    @O2 Yes its been requested but seems crazy that it cant be sent to me electronically so I can use it straight away instead I have to wait upto 72 hours to be able to use my phone. Needs a better fix really. So if your phone breaks down & u have esim again u cant use another phone

    @O2 They have just sent a response saying that the photos supplied clearly show a screen showing blue/pink screen damage, which they do not (as shown in video). Is it also true that there is no complaints procedure apart from emailing the o2 recycling address?

    @AmazonHelp Well they didnt ask for any payment details but when i asked them to confirm my account email they convienently hung up. Im getting two or three a day from different mobile numbers. Maybr @O2 can help.

    @O2 hi I'm trying to do a PAC code so my daughter can keep her old number now I've got her an O2 contract. Tried twice online since Xmas and nothing has happened, keep getting hung up on by 202, please help 😫
