@O2 I’m seriously considering leaving you after 25 years if you don’t start improving the 5G signal in the areas of Hornchurch, Romford, Chadwell Heath, Goodmayes, Seven Kings and Ilford. The level of service is pathetic for an established network. It rarely works! Sort it out!

@O2 hi, i have been trying to use your live chat to cancel my account, but i have been waiting hours, everytime someone is available and i get a notification that someone is available, when i go back in, it chucks me back to the ai assistant to start again, this is awful

How awful is the log in process now that o2 has merged with virgin and the prices! I just want to get onto my account to cancel and find a cheaper supplier for myself and my mum and you’re making it impossible!!! @o2

@O2 trying to contact someone again to sort out a billing query that I was told was dealt with last week but hasn’t been and I’m hitting brick wall after brick wall. I thought customer service was supposed to high on company’s list of issues wants?!

@O2 I need help and your lines are busy need to claim rewards, tried on mobile keeps rejecting request. Chatbot is bloody useless no help. Why don't you get more staff to help customers.....🤬🤬🤬

@O2 I’m having trouble getting into my account. Sometimes I can see stuff, other times not; plus where is my data indicator - I use it to keep tabs how much data I have left? It’s gone! Very confusing. The visual was easy to understand :(
