    @O2 @ad_moran4 O2 have the Worst customer service, don’t bother. I think I’ve wasted over 10 hours in the last year trying to speak to someone.

    @O2 I’ve had fraud on my account for months have called multiple times everytime told fraud have handled it. However today I see two missed payments on my credit file - I’m not even a customer!! No response from the credit file team, tired of repeating myself. I left you in Nov!

    @tehscreener @O2 Make a complaint and they have no choice but to refund you. I've got £50 coming from Jan-April. I'll be putting in another at the end of this month too. Because they never processed the refund until I got hold of them the ombudsman will deal with the now!

    @O2 We have NO coverage at all. It is causing problems with our alarm system. People working in the house and garden can’t make calls. It seems particularly bad in and around our house. Can an engineer please come to inspect?
