@O2 Ah, okay! I've already requested the port and received confirmation it will happen tomorrow. As I understand it then, I won't need to do a SIM swap at all? Will my Vodafone service automatically be cancelled once the number has ported?

@O2 seriously has the worst customer service. Over 40 minutes on hold on the phone to try to speak to someone SO FAR. I called @EE last week and was through to someone in 3 rings.

@O2 Well I been waiting since wednesday for a call back. I have lost my number and cannot access my finances because of a mistake by virgin and your inability to speak to me. Disgraceful service.

@O2 - we’ve had a persistent service issue in the EX23 postcode to the extent that we have no signal for almost TWO MONTHS at all at Stratton Surgery and Hospital and the school bus stop just outside - mobile coms are vital in rural communities so can you please get it sorted??

@O2 If buying a new ticket it allows the VIP entrance……the problem is that now my time has elapsed there’s noway I can try again….as I say Iv already got tickets to the show for Thursday 26th May for 1 adult and 1 child…..
