    @O2 hey O2, are you having network issues around my area. Having same issues for more than one person where the data connection is really slow and often drops to 4G also signals bar drops to 1 bar or none sometime

    @O2 It’s been like it for a couple of weeks for everyone on o2. It’s super weird. Can’t even get signal to send a text or even stream music out of the blue

    @adamocarroll @O2 Wouldn’t bother sending a private message either mate - I’ve been trying to get something sorted for over a week through their “chat service” awful.

    Preparing to move house is stressful enough without poor customer service like @O2 whose site sent me around in circles for an hour before an advisor informed me that they can’t accept advance notice of changes in details and @virginmedia whose chat service has a 45 minute wait.
