@VodafoneUK I have to say your 4g network is absolutely crap, I've never known such a glitchy mobile provider, highly regret having to leave @O2 and before you say about 5g being better can't get it in my area and if you can't sort 4g, no hope 5g will be any better

@O2 your employee Ismael is an absolute jewel of a guy. I couldn't top up, card not being accepted, and I really need it because I'm travelling alone tomorrow and have to be able to make a call in the event of an emergency. Ismael added £5 himself out of the goodness of his heart

@O2 I removed my sim and put it back. It did the trick. Working again. I'm not sure if others are experiencing the same thing but I didn't have service for 2 odd hours.

It’s apparently only for @o2businessuk accounts only. Other customers are not allowed to use this. Seems like @O2 are happy for @ViniBilli & I to leave after 10 years of being customers. So frustrating & such poor service.

@O2 tried to cancel O2 contract within 14 days. Got thru to advisor and was told he needed to speak to manager before cancelling???? Promised a call back three days ago. No call back. Not sure why a manager needs to get involved within 14 days?
