@O2 Hi, been on the phone over an hour trying to cancel my contract with o2, no answer. Not the greatest business plan or PR , to trap your customers on the phone for over an hour hoping they'll give up. No online option either. Dreadful service

@O2 How are customers supposed to get in touch with you or get any support if you do not respond to DMs or App queries? The reply is always “sorry, we’re extremely busy right now”. OR perhaps you’re prodding us into switching to Vodafone or EE?!

@thepeterhunt @O2 @VodafoneUK I movedfrom Vodafone to O2 cos the signal was constantly on 3G when I paid for a 5G sim. But they are both as shite as each other.

  • RymeB13 Pete (@RymeB13) reported

@o2 going up £5 a month and @virginmedia going up £15 a month. Apparently want to continue to improve the service but both have declined in recent years? Were all just being robbed these days.. Make it make sense atleast

  • andrewfaure Andrew Faure (@andrewfaure) reported

@thepeterhunt @O2 @VodafoneUK I have been on EE for years and despite peoples gripes with them, I have nearly never had signal failure even in remote areas and where others have struggled. They also offer free WiFi on the underground network.
