    Any idea @o2 when you will restore service to a vulnerable 89 year old who has been without communication for a week? Your “Guru team” have made no effort to get in touch nor has your customer services despite an access case being opened - check your DMs

    @O2 any idea how Im expected to sign into my O2 account when strangely I cant scan the QR code on the phone Im trying to sign in with, nothing like making it easy to access your own account

    Chatted with @O2 as my international dialling bolt on was cancelled when my contract ended and I didn’t realise. Finally got onto a supervisor who said pay or we will face service disruption, I told them I would pay but wasn’t happy, they reissued the threat and hung up.

    @O2 I need a manager from your advanced team to help recover a quarantined phone number. A phone agent put an order through on a dead SIM card by mistake and it is stuck. Your DMs are currently blocked and my messages are failing to send. Please send me a private DM link.

    @O2 I paid £10 to top up PAYG mobile at shop/Post Office. Code entered an hour later didn't work. Contacted O2 "help" line. Told voucher had been redeemed but not credited to me and to get refund from shop/Post Office. They said take problem to O2. No refund. Another PO scandal?

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, it’s not a problem.

    @O2 Sort your service out so I can pay my bills, app doesn't work, direct debit hasn't been taken. Can't take it over the phone. It's been a shambles for months! Trying to pay and oh guess what, I can't and I'm about to be cut off again 🙃

    @cherry_ugh @O2 They depend on us just accepting it and not knowing how to deal with them legally. They back down every time. Ps I’m on o2 and the signal sucks
