@O2 Phone mast in my area has been down since 7pm Saturday. Haven't been able to make/receive calls or texts as it says no SIM. Been unable to speak to anyone on web chat to find out when it will be fixed.

@O2 Account hacked on 4/12, 2 new phones ordered, 3 new direct debits started etc. Here I am 4/1 with no contact from O2 fraud team, no data on my phone and a £1200 fraudulent debt against my name. And according to customer services, O2 doesn’t have a complaints policy! HNY indeed!
