    So frustrated with @O2 I had great signal at home until a few weeks ago and now it’s utterly terrible. Can’t make or receive calls. I don’t know what they did but something changed!

    @O2 why do you get worse and worse coverage. Our town was all 4G now it’s 3G and nothing works as you’ve reduced that down. No SatNav no Social Media, no web browsing in 3G. Going to have to change to @VodafoneUK at this rate

    @O2 The internet you sell as 100 mbit in Germany does not work even at 1 mbit speed. I've been calling for a year, I'm writing, I'm going to your branch. No one is interested. Your happy customer policy is complete garbage. Shame on you.

    I'm getting increasingly frustrated with @O2 the signal and network reliability is poor, call dropping out daily. I ordered an upgraded phone.... its been a week, no updates. Poor. Help

    @O2 Using an iPhone 11 only calls work. No texts or data working. Happened in Portugal few weeks ago too. Tried manually resetting network didn’t work either

    @O2 is there something wrong with the network in East London. I've had no coverage in E9, E10, E11 or IG8. Having to send this via WiFi in a McDonalds :-(
