@LutzSchueler Should I be surprised that @O2 CEO office has not responded to me after 11 days? They gave me a 3 working day SLA. I've sent 2 chase up emails as well and nothing. Really bad company.

@O2 I regret using your service. For 8 days I have tried to speak to you via the chat about two issues. Also I have had no reply on Facebook. I only moved to you just before Xmas, and have regretted it ever since. Take me back to @VodafoneUK please as there was never hassle!! 💔
