    @O2 not all customers were successful.... is a god damn joke. So many couldn't even log on before the tickets went on sale right through until you took the servers down for maintenance an hour or so ago.

    @O2 This screams of keeping the site down all day so only o2 employees and special individuals can purchase tickets! Because the app and site has been down since 9:30am for us normal people to access

    @O2 How can you sell out when most of your customers can’t access? The pre sale should not of gone ahead if you were unable to support a fair process. So so bad

    @O2 Disgusting that a company with a revenue stream of £10,000 million last year couldn’t use some of this to sort out their website for high traffic. App still not working, logged me out at 9:30am - despite being logged in before this - to then not let me back in via O2 or Virgin
