@O2 why is it only criticism of the service support or functionality that gets this bs system limitations reply but if someone says “hey bestie” you’re suddenly able to talk to your customers on X?

@O2 I'm no longer a customer but have a small credit on my account which you want to repay me. I no longer have a DD with you and I cant see how to resolve this via your app. Help please.

@rugbywebdesign @LARob30 @O2 Been trying to cancel a contract for almost an hour now. Both web and app keep sending me round in circles. I don't want either a STAC or PAC code as I'm not signing up with a new provider. The customer service number just keeps repeating "that they're extremely busy"

@MartinSLewis Plus you cannot cancel ONLINE, you can buy online, you can operate your account online which is what @O2 & everyone makes you do but if you want to cancel you have to wait in a 40 mins phone queue. This is penalising the customer. @Ofcom sort it the hell out once & for all 😡🤬

Another 40 minutes on hold with @O2 customer services because the website is broken and the app doesn’t work. Only to be told “it COULD be this week” which is what I’ve been told every week for a month. Soon be an issue if it was me saying that when it comes payment. Jokes.

@O2 what’s up with your helpline agents hanging up at 8pm on the dot without resolving issues or passing it on to somebody else? My partner was hung up on multiple times this evening over a number of hours before he was finally reconnected and spoke to someone again before 8pm.
