    @O2 the phone signal in Portsmouth specifically Gunwharf quays is absolutely awful, says I’m on 4G but it may as well be emergency calls as you can’t use your phone at all

    @O2 Help ASAP . Check DM Sent. Although I haven't received esim you have disconnected my existing SIM. Can't make phone calls or use internet from morning Help Immediately..

    It’s frankly disgusting that I have upgraded through the @O2 app which has resulted in my new phone being lost or stolen by #DPD. Appalling customer service from both companies and neither seem to care that I’m going to be paying for a phone soon that I don’t have 🥴

    @O2 hi 02 . I have a sky mobile phone which I believe uses your network . I am trying to use an app called hullo mail but it won’t work . It needs to use a protocol called conditional call forwarding . Does 02/sky mobile support this ?
