@O2 Looking to buy lol! That says it all. How about manning your phones so that when your customers ring they can actually speak to someone about their existing stuff? That’s the problem. All your effort is on sales, none on existing customers.

@drharshvardhan my horrible experience. Me n wife were positive. At o2 95 made call for help your concern office dr Ramesh and s nand assured not to worry they are. @O2 88, I repeatedly called sorry I was left for dying no Dr, bed,oxi,icu. common man. God blessed miracle.see u GH

@O2 Trying to unlatch an old iPhone 6 from your network to give to a relative who has broken their phone. We put an 02 PAYG sim in and tried to get it unlocked and get 'the imei hasn't been used on our network with the MPN provided' - how do we get this phone unlocked??

@O2 Abysmal service trying to add 2 PAYG Sims to my main account. Call centre unable to access my account. No option on the web or app. Told to go into store which isn’t an option. It shouldn’t be this difficult!!!

@O2 Trying to cancel my Disney Plus subscription as it closes the six month free period. @DisneyPlusHelp tells me to go to #o2 yet your interface is not clear. Pls help direct me ending subscription. I haven’t used it. Cheers!

@O2 Is half 9 a peak time too seeing as I still have 1 bar of signal? Has it also been a peak time in Central London for the last 3 years? Appreciate the person on this isn't in charge of the signal, so let me know who and where I can direct 3 years of frustration too.
