    @O2 lost the phone number I've had for 10+ years, then I was without service for nearly TWO WEEKS while it was being 'fixed' - now my phone number is still lost, and they actually billed me for a phone I barely got to use over the last month. Absolutely fuming.

    @O2 in process of switching to O2. absolutely horrible, no telephone, confusing, chaotic. Advise anyone to think again before switching. it's not worth it

    Why is 3G on @O2 the most god awful slow experience in the world? My phone is literally pointless when on 3G!

    @O2 kept my son's credit on his pay as you go after moving to another network when we were advised as soon as his number went across ton the other network he would be refunded in his bank account totally disgusted 8n this behaviour from o2 I'm now leaving the network to

    So it's quite clear @O2 don't care about their customers. Their app has messed up & rather than fix the issue they expect me to do all the fuckery! I don't get paid to fix it, they do so about time they actually did their job 🙄
