    @O2 you staff in South Africa are dodgy. Mthulisi wants to game access to my account by changing details on it sign in and password. When I ask to speak to manager he refuses even when I explain I don't feel safe. I do not give permission and never will.

    @O2 Trying to switch up and getting nothing but issues - something about not being on 360 and legacy. Why introduce something and not make it simple?

    @O2 is there a particular reason that almost everywhere I go your network essentially doesn't work? Data often just sits there, may work a bit if I force 3G, but usually not. End up using another network almost every day. Only place it works well is home, where I don't need it!

    @LutzSchueler Bet you feel great! I’m on the middle of raising a complaint to @virginmedia about having to pay £25 extra a month for an @o2 SIM card I don’t need or want!

    Since @O2 lost signal in my area yesterday my phone keeps saying I am not registered to a Network but still managed to make a call yesterday. I'm so confused 😕

    @GeorgieTheGeek @O2 Renfrewshire, Is it happening down there as well honestly it's a nightmare absolutely no reception in my area unless I am in house, thinking pay off contract & set up with EE when all my family's contracts up they are doing the same, every one in my area is changing from #o2
