    @O2 tried setting up an account, failed 3 times, told its because I’m newly married (name change) so set up in husbands name, but they didn’t active pac code, number didn’t change and now oncologist can’t call me.. I’m suppose to find out if cancer has spread..O2 refuse to help.

    @O2 hands down have the worst customer service of any UK network and I’ll say that with my chest, being hung up on after being on hold for ages after the advisor found out I wanted to cancel my contract, what a joke.

    @O2 terrible customer service, DPD lost my phone and call centre advisors tell lies! No update given to me as to when I will receive it and be re-sent a new phone. I’m having to chase as a paying customer for years. Not good enough.

    @O2 hi I have very poor network in BD8 where I live; it’s painfully slow network here and even more embarrassing that I work for #o2 and I’m complaining - my issue is #network not people

    @O2 my old phone number has been lost in transit from Virgin media & no one seems to be able to help or give any status on when it will port over to the new o2 sim. Meanwhile it's saying it's an 'incorrect number & o2 have locked me out of my account through a glitch your end...

    @LutzSchueler please can you advise how I go about speaking to a competent person at @O2? Your team will in Cape Town have been nothing short of useless. I have no service so can’t now call, you don’t accept email, and your chat function has a 2 hour response turnaround. #o2fail

    @O2 I gave my PAC code from Vodafone 4 days ago when ordering my sim, but my number hasn’t ported. Are you able to help? Online form gives me constant errors…
