    I must be hitting middle age but this is my first customer complaint tweet: @O2 is the worst phone company for customer services. Someone has created an account in my name and O2 haven't been bothered to address it. They don't even have a phone number for their fraud team.

    @O2 I had a tablet I got in 2019 but I sold it immediately. I have finally paid of the device plan however I’ve found out that I’ve been paying airtime for something I don’t even have anymore. How can I cancel this?

    @O2 haven't been able to get anyone via chat or the app to sort out my problems with outgoing calls. Need this sorted asap. What's the alternative as it seems you're making it impossible to get in touch with customer service.

    Never felt so disgusted than the way I was just treated by an employee at @O2 on the phone🙃 missed ONE payment and never felt so harassed in my life💔

    @elgobsucram @O2 No. Had issues with tickets for New Order at O2. After phoning, emailing, and doing an online live chat, they advised me to go to the actual venue. I went in person TWICE and had to Q at ticket office, becoz NOBODY was any help. It's maddening.
