@virginmedia No need to worry @O2 was very reasonable and have adjusted their side to bring the overall price back to as agreed after this contract will never be using these services again

@O2 @TheO2 my account was the subject of fraud back in December 2021 and as a result my account says I owe £900. I’ve been trying to sort this for 7 months and no one can help. Your fraud team haven’t responded to me or anyone from o2 in these 7 months. Can you please explain?

@O2 big shout out for whoever was very helpful in my DMs, offered to cancel my ordered phone and help me re order one that's in stock, kept checking stock for me so i could order safely without issue sorted all yesterday and new phone is coming today. THANK YOU whoever you are!!

Peak @O2, the mobile signal is rubbish where I live so I use my initiative and try to sign up for WiFi calling. When I log on to the website the security challenge will only send code by SMS. I imagine this is what it's like to pass into a black hole event horizon. #iamfucked
