    @O2 the signal around Chelmsford is awful. I’ve got a medical incident that I need to get to for my wife and I can’t contact her there because your signal is always so bad, messages don’t even go through. I hope you go out of business

    Wow, @O2 are hard work, been on the phone for nearly 2 hours, before being cut-off, but to their credit they did call straight back, however, now been on for further 20 minutes, why does simple changes take so long, they have disconnected the call again. Terrible service, having to speak to four different people, across three departments. @Ofgem @MartinSLewis

    @O2 at the beginning of May your app told me that I could get Disney plus for free on my plan, I clicked it and then it started charging me each month. I STILL can’t cancel the Disney plus plan even though you falsely advertised it. I’ve tried through the app and online.
