    @SHadjipateras @O2 @actionfrauduk Don’t trust o2 After 2 yrs & 4 mths & 100s of complaints they sent an aggressive rude email saying they can’t find the original complaint because they have ‘archived’ it so aren’t going 2 help & aren’t going 2 refund the money then told me to go get a lawyer if I don’t like it

    @O2 It said that there were technical faults and O2 know of the problems and we're fixing it. Just over an hour later u had and it worked 👍

    @O2 's approach to customer retention is faultless. call them to end the contract and get the PAC and they cut you off. use the live chat and say they're too busy to answer.
