    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK we had a good run guys, would’ve been 12 years in June 💔 I put up with patchy signal all these years because you were value for money. Final straw was reintroducing roaming charges & removing free Go Roam. You forced me into the arms of @O2 xxx

    @O2 I have sent a dm. Over 2 days without a phone is no joke. Nobody can seem to resolve the problem and I feel I am being fobbed off.

    @bmay @O2 Are they charging you for holding? We had to pay £20 for an unanswered call to Heathrow parking about a problem of their making.

    @O2 hey guys, great customer service as always! So now my pay and go sim is alive again, i topped up 30 quid and it auto-deducted it to fulfill my 30 Big Bundle. That's 100GB right? My question is can I use that data freely in Italy and France as if I was in the UK?

    @O2 service down in London? 4G not working despite having signal bars. Very frustrating, causing problems with work as can’t send emails off phone

    @O2 New sim with 5g is in the phone, but 5g auto data has been turned off as per instructions when I spoke to someone earlier via a works phone, I can use all other derives including texts. But calls don’t register. Just fail
