@virginmedia @O2 Called by a virgin rep said he could offer a great deal as had been with them 5 years - I agreed the deal and then he comes back and says sorry that’s only for new customers what disgraceful customer services- time to cancel with Virgin!

@O2 hi for the last few days I've very rarely been getting signal. I will have full bars but won't connect to 5G, 4G etc and when I try call someone it says not registered on network. Its very frustrating and annoying now.

Swear down there's nothing more frustrating than the @O2 automated service, not even remotely solved my issue and I get "thank you for calling o2, goodbye" twice in a row, absolute waste of time

@O2 Is there a way to order a new SIM for my daughter who's lost her phone, because I can't find a way to do that on your website and your call-centre is obviously hopelessly under-staffed? Yours, Frustrated Customer who feels like moving his entire family off your network.

@virginmedia @O2 @virginmedia No 4G signal in Winchester - I had to switch manually to 3g otherwise my phone doesnt work at all. Yes, I have tried resetting working network and I have done already all I can on my phone. How can you assist with this before I just move to another provider?
