@O2 I've tried all that. Spoken to CustServ who can't help: it's just due to lots of people using it and it's being worked on! WHAT is being worked on? How long? Will I get a refund on my subscription? :-(

@O2 No network coverage again today.. this happens every other day these days with no message to inform of issues. Never any apology/discount and you expect us to pay our bill every month. Had enough!

@O2 Day 65 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@o2 Hi - the signal coverage for data in paddock wood inside & outdoors is poor to unusable. Additionally, response time in London for data is v slow. Are any improvements in the pipeline? Pls persuade me why I shouldn’t move elsewhere.

@O2 Hi, my nearly 6 month old S22 keeps dropping signal during calls resulting in robotic voice, stuttering, long silent periods during a call. This has been happening for a while. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks.
