    @O2 Just received a phonemail from someone (AKA scammer) claiming to be from O2. They offered 40% discount for being a loyal customer. (I joined 2 days ago... very loyal). They said I'd receive an email. I asked what my email is... they hung up. 020 3744 9659 is their number.

    @O2 just started speaking to o2 on the phone and they hung up!!! How can I get help if they are hanging up after 20 seconds of speaking.

    Hi @O2 your 4G signal in #york is now the worst it’s ever been. So unreliable. It doesn’t matter if the city is quiet or crowded.

    @O2 this service is terrible while at work. can’t text anyone when I ring someone the line drops and there’s no point in even trying to use my data. Why am I paying for this poor service

    @O2 hi there! Been charged £5 to reply to an 02 survey text when abroad. Was told it would be free to reply- it’s in the text. Literally I replied with a single digit. Would like this refunded. Can’t get hold of anyone to resolve this, please help!
