    @virginmedia @O2 @British_Airways Yrs as an O2 customer, 3 phones, cant access account. Forced to link to Virgjn. Round & round houses with links via 6 emails. Takes me back to same place. Cant access any bill details. Used to be simple Face ID. I dont want 6 emails each time I try to login. Esp when not work

    No emergency alert for me or my partner and we’re both on @O2. Alerts turned on and the pre-warning text received a few days ago.

    @O2 so once again I didn’t get the emergency alarm on my Google phone , the same phone beside mine did. It’s the same with 5G, I never get more than H+ my husbands phone in the same place gets 5G.
