    @O2 I’m not getting any 3/4/5g signal at the minute in W11. I have data left from my allowance so I know it’s not that.

    So I can't speak to o2 because their signal is crap. I can't text o2 because the sim won't activate. I can't live chat o2 because I can't receive a text to my old number to get into my account to activate my new number and switch numbers. Wtaf @O2 I never had this trouble with ee

    I love @O2. I made a complaint about having no network coverage. Their response is to close the complaint when they can't reach me on the phone to discuss. Good lord, give me strength...

    @O2 The signal in HD9 4AP has been absolutely dreadful month after month and a lot of the time we have no signal at all. It’s very disappointing as it is always the same problem - a phone mast near you isn’t working. Is there any end in sight to this?? A new/fully repaired mast??

    @O2 That doesn’t solve my issue tho as I have reset my Apple Watch and the only option I get is to buy another plan when I already have one active

    @AshScrivens @EE @O2 In my experience thus far. No. I can't even get access to the network on my new sim to call o2 customer services. I never had naff signal with EE and getting support with them was easy. I can't get a hold of anyone with o2.

    @O2 signal in Plymouth City centre is diabolical. They won't even make an effort to improve it. Can't wait to leave them.
