@O2 It is still really bad trying to find the right number to press. I eventually used the technical team and had a very good agent who dealt with it.

@O2 Thank you. The number you provided here actually got me through to an exceptionally helpful human that has resolved the problem wonderfully. However, I do have to ask why it was only after contacting you on here that this number was made available? Surely it would be a far /1

@O2 Can't get through on phone, unfortunately I don't have the time to spend over 30 minutes at a time waiting to speak to someone and then get fobbed off...already been through customer complaints on this airtime agreement

@O2 @virginmedia VirginMedia, are you serious? You have a great network and a decent service. Pairing with these cowboys can surely only tarnish you and end in tears. So sad.

@O2 It’s not about guides, check this or check that: your signal is rubbish. But, that’s fine; thank god for WiFi. If I move out of my apartment the signal’s great. It’s just being in the apartment. I need to sit in a certain chair near the window to make a call: I’m not joking:)

@O2 hi Thank you for the text saying you're upgrading the network & my signal may be interrupted on the 18th. I've had no service since the 16th and your website is saying it "should" be restored by 10pm on Sunday. 6 days with no service at all. Not good enough.
