@O2 I have done, but given you've cancelled the guaranteed £150 for trading in my old device, I'll probably cancel the order.

@O2 I phoned you to fix my AppleWatch but somehow your representative managed to cancel my iPhone SIM so I was disconnected from the call and now cannot use my phone. I have DM-ed you with my details but nobody has responded. Please help reinstate my phone!

Awww the poor CEO of @O2 just wasn't earning enough money that's why the company is going to screw customers for inflation busting rises in our bills. Utterly disgusting during a cost of living crisis with no evidence of why such an increase is needed. Ppl will remember this!

@O2 Never in my life experienced such shocking customer service as I have with o2. On-going complaint that hasn't been resolved in over 4 months. Continually told that a manager will call me back within 24 hours but no one ever does. Worst provider imaginable!

Amusingly, when I called @O2 to report the fraud attempt, the call centre 'droid was interested only in checking that my account hadn't been compromised, as was entirely uninterested in taking details of the fraud attempt to correlate against the network equipment's audit logs.

@O2 I can never get through to the online conversations? Every time it says that you’re currently too busy right now. No matter what time I try. I need to speak with someone regarding the service where I live, it’s an ongoing problem and I’m starting to get really frustrated

simple network issues you cannot solve. it’s not on and I will not stop harassing this company until my issue is resolved with compensation. The petty money that has been credited into my account is nothing to compare the inconvenience that I have gone through. sort it out. @O2
