@O2 sick to death of a network I can’t get signal on. You are failing to fulfill your side of the contract by not probiding a suitable service. I’d like my contract made null and void or I will take my complaint to @Ofcom

Not impressed with @O2 customer services at all. On hold for well over 20 minutes, switched between 4 different depts and each contradicting each other with information regarding my enquiry. Gave up in the end as they just wouldn’t listen

@O2 so apparently the man on the phone said i need to pay the bill for the sim contract i dont want and didnt order and then they can look at complaint and refund. If i dont pay then they can look at the complaint or any refund if the account is disconnected. Utter lies

The collapse of @o2businessuk @O2 customer service has been crazy. After an alert for potential fraud on our account, we've been ignored, lied to and shrugged off for a more than a month by a series of customer service managers. So incredibly poor.

@O2 can you help, i am in croatia and my phone service / data has worked fine since i arrived however when i have woken up this morning my phone is now connected to a HR service rather than the HT one that it was before, my data is not working and i can only use my phone on wifi
