@O2 Not only did I have the worst customer services today, I can't make any changes on my O2 account because it's a mobile broadband account and so I can't receive texts, I can't chat to anyone either. I'm getting so fed up.

@O2 Im not paying you for something I didn’t agree to and I need my phone!! I am a mother of a baby and 6 year old and cannot be left without my phone. Please reinstate my original contract which I agreed to. O2 is leaving a mother without a means to call emergency services!!!

@O2 you’ve mistakenly refunded my airtime bill and it has been classed as non-payment. I’ve ended up paying last months bill twice and you’ve restricted my service. Please rectify this problem as will affect my credit rating.

@O2 where do your customer service team get their training? Is it on the Magic Roundabout? Another wasted hour & 15 minutes waiting for my problem to be resolved, its still not. When they can't understand your problem, they cut you off.
