ZxZ (@CooperHaans) reported@O2 Does anyone find O2’s Data absolutely atrocious these days? I’ve been with them 15 years. Just got a new phone and plan and it’s as bad as I’ve ever known it. Might as well not have data half the time when I’m out. Really bad

Steve Clarke Abolitionist (@roseouttheashes) reported@O2 Your customer service is atrocious. My phone is broken and i have said so several times and yet I still keep getting pointed to the mobile app. I just need to change my address so I can get my new phone sent to the right address

MissNads22 🇱🇨💋 (@MissNads22) reportedMy coverage with @O2 is absolutely shocking and has been for weeks. Can barely connect outside of my own home. Can't even login to my O2 to complain because theres no bloody coverage

NigeH64 (@nige_h64) reported@Colezinhoo @EnglandRugby @O2 Slowing ruck speed is vital. Even now, when I think he needs time away following awful injuries, T Curry does this better than anyone. For the Lions, he also attacked. Is it that he's shackled by England to only plan the defence?
-
Gemma Hirst (@GemmHirst) reported@needuonVerdansk @SamsungUK @O2 Is it due to the heatwave? I am not downloading more apps. My phone has never been hot before.
-
𝘾lifford (@cliffordh) reportedI've been an @O2 PAYG customer for over 15years. Recently I've been getting a "New voicemail" message - why? I have purposly never enabled voicemail since it costs 35p a time to check.

John | Seafarers Rights Campaigner 🎙️📻📺📱 (@sackedseafarer) reported@JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom Nice one John. They’ve been terrible near me with a mast down for 12 days now. They cited an issue then ‘routine maintenance’ with no update due until 1st Aug.

Stephanie D (@StephyAsh84) reported@O2 the 4/5G in my local area is awful at the moment, am getting absolutely nothing once leaving the house.
-
Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reported@O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.

Scott Le Crass (@le_crass) reportedAppaling service from @O2 - on phone for nearly only to be cut off and not called back
