    @Joff_L @O2 They also see fit to charge existing customers upfront costs when trying to upgrade and dont budge on any of it, forcing you to customise your tariff and making it down to £10 as the lowest amount, which then raises the overall cost and then has you dropping down a tariff later.

    @O2 Customer service is absolutely horrendous. Call up regarding my locked account, had this issue since 18th of March. The cheek of the lady to try and sell me an Apple Watch. 😬

    @O2 worst customer service centre on earth. Have been trying to unlock my account for 2 months with no luck. You’re still happy to take my money though!

    @O2 after multiple phone calls to customer services to advise i had been receiving emails and texts stating I owed money when I dont a restriction has been placed on phone and they cant lift the restriction for upto 7 days. @O2 I wouldnt recommend you to anyone these days
