    @O2 Hey, your site tells me I need to speak to an advisor to get a new eSIM pack, but both your site and your app won’t actually let me speak to anyone. Can you help, please? This is intensely frustrating.

  • SteveoMac8 Steveo Mac (@SteveoMac8) reported

    @BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 O2 is a Spanish company. That’s why. Virgin uses the O2 Network. Vodafone on the other hand is a British company. So you have praised a foreign company

  • Hk06904477 Bashir Ahmad (@Hk06904477) reported

    @BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Why the Eu, UK , USA Canada, Germany are silent on the current situation of Afghan refugees,when the Syrian people were in trouble, the whole world helped them. The EU has opened its borders to them, but all its doors are closed to Afghan refugees. Where are the human rights?

  • RobLad1985 Rob Ashdown (@RobLad1985) reported

    @BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 excuse me while fail to get excited about something we had on ALL networks before you lied to the country for your own gains

  • candascott werdna (@candascott) reported

    @BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Well 1 out of 1000000 things isn't bad I guess

  • Jc62Matildamog Matildamog (@Jc62Matildamog) reported

    @BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Here you are again putting a positive spin on a bad situation. What happens when customers switch to these suppliers and next year they decide to start charging, which they invariably will. This just sounds like a savvy move from Virgin and O2 to hoover up more business.

  • WTaF17 WtAF (@WTaF17) reported

    @NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Seriously? The EU forced (damn those people!) mobile operators into a capped tariff for roaming for EU members. We left. Thus, the operators are free to charge what they want with impunity. This is really basic stuff. It’s not something the EU can gift to non members.
