    @O2 @danyologic Hijacking this thread - on MyO2, following these links tells me what Wifi calling is and how to enable it on my iPhone, no option to add the service or enable it on my account. However, when I do that in my phone settings I get "To allow Wifi calling on this account, contact O2"

    Just lost out on an eBay bid because despite my phone telling me I had full 4G signal, nothing would load. Thanks a bunch @o2 and your 💩 network.

    @O2 why is your signal SO **** in Manchester? Literally unusable. Have to rely on my friends with @EE just to send a message to friends!

    @O2 Yes I can log into the actual website but not the mobile app which is weird. Are there issues with the app?

    Hi @o2, I'm using a Giffgaff SIM in Warton LA5 9RY and there is no 4g connection at all. Was fine a couple of weeks ago. Site says no issues but only connects to 3g and really slow. Any advice pls

    @O2 Customer service is atrocious and the major focus is on free holidays 😤. A whole month of NO 4G From a company that proclaims a fantastic service “ Friday in Priority” .. prioritise a better service for EXISTING customers
