    @O2 have been nothing but awful with my upgrade. Over 2 hours on chat to buy my new handset, scheduled delivery for Monday, didn't get it, scheduled delivery for today, didn't get it. Recommend going somewhere else if you're looking

    @O2 I have done and no joy, paying 50 odd quid a month for crap signal and crap Internet signal everywhere I go, you want to help then help me cancel my contract for a service you are not providing 👍

    @O2 I would state that you do not use @encore_co_uk for loyalty awards as they do not honour what they offer!! Raised a compliant with @STARticketing not that will do much good as the details they have for Encore are out of date! £60 out of pocket tha KS to the poor service

    @O2 @MartinSLewis So, just tried to sign up for O2/Virgin’s “free” benefits “Volt” (as I’m a customer already with both) and apparently my £8 (for 10Gb) deal will now cost £12 (for my “free” double up data). How come? T&C’s are quite interesting!
