@O2 If it lasts to 11th that’s nearly 3 weeks without my Dad able to properly detach and take his needed respite time, as all his friends he visits are also in the affected area. Any actual details on the problem would be good to reassure it’s not just being ignored as a low use area

@O2 you should be ashamed. My mother died before collecting iPad.went tostore to cancel her contracts. store marked it as being collected, impossible as she was either dead/dying at the time. I was then given the iPad and told it was my responsibility to get it returned.

@O2 hi can i ask why the messaging service on the my o2 app is taking 2 hours to get a response? i understand it’s not a live chat but it does say “aim to reply within 10 minutes” and with timezones this problem will take days to sort at this pace sorry
