At the local Co-op they say they've been selling lots of SIM cards, as everyone on @O2's network (directly or indirectly) can't get signal, yet O2 is so rubbish they don't even seem aware of it!

@virginmedia @O2 Amazing how today the internet in our area went down. It’s back on yay. But now our virgin box won’t connect and it’s my fault. Well done virgin. Contract finishes in a month guess I’m off!

@O2 I ordered an item online from 02 shop but when I went to collect it, one of the workers was rude and being prejudice! When I asked for the complaints procedures, he said no I can’t have it. Now In customer service in retail, you cant say no to a customer who asks to complain

FFS!! I spent hours getting my knowledge to the level to go on today's training course. The useless @O2 & @giffgaff have massive problems, so no mobile connection and some ******* idiot farmer has taken out the phone lines, leaving me without any broadband. I'm beyond angry!!
