Been into an O2 shop and they couldn't help either You'll lose me as a customer in November when my contract is up.

    @O2 Neither would I? I got this latest one on the 7th of July and never used it until the 25th and it was rejected and I tried to get another one today and it says I have 1 week 7 days to use it?

    @O2 Summer freedom........where you can't even use the phone you're paying for, due to #O2 sending out faulty phones, and then refusing to accept any liability!!!!!!! The worst company ever to deal with, and the most incompetent "customer service" @LutzSchueler 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
