    @O2 Unfortunately it’s everywhere. No particular ‘bad spots’ luckily if I’m with my wife I can hit spot off her EE network, but I really shouldn’t have to. I simply canny put up with it much longer.

    Hey @O2 you need to do something with the signal in Tenby, Pembrokeshire. It's shocking. 4 bars on 4G and can't connect to anything.

    @O2 so my iwatch decided to die,and I’m still paying for the sim,how do I cancel. Your amazing app only lets me cancel my phone airtime that’s linked? Also want a new watch.

    @O2 really have the worst customer service. 6hours to chat to someone, missed them closing now will probably need to wait another 6 hours tomorrow 😡

    @O2 Yes and new SIM card network reset phone reset tickets open by o2 to raise issue for last 3 months then tickets being closed when issue not fixed

    @O2 I was only there for a day. Signal was so bad I couldn’t when check the status page. Appeared everywhere I went (near the promenade/football club) in Blackpool wouldn’t work. Was highly frustrating.

    @o2 @Virgin @virginmedia CEO Lutz Schueler your organisation cannot send me my Complaint Deadlock letter yet quick enough to SMS details of upcoming events and tickets that’s available. Where is your customer care!!!!

    @O2 There has been a mix up with mobile plans and the wrong one got deleted - on speaking to the customer service representative I had no confidence he grasped the issue
