@O2 I ordered a phone contract on 19.04. U never sent the phone n I cancelled it all in 10 days. It’s been 48 days n I haven’t been refunded. Your customer service is rubbish. Called them many times. Still not resolved the issue but heard fake promises. I want my money back now!!

@o2 accessible company i have had no indoor signal for 6 days and trickle signal outside home no wifi calling option and cannot contact O2 yet you want my monthly payment for non service i need to cancel this account to a provider who a least can provide wifi calling
