    @O2 Thank you for your assistance. I did call them yesterday. Waited 30 minutes and then was greeted by this very rude agent who did not hlep me one bit. She did not want to accept the fact that I want to end my airtime contract.

    @O2 'You have been kicked off this conference.' I waited a couple of minutes to collect myself. I called back and was greeted by another agent who finally cancelled it for me. Your customer service is apalling. Your nline system is an absolute joke. I will make sure I pass this on.

    @O2 I have reported it over and over. Just keep getting same. Network is good. But no one here has signal. Have to drive two miles for signal. Not apt for consultation from hospital

    Words cannot describe how much I despise @O2. They’re utterly ******* USELESS. Worst signal, worst customer service and no matter how much they mess up they’ll cut you off and make out like it’s your fault because you don’t have unlimited resources to bail them out.

    @bobbyllew I turned 5G off on my iPhone as each time it connected to 5G anything I was doing would slow to a halt - @O2 anything to add?

    @O2 I’m an o2 and a VM customer but my volt boost hasn’t been applied to my data. Both VM and o2 are in my name at the same address.

    @O2 I requested an email confirmation from herself stating the end terms she said 'I am sorry I cannot help you , you need to speak another tea. She hung up and transferred me. I was connected after another 30 minutes. The guy seemed very confused and asked me to confirm

    @O2 That I was transferred to him. He said he couldnt help with me wanting to end my airtime contract and that he will transfer me to the retentions team. I waited another 20 minutes and the hold music stopped and I was greeted with the message
