    @O2 your fraud & security / customer service is shocking. Sep 2nd - email reply from Eleanor in the Fraud team saying I’d have a reply in 10 working days. It’s now January and still nothing. Seem to be fine trying to bill me though (I never took out a phone contract with O2)

    @O2 3 customer support agent , 1 complaint department agent and you, everyone keep telling me same thing but no progress. It’s been 3 weeks and I can’t access my bank apps and amazon. thanks O2.

    Yo @Telefonica_En & @O2 why do you charge £30 pm for unlimited calls texts & data; when @LycamobileUK who lease your network can offer it for £13.90, it's the same network and service; so why do you charge through the nose for it? Or is it simply greed?
