    Keep seeing people posting their thanks about gifts from @O2 when I don’t have proper signal or service and keep getting messages saying the local mast which has been down since last summer is still out of order and I’m having to pay my monthly bill as I’m still in contract😡

    @Craigo71 @ThreeUK @O2 I’ve been with O2 longer than 7 years and still got nothing 😭 it took them nearly 2 weeks ( I was without a phone ) to fix my phone and get it back to me
