    @O2 How comes pay as you go SIMs cancels down after six months but pay monthly sim only don’t cancel down after six months? Unless the customer requests to cancels it or it’s cancelled down to bad debt.

    @O2 so you're telling I'm to to pay through the teeth for my contract when yous know that the mast is down linwood area has been for a year. Yeah ill be taking my evidences and of vile customer servie to the ombudsman. i refuse to to continue to pay for services I'm I don't get.

    So @O2 sell me SIM only deal with 12 month subscription to Amazon Prime Video. Discovered today the link they sent me was for paid subscription, not free one?! So that's why Amazon have been taking credit out of my account. And now problems setting up another subscription 😠

    @virginmedia @O2 Avoid these lazy customer service team so are the managers that apparently ring u back but never do attitude stinks when ringing them worst company in the world and I'm setting up a petition to shut u down if your with them leave now they only want to talk to u when bills due
