    @O2 how do I get a phone purchased from O2 unlocked ?? I have tried several times but still locked on the O2 network despite being all paid for 3 years ago - do I need to go to @TradeStandards ??

    @O2 absolutely useless and even worse since joining with Virgin. Have refused to help or give guidance. I can't sign up for the new ID needed. So TV, mobile.and broadband will be going. Any other services viewing this, what can you for someone who has had 20 plus years with both.

    @O2 @VirginMediaO2 I would if I could sign in to my accounts, Ever since you merged I e had nothing but crap trying to log on, Think I'l terminate contracts after over 14 years and go elsewhere as nobody trys to help.

    @O2 @virginmedia this is a clown operation, who is the ceo and how do I write to them or their office directly. Nobody seems to want to help on the phone, X or FB. Do not want the complaints department now I want to go to the top and make a complaint about my situation and SM.
