  • MarilynLeask Prof. Marilyn Leask (@MarilynLeask) reported

Day 23 of holiday: roaming services from @O2 are now working. But I can’t recommend that colleagues travelling internationally for holidays or conferences rely on O2 promises to provide a roaming service.

@GuinnessGirlGLA @O2 @SamsungUK I spoke to someone at the Samsung shop, apparently they know it's an issue and just have to wait for a patch to be released. Don't bother speaking to Samsung help online, they'll insist there is no issue, absolute waste of time.

@O2 i ordered an iPad and an Apple pencil yesterday morning, i have now changed my mind about it and would like to cancel. The order is still in the credit checking process and i was wondering if i would be able to cancel it now or if i need to wait before i can cancel?

@O2 Also from you, I sent several tweets and didn’t get a reply, yes, I haven’t received call backs from actually 3 members of staff about the complaint.

  • speelingmstake Freya (@speelingmstake) reported

And as @O2 don't have any capability to deal with this problem, caused by them, which is centered entirely on their own systems, I'm probably going to waste an hour going back and forth to braehead again to try and fix the problem they have caused.

@O2 I bought my pixel watch from Google. Your page says I can buy one from you, but I didn't. My wife bought her Apple Watch from Apple. Are you saying you only support Apple purchases but not Google watch purchases? Not trying to cause grief, just to buy O2 LTE for Pixel 3 watch.

  • speelingmstake Freya (@speelingmstake) reported

@O2 Well you're going to need to. You can't just say 'well I guess the phone we sold you doesn't work' and leave it there. I've just come FROM the store. There's nothing they can give me there - or they would have already. Speak to someone else who knows how to set up an esim.

Is it too much to ask for a mobile signal. It’s 3G at best. It’s 2025! @O2 @EE I’ve got both your SIM cards in my phone.

  • hainsey76 Hainesey (@hainsey76) reported

. @O2 you can expect an uptick in customers leaving @ThreeUK today. I've been with them over 20 years and had enough. Appalling network connectivity in the last year and no compensation, just higher charges @ThreeUKSupport

@neilsta84 I'd love to know too, as @O2 has progressively getting worse... they never except responsibility pass buck all time..
