@O2 I don’t have the words for how **** your service is. Due to a lack of progress and no communication, I cancelled my order today. Just had an email saying it’s been despatched now. ******* idiots

@O2 when I am on a phone call I am unable to use the internet? It will say 5G and have limited bars of signal but the sites don’t load. If I hang up the phone the internet works fine

@O2 Yes I did have signal, after I left cafe nero, the app mysteriously loaded in properly and didn’t prompt me to sign in as it had done before 🤨

@O2 Worst customer service in the world. Tried (called 7x) to cancel sim within 14 days on my partners account (i upg instead), charged 25, told it was canceled, now have a final bill of £395.00, telling us to cancel DD which results in missed payments. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?

@O2 why am I payin the silly doe am payin for a 5G sim if its ****** ****? 1 bar of signal an 3G but am sat next to me mate whos on EE whos got full bar everythin? I am about to absolutely headlock me bird because of yous I hope ur all happy.

Counting down the days until I can join another network and ditch @O2 Im convinced they’re throttling my data speeds because im on a higher tariff. Tried my sim in other unlocked devices and get the same speeds so it’s not my phone. It’s like having AOL dialup

@O2 sick to the death of the poor customer service from this godawful phone provider. I’m currently abroad, no way to contact people and blocked from using my phone services for no reason at all. AVOID! #o2
