    @O2 No point in sending a PM as this is just so it looks like O2 is listening when in reality you are not. £1,500 ex VAT to alter a contract. O2 the company that does not support small businesses will be changing providers to @vmbusiness

    @O2.... logic program then I am coming to a conclusion that it may possibly be a device issue. Or are there other explanations and therefore other solutions? I've tried just shouting out very loudly in the hope that other people many miles away can hear me but so far ... 2/

    @O2 is it actually possible to talk to someone rather than the automated number which keeps hanging up? What phrase do I need to@say for this to happen. Your messaging service on the app is woeful it’s been 3 weeks trying to sort my issue #veryunhappy

    @O2 @MarkEvansO2 Now at 7 hours on the phone to try and actually get my order delivered. Multiple hangups and transfers by O2 staff. Appalling service. Not even online chat will help and phone support is the worst ever experienced. #customerexperience #fail #Apple

    @O2 is your website down this evening? Was ion hold for almost an hour and got cut off tried again and it cut off again at 8. Thought I’d try and pay something online and it won’t let me login. Very frustrated!

    @o2 Hello,I hope you can help.I have switched from an iPhone XS Max to an iPhone 12 pro max and as it’s 5g can you tell if I need to change simards?I tried trying to contact someone at o2 but it’s been impossible so far.Will it change my tariff or will that stay the same?Thanks!!

    @O2 I still can hear the caller but often cannot be heard by them. When I first called o2 support they ran a check on my device and told me there wasnt an issue with it .....but if I have the same problem with different SIM's and if I employ my Sherlock Holmes internal .... 1/
