After nearly a week of trying (and failing) to get anywhere she eventually managed to buy a new phone in an O2 store and have her cards unblocked. All very stressful and unnecessary so she will make an official complaint when she has time!

He has no phone signal (in London) since he joined in Jan. He has missed important work emails and calls. Worst service and customer service I’ve ever seen.
