Absolutely disgraceful service from @O2 Am trying to sort out issue with my contract over the phone and they hang up the call. I will be cancelling my Direct Debit so they can't take any more payments. And I will be buying a SIM only deal from another provider.

@O2 have been on hold to you for the entire afternoon - have got through twice and been hung up on immediately both times. I want to cancel my contract but have no info on how to do this, beyond calling. How the f*ck do you expect people to do it?

@O2 so you're telling I'm to to pay through the teeth for my contract when yous know that the mast is down linwood area has been for a year. Yeah ill be taking my evidences and of vile customer servie to the ombudsman. i refuse to to continue to pay for services I'm I don't get.

@ClearScore I've received your report saying hard search was completed for me by @O2 I was never their customer (or purchased anything required search) so they won't talk to me. I've dm them but they ignore me. This looks like identity theft. Do I call the police?

@O2 How comes pay as you go SIMs cancels down after six months but pay monthly sim only don’t cancel down after six months? Unless the customer requests to cancels it or it’s cancelled down to bad debt.
