@O2 I’ve now been on hold for over an hour to change a phone order. I mistaken ordered the wrong phone on your website. I’ve been to an O2 store and told they can’t help, told to call, been on hold forever, all for something I should be able to do online.

Switched to @O2 @TheO2 for the first time in over 10 years and will not be staying on this network, continuously have 4G with full bars and still things won’t load or send #o2 #shocking
