‘Recollections may vary’ (@south_eastone) reported@HarrietSergeant @O2 I dumped O2 and went to Tesco, at least you can walk in most stores and talk to someone face to face and you still use O2 network at less money.
-
Lucy Bethell (@lucy_bethell) reported@Benleo I am currently on day four of having no phone signal, mobile data or WiFi thanks to @O2 They regularly cut off my service entirely (23 days total this year), no warning, no apologies. When you contact CS, if they actually answer, then they treat you like you are the problem!

Fitzy (@brickfromcrick) reported@EnglandRugby @O2 Sorry @EnglandRugby but BJvR over Lawrence and Ojomoh absolutely stinks. He’s a Saffa! He grew up wanting to play for the Boks - why on earth pick him over 2 lads that are a) very talented and b) are actually English?! Horrible decision…

Mëtälmälc 🇪🇺🏴 (@Metalmalc) reported@O2 Is your website down? I can’t login m, I’ve tried the Virgin thing several times and I’m losing the will to live.

Cllr Sophie Preston-Hall ECC Rochford North (@SophiePrestonHa) reportedIs anyone else getting absolutely inundated with calls from an @O2 call centre lately? I’m getting 5–10 calls a week at this point and it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve politely asked to be removed from their list around 9 or 10 times now and today, when I pointed out that I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, they simply slammed the phone down on me. How on earth do you actually get yourself removed from whatever ridiculous list these companies seem to have you on? Surely I can’t be the only one dealing with this nonsense?

Riemenschneider’s Horse (@larrythehook) reported@O2 I’ve had to rejoin EE. Number porting as we speak. O2 customer service an absolute embarrassment. Cost me £20 + having to drive 40 mins each way to nearest O2 store to be told nothing could be done to help me. I will be posting on a daily basis to AVOID O2 until I get refunded 👎
-
claire whyte (@clairewhyte12) reported@O2 I already did. You said you couldn’t help.
-
Lau (@Laurvy) reported@O2 You have connected me today and I haven’t even got my SIM card yet so I am now left with no mobile network, I also can’t sign into anything as it’s on a loop asking for a passkey, as a new customer I am regretting switching to you already
-
Mark (@CariadFfisio) reportedI am not getting anywhere with your customer service reps . Is there anyone I can talk to with some common sense, please? @O2
-
Oruche (@Hewholaughed_) reportedI’ve been on the phone to @O2 for the past hour just trying to upgrade my phone. Diabolical service… not even sure this is a person I’m talking to or a bot.
