@O2 I have just experience Possibly the worse customer service ever! This had made me think twice about staying with O2 after 15 years. I would never recommend anyone to switch.

@O2 have been without service for weeks now when I’m at home. First raised incident on 10 March, said “we’re working hard to fix the issue” , but no ETA provided whatsoever. Terrible service!

  • Itslaurajane89 Laura Jane Minto (@Itslaurajane89) reported

Between @SamsungUK and @O2 I've wasted 6 hours of my day trying to sort a new phone out. Still no further forward, both saying its the other person's fault!! Quick to take money...not quick in wanting to help when there's a problem!!

  • LeisaGunn1 Leisa Gunn (@LeisaGunn1) reported

@O2 I have raised a complaint with you and I’m still waiting for a phone call. You have been charging me for service that you are not providing. Please message me ASAP.

  • GaryWilliamsIT Gary Williams (@GaryWilliamsIT) reported

Tesco mobile, 12GB data, unlimited text and minutes - £10 per month for 24 months. My current contract with @O2 is £25.77 per month for unlimited text and minutes, 5GB Data and that's about to go up 17%. Tesco use the O2 network. Why am I wasting money?

  • badassscotsman BigYin (@badassscotsman) reported

Plus offering me £15 off my next bill is a joke.. your happy enough to take my monthly bill for a problem caused by @O2 that @oppo are trying to fix... And yes I'm within my right to cancel my contract and my direct debit because the phone is not doing what it's supposed to do

  • Kiki_x Malandra (@Kiki_x) reported

@leemart0e @andrew_soane @O2 Im going to cancel and get a contract with Vodafone too if it’s not sorted by end of today. Wish I’d of just gone with them at first 😭

  • wh4tth3puck Dan Breen (@wh4tth3puck) reported

Modern Problems: Need to contact @O2 because either my phone or sim card is dead, go via the online help. "please give me X from your security question" Great, what's the question? This is not helpful.
