They suggest I use Wifi Calling. I try to set it up. They want to send me a verification code via text. They also make a few other suggestions where I need network connection to set up. Thanks @O2 for your brilliant ideas. /s

@O2 She received no ‘welcome’ message nor call charges comms, and turned her data roaming off. So baffled as to how one text could cost £42, your customer service are declining to waive this charge. Not impressed.

@atomicape99 @O2 I was speaking to a guy who work for Trooli, a internet company down here in Kent. He explained that a mast can only handle a certain amount of devices. The 5g one nest his mast would max out at 100 devices! O2 meant to be 5G in Maidstone, last week was thrown into 3G!

@O2 hey, got an upgrade earlier today, number needed swapping to a 5G sim, neither phone has service now. How long is it going to be? Normally I have at least one phone that works until it swaps fully? Now I have no way of contact unless I’m on wifi

@atomicape99 @O2 I am so angry about issues with network and customer service, I had ofcom contact me due to the noise I’m making in here. If enough people then start doing the same, someone will think hang on, what’s occurring.

@atomicape99 @O2 The t&c’s state they don’t guarantee a connect all the time, be nice most of the time though!! Using my location, service page says good 2,3,4G, but status page says masts get busy (better term than congested). So how do u deliver a good service on congested mast?
