    @O2 I'm a bit concerned. I renewed and upgraded my contract to a new handset which was due to be delivered on 01/07/2025. The order still says processing. Can you help please? I really don't want to cancel the order.

    Anyone tried using @O2? Trying to add money to a sim for our router - it’s an impossibility- their system is utterly **** - 20 minutes of options only to be told we didn’t put the number in quickly enough - goodbye. Don’t ever use O2 for your phone.

    Nine days without service and you’ve still not fixed it @O2 the idea of a mobile phone is that you can call and text, I am unable to do either.

    @O2 Thankfully, eventually I got it sorted yesterday. You need to rethink the system to try & speak to customer services…. Takes too long to speak to someone. Also, why am I doing security on automated system & it just repeated when I speak to someone! Ridiculous!

    I’ve had no @O2 signal in Glasgow from Whiteinch, to Anniesland, to Yoker, since 8am this morning. I check this morning and it said a mast wasn’t working correctly. Surely this should be resolved by now?

    When are UK phone operators going to crack down on these scams. 07746 639322 is a scam Job Call phone number belongs to @O2 in the UK. Shut them down!

    Hey @O2, why does your phone service not work nearly everywhere I go? Its 2025 and major towns/cities I can’t use internet. Even when says 3-4 bars nothing loads. Any plans to sort this?
