@O2 signal is terrible and they refuse to do anything and when they phone they refuse to look at reports cause there staff are to stupid to read them or @O2 are to stupid to give them reports to help either way avoid using @O2

@O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?
