    @O2 honestly your treatment of an issue I've had is deeply disappointing and even though I've been a loyal customer for many, many years I'm not sure if I want to continue after my contract is up. I'm deeply disappointed and endlessly frustrated. I feel lied to.

    @o2 oh look on phone to someone asking why you’ve taken over £1000 quid out my bank they said well it don’t make sense and hang up on me! I want it sorted not hung up on 20 times until someone helps me! 😡

    @O2 You can't even provide decent coverage in the UK let alone anywhere else. I dropped a right bollock renewing my contract with you my signal is absolutely awful.

    @O2 you seriously need to get people who don’t just hang up instead of taking a call! 20 minutes on hold someone picks phone up.. I say hello and they hang up so back in the Que I have to go! Ridiculous. everytime I call not just a one off!

    @O2 Hi, yeah it says the network can get busy in this area and that you’re working on it. But it’s been a good few months and we are getting sick of it to be honest. The data is almost useless.

    @O2 I’m currently having issues with receiving text messages on my iPhone 13. I can receive them and make calls fine, it’s just receiving SMS. Is there a known issue?
