Lauren McLellan (@lmclells90) reported@o2 Now I am receiving threatening messages to say my account is going to be suspended, I owe additional charges and my credit rating will be affected. I am 6 days post partum and was v poorly giving birth having me rushed into hospital as an emergency. I do not need this.

I had a problem with my phone and she fixed it in about a minute. I'm a carer for my mum so really need my phone so it was a huge relief. Thank you again.
