@O2 I don’t dispute the need for investment, however the tariff model could’ve been revamped any time over the last few years given the challenges people have faced financially. Another case of our costs go up and we’ll shovel on to the customer. Flexible tariffs are the future.

@O2 are you EVER gonna help? Your stupid support bot just sends me in circles, I ring up to be put on hold then call terminated, no replies on here, too bad I haven't got the money to pay off my contract or I'd be definitely leaving @O2 behind for good!!

Well what can I say, got an email from @O2 upping my contract payments in April, so thought I was going to leave. After talking to them I have a fab new contract and a new IPhone 14 on a 24 month contract… amazing customer service.

With @O2 putting their prices up in April, does this mean I might FINALLY be able to have a phone call without the signal keep dropping out?! Doubt it, but still....
