    @O2 my phone is unusable at work. Your website says the area is busy. Well of course it is, it is in a city centre at a college! Sort it out. Only got a poor signal today as all of the kids are in exams. I was WFH so didn't know when I took out the contract. Too late now.

    @O2 guys your signal ain't good today. My phone (S20) keeps switching High Speed Packet Access (H+). This is still a very common networks aren't available

    @O2 The o2 sim has been in it since yesterday will I need to take it out and reinsert it? I’m also experiencing iMessage issues is this down to this as well?

    @impactology @O2 I don’t have any of those latter problems with AirPods Pro. But, obviously, they aren’t cheap.

    @O2 Unfortunately its no help. Weird as I get, say 2 bars and 4G on my phone yet the connection either drops or is non existent at all. It's frustrating tbh. And I hate to go anywhere else as I've been with yourselves for about 7 years now but I'm not getting the service I paid for.
