    @O2 just been on the phone for 31 minutes to 3 advisors for the 4th to ask me to go through security again and then hang up on me. Problem remains unresolved.

    @O2 can you explain why your 5G and 4G coverages are so poor!! Unless I’m in 3G or Wi-Fi I cannot connect to the internet or WhatsApp, 5G meant to be this next big thing, when my IPhone 13 pro connects to it, it may swell have no signal it’s so poor!! #bringbackvirginmobile

    I wish I'd never left @VodafoneUK after many years. @O2 data network connection has been terrible since I joined. Really unreliable data connection.

    @ChloeWD38 @O2 @ThreeUK Have letters from them saying the fraud team who have tried to contact me. Total lies as no one has called and each time I contact them I fail the security questions because I never set an account up in the first place. Now I just get asked to DM them, but still nothing.

    iphone at bottom of a lake. Took 3 hours Sat, 6 hrs Sun, 5hrs Tues to get a new phone from @o2. Luke is brill. Today, couldn't get code to activate @apple support called ME (saving 50p/min), fixed the issue all within in 5 mins. That's how to do business, thank you Apple
