    @O2 over the last few months your reception has got worse and worse. In areas where used to have 4 bars it’s only 1 bar bad to seems to be not just one area. What’s going on?

    @O2 Well, I have never known anything as utterly shambolic as your customer service! Another two hours wasted tonight trying to help my mum resolve an issue with that occurred in JUL2025! Still no sign of a resolution. Come on, let's get it sorted. This is beyond a joke.

    My saga with @o2 just gets better and better. Raise a complaint and asked to be contacted by email, receive an acknowledgement of my preference… So what do they do, try calling me instead. Getting sick of it now.

    @mattstingray @O2 I’m finding exactly the same and their response was use WiFi calling! A great help when you don’t have access and need to make a call.

    @O2 Why tell me my signal issue is resolved when it’s not! I’ve been stuck like this since March why won’t you sort it? I want compensation or I will take it further!

    @O2 Should have said, messaging (not data). A data only add in wasn’t available. I still don’t know where this link in. Your customer representative on the chat couldn’t tell me but they were able to add it for me.
