  @SkyNews I'm not surprised @O2 is the worst rated complaint company. 6th March open an account with Virgin Media. 22th went on holiday, O2 just decided without notice to close the account. Been back for over a month, calling O2 every single day, complaints and fraud, nothing. Any help?

  Imagine having a broken payment system that doesn’t allow people to pay bills (send login email, then it loops, that really really ******* annoys me!), and then having an automated payment line that closes at night! @O2 is a ******* joke! An hour of this bullshit!!!

  @O2 one of your celltower is out at yo267qf. Been out 24hours affer some repair guys where messing around with it. We live next to it and have no service. Had to come out to post this

  @O2 Have done that multiple times, and again, you have shown zero interest in a long standing customer. I have lodged a formal complaint and I am still awaiting my refund for the money you have scammed from my account. You really are appalling. I have never experienced customer service as bad as yours.

  @O2 Getting passed about for 2 hours too just to get an upgrade on an account that’s 7 years or older was crazy. I deal with all of my mother’s accounts and it’s never been an issue even the last phone she got from o2 was straightforward. I was almost changing to vodaphone
