    Every other week @O2 tells me they’re improving the network in my area and every time it mysteriously gets worse. Weird

    @O2 Great to hear you say that. Shame that it doesn’t reflect in our daily life. Your network performances have gotten worse over the last few years, not better.

    @O2 I’ve called your customer aervice team twice today and they’ve put the phone down and can’t seem to tell me when I can log into the priority app. Your service is awful and why is it taking so long

    @O2 what is going on??? Still no update on my phones, no one answering at your “phone” store and even your so called “resolutions” team won’t give me an update! I guess you feel the money is in the bank so don’t have to bother with any level of customer service?

    How can anyone not feel like they in the stone age again when going to Challaborough Bay in Devon with at least like no signal in the area with @EE and @O2 mobile networks

    @Colezinhoo @EnglandRugby @O2 Slowing ruck speed is vital. Even now, when I think he needs time away following awful injuries, T Curry does this better than anyone. For the Lions, he also attacked. Is it that he's shackled by England to only plan the defence?

    @O2 I keep receiving login requests by emails from various places across the country, pretty much every day/early hours. I've got MFA set up and know my account is secure but what can I do to stop this happening please?
