@O2 I’ve been waiting on the phone for 15 minutes now to discuss a disconnection. If someone doesn’t pick up the phone in 5 minutes, I’m gone. In a saturated market where client retention is key to your success, your terrible customer service is insane.

Has anyone experience with @O2 absolutely walling when you try to cancel? Their website makes all the claims of simplicity, but when you actually cancel it's a convolute spiral!

Anyone else noticed the connection quality of @O2 has gone right down hill this year? What happened to O2 this year to make it go so pants? Almost as bad as my Dad's old NTL Internet connection back in the day where the rain could only go one way else no net!
