    @O2 have just said they cannot guarantee a phone signal in my home. Basically I've to go outside to make a telephone call!!!! Never had a problem until Vodafone took over!!!!!!!

    @O2 Yes I have tried manually setting. I have used my phone/ sim abroad multiple times this year. I just keep getting “E” with 4 bars of signal. My boyfriend is with EE and accesses 4g with cosmote.

    Between @O2, @virginmedia and @Apple I’ve had an issue with an Apple Watch that has still not been fixed in over 30 days. Passed across departments, companies, into stores, back to call centres, hung up on. I have never had a worse experience in all my days and they don’t care.

    @O2 you sell me a faulty refurbished phone, I store refuse to help, phone up and now having to get a different phone maybe you should check phones before you sell them.

    @akpsnow @O2 Did they resolve this for you? We've been in the US for a week and the partner network (T Mobile) speeds are non existent. Can't even load Google maps half the time. All they've said to us is they can't guarantee speeds
