Extremely disappointed with the customer service @O2 . Four phone calls over an hour each with problem still not resolved. Fraudulent account connected to my own account still not investigated/ rectified. Simply not good enough…

Just got stuck at Five ways station for 10 mins because evidently it's an @o2 black spot and I couldn't access my train tickets. @WestMidRailway Staff were no help, even though I showed them the email which proved I purchased the tickets.
