Ok, @O2 PAYG offers 14GB £10 with 100% rollover, free EU roaming and underground WiFi. Considering I've never been over my plan even counting social media and have been getting the VOXI drops emails too late and out of stock. There's no reason for me to stay with @VOXI_UK

@leeadamwarner @O2 The link I have provided takes you to the O2 website and shows that the network is busy in the area Lee, which means your data will be slower than normal. Please follow the steps within the Deadlock letter if you remain unhappy - Laura

@tescomobile @O2 I have followed the steps Laura. I’m still keen to hear from @o2 as your team continually mentions them as the reason for the issue, so it’s only fair they have a right to reply. It’s strange that this has been happening for +2m and all Tesco mobile can say is it’s o2’s fault.

@tescomobile @O2 I was advised by the Tesco mobile customer services team to use the o2 website to check coverage, which is what I did in the picture above. It clearly says 4G coverage is available.
