    @O2 Customers SHOULD be able to cancel when you are putting the CONTRACT up by 13.4%. Why do we have to keep our end of the contract, but you don’t have to?

    17+% increase from @O2 is an absolute piss take. RPI is bad enough but to stick another 4% on top is just fleecing customers. Time to move I think.

    @O2 How does "I live internationally, please can I cancel a different way" take over 24 hours to get a reply, which suggests "call us on a +44 number"???
