    @O2 I've tried to purchase a device and airtime contract.. got the the message yesterday that it's approved and I need to log in - there's nothing for me to do? Tried contacting sales and customer service who told me I need to do a 2nd contract over the phone which I refused

    @O2 what are you doing with @virginmedia? Binned them off last year for absolutely appalling customer services, can’t log onto my O2 account now those muppets are involved. Be time to change my mobile provider now as well as my broadband! 🤯

    @O2 I left EE for o2 last week on Friday 2nd Jan, the rolling sim plan doesn’t work so told to go to contract yday my o2 app still doesn’t work, I can’t access anything for 8 days now , no one over the phone helps , I have been in tears to 5 different people today, please help!

    Why is it so hard to add a travel bolt on with @O2? All I wanna do is buy it and add it to my plan but nooooo, there's no option for that. First the chatbot is gonna send you a dead link, then you're gonna get stuck in an O2/Virgin login loop and still no option to buy.

    @O2 Worse company. Trying to cancel a mobile account for my Mum who can't remember her mobile doesn't use an email or remember her password & has mobility issues. Not used the phone for 1yr. Keeps getting charged & getting frightening debt letters Beyond frustrating & stressful
