    @O2 I have tried 7 times and getting nowhere. I get promised call backs and they never happen. I just repeat myself on the phone for 15 minutes then someone hangs up on me when they say they are getting a manager. I need someone to reach out to me to resolve

    Hi @O2 - I left a few months ago and am owed £… I have spoken to a couple of your team who have said the refund should be sorted in the next few days but the money hasn’t reached my account. It’s quite frustrating! Can you help?

    I have a case file, the response was to download mytello as your network apparently don’t allow any international calls. I’ll be joining @O2 tomorrow. 10 plus years with sky… cheers 🙄

    @O2 priority link not working for pre sale concert tickets, click on it & it takes you to Ticketmaster, then says click on the o2 link & it takes you back to the priority app…not good!! 🤬
