@O2 has owed me £182.50 for 2 weeks now since apparently they were going to refund it. They have still not given me my money back so I have paid twice to upgrade my broken phone. They were very quick to take my money but they have been awful at paying it back. Don't use #o2.

@O2 Its been 22 DAYS and I am still waiting for a solution. No help from your customer service. Charging me money from my account without providing me service and no records can be found by O2 customer service of me being charged. Fraud?? Disappointed!!!!

@O2 Not spoken to anyone yet, only the "virtual assistant", which was predictably why things went full circle! I'll phone customer services in the morning to sort it out! Get the dev team on the spend cap feature for MyO2! Thanks!

@O2 can someone please help? I’ve canceled my computer contract 5 times now, and I’m still get charged for it. Getting in contact with you during the day is hell on earth, only to find its all for nothing when it’s still on the account. Getting very annoyed with the service.
