    @O2 It's not the application that is the issue it's the cancellation if it isn't that is my issue. If j wait and nothing happens I expect to be allowed to cancel everything

    @O2 I’m having horrendous customer service from you today. 4 times I’ve rang and been given different advice and still have a phone that can’t be used that was a Christmas present for my daughter! Can someone contact me please!

    @O2 Account hacked on 4/12, 2 new phones ordered, 3 new direct debits started etc. Here I am 4/1 with no contact from O2 fraud team, no data on my phone and a £1200 fraudulent debt against my name. And according to customer services, O2 doesn’t have a complaints policy! HNY indeed!
