NOT roaming) on my O2 registered mobile (UK domestic customer) is chargeable. What?! No, should NOT need any ‘bolt on’! Charging me as described above is ILLEGAL!

Fiona Coad (@CoadFiona) reported@O2 over 20 years a business customer. You have billed us £2k for calls made whilst in Mexico because we didn’t have a bolt on. This should flag up on client account and you should contact clients to make them aware, not just profit from their error. No client loyalty.

Jemima Jane (@Mimie_13) reported@O2 I checked the map before adding and all the areas seem to be apparently strong in connection. But I thought you’re supposed to see a satellite symbol when the signal drops but nothing appears and I get E signal or just low connection.
