    @O2 Have tried to get help from customer service but all I get is an automated service that simply lists options (none of which are of any help) then goodbye. How do I get some proper help please.

    I’ve just called @O2 because the loudspeaker was quiet. It’s still in it’s warranty period and without any fuss she said she’ll replace it for a new one and I’ll have it in the morning. Amazing service
