@O2 why does none of the online support chats work? I’ve been trying to sort my sons phone out for days!! And no number exist to contact. I finally found one but it cost over £3 a min 🙄🙄

@O2 I have lost hours of my life today, I will never get back after abysmally slow customer service to then not even be able to upgrade at the end of it as you sent me so many authorisation codes you have capped me out for the day and won't reset it...

Switching over to @O2 for my phone service and it’s starting well: was told new iPhone would be in yesterday when we put the deposit down for it a week ago. It isn’t, and apparently nobody is able to tell us when I’ll actually be able to pick it up. 🫥

End of @O2 contract gave 30 days notice and now my network is buffering alot. Not as the way it was before . Same problem happened with @EE when i gave them 30days notice 2yrs ago.. why do networks do this when someone moves servies?? Very angry

@Jimbobthon @O2 Glad I’m not the only it’s effecting! Yeah says I have signal but nothing works it’s so frustrating. Paying for a service I’m not getting provided with!
