    @O2 Is there not a telephone number that you can simply speak to a human ? We have a weird letter from 02 claiming outstanding bill. Years after its never been used. So long ago we have no record of number and thus cannot get anywhere ringing with voice automation.

    @O2 where so ever we go O2 service never work fine weather is West Midlands or Cotswold it’s 5g network all over the world and you guys can’t give 3g or according to my experience it’s 2g I think I should change my service provider and I suggest to my friends and family too.

    Anybody else having payment issues with @O2 ? I’ve paid my bill but they’re trying to take money out of my account again, therefore charging me double! The company is so bad now it’s unreal.

    @johnsub40 @O2 @MartinSLewis It's laudable really I'd prefer if they where more honest and just said "actually sir we couldn't give a **** about you but we do offer insurance for £x" I'd be OK with that as at least I know where every one stands

    @O2 your operator has literally just cut all my services when I said I wanted to leave. I didn’t get a pac number, the call cut off mid call, I’ve had no follow up confirmation email and now I have no service. What on earth?
