    @O2 It's still broken. I'm with tesco but I know they use your network. Plus my friend is on o2 and has the same problem but only in this area.

    @O2 Why are you refusing a contract to a new customer just because they don't have a credit score? Person working full time with a good pay, bank account. Why refusing a contract?

    Morning @O2 My phone doesn’t seem to be working I texted/WhatsApp quite a few of my mates last night to see how they were, I know they’ll have been up, as they’re all city fans & will have been watching the match. Not one has replied😳 I think it may be a signal fault. Thank you

    @O2 Data usage in the BH2 area has been virtually impossible from April to September for the last 2 years. It’s getting to the point I’m about ready to jump network after 11 years. When is more capacity going to be installed?

    @O2 I’ve got a mobile wifi O2 pocket hotspot and haven’t used it for a couple of years. It’s now showing a red network indicator. Does this mean the payg sim will no longer work?
