    I literally NEVER do this, but @O2 you need to work on your in-store customer service. 2nd time now. Went into branch to upgrade phone and despite it being busy there was not so much as an acknowledgment or ‘we’ll be with you soon or pop back later’

    @virginmedia Sadly you have told me to use another network as @O2 cannot guarantee that the local mast (which serves a population of about 10000 ) will be fixed anytime soon. Now in Deadlock.

    @o2 is there anything wrong with signals, I’m either getting no signal at all, no 4g or none at all. It’s beginning to annoy me now when it’s a new contract. Feels like I’m paying a fortune for a limited service. 😡

    @O2 ST6 area of Stoke on Trent rubbish for calls. My partner and all her friends on the school playground all moaning about O2! According to signal checker, all is fine?

    @O2 @nothing Yeah right no signal all day so far and customer service are saying due to upgrade work in my area I won't have signal till Friday 9 pm are you joking? I wouldn't recommend @o2 to anyone.
