@choccieclare @O2 @o2 Yes totally agree, I can't receive codes that are sent via messages from my bank to log in and it's caused me 3 hours down time now. I have searched and have no idea how to log my issue so am now using Twitter. Not good enough, your "help" function needs urgent attention.

@Michex69 @O2 //status.o2.co.uk says yes, but it looks network wide. I'm in Gla and can't get OTPs for banking logins etc. @O2 social media should stop blaming customers and acknowledge the problem.

@O2 I've been at my address for 5 months now and the mobile signal for calls, text and data is garbage. ne12 8xq Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. How long am I going to have to put up with this? The my O2 chat only gave me scripted nonsense.
