    Absolutely disgusted @O2 texted them for leaving costs to cancel my husbands contact. £0. Got a pac code and transfered a couple of days later. Now they want £20? Oh and £6 for a late payment? The contract was only £16 and a tenner of that was disney plus (which we cancelled!)

    @O2 It's not my home postcode, it's a postcode I am regularly in where I get barely any signal, same issue with other O2 phones here also.. call diversion being a major issue right now... failed, failed, try again.. failed..

    @O2 I even went to the shop they had to phone the help line they said after this months payment I would be able to log on to the app . This has not been possible. Please activate my account as you have had £75 of my money for something I can not use

    @O2 It’s everywhere I just have really poor signal. I have switched my phone on and off again to see if that helps but I get no improvement
