    @O2 your customer service is so bad. I’ve just held on your virtual chat for 38 mins it then tells me you’ve closed shows me the opening hours which are 8pm it’s 705pm. Then it cuts me off. Now holding on a call listening to the same 6 bars of music. It tells me to go online!

    @sannadyker @O2 I’m having the exact same issue, went to store and they told me to wait 24 hours. No service on both of my iPhones 😩

    @sannadyker @O2 I assume they are having some technical issues as I have exactly the same issue as you @sannadyker and you can’t get through on the phone or via my O2 support chat massive queues of over 1 hour

    @O2 I’ve never experienced such ineptitude when trying to simply set up an o2 SIMO contract. The call centre wait time unreasonably long was and the agent - Calak - utterly useless. Why do mobile companies use hopeless offshore call centres? 😡

    @O2 I HAVE and one wont work and you’re not responding on the other!!! Live chat won’t work and I’m having a severe episode with my cluster headaches one of the most painful conditions there is and can’t make a phone call. I’ve done everything and it’s never enough

    Have never known a worse network for signal than @O2....not even getting 4G in a town centre. Got 5G at one point and my message still wouldn't send! I'll be leaving thanks...might be faster via Pigeon.
