Didn’t want to leave but it just got to the point where it was regularly unusable on my travels. I’m now using a MVNO which uses EE and it’s just so much better for half the price too.

Robert Keith (@rl_keith) reported@kokeshimum @O2 All service in the UK is bad. The providers occasionally say they'll build a few more cell towers. Then the village NIMBY will object, and the provider will use the excuse to save money and not build the tower.

Today I’ve experienced doc upload, payment, app login, chat, form failures, spent 60 minutes on hold today and still no resolution. Awful customer service. Unacceptable!

I drive 1m from my home and you start losing reception and that’s on the outskirts of Edinburgh; it’s pathetic and yet we pay more for a poorer service
