    @virginmedia I’m am losing the plot with this now. @O2 won’t speak to me. Now charged for the first month of a contract he didn’t ask for. How on earth do you phone to discuss a TV contract with Virgin and end up with a mobile contract with O2. This is an awful way to treat an elderly man!

    @O2 You guys are frustrating me with your service!!! I filled "keep my number" request form yesterday *for the second time* while on the call with your center. Got a mail today to contact you on webchat, but no one's available! What more do you want?? I need access to my sim ASAP!!!

    @O2 I have no signal on my phone atm :( I had issues earlier trying to do a sim swap, spoke to someone then it worked. It’s dropped out again :(

    @virginmedia @O2 Was on the phone to someone 3 days ago for an HOUR and 44mins!! My issue is still not resolved and I’ve had no wifi for nearly 2 weeks!! No one is helpful at all! I go round in circles Everytime I call!

    @O2 Could you help me change the email address on my account please? As the one on there is wrong. just ported my young sons payg number to sim only and because i never received the confirmation email, i decided to check it was right and it wasn't.
