Really disappointed with @AXS_UK and @O2 for not providing accessible tickets for O2 priority events and then neither responding to emails / requests for support. Are your disabled customers not allowed the same opportunities as your abled customers?

@O2 Really disappointed with the misleading Taste card offer. Advert is full of errors, e.g. you CAN'T chose a start date and you MUST enter payment details.

@O2 Why do system limitations stop you from acknowledging your customer service is appalling? 3 attempts to get a refund of money you shouldn’t have even taken. Disgusting.

@O2 new iPhone 17 pro max delivered yesterday. Requested my physical SIM card to transfer to an eSIM. More than 24 hours later and still no QR code for the eSIM. Have phoned multiple times and been into store- nobody can help. Have no access to calls/texts/data. What’s going on?!
