    offered an upgrade with @O2 after 40min call yesterday. Go to sign it today link has broken called back to find out that they wont do it. 20 years as a customer hours of my time they won’t honor yesterday’s deal Loyalty doesn’t matter apparently #badcustomerservice #awfullservice

    @O2 why can I not cancel call forwarding? Keep getting an error saying unexpected response from network. I need my calls to come to my mobile!
