@O2 Never in my life experienced such shocking customer service as I have with o2. On-going complaint that hasn't been resolved in over 4 months. Continually told that a manager will call me back within 24 hours but no one ever does. Worst provider imaginable!

@O2 I’m looking to port my old number over to my new o2 sim, I have my pac code but can’t find an online form to enter it, any help?

@O2 not bad - prices increasing and customer service deteriorating - a 45 minute wait is too long.

@O2 I have done, but given you've cancelled the guaranteed £150 for trading in my old device, I'll probably cancel the order.

Hey @O2 how long is it normally between a new mast being erected and it being turned on and active? There’s a new mast gone up by my house (after Feb 2022) showing that it’s 5G but there’s no 5G in my area on the coverage map so it’s still not working yet. Thanks. James #O2 #O2UK

@O2 I cannot get any answer at all about an order I’ve placed, phone is released today and I’ve had no update other than an email saying it’s on its way and that’s it. No courier details, no nothing. I cannot get through to anyone to talk about the issue either.

@O2 why is your signal soo poor in Birmingham. Lucky to get signal in 5% of it!!

  • ChallengeKanza Kanza (@ChallengeKanza) reported

Awww the poor CEO of @O2 just wasn't earning enough money that's why the company is going to screw customers for inflation busting rises in our bills. Utterly disgusting during a cost of living crisis with no evidence of why such an increase is needed. Ppl will remember this!

Dear @O2, 3rd day chasing up the porting of my no., because ur 1st customer rep wrote down a bogus PAC code (w/ letters that could never have been right). Interminable queues to actually speak to someone, still no email to confirm. Is this how you greet new customers?!?🧐
