Michelle Edwards (@ALittleLaw) reported1.@O2 Since 2022, I have repeatedly raised complaints about ongoing signal outages, yet nothing has been resolved. Mr J (@Mr__J_J) reported@O2 @paultownsend81 Never is a fault, just poor signal. Now you launch satellite and expect us to pay for that to get better signal.
-
MarQus Romelle (@MarQusRomelle) reported@O2 Yes I confirm. I seriously hope o2 are able to solve this issue because it shouldn’t be made so difficult, jumping through hoops and a bunch of loading screens with portal errors, to do something as simple as making a payment; it’s incredibly anti-consumer.

LT🌷 (@lozmach) reported@O2 can’t wait for my contract to be up so I can leave. Don’t usually moan, but not help whatsoever! I can’t afford £250 a month for two phones and a tablet.
