Today I found out it was easier to escape the gravitational forces of a black hole than it is to cancel a one month phone contract with @O2 . I could go on but a web chat lasting two hours and three consultants was the single biggest waste of my time in my 61 years. Avoid.

@O2 further to my earlier tweet, o2 complaints are terrible too. No signal in Portsmouth dock, should be 5G getting E (c.1994). Should of stayed with EE!

@O2 Yes I have looked and rang up and it is a mistake on your guys end which has ended up with me now paying £139 and not having the added amount back in my back account absolutely shocking service has so much trouble with you lot since April it's a joke

Just spoken to the rudest advisor on the phone whilst trying to cancel phone contract with O2. @o2 I suggest you have a listen back to the call as a demonstration on how NOT to talk to customers

@O2 I called customer service today to inform you the previous tenant left 2 years ago, but was told only the O2 customer can stop the letters and I had to just keep putting them in the bin 😳
