@Awhyex31 @O2 For balance I stick with O2 because I almost always have far better coverage than friends on other networks. I have a weird issue that my phone falls offline when I have a full 4g+ signal but I think that's a Huawei issue rather than a network one.

@O2 my parents in their 70s on a £9pm contract went to your Edgware store to sort out an issue with their phone. Apparently your staff recommend they upgrade to a £40pm contract and £300 handset to sort it out?! Think you need to improve your customer care. Emphasis on care.

@O2 Stationary and while driving. Is the data taking up all the band with for calls? It was better signal with you using a k800 and when you were still on edge

Anyone know how to cancel a SIM card plan from @O2? I’m trying to get a copy of my receipt for my SIM plan to prove how much I owe and they won’t give me a copy without coming into the store, which is impossible since I’m back in the US. #O2 #advice

@O2 Sadly it’s been going on for months. I’ve been told it’s just the strength of the signal where I work and nothing can be done. Thank you though

@AndyMeanie @O2 I would but I literally just upgraded and I cant really afford to pay off the whole contract right now. Bit **** when roaming is included and they knew I was going to be away.
