Richie Joseph (@R_Joseph13) reported@O2 @O2 - Even though I was supposed to be disconnected, you took £17.99 and I spent more than an hour, with the worst colleagues based from India who had no clue what they are doing. Simply the worst customer service bar none.

Matt Ray (@mattstingray) reportedThinking of switching from @O2 because their network is lacking. Haven’t been able to get decent signal at all for months and today, could get signal when I was in direct line of sight of one of their masts.

Ste (@Ste806134) reported@O2 your phone upgrade system is as useless as almost everything else on your network. You have charged me and then your system has crashed. Worse than useless

dale clarke (@daleclarke1980) reported@mattstingray @O2 Don’t worry your bill will go up by £4 in April and they tell you it’s to improve service! Had better signal in 🇧🇬, 🇪🇸, 🇨🇭 and 🇫🇷 off the local providers than I do with one of the main players in 🇬🇧

John Till (@JohnTillUK) reported@sackedseafarer @O2 Not this time, my original complaint was about that - their resolution, after lots of back and forth, was to allow me to leave without paying an early termination fee (so a £380 saving). I wanted to view my final bill through their app, along with tracking my device plans 1/

ArsenesMagicHat (@Timmah_79) reported@mattstingray @O2 I was with O2 when they were BT Cellnet they got worse and worse moved to @lebara I now pay a quarter of what I was for an excellent service, I only had one issue since moving called them and it was sorted in an 8 minute call including waiting time.

Monk (@i_Charizard) reported@virginmedia and @O2 are killing me. 14 hour shift and I get home and my WiFi isn't working and it's taken me 25 mins to send this tweet cos o2s network is shite

Paul Curry (@Paulc2nd) reported@BluesnJazzxx @O2 I am experiencing exactly the same but @O2 obviously can't realise there is an issue and get IT onto it. I have just had an offshore tech team ringing me about it. I hung up. It would be a lot easier to have a tech team over here with the app in front of them.
