@O2 any reason my signal is 3G in Hazelgrove when it was 4g? Seems to be happening every where, I have the worst signal to friends on other cell providers. My phone is an iPhone 13pro 5g and yet to sample 5G other than Man City centre!!

Bereavement is bloody hard!! However credit must go to the professionalism and over beaming great customer service at both @O2 and @BTGroup for taking the time to talk with me this afternoon!! Good customer service can be hard to find, but those 2 people had more than enough!!
