When I tried to submit a complaint it failed Call centre suggesting I was the problem. I'm leaving them now. I have had enough.

Take That, Clouds (@TakeThatClouds) reported@O2 Apparently to transfer your eSIM from a phone that doesn't work to a new phone you can also get your new phone and place it next to the phone that doesn't work. But make sure the phone that doesn't work is switched on and Bluetooth is on.

Nathaniel Wong (@wong_natha) reported@O2 must be the worst network. People said 3 is bad. 3 is hundred times better compares to #O2. Travelled to Swansea for 3 days and didn’t manage to get any good signal half of the time. At one stage I was connected to Edge.

Darth Wader (@LordoftheSplash) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 Just moved to Smarty becuase of **** like this, at one point a few years ago my number suddenly stopped working, they’d issued a pac code for my number and given it away, couldn’t get it back, so gave me a year for nothing, as soon as that was up I was off, 02 are utter ****.
