    @O2 Hi, I am based in Cornwall and am struggling for signal everywhere. For the cost that I pay, it needs to be better. I lose connectivity on calls every few minutes and cannot download with data. I have tried your network help guide and still it hasn’t helped. #o2connectivity

    @O2 @O2 disgusting customer service! Had multiple contracts with you for years never missed a payment… Daughters contract phone seized by police for a grooming ring investigation last year. O2 wouldn’t freeze account as connection needed to remain live…
