Luke Davies (@Lukehear) reported@O2 why can't I DM you? I've got terrible connectivity this weekend (in the Gretna area), is there maintenance going on? I rely on O2 for Internet and Streaming services (as the broadband here is worse than mobile signal..) and usually it is JUST about sufficient to use O2.

Nick Cunningham (@R1verRat) reported@1stSimona @O2 @o2 Customer service has gone downhill fast since merger too. Can't do so many things in app so have to call or webchat. CS agents seem to be there purely to keep you in a loop.

Nathan Jarvis (@NathanJarvisMD) reported@o2 why is your phone coverage so awful? Been like this for over a year. Hardly any internet or phone connectivity. In central Manchester now - canโt connect onto the internet with 4G or 5G. Simply not good enough. Had to find WiFi to post this

Stephen (@Stephen1494712) reported@O2 Finally got it sorted. You guys need to fix your payment system, the email verification for login doesnโt work properly and when login finally works it automatically attempts to take payment on whatever wallet shows then fails. Then login has to be attempted again. And fails.

๐ฝ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ๐ฌ๐ง (@BritsB4Boats) reportedI strongly recommend you don't use @O2 Switch Up by post. I did so, against my better judgment, in January -- Royal Mail seem to have lost the phone I sent back, and I've had nothing but problems dealing with O2 trying to resolve the resulting issues since. Despite me having phoned their ****** Indian call centre multiple times, giving them the RM tracking number so they could raise a dispute with RM, O2 repeatedly added device plan charges for my old phone onto my bill, which hasn't been right all year and was in duspute. They've now barred my service out of the blue, despite me having set up a payment plan anyway, and made my first payment towards it, whilst I wait for the account credit for previous phone charges to be processed. Consequently, I can not only no longer make or receive calls, including -- ironically, to O2 themselves -- I can't even use my account on the O2 website. The only way I've been able to contact them was through the messaging service on the app, which was no use at all, and I spent over two hours on it, the vast majority of that time being wasted on waiting for any response at all I'm ******* fuming, and if I weren't tied into a lengthy contract with O2, I'd have left them already
