    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today

    What a glorious pleasant surprise dealing with @O2 on here. Helpful. Polite. Pleasant. Understood exactly what my issue was and came up with a couple of solutions. If only all customer service on Twitter was as good

    Dear @O2 please do some QC on your telephone service team on 08009777337. Almost completely unintelligible. Singaporean{?) accent so thick it needed many, many repetitions. "Thankyousomuchforthat" after my every answer extremely irritating. v frustrating
