    @O2 terrible signal in my own home. @virginmedia have let me down (yet again) so no WiFi equals no use of phone. Long-standing client and not really feeling that benefit. Started a DM conversation which went dead. Please help

    Have you read the reviews on Play Store of your app @O2?! 🤔 Since the latest update, just like me, everyone seems to hate it and has the same problems I do - it's a Crap App now tbh!! Time to sort out the issues or delete it completely... like I have!! 👋 #o2 #App #phones

    Try dealing with @O2 when something goes wrong abroad. They failed to provide the service I renewed my contracts for, then turned it into a catalogue of poor advice, broken promises, endless delays and a complaints process that doesn’t even work. Completely unacceptable.

    Absolutely horrendous treatment of my wife by @O2 . This isn’t even a post to get something moving, already raised to the complaints team, and they’re doubling down on trapping her in a new contract while not supplying her the service she ordered. Terrible customer service!

    @O2 why is your signal so bad?! WN1 Seems to have been since an old building knocked down … I’m told there’s nothing wrong in area, yet since my complaint I keep getting updates that you are “working on the problem”
