You have a mast 1 mile from me. I can’t hold a conversation now unless on wi fi at home. My contract has expired but i wont renew with current situation. Ive been with you years because the signal has been very good, not now though.

Jade (@Jade66755388) reported@O2 Avoid at all costs! Put in a complaint about the non existent signal at home to be told a ridiculous response time. When I finally get a response they want to call me but can’t tell me when… I HAVE NO SIGNAL! Told me it’s resolved now, but my 1 bar says otherwise..! Sort it!

I’m currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I can’t link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up. I can’t sign in because the O2 website/app blocks access from Mexico.
