    @O2 amazing been on hold for a while to get through and the service advisor go unlucky we're closing call back tomorrow and put the phone down.not the best customer service I received 😡

    Right now I’m receiving the worst customer service from @O2 No signal after agreeing to a new phone 👍🏻 Getting cut off 4 times while calling them 👍🏻

    What started as really bad customer service from @o2 one hour ago has turned into good service from the 3rd and 4th person I’ve spoke too, Aaron and Tomass (Sorry if spelt incorrectly) were very helpful and the situation is out of the hands and they were apologetic

    It’s not always easy to speak to a real person at @O2 these days and no online chat facility either. Resorted to contacting them by Twitter & amazingly got a prompt response. My mobile issue was speedily resolved by the O2 Twitter team. Good customer service, thanks guys 👏👏👏

    @O2 Called customer service, as my sim doesn't work and it doesn't register to the network. I have got my phone number with me, but they keep insisting on getting an order number which I haven't got from the emails that I have been sent. And are unable to help me. Please help.
