@O2 the signal in the CH5 area has been terrible for days. Your status checker says that it's fine. It really isn't. 0 bars mostly. Other people are having the same problem.

@virginmedia @O2 and @libertyglobal what are you letting your associate companies do acting in this way. Nasty business practices of the lowest form. It should be elegant. Treat loyalty as a positive and it will benefit the supplier and people will stick with you. Not bad mouth you.

@O2 been in the USA since Saturday night. Have had no roaming data since I arrived. Been chatting to your support service since I arrived and all I can say is they have been useless. Applying service and can’t believe how bad your product is.

@alex_sutton85 @O2 I have that issue sometimes when in a 5G area. The network is clogged up. It’s literally unable to serve all the devices at peak times. If your unhappy about the situation the maybe Retweet using BBCWatchdog, WhichUK, Ofcom, Martin Lewis tags.

  • FionaTyler10 Fiona Tyler (@FionaTyler10) reported

@O2 I've not been able to use my data for 3 days. I've been to Derby, Sheffield and close to Worksop. The only explanation I've found is a mast down in my area. I'm curious how large my area actually is now. Unable to find any other way of contacting O2 without writing a letter.
