    @O2 why is the signal in Canterbury terrible, it say I got 4g and 5G but when I go to use my phone it said no internet connection even though I have few bars, it’s wasting my battery and data!

    @O2 please can someone from customer services DM me to discuss some issues with my mobile phone. I've not had any signal at my home address for weeks now. Network keeps saying emergeny calls only. Can only receive messages / calls via wifi.

    @O2 It seems to be happening in most of Plymouth but was prevalent last night in PL9 9XA and has been consistently bad along PL4 6NP/PL4 6NW

    I need to set a spend cap on an @O2 account and all their help systems sends me to a page where under spend cap it says I can't do it at the moment. Are you deliberately doing this to screw customers?

    @O2 I’m paying good money for my phone and services of unlimited data on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. The issue is I can’t connect to my data. 4g is non existent and 3G doesn’t connect. Been going on for weeks now.

    @O2 ordered IPAD 1st August not delivered. Still not Told 3 times enquiry would be raised with DHL before account could be cancelled. Just told today I had to wait another 24 hours Meanwhile you're charging air time etc and threatening extra charges? Customer service? Where?
