  @O2 Your customer service is atrocious. My phone is broken and i have said so several times and yet I still keep getting pointed to the mobile app. I just need to change my address so I can get my new phone sent to the right address

  @Colezinhoo @EnglandRugby @O2 Slowing ruck speed is vital. Even now, when I think he needs time away following awful injuries, T Curry does this better than anyone. For the Lions, he also attacked. Is it that he's shackled by England to only plan the defence?

  I've been an @O2 PAYG customer for over 15years. Recently I've been getting a "New voicemail" message - why? I have purposly never enabled voicemail since it costs 35p a time to check.

  @JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom Nice one John. They’ve been terrible near me with a mast down for 12 days now. They cited an issue then ‘routine maintenance’ with no update due until 1st Aug.

  @O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.
