Left stranded, couldn't get an Uber or check bank accounts. Now you've tried to take £394.14 when my usual bill is £116 and spend caps are in place. Your complaints form is also broken. Shocked when phoned to order the bolt on and told its for personal customers only. Do you not value business customers?

Third-party user testing from Opensignal and Ookla showed that the everyday user experience in the UK is among the worst in the developed world. 40% of the time your phone shows the "5G" icon in the UK, it is actually running on older 4G infrastructure.
