    @O2 Since advising I want to return my device 2 weeks ago with no progress,I ordered another elsewhere,received it,returned it, received a refund,ordered another elsewhere and been using it for a week.But you have billed me.Does this help show just how poor your service is?

    Hi @O2 - my wife and I have got a pay as you go SIM each (just moved back to UK), however none seem to be 5G (even though we’re in 5G network area + 5G phones). Is it possible to switch on 5G for us?

    @roberte46763910 @O2 They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    @O2 terrible service on live chat, they ignore what you say and then to resolve an app problem ask for so many details! Expecting them to ask my blood type and time of birth next!
