Useless staff that seem clueless offer no help an have no authority to authorize anything. Safe to say when the contract is up I’ll be going to another provide #fucko2 joke of a shop no help at all unless spending money an then they’re like flies around shite. Disgrace @O2

Anyone met an @O2 guru, who actually is one? The one in Harrogate thinks removing sims from Samsung A mobile is not possible. At least, that's what he told my aunt. She wanted to swap mobiles, as calls kept dropping or going on hold. Vital for hospital contact. Utter fail.
