Quite the experience from @O2 Phoned up to cancel (there’s an upgrade button on their app, but not a cancel button), on hold for 15 minutes. Whilst holding, rang the same line on a different mobile to upgrade. Answered within three rings. #*******

After 25 years of being with @O2 the customer service I have received today has been absolutely abysmal. Fuming doesn’t even come close. I need recommendations for new providers!!!

@O2 I still haven’t received anything back from customer complaints, not even an acknowledgment, I will give them until Friday lunchtime to respond. If I still haven’t heard anything, I will be contacting the ombudsman and will then consider terminating my contract with o2 😐

@O2 funnily enough, not being a total spanner, your network status checker was the first place i went. it says the same thing as it did 3 days ago, and every day since - mast not working, engineers likely on it. no further info. beginning to not believe the 'likely' bit

@SerenaMann69 @O2 @England There’s no need for that language. You’ve been with them for a day, give it a couple days for them to fix it as they usually resolve network outages pretty quickly. Plus, don’t take it out on their customer services. It’s down to the engineers.
