    @VendingJames @tescomobile Lucky you! I was only ever offered the same deal as new customers, despite ringing multiple times speaking to different advisors! In the end I lost faith and have switched to @O2 - same network, but so much cheaper and free roaming in Europe too.

    @virginmedia I don’t doubt you! As you can see after 3 calls, the latest one lasted 2hrs 30 min. To resolve it she said I should live chat, and she’s your manager! No complaint ref, as apparently Virgin make a note on my a/c, and that’s sufficient! I’ve taken out a new contract with @O2!

    @o2 My wife has been bombarded with default notices and threatening letters from you for months. She has never had an account with you and we raised this to your fraud team on 04/01/22. You have now forwarded her details to a dept collection agency and no one at o2 will help us!

    @O2 Do you no longer split the device and the airtime plan? My wife and I can leave in three weeks but no deal is really appealing. Were going to stay as we are but with the device paid off I don’t want to pay £45.63 each. Just had an email saying it’s going up not coming down

    @O2 Hi, need to cancel a lost phone/SIM but your phone lines appear to be down and can’t get through on web chat. Any way to do this asap to avoid any calls being made on the device?
