    @O2 why am I paying a fortune a month for a service that is non-existent? Data NEVER works. I have to be connected to the internet via WiFi to be able to use the internet. Disappointed as I’ve been an O2 customer for over 10 years.

    Disappointed with @O2. I’ve spent 4hrs on calls this week trying to resolve an issue. I’ve had contradictory information, multiple transfers & promised callbacks that never happened. Due to the repeated failures, the only reasonable option now is to allow me to leave penalty-free

    @O2 can you help? I’ve tried a few times to swap my SIM card from o2 to virgin Megvolt deal and it’s so complicated. I’ve followed the instructions and called a few times but now it’s locked me out for 30 mins! Help!
