    @O2 my signal has been on zero for two days now , when will this be fixed , I will withhold my bill until further noticed as this is breach of contract

    @O2 @JakeMooreUK I have the same issue ever since 5G came out, my Spotify never dropped out when driving but it’s like an old car radio now. Will definitely be thinking about another network soon

    @O2 Jumping from My O2 to web browser to email and back to My O2. That is an annoying experience and a stupid design just to top up. It should be all in the app, not 3 apps.

    @O2 @JakeMooreUK Yeah you O2, signal is so bad. My 4g speeds were faster than 5g

    @O2 priority spin has not worked all day, just keeps telling ne to try again later. Guessing u didn't test properly as I am clearly not the only one having problems

    @O2 8 letters all the same telling me about my complaint .that never mentioned the origonal complaint arrived all at once .you must spend a fortune on ink and paper

    @O2 Respectfully I disagree with that. Nobody who lives near me has phone signal. But I have phone signal when I leave the town I live in. Your signal checker shows no issues either

    @O2 But it always says no network issues. The problem is that O2 states on iPhones that there’s 4G and 5G on offer but it often doesn’t work. It would actually be more helpful if it just admitted it.
