    Have wasted 2 hours of my morning on an online chat with @O2. Have discussed my problems with 3 different advisors, only to be disconnected. It isn’t acceptable that I have barely any reception anywhere I go, yet was promised 5G and better service!

    @O2 called at 12.30hrs and provided with a price to upgrade. Called back at 14.00hrs to proceed only to be told the price is invalid. I have been with 02 for over 15 years and am shocked with the level of service. #shockingcustomersercice #movingphonenetwork

    Well @O2 are no help I’m basically stuck in a contract with a broken device that’s an internal problem won’t replace it but more than happy to keep taking my money for another year unless I find £154 to get out of it great customer service Never shop here! 🤬😡 useless!

    @O2 The “handy tips” don’t work as your system is saying “it seems that a local phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry” and that “engineers are working on it, should be fixed in 48 hours” … this is now the fourth day with no signal. I have dm’d you postcode.

    @O2 @O2 I have been waiting to be connected to a manager for almost 2 hours. In total it’s been 7 hours since I was connected to the chat this morning, including 4 separate assistants. Not the best customer service or the best way to spend a Sunday!

    @O2 Don’t bother with this network if you like to keep yourself sane. Worst customer care experience so far. Staff mostly rude and unprofessional not understanding even how mobile networks work. Just wow!
