    @O2 once again poor service - they accept fraudulent phones to be taken out. Then they don’t call you back, the don’t take off your credit file. Do not use @O2 - stay with @EE they care.

    @MarkEvansO2 I have been battling with @o2 for a month now. I have had phones taken out in a fraudulent manner. I have called since 5th December and no one in fraud team has called me back. I called this morning and agent gave me the wrong number. Appalling service ,

    @O2 I am looking forward to the fraudulent phones taken out in my name being sorted out. Or someone in your fraud team actually calling me back. This is shocking I would advise that no one should go with o2. The service is shocking and they support fraud.
