Benjamin Webster (@benjaminlfc) reported@O2 @JustinDiamond16 Many, many people have reported this just on X alone, I have reported it via Customer Service and they’ve opened a ticket and nothing has been done (no surprises there). This has been going on for months and months, if you do manage to get to the section where it asks for your card details choosing the Apple Pay option just spins and spins and then says Apple Pay isn’t available, if you manually enter card details 9 times out of 10 the payment fails. Turn to the IVR system over the phone and payments are successful, a payment reference is read out by the automated system at the speed of light therefore you have absolutely no time to write it down and then said payment just doesn’t reflect on the account. Why you messed around with the billing system I’ll never know, 18 years this year I’ll have been an O2 customer and the previous system was perfectly fine, have you never heard of the phrase “IF IT AIN’T BROKE DON’T FIX IT”?
