    @O2 hello! My nan is on pay as you go and now just has ‘no service’, we’ve looked into it and could it be that she hasn’t topped up in so long? Do we need a new sim or just to top up again?

    @O2 Gave me back £30 last month because the 4G speed is zero everywhere. So my bill was £10 but I still couldn’t use any data in most places I go. Now I’m back to full price and still can’t use data. Took 40 minutes to load a car parking app on Tuesday! The 10 minutes to pay. Crap

    @O2 I want to get an Apple Watch on your website but it says I need to set up a direct debit to be able to. I wanted to sort this today but it doesn’t let me do it in myo2?!? Can’t find any online chat option or get through on phone! Help?!?
