    @O2 I give them all required security information at store, but the system said wrong. After 3 wrong, system blocked my accounts for 24 hr & require to visit store every day-is that what you advising? If u can not help, which is the case looking at uncaring answers, time to leave @O2

    Hi @O2 why are your outbound calls cutting off after exactly 14 minutes & 28 seconds? I've rebooted my device and still happeneing. I got cut off twice this morning queueing for a drs appt and missed out thanks to this. This seems to be happening to loads of customers. help!

    Hi @O2 my phone is saying no service when I try to call out. The person sat next to me can log in and it’s fine. But then I try log into my account on MyO2 and it’s sent me a text to verify who I am but I can’t do that as it says no service 🫠

    @O2 I have been paying 3 months now for a handset I have still not received. Spent 3 hours on one phone call, through 6 departments, going round in circles with no one able to help. Rang 3 separate times to complaints, no call back. How on earth is this ever going to get sorted?
