Absolutely RAGING at O2 @O2 over some sketchy fraudulent behavior going on. Getting hung up on right at 20:00 because they hadn’t figured out their issues in over a hour. #fraud #shitservice

@O2 hold music is the worst . I guess you thought it was 'airy' but it's just claustrophobic in its effects and soundscape

So be careful ppl…if u buy a package deal with @virginmedia and @o2 and neither provide the service u bought, they will still lock you up in a contract they aren’t adhering to and charge you. Thank god for @ThreeUK or I would be completely without internet for 5 months at home

@HeatCalculation @O2 @VodafoneUK Yep, this also happened when 4G first came out, 3G became crap, I’m sure they slow down the existing network to make the new one seem more appealing, when in reality, it’s not really that much better

@O2 That doesn't really help me, sorry. With all the money myself, and other honest well paying customers give you; you need to invest more in better customer care. You could have given me a more personalised reply, instead of the usual "boiler plate" response.

@O2 Hi, I've picked the wrong tariff to sign up to for another 12 months. How do I cancel it? Did it yesterday

Jeez @O2 what are you like?! You ask me to complete a survey. I leave some bad feedback on certain aspects and I'm told someone will get back to me to discuss the issues I've raised. All sounds good until your staff reach out to me spelling my name wrong. #o2MustTryHarder
