    @O2 after multiple phone calls to customer services to advise i had been receiving emails and texts stating I owed money when I dont a restriction has been placed on phone and they cant lift the restriction for upto 7 days. @O2 I wouldnt recommend you to anyone these days

    @Joff_L @O2 Upgrade offers are never good. Was cheaper for me to go to PAYG than upgrade to the deal they offered me on my SIMO plan.

    @O2 - trying to process an upgrade - 02 app keeps telling me to.. Won’t add new Pixel to basket, call Cust Servs..they can’t process..Raise a support ticket..nothing. Cust Servs tell me to visit store.. Store can’t process.. I feel Im being De-Mobiled’ - Is that a thing now?

    @O2 Hi, I’m contacting you on behalf of a friend regarding an O2 insurance repair request. They have reported an issue with their phone, but the claim has not progressed — no return packaging has been sent and the repair has not been accepted.
