    @andybslater @O2 We’ve just been informed that we’ll be updated on 30th June which means it won’t be sorted until July at the earliest. What a poor service. They’ll have to compensate customers. Many people are trying to work from home and are going to switch to EE.

    How come @O2 signal seems to get worse all the time. Supposed to be on 5g now aren’t we? Yet half the time I’ll only getting 3g and nothing loads

    @o2 I'm trying to recycle my old phone using the £300 Xperia 1 IV offer. When I enter in my order number in the format 'ms-xxxxxxxx' I'm getting the message 'Voucher code not valid' I've tried just the numbers but that doesn't work either. Any help appreciated, thanks!

    @O2 Why is trying to buy anything from you guys (a simple data SIM) so painfully slow and laboriously frustrating? After 30 mins inane chat I just gave up and jumped off a bridge!

    @O2 can you please explain why I’ve had zero signal for 5 days and why I struggle to get even 4G when I’m supposed to have 5G?!! Absolutely impossible to do my job and talk to clients when I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out 😡

    So @O2 appears to have gone down (LE10) -- too much sun perhaps ? trying logging on but of course they want to use 2FA via text messages .. and with no signal ..
