    Dear @O2 - even trying to get a PAC code from you is painful. Thanks for cementing my decision to move to a new provider for better coverage and cheaper bills. You’ve lost a customer with 15 years+ loyalty.

    @O2 eSIM is easier? Plastic SIM - Take out of old phone and put in to new phone. eSIM - Search on how to transfer. Find nothing helpful. Speak to an adviser. eSIM will be ready within 24 hours. Old eSIM gets deactivated straight away leaving me with no network. Awesome.

    @O2 Why are you no longer able to send away repairs from store? Weve been sent pillar to post.... store flat our refused to send away for repair. I think this may be a false advertising issue...website needs updating as it says differently.

    @O2 sort it out paid my bill over 2 weeks ago nearly 3 weeks now and still no service I need my services reinstated. I’ve been calling you everyday and still nothing you keep telling lies.
