    Why is the customer service so bad at @O2 so poor. How can installing an ESim be such hardwork on @Apple Ipad. Two calls of over 40 minutes each, issue unresolved. Then told, "Oh our systems are down, Esim can not be downloaded at the current time" If you go into one of our shops (68 minutes away) they might be able to sort it, if not we can post you a physical sim.

    @O2 your costume service support on 202 and instore Birmingham at 24 New Street is truly atrocious, horrible and just the worst I've ever experienced from any business. It's shocking.
