@O2 I am not on any other social media channels? There is no support in the app for live chat and I’ve been over charged for months. What’s the solution please or a number to speak to a human

  • Introvert_Head Lil_Missy (@Introvert_Head) reported

@O2 I upgraded my SIM deal to receive 6 months free Disney+ but I can't see if this is active and I never got an email to confirm it. Can you please double check for me

  • gkane21 21 (@gkane21) reported

@lordofthedarts1 @MartinSLewis Makes sense - I have no signal at all within 2 square miles of my house. Can’t make a text. Send a WhatsApp. Make a call. Nothing. What’s been done. Zero. Say the line is fine… when it clearly isn’t. Why should I pay for a service I don’t have? @O2

  • Helenacrue HelenaCrue (@Helenacrue) reported

@O2 How do I make a formal complaint? I have been trying to get my Priority access sorted after being a customer for nearly 4 years. Endless call centre staff telling me I’ll have an email sorting it out in days - and nothing!

  • Princess_Debz Princess Debz (@Princess_Debz) reported

@O2 hey o2! Your signal in some areas is terrible & even though the phone says ‘5G’ i can’t load a single webpage. Woking is a key example, as was Winchester on Saturday. My EE work phone (paid by employer) works fine though - I’m considering leaving o2 as it’s just awful.

  • DanMusicMan89 Dan 'MusicMan' Glynn (@DanMusicMan89) reported

@O2 I don't think you do want to help, at all. You've told her to sort it with Google, which she is doing. Why is she now being threatened to have calls and texts cut off? No missed payments for 20 years, why would she suddenly refuse to pay this time if it was legit?

  • MelanieTolhurst Melanie Tolhurst (@MelanieTolhurst) reported

@O2 might honesty be the worst customer services experience of my life 😭

  • KizzyLou_ Kirsty 💗 (@KizzyLou_) reported

@EE Hi, no it doesn't work on wifi either, it's so strange and we have tried everything! Shse isn't with yourselvss though she is with @O2 if that makes a difference, i don't know if they can help? 🤔

  • paul_miller78 Paul (@paul_miller78) reported
