    @virginmedia I called for an update but the call handler couldn’t give a monkeys about the existing fault just wanted to upsell a new contract with an @O2 SIM why the hel would I sign up to a new 18 month contract when you can’t provide existing services, or even cancel them apparently?!

    @O2 Please help! All of a sudden my phone is not registered on network, no signal, no data, no calls or texts. Checked on the website - no issues in the area, switched my phone off and back on and still nothing. It's really urgent due to work.

    @O2 @UswitchUK 'O2 Wifi account manage' doesn't work and they cannot fix it. They are giving the same useless advice over and over. You cannot register phone to O2 wifi as O2 customer.

    @O2 two months gone by and still nothing been done about the mast problem in this area. Surely there is some sort of time limit that you have to act by? @Ofcom do you monitor mobile companies service standards?
