    @O2 why are your customer services refusing to replace a brand new 16 day old iPhone 17 . It’s faulty and they are making life very difficult. Worst customer care ever.

    @Marooned_Sailor @O2 @Ofcom the issue with mmwave is whilst the bands were recently auctioned, theres another thing stopping the mmwave rollout which doesnt even have anything to do with the carriers, device manufacturers keep making it US exclusive, with international models not having it, so then the carriers dont build the infrastructure, so then the companies dont ship mmwave hardware, and it just goes in circles i dont think we'll ever have mmwave in this country at this rate

    @O2 Thank you but I’ve pretty much done all of this. The network needs serious investment to manage the amount of people connected, and to ensure data is reliable and stable.
