@FrostyFrosty_ @O2 Not quite as bad as that but I upgraded in store the other day only to find out my latest phone doesn’t come with a plug for the charger even though surely they would know it’s not the same plug as my old one

Anyone in the #MobileTech world can give me a hand? Customers on @ThreeUK are not able to call me since I moved to @O2. I have been sent back and forth each telling me to contact the other. I'm sure it's a simple routing problem. Anyone has any emails one can use? #ThreeUK #O2

@O2 any idea why my phone would be losing network connection and going to 'emergency calls only' regularly. It's happening in places I know I should have signal and I need to go in and out of airplane mode to get the network back. Been happening for a week or so

@O2 @kwhite_96 Problem is your obviously lying to your customers and it's not fair. Your customers pay a lie t of money for a service they can't use properly I'm having these issues too and I keep getting told that a mast is down..

@O2 upgrade you but send out imaginary phones - called x6 times to be fobbed off!!! Been waiting by the front door since Fri for my phone to arrive. "Not our issue, speak ro DHL"
