Paul (@ToeStrike) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 I'd say you satisfied the requirement. The person you dealt with decided they didn't want to help that day, or take the risk. It's hugely frustrating to deal with O2 on any level.

Arsènism (@arsenism123) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 Google did a similar stunt recently: My phone is missing, and I need to use "Find my device" in another device. I have provided my email id and password. Only way they will allow me login to the phone is via - A notification, or SMS, call, email(can't login) to the missing phone.
