    Dear @O2 - even trying to get a PAC code from you is painful. Thanks for cementing my decision to move to a new provider for better coverage and cheaper bills. You’ve lost a customer with 15 years+ loyalty.

    And still not working! @O2 about time you replaced the mast for a new one that actually works ffs. Not a good advert for you when I have to use my EE hotspot to run my O2 phone. #evidenceforombudsman

    @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.

    @Joff_L @O2 They also see fit to charge existing customers upfront costs when trying to upgrade and dont budge on any of it, forcing you to customise your tariff and making it down to £10 as the lowest amount, which then raises the overall cost and then has you dropping down a tariff later.
