    @O2 the worst customer service ever! Managers promise call backs, on hold for over an hour, staff that have no clue what they're doing and my issue is still unresolved. Don't know why I moved from EE!!

    @O2 For the love of god sort your shocking service out in weston super mare. It’s a disgrace!! Missed out on yet another priority deal due to your abysmal service in large built up areas. Worst network I’ve ever used in 30 years plus of mobiles. Fuming!

    @O2 hello I've just received a one time passcode that I didn't request. Shortly after I received a phone call saying they were from O2. I ended the call and didn't pass any info on. Any help on this please. Thanks
