    @O2 Sort your service out so I can pay my bills, app doesn't work, direct debit hasn't been taken. Can't take it over the phone. It's been a shambles for months! Trying to pay and oh guess what, I can't and I'm about to be cut off again 🙃

    @O2 why are your customer services refusing to replace a brand new 16 day old iPhone 17 . It’s faulty and they are making life very difficult. Worst customer care ever.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes there is a massive problem with phone signal however it didn’t start in July 2024. What were you all upto? Were you busy virtue signalling?
