@StourbridgeSue @O2 I had a similar experience and moved from O2 to Tesco Mobile a few years ago. Tesco use the O2 network; I've found their customer service to be excellent.

@O2 spam reporting text service is buggy. Can't access message as in spam folder but it auto replies to ask for a reply with the name or number of the spam text. I reply with answer and just get same auto reply asking same question again. Forget a month later and the loop goes on

@O2 Your upgrades dept & customer services have both refused & told us 1 of our mobile numbers has been transferred to a 360 system that won’t allow this & couldn’t explain what a 360 system was or why an account of ours was on there! Thanks we’ll try this option hopefully it’ll work
