    I can confirm the package I was told I was getting and cost is totally different to what I have.. Lucky they wrote down what I asked for @O2 are in breach of contract.. I'll be in touch..

    @O2 @Happyengland79 And this is why everyone leaves O2. The network is shockingly bad, it’s expensive and the customer service is 10X worse!

    @O2 Have been a long term customer & 2day asked Tottenham Crt Rd shop 4 tech support to download email app. Asked ME what IMAP is, I asked them if they knew - no. Walked out. A waste of my time. Maybe they sell better than provide tech help. Any ideas where to go now for help?

    @davehpayne @O2 Because they use o2! Been with them years and last 2/3 years they have gone to pot utterly useless in every way with no signal in half the country and that’s being optimistic

    Is it just me or is 5G signal worse than 4G? Reception for voice calls is shockingly poor and getting worse in the Craigavon area @O2

    @Lord_Viridis @O2 Ah yes the typical turn it on and off again! I stopped the script reading by announcing at the start of the call that I’m a 27year IT Veteran and over tried everything! No answer to that! I can’t believe just how poor a service they are providing
