@virginmedia @O2 Can perhaps you supercharge your support? C051121669, the second complaint I've raised after the first was closed without ANYONE contacting me, still awaiting a fix to my issue after 4 WEEKS! Spend more time fixing issues than on Twitter!!

@O2 Really poor that such a large company can't get its act together. Systems have been down for 2 days, so customer services can't access accounts. No pre-recorded message telling people this, so wasted lots of time on phone only to be told systems down. Makes me want to leave.

@O2 hi, my girlfriend had a fraud problem yesterday where someone accessed her account & ordered a phone for themselves - that's been sorted by O2 but I wasn't sure whether it needed to be reported to the police or that's something your security team does?

@O2 Hello O2, lastnight I was in the process of completing my upgrade with the chromebook deal, while trying to confirm the upgrade the site froze, tried to refresh only to find you decided to take the site down (with time left on deal) to update for black Friday, not helpful!!

Fed up with @o2 business mobile and called time on contract. Retention tried to sweeten me with price drop of more than 50%. Nice thought but not going to pay anything for bad service.
