    @Wrightoe @kokeshimum @O2 Those metal things are awful!Waste of money.I’m in Brighouse 4g only 2bars/vodafone.Brighouse is having major overhaul,obstacle course getting round.Going to be more pedestrianised,just lots of bars,we need more decent shops!Lived in house 48yrs and seen rats in garden1st time

    @kokeshimum @O2 Same ****. Yet, o2 have increased their customer bills for the past 12 consecutive years. That’s a 4-10% increase every year since 2014.

    @O2 I’ve tried everything that your website recommends on every occasion that I have no service… however I shouldn’t have to The service should work 99% of the time and it doesn’t. My contract is up in less than a month so I’ll be likely finding something new!

    @BennyBlanco22 @O2 @Apple Yep, I had a 5g signal but nothing loading up. Spoke to mates and they said the same. Had it for years, don’t know why I tolerated it. Entire villages I visited with work blacked out. So much better with ID/3.

    Can you explain why the phone app keeps signing me out and when I go to sign in it verifies and doesn't log in the app? Your auth servers having issues? @O2

    What is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? It’s ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

    @kokeshimum @O2 I think it’s most of the UK. I’m on EE and the network used to be good, but the last few years it’s been poor
