    @O2 How long until service is reconnected after paying a late bill? I paid on Thursday, was cut off three hours after paying, and still am cut off. All calls go to the payment line which says the balance I owe is £0.00. It's been over 48hrs since payment cleared

    @O2 not happy at the fact my phone refuses to charge & still have 15 months until i upgrade 👍 had nothing but trouble with this phone since i upgraded 🙃 sort yourselves out

    Over a week without any signal and mobile Internet access from @O2 in Middleton. Not just calls/texts but I can't use PayPal to buy Xmas presents since two type verification is bloody needed!

    @O2 O2 has poor customer service and will never resolve a complaint, I have o2 , never to take a contract with them. They have mistreated me. Theydefended incompetent staff , instead of retraining them. Thick before you get a contract with them. That's my review.

    @O2 good evening 02, I'm wondering if you could help, I still have around 9 months contract with you, but my phone is super slow, some apps barely load, I get messaged several days later, and it's all round lagging on every app. I've had it looked at, and it's not improved?

    I got confirmation from O2 regarding Volt benefits but it has only been applied to one contract not both, it's not showing up on the other, I had nobconfirmation from virgin media and the service has not been updated cc @O2 @virginmedia

    @O2 Honestly this is getting frustrating. I still don’t have a service even though it’s supposedly reinstated several times! Id like compensation as this is day 3 now.

    @O2 Day two I can’t call people but they can call me ? My bill was paid like it normal is on time so I’m not sure what the issue is I hate you guys and I’ve been in the queue for about 30 mins now you’re the worst
