@O2 messed up a simple phone switch and terminated new phone. Then Issued early termination of £827 and despite promises to fix issue and cancel charge have debited my account. Worse customer service in the world- managers never call back when promised and absolutely zero help.

Slow cap at active portals (@o2) and #iOS. Select wifi. After (too often) an eternity login page pops up. Either is dismissed as by now using lte, or asks for 2FA number, which of course arrives as text, and switching to read dismisses the login page. Yeah well thought out that 1

@O2 very disappointed 15 years with EE came to you guys last week and today in and around Norwich the service has been absolutely awful no reception and dropped calls please tell me this is a one off I have 3 years of this

@O2 Slow them to a stop? I have 10x that amount for a month and the month stops tomorrow. I’ve been a customer for years and this is absolutely ridiculous. Shoddy service.

@O2 absolutely abhorrent service yet again. Menacing letters and threats of defaults on credit file because nobody at a telephone company can answer a telephone in a timely manner. Maybe if you had better service you wouldn't have so many calls and stupidly long waiting times.
