The customer service provided by @O2 is so terrible, I almost think it’s deliberate. My order is a week overdue and I’ve heard nothing, the live chat is entirely incompetent and infuriating so I rang up and was put on hold for 20 minutes before they hung up on me. Utterly ****.

@O2 Hi, I stopped my direct debit when I left O2, but wish to pay my final bill. However despite repeated efforts I am yet to actually see it. The website is difficult to navigate and there seems to be no way to send a message to request it. Are you able to help please?

So @O2 are upping my bill (with RPI) although my signal is no longer available at home, in a lockdown. Mast fault reported, investigated and closed by engineer, still can't make phone calls. Thanks.
