@CharlotteCGill @O2 Awful signal where I live too. Signal mapper says I should get 4g inside but depending on the day I'm lucky to get signal full stop.

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Well that's several different networks at fault for our house then 🙄. Also don't get reception in our local Sainsbury's but that has a metal roof - I doubt that's anything to do with the network.

@O2 appalling customer service through your consumer teams this weekend . Trying to effect a simple transfer of a business account to personal - 5 calls later been passed around with no help from anyone and rude advisors ! Terrible

@paulamkershaw @O2 @tescomobile Yeh seems to be network wide. As not even localised to my area seeing 5 of us having same issue... Sometimes some come through twice or 3 times as well.

@O2 Thankfully Lewis at your Meadowhall store sorted everything in about 20 minutes instead of the hours I’d wasted on the phone. Face to face service is poles apart from your telephone offering

@O2 really are bad. Paid my bill over 24hrs ago and still have no service. Glad my contract is up in 2 months!!!
