@O2 Just had a great gentleman "go outside of protocol" and get me a brand new replacement! Couldn't quite get his name, but absolutely fantastic service - apologies for getting a bit irrate, but you shouldn't receive a device worse than the one you sent! Thanks O2 - job done! 🙏🏻👍🏻

@Apple Spent today at the Brent Cross Apple Store as 3 month old iPhone 12 wouldn’t charge. After a good scrape around the port they said a pin was broken & they could fix it for £419. They no longer offer decent customer service. @O2 immediately said they’d sort it for free.

@O2 can you help please. Something went wrong with my 5g sim provisioning, and my phone number didn't transfer correctly. Its been 10 days, and several calls to your customer services and into your shop, and till no joy. Callers are getting 'you've dialled an incorrect number'.
