@O2 O2 doesn’t offer SMS via WiFi. I rely on this for a voluntary role I do. You’re charging me for a service I’m not receiving and to exit this you’re going charge me again.

My wife is trying to work from home (pregnant) as a Dr for the #NHS and no phone now for 2 weeks thanks to the incompetence of @O2 and no chance it appears of helping her. Can’t speak to hospital or patients. Can @Number10press @NHSEnglandLDN help??!

@O2 O2 is a British company and you have enough money to pay educated civil staff not imbeciles, if they are abroad they should be trained with better English common sense, it’s ridiculous pathetic and lack of service is not good enough. I’ve stayed with you so long and paid so much!

@O2 @virginmedia Well i have been a customer for years and you will now be losing my custom for getting into business with virgin media. Clearly you don't give a care about customers with this move !! Am furious and leaving!!
