    @O2 I apologise, it was Friday, that's my bad but it's still a long time to wait for a reply to a DM. If they hadn't told me on 202 that they couldn't find my account that I clearly have I could of had this all wrapped up in about 5 minutes.

    @O2 Hi 02 can you please ,please sort out your sale staff and customer service . How can sales staff give you an offer over the phone only for a manager to come on the line and recind it stating it was a mistake and would not honour it.

    @O2 im Extremely Angry at 02 .They called me stating that I’ve been their customer for Long will send out a gift etc turns out 1. They lied ,They ran a hard search on my credit score without my permission,Sent me an apple watch i never order and added a credit to my account

    @O2 I spent 3 hours in @fdarena without a working internet connection! Is the signal supposed to be this bad indoor in Leeds?!

    @O2 Nothing helps, I get zero signal at home and in work. Places where I do get a bit of signal always ends up cutting out. I generally only use 2/3G of data a month due to not being able to connect unless on wifi
