⚓️ Lauren Hall🍉🐝 (@Lauren_Rachael1) reported@1stSimona @O2 My signal is has been crap for months! Horrible company who just take your money but don’t help when you cannot use your phone in your own home
-
fiona cozens (@cozens_fio58099) reported@grahamstyle @SkyNews @O2 Good luck. Don’t think they prioritise helping customers, including those who have been loyal for decades. They take your money and couldn’t care less that you can’t access their not fit for purpose service.

Keith Shilling (@cuba757) reported@O2 @1stSimona I’m having similar problems. It used to be so user friendly but no more…. Sort it out O2…

Taffy Dog (@TaffytheDog) reported@O2 I have done but no response, your have messaged me saying your going to disconnect me, incredible way to treat a customer reporting issues to you
-
Ron Stidolph (@RonnieStidolph) reported@O2 Response appreciated, but its too late 4 failed attempts to transfer old number to O2, resulting in 6 hrs+ in online chats & 2 complaints (complaints that your chat operators raised, not me) & a cancelled contract within 14 days of a cooling period & a lost customer. Very poor.

@HumanPings (@HumanPings) reported@Virgin + @O2 never seen a worst couple! bye then
-
Germander Speedwell (@selfheal) reported@Chuffin_ell @O2 ...to afford the combined cost of the handset and the line rental for a large download limit, but with their help I could and amazingly they as a branch have repeated this same discount every time I have returned to upgrade my phone since. A small act of charity on their part...

Hayley Laura (@LilHay) reported@O2 @JohnSharp1975 My god so rather than actually dealing with people and their issues. You’re responding to random messages where there isn’t an issue!? This is shocking!
