@asaelliott @O2 I don't buy the "phone mast not working" crap. Their service is utterly uselss EVERYWHERE these days, they've clogged up their network by adding the Virgin Media customers but without upgrading anything. It's an absolute shambles

@O2 Thanks. But as mentioned no matter the area I’m in when I have 3G I have no data connection. Can this be looked into further please. Your fault finding steps supplied do not refresh the issue

Well @O2 i nearly upgraded my phone. Shame you misled me on your black friday airtime discount, wiped the basket and now just give me "400 bad request" pages. "Help" is useless, just loops of questions...

@asaelliott @O2 Try being on day 730, ever since i moved here the signal has not been working. @o2 are now ignoring me even though i’ve contacted them multiple times. Can’t even make a phone call or send a basic text, it’s awful awful service!
