    @Wrightoe @kokeshimum @O2 Those metal things are awful!Waste of money.I’m in Brighouse 4g only 2bars/vodafone.Brighouse is having major overhaul,obstacle course getting round.Going to be more pedestrianised,just lots of bars,we need more decent shops!Lived in house 48yrs and seen rats in garden1st time

    @bombdiggy__ @O2 If I’m not on the wifi in most places, I have no signal and they tell you to call when you have no signal but how can you call without signal?? Mind games

    Big shout out to Lewis at the @O2 store in Wakefield. I went it to try and pay for my phone repair after 202 couldn't help me and changing my weekend plans to accommodate. Whilst I couldn't get it paid he did everything he could to help me.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Across Europe the phone companies share mast access that's why you never lose signal. For some bizarre reason in the UK they don't share the beacons. I travel all over Europe with no signal loss. In the UK I have multiple black spots even in high population areas.

    @_unidropout @O2 I'm on Tesco Mobile (wife works in their pharmacy so it's a steal) have definitely been noticing. Got a new SIM and had the antenna checked thinking it was a fault at my end. Can't set foot outside a town centre and retain signal lately. Nightmare.

    Hi @O2 any idea when the mast will be fixed in Herne bay so we can get some signal? I haven’t been able to make calls at home for weeks now but you still expect us to pay our full phone bill. Thanks
