@O2 I must admit i have dropped it but its been in a protective case with a screen protector so that isnt the issue as its never happened with any phone ive had. Ive got o2 full protect insurance on it. If i take it into an o2 shop maybe they can have a look?

@O2 your customer services are disgraceful. Phone under warranty its broken through white screen of death, you will just send me the old one back and not give a replacement... WARRANTY!!!!! Yet still expect me to pay my contract and my handset charge when i dont have a phone.NOPE
