    @O2 my daughter, stranded abroad with no phone after a theft, has received terrible service from you. Unless you can actually support her we will be cancelling our DD and making a complaint to @Ofcom. Good customer service is not rocket science!

    o2 please fix o2 priority presales for the love of god I cannot count on one hand anymore how many times I’ve gotten to the front of the queue for there to be no presale and it just takes me to the event listing and it just happened again with adéla FIX IT @O2

    So we were standing in line at 7 in the morning they counted us and when we got in at the O2 and they after we sat down. They told us it was a priority line and we couldn’t enter if we didnt have prio. But we could enter as a guest with one of our friends. @TeamAriana @O2 @TheO2
