    @O2 why has this taken over a week and actually worse not better? You know how reliant everyone has to be on internet at the moment. I do not have wifi. This is my only option. Such poor service. So disappointed. Really bad

    Have now been without any network on my phone since the 31st of January @O2 . Husband was informed of a mast issue and still not resolved. I can't even call the pharmacy to get my 4 year old's repeat prescription. Can you please respond/update as to what action is being taken?

    @O2 They never returned, someone answered then pretended not to be there. Spoke to two other people, had the phone put down again. Then I spoke to someone called Sean who was amazing! But sadly have had many issues the past week with o2😔
