@O2 @VodafoneUK Long term. Sim swaps, network refresh etc But nothing resolved it. Colleagues suffer too. But because I didn’t experience it in first 14 days nothing can be done. Pity. As nothing will be done to help with 2 affected phones we will be seriously considering moving 7 contracts

  • SkirlieDumpling Skirlie Dumpling (@SkirlieDumpling) reported

@O2 Ah, no thanks. I've had the same number for over 20 years and don't want to give it up. I've found a blocking app to help. Ta.

  • samminshaw Sam (@samminshaw) reported

@O2 absolutely appalling customer service - trying to change from a refresh tariff to a sim only pay as you go and after two lengthy calls being bounced around various unhelpful agents I am still no further along.

  • SNPdontspeak4me snpdinnaespeak4me (@SNPdontspeak4me) reported

@O2 I have transferred my number to another provider via PAC, have cancelled my Direct Debit, but am struggling to find an email address for your customer services to inform them also (if required) I have no means to phone and have no stationary. Email is my only contact option?

  • GillBarnes15 Gill Barnes (@GillBarnes15) reported

@O2 you have sent me another email demanding payment today! I have DM‘d you. Please make them stop! Makes my anxiety very bad when I get them. You know the account is closed! 😡

  • mysticjoojoo Stephen Rhodes (@mysticjoojoo) reported

@O2 Got Samsung S21 Ultra 5G, out new Sim in. My old S10 is still working but new S21 says it's not on a network. Is there soemthing else I need to do?

  • KaliBaliB kalibali (@KaliBaliB) reported

@CPWTweets am I going to be getting daily sales calls trying to get me to switch from my @O2 contract back to CPW? 2 days running I've had it and had the phone put down on me today when I politely declined the offer of a new iPhone contract!

  • thewinduppirate Tom Cronin (@thewinduppirate) reported

Hey @O2, I've had two sets of letters from you over the last week to two different people that have never lived at my address. Something fishy is going on. Who should I speak to?

  • SkirlieDumpling Skirlie Dumpling (@SkirlieDumpling) reported

@O2 P.S that link doesn't really help when it's your number that has been spoofed and is technically doing the spamming. You might want to update with some info about being spoofed?

  • cpbourne Colin Peter Bourne (@cpbourne) reported

@O2 for a major tech player your customer service is useless. The web site is no help and asking questions is pointless
