    @O2 @allpinkknows I had that message last week and it did indeed come on launch date - only issue was they sent the wrong thing and now I have nothing and they have my upfront payment

    Damn,@O2 mast still down in CF24! It's been over a week now and can't use my phone without WiFi calling which doesn't work unless I'm stood next to my router. Missed 2 calls about new jobs as well, asking companies who call via WhatsApp doesn't seem very professional.

    @O2 I have been trying for a week to connect my Apple Watch to my iPhone and keep getting error code 112. I have Wi-Fi calling on and it still doesn’t work. Please can someone help

    @O2 absolutely awful customer service. Still waiting for a call back from a manager after 3 weeks despite making several calls to O2 myself. O2 used to provide excellent customer service, am so disappointed in the lack of quality being provided.

    Lol. @O2 has entertained me complaining I haven’t received my sim for 5 days and only TODAY told me I could just pop into any store to get it. Customer service at its absolute finest 🙃
