    Question? @O2 phone signal been iffy at home for while, drops to 3G, doesn’t always connect on calls but within a mile radius of home will not connect to car Bluetooth…. Odd!! Would this suggest interference from something and how do I report?

    @O2 I have an old blueyonder email address from when I was a virgin customer. I assumed as I’m an o2 customer the email would continue but I today am unable to login to read important emails. Can you please help? Thanks

    Sick fed up of the crap service from @O2 mobile data barely working, calls going straight to vmail, can't connect when dialing out, texts won't send. And the excuse is because some mast has been removed.. Paying £55/mth for this?! Had it. Moving to @EE

    @andrew_saval @Techusiast @O2 I think because Samsung wants you to buy it from them directly but I do understand customer service has been terrible with o2 since they lose all the uk-based staff and turned it over to India

    @O2 The maintenance was apparently supposed to be completed at 6pm yesterday in the RH1 area however the issue still persists. Do you have an accurate update on when this will be rectified?

    @o2 @MarkEvansO2 have got to be the worst company for signal now it’s beyond a joke! You call them they say the mask in your arena lea the area same thing! It’s actually horrible pay all this money can’t WhatsApp spends 5 mins connecting! 1 week later still no manager call back
