Hi @O2 I’m having issues with linking to #Volt because the forenames used for my VM and o2 accounts are different (one is the shortened form and the other the longer, formal format). I’ve been told that you can help in the background - is that true?

Hi @O2 I am having problems making calls, it won't connect and then it says call ended. I am able to receive calls and send and receive messages. Is there a problem with the network? I've turned my phone off and back on again but it's still not working. Any help would be great!
