There is always some kind of problem with my @O2 order. Its even more frustrating seeing on here people have just walked into the store and been able to collect the phone without the relevant email saying its ready to collect. How do they know they are distributing the right

@JamesWBovey @Apple @O2 I’m sorry but calling O2 ‘dossers’ and ‘freaks’ will not help the situation. If you treat O2 properly, you might get somewhere in life. Disgusting behaviour.

  • oliviakhwaja Olivia Khwaja (@oliviakhwaja) reported from Sunningdale, England

@O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

  • Claire_journo Claire Hannah (@Claire_journo) reported from Wigan, England

Postman been. Bill for an iPad with @O2, phone with @O2 phone with Vodafone and a letter from Virgin to tell me my data has been breached. No shit Sherlock. Had enough of this now. #IdentityTheft
