@O2 It's "Subway" at 121 St John's Road EH12 7SB. Yes, been able to use Wi-Fi there, but very poor service for many months.

@O2 Sorry I feel that way? What kind of insulting Priti Patel style non-apology do you call that?! I shouldn't have to 'upgrade', let alone to a worse contract, to get a Loyalty bonus that I was never told would expire. Customer service at its very worst.

@O2 1/2 I have, and I left because I was told there was “ongoing work on a mast, in my area” This was ‘ongoing’ for a year and I was told I would get compensation. With the greatest of respect (honestly!) I wasn’t looking for compensation. I’m with a different network now. I cannot
