    @Chriswa19691781 @O2 That’s not the only thing that can’t be done with O2 at the moment! Are you able to pay your bills on the app or website? I’m not and quite a few others aren’t either. There is something broken on their end and no one is looking into it

    @O2 I emailed my complaint to you. You responded by asking me to complete the complaint form as the email is not monitored. I’ve completed the complaints form but it’s not working and there is a constant error message. Pretty much sums up your customer service!!!

    It’s not just ‘recently’ @O2. @TomTugendhat is absolutely right that your mobile coverage in London is consistently poor. I have found it better in rural Spain than in ‘London, Global City’. Perhaps @MayorofLondon could direct his £7m PR spend to mobile infrastructure instead?
