    @O2 Hi. I just moved to you as a VM customer too. I was sold a SIM only plan by one of your chat colleagues, I activated my SIM today and seems the 50gb I was told I was going to get for £15 are now 30gb. Can you help please, otherwise this is not a good switch for me. thx

    @virginmedia @O2 Your company is a joke. You don’t want everyone to be connected as you can’t organise your company to install your services! I have been waiting since August.. customer service dept is useless!

    @nsandihelp Hmmm…. Unconvinced. Never had/have any problems using hashtags or phone key presses with any other organisation. Spoke to an adviser who said a workaround is to long press hashtag key for 5 secs…..haven’t tried it yet….. @O2 - is this DTMF issue your problem?

    @O2 Hey @02 5 days and counting and you've still not ported my old. number despite each day promising it will be done by 6pm. Ofgem regs give you 1 working say. Formal complaint to your email not even acknowledged. Huge compensation claim on it's way. Scandulously incompetence.
