Ian Lewis (@IanLewis299) reported@O2 please check DMs as I have sent a new message. Despite assuring me my billing issue was sorted I've now had a message threatening my service including my travel bolt on that I am using while on holiday. This needs sorting asap.

Theyโve not billed me correctly for almost half a year now, adding charges for a phone I sent back in January (with their prepaid packaging, and I gave them Royal Mailโs tracking number for it). Theyโve also abruptly ended a payment plan I was on, allegedly because it โautomatically terminatedโ when my account was credited for the charges for my previous phone, which should not have been added. Iโve tried asking them for help today, but they have been ******* useless

๐ฝ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ๐ฌ๐ง (@BritsB4Boats) reportedI strongly recommend you don't use @O2 Switch Up by post. I did so, against my better judgment, in January -- Royal Mail seem to have lost the phone I sent back, and I've had nothing but problems dealing with O2 trying to resolve the resulting issues since. Despite me having phoned their ****** Indian call centre multiple times, giving them the RM tracking number so they could raise a dispute with RM, O2 repeatedly added device plan charges for my old phone onto my bill, which hasn't been right all year and was in duspute. They've now barred my service out of the blue, despite me having set up a payment plan anyway, and made my first payment towards it, whilst I wait for the account credit for previous phone charges to be processed. Consequently, I can not only no longer make or receive calls, including -- ironically, to O2 themselves -- I can't even use my account on the O2 website. The only way I've been able to contact them was through the messaging service on the app, which was no use at all, and I spent over two hours on it, the vast majority of that time being wasted on waiting for any response at all I'm ******* fuming, and if I weren't tied into a lengthy contract with O2, I'd have left them already

Emeritus Prof Alpaca McSputum (@TheWhogg) reported@OzSabb77 @arokorol @O2 Yep he's only a few miles away from the PLA-controlled areas. Probably the first signal it found (especially if the plane landed from the east) followed by a closer one. I had to turn off roaming after visiting Bayt Lehm for fear of being billed thousands.

Krissy Dawson (@krissy100283) reported@O2 can you kindly explain why I've had a phone call from yourselves every day for 2 weeks when I'm a Vodafone customer??

Paul Baker ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ (@BlueChefCTID) reported@O2 @dermothill11 If O2 could leave Virgin that would solve the problem because whatever they touch it doesnโt work, O2 was better before the Partnership or takeover, they sent me a link today for 5g, please tell who thought they wasnโt getting this as part of their deal anyway, beggars belief !!!

Robin S. (@robininfrance) reported@MANUELA12614661 @arokorol @O2 As if youโd get a refund for accessing their network.
