    @O2 can you help? I’ve tried a few times to swap my SIM card from o2 to virgin Megvolt deal and it’s so complicated. I’ve followed the instructions and called a few times but now it’s locked me out for 30 mins! Help!

    @O2 can someone please call me in regards to unlocking my account 'we've locked your account for security purposes' why? I havent logged in since I paid my bill last month. I call to get it unlocked and the call gets cut off twice! And to top it off signal is c**p!

    So, after more than ONE WEEK waiting for my promised call back from @O2 i am still waiting for you to resolve my serious complaint. Your customer service is frankly appalling. Call me back this week without fail!!!
