@O2 I placed an order for an upgrade with a delivery date of Monday 15th. Half an hour later I received an email saying it's out of stock with no estimate of when (or if) it will arrive. It's for my daughter's birthday on the 17th! Please help 😞

@O2 No you're OK, you've lost me. 2 years ago took contact with 5gb latest galaxy, now that's up and phone paid for and you reduce from £30 to £25 and send me a letter to tell me you're saving me £5 a month. You must think I'm stupid. Got 12gb unlimited calls& texts for £3.47.

@O2 the customer service I’ve had from you lot this weekend is SHOCKING made to pay £800 to upgrade my phone to be told by email after paying the replacement is out of stock for 9 weeks, promised 1019725272929 call backs haven’t had 1 (you can check) lied to every call.
