    Is it just me or is the @O2 mobile internet absolute garbage? If I have 4G that means no internet at all, if I have 5G that means I may have internet if I’m not at a busy location!

    @O2 @virginmedia CEO Lutz Schueler been waiting 5 days for my DEALOCK Letter following your refusal to actually discuss my complaint before transferring to another service provider. New customers get better deals than 20 year loyal ones.

    @TakeThatClouds @O2 When it was BT / cellnet it was great and since sold out have been crap. Example : A mast replacement was needed as it was broken/ vandalized and cause their system said nothing wrong with it (literally) they wouldn't send anyone. Took a year and still not done **** it goodbye
