    @O2 I was only there for a day. Signal was so bad I couldn’t when check the status page. Appeared everywhere I went (near the promenade/football club) in Blackpool wouldn’t work. Was highly frustrating.

    @O2 so my iwatch decided to die,and I’m still paying for the sim,how do I cancel. Your amazing app only lets me cancel my phone airtime that’s linked? Also want a new watch.

    I got tickets for today to ariana but I'm having a panic attack, I didn't realise how steep the nosebleeds section is. O2 staff said they couldn't help me. Is there anyone at all who can help? Even lower down in the nosebleeds is fine, any help would be ok 🙏 @O2 @TeamAriana

    @O2 This happens in Chester, Llandudno, Wrexham. My wife has the same problem, having a 6 month old and needing to check/updates things is impossible when out and about with O2. Very unreliable

    @wheat_daddy @O2 Could be the coms mast itself. We’ve had trouble with Vodafone signal for a few weeks, then all of a sudden we have got upgraded to 5G and a decent phone signal. Hopefully you’ll get the same soon? 🤞

    So it will take @O2 up to 28 days to answer my complaint, all the while I am without a working phone. Just not remotely good enough.

    @wheat_daddy @O2 I always struggle to get an EE signal at byards leap which isn't too far from you I gather so I'd be wary of them.

    @O2 how are your systems so fundamentally broken? Cannot login on the app, cannot login through the website (tried incognito mode also). Been happening for months and months - surely you must be aware of this problem? How is it taking so long to be fixed!!
