@TheLane15137969 @O2 Yes, but that is no good for texting. Seriously I know all the tricks in the book. You cannot use text messaging without a signal, unless it’s to an app or iPhone to iPhone, which uses WiFi- no good for banks!!

@O2 customer service is shocking. I’ve had two of the rudest agents. Who put you on hold then hang up. Also what’s the point in a security question, when you then want to send a text message and be given the code?? It literally says scam alert. So why would I give it out!

@O2 despite me phoning up at least 7 times the past week, you have still disconnected my number without giving me the PAC code. You are legally not allowed to refused a PAC code yet you did and now I no longer have access to my number. Need to sort your customer service out.

Been a customer with @O2 for over 10 years. The first issue I've had with my phone and they are unable to support unless I pay the rest of my device off. Massively disappointed. Loyalty in this age means nothing

@O2 @JamesFlett4 It seems somewhat illogical that personal customers can use this technology and business customers can’t - also noting that there’s no discussion regarding any date this might be adopted.. and no reason for why this basic service is omitted. So we are kept in the dark. Why?

@O2 Hi again tested a few more contacts and it seems a couple are on EE and those are the people I’m not receiving messages from. Is there a known issue?

@O2 horrible customer service. Lady hung up on me because I asked her to be louder despite my phone being on maximum volume and asking them to speak louder, lady still hung up on me. ****** network coverage and service. Can’t believe I’m stuck in a contract with these idiots.

Pretty much had it with @Apple #iphone11pro and @O2. Think it might be time to move on after all these years. Phone shuts itself down about 50 times a day, disconnects itself from Bluetooth, hangs up on people and is slower than a snail. It slows, stalls and crashes on everything
