    Actually got the words No Service and loading symbols engrained in my brain, @O2 please tell me how there’s no issue because I’ve had this problem for over a month. Lockdown isn’t fun and I’m losing my mind 😫

    @O2, Hi there, I initially signed up to Disney plus via a link through you guys, but it somehow ended up being paid for via Google pay at the full amount. Therefore, I didn't receive the discount offered by O2, is there any way you can help me access this offer moving forward?

    @O2 Are your customer care line to any advisors not open? I’ve tried and tried (saying literally anything I can) to get through to an advisor. Automated service just say ‘Goodbye’ and ends call. I require some urgent contact with an advisor over a refund
