However, when I do that in my phone settings I get "To allow Wifi calling on this account, contact O2"

steveash (@steveash69) reportedHi @o2, I'm using a Giffgaff SIM in Warton LA5 9RY and there is no 4g connection at all. Was fine a couple of weeks ago. Site says no issues but only connects to 3g and really slow. Any advice pls
