    @O2 @O2 It’s the MyO2 app/account. I’m currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I can’t link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up. I can’t sign in because the O2 website/app blocks access from Mexico.

    @O2 No issues, just 💩 service. 5g is no faster than 4g was where I live.

    No internet coming upto 30days from your service, three attempts for a technician to call us for no call to ever be made, and now just been hung up on by your call handlers. @O2 what's going on why can't we get a technician or even our internet sorted? All calls are recorded.

    @mattstingray @O2 I was with O2 when they were BT Cellnet they got worse and worse moved to @lebara I now pay a quarter of what I was for an excellent service, I only had one issue since moving called them and it was sorted in an 8 minute call including waiting time.

    I was told on the phone that I'd be able to use my allowances in Turkey but I'm getting no data. Roaming is on, data is on, but no mobile data. I'm a Volt customer. Help, please. @O2

    @O2 I need to make a formal complaint over appalling customer service over fraudulent activity on my account. I've tried endlessly to resolve this since it first came to light to no avail. O2 confirmed they would stop my direct debit to avoid the £286 bill leaving my account
