Ian (@IanKirby30) reported@O2 can you help, I am in the USA and have purchased the bolt on, starting on 15/10/22, and the bolt on carried on until 21/10/22, but now I have a bill of £1,877 for using 304mb of data, and you have cut my phone off from using data until this is paid, can you please resolve
