    @O2 for 6 days I have been unable to use my phone due to your services numerous phone calls and still not working! Absolutely shocking service!! I’ve been told same thing every day! I some how have bars on my phone but my accounts in credit!! LIVID!!! No one wants to help!

    @O2 You must be the worst provider on the planet! I want 2 leave O2 yet when I sent a message for the PAC code it just says can't process this at the moment. Then the number u provide for help doesn't work! Then I finally get through to CS after 30 mins on hold you cut me off!

    @O2 I've tried numerous times to get through your phone menu to use a PAC code to transfer my number across. Just hitting a wall, great customer service for a new customer 😤
