@O2 I need urgent help. My complaint (Ref: C-130525391) was resolved through the Ombudsman and my balance cleared. However, my mobile number has still not been reinstated, despite this being a key part of the complaint.

@O2 Have tried calling and no luck either. Even with multiple cards / bank accounts for a new direct debit. Seems I’m not the only person with this issue. Was also promised a call back but no one did after the agent advised they were going to escalate the issue.

Just been into @O2 and had appalling service. First time this has ever happened in my many years being a customer. Even considering not renewing my contract. If anyone knows of a mobile service who do family plans let me know

Account been hacked 3 times in the last month. £450 of charges not done by me. On holiday phoneless for days as sim been deactivated and absolutely nothing @O2 will do!! Worst company
