    After over 20 years of loyalty I am officially saying goodbye to @VodafoneUK! New phone order direct from @Apple and new SIM card from @O2. Saving over £20 a month & maybe I will get to deal with a real person if I have an issue rather than the worlds most annoying bot TOBI!!

    @O2 still no explanation for why even though i have unlimited data i am unable to use any data at all. Working from and lockdown with no wifi and data. Costing me a fortune topping up my wifes giffgaff!!! Can anyone in o2 help?

    @O2 Absolutely shocking service happening right now! On hold and passed between 4 advisors and not one of them prepared to take ownership of a simple request to transfer ownership from one member of the family to another. A shocking sales ploy to prevent you leaving @02 1hr35min

    Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

    @O2 been on hold for almost an hour and 45 mins trying to sort an issue with my contract that was caused by your advisor giving false information. Absolutely terrible customer service 😡😡😡

    @O2 Hello! I haven’t had service since getting my new phone on Monday. I’ve been told it’s a mast issue but it’s been a week - neither of the SIMs that I’ve been given seem to work either? I can’t get through on the phone... Thanks
