    I have changed my @O2 mobile account from Business to Consumer. So far so good. However, it is essential that I retain my existing number and I was assured by your team that it would have reverted by now. But it hasn’t, and this is causing me problems. Can you investigate please?

    @O2 I called 202 to cancel a contract set to renew 22 April 21, giving 30 days notice. Your agent has immediately cancelled the contract and now I'm unable to request a PAC code, or contact 202 to rectify this! Left without a working phone.

    @O2 could you help please? Just tried to upgrade tariff on an account that is up for renewal on 28/3/21. Tariff has upgraded successfully but it still says on my o2 contract will end 28/3/21
