@O2 Shocking service on my recent order, don't know where it is, was meant to be delivered today. Just got off call and told nobody can help and was cut off. DPD status showing order somewhere in between Birmingham and Durham.

@EE definitely not the best 5g network sitting in @VapianoUK in Tottenham Court Road and not a single bar of reception having to resort to using the guest Wi-Fi! Such a bad network coverage and they advertise about how good they are! People on @O2 with me have reception!

@O2 FYI you have lost a loyal customer of 20 years today due to your shocking customer service when attempting to upgrade. 2 hours on the phone, promised a call back that never came and now you have just hung up on me after 40 mins on hold 🤬. Off to Vodafone I go

Word of advice to anyone thinking of moving to @O2 DON'T. Worst customer service I've ever come across, taken over 5 days to transfer my number over & hours wasted on hold. When they finally supply my PAC code I'll be back with @vodafone.
