    @O2 since you joined with @virginmedia my service has been shocking can’t even try and pay my bill with a problem or issue!!! I’m hearing the same thing from lots of people also!!!!! Sort it out

    The good thing about being on @O2 is that I didn’t get that emergency message about BBQs because as usual I have no ******* phone signal in my house!

    @O2 had a call from what appeared to be an actual number from o2 stating that you’re shutting my sim down in a so many days due to the merge with virgin it’ll be deactivated I’ve contacted you and made you aware just want to share it for others and see if you are

    @O2 @O2 @O2 ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! Nobody wants to take responsibility for YOUR mistake and I’m being passed around to 3-4 different colleagues who don’t have a clue about what’s going on I got put on hold for long periods multiple times. Awful customer service! You won’t see a penny from me until this is solved! Look at how long they had me on the phone for!!!
