    @Iaogrady16 @O2 Iv just joined o2 and I am really disappointed. Been trying their chat for 3 days now, just says it busy. Also ringing customer services for 3 days, just can't get through. I'm a new customer who has just joined and believe me I am not impressed

    @clewsyworld @tescomobile @O2 Don’t get too excited Marc. They always treat you well when you first join. I have been with O2 for a decade now. But currently have no reception for 2 days and I can’t get through to customer service. I have no choice but to cancel my contract

    @O2 cant login to my account and talk to someone to cancel my contract which I need to pay the final figure with a different car, since I changed my number or to sky I cant login

    @O2 . Then took to a page saying because of bad credit I could pay £275 in one go and then that would come off my bill. I used another page to look at my experia score to see why this might be, then would not let me proceed….no phone has arrived I went into a 02 shop

    @O2 I think it’s very good that you have customer satisfaction surveys but I have no idea what this means … Thinking about Nangamso how satisfied are you that they were friendly and helpful? On a scale of 5 (Very Satisfied) to 1 (Very Dissatisfied)

    @O2 why is your customer service so useless? I've been trying to return a phone for weeks, can't manage to get through without getting hung up on or disconnected. Went in to the store and the EMPLOYEE LINE is on gold for an hour and then gets hung up on.

    @O2 just spent 40mins trying to get through to your support to activate an eSim to be cut off! …..not happy 😡…..can’t event start a live chat. Why do you make it so hard to speak to?
