Incredibly disappointed with @O2 and their #O2recycle process. Poor communications with mysterious faults appearing on handsets reducing the already low price on the return. Avoid at all costs. Use @musicMagpie for this service.

@O2 I spoke to the customer service team and expressed my dissatisfaction. I asked to speak to the complaints team and they told me the procedure was for a manager to call me back and they would escalate it to complaints. So i could have spoken to complaints instead i was lied to!?
