    @O2 You are, O2 isnt. And Im filming a video about it and its going on Youtube/Tik Tok. Appalling service levels. Its still happening now, timing out. Once this PAYG data runs out, Im done with o2.

    @O2 is it normal for people on the website chat to simply disconnect from the chat when asked to simply clarify what I get as a VM customer. Seemed he wanted to just push a sale and didn't want to answer simple questions. Very rude and unhelpful.

    @O2 @LoveIsland If it's anything like the service I've received it won't happen and unless someone gets back to me soon, I won't even have wifi to communicate with.

    @O2 Tried those (even resetting network settings) but still only 3G. My wife's phone is suffering the same issue. :-(

    @O2 I'm now being transferred to a 3rd department! Almost an hour... very shocked at how poor your customer service is esp to someone who's been on O2 for 10+ years.

    @O2 Hi, no it's not something than can be done via My O2, which is why I was being transferred to the Customer Retention department who hasn't picked up so I'm still on hold :(
