@O2 Yes & yes, I believe. iOS 15.0.2 (iPhone 12 Pro Max). Priority 8.0.1 (1646). Been an issue for a while now. Seems to only affect the Offers > Newest section. Example if I wanted to win the trip to see the Northern Lights (yes please!), pressing the card does nothing.

@O2 Got new iPhone upgrade today with new 5g sim. Setup using backup of old iPhone but won’t connect new sim so can’t swap it by text. Old sim works in new device. 15 minute wait on phone and no online chat available. Help?

@O2 very serious ones I have vunerable people in my household! I am there carer and I need my phone. this is down right disgusting in o2s part to promise a call back and I never got it now you expect me too phone too say I never got the call back.

Ordered a new sim from @O2 - it hasn’t turned up but the emails say I should have it and activate it. No route on the website to speak to anyone, online chat… poor. So resorting to Twitter. #customerexperience #CustomerSupport

@O2 I have been having problems for the past 2 weeks with your network I have phoned three times now and someone called me back to give me advice but theres a mask down in my area. Now let me explain this too you a manager was to call me back on Saturday this is now Tuesday!

@O2 how can I pay my bill without phoning you?- call centre takes forever to pick up, and myo2 has been closed down since leaving- I am just trying to pay my final bill.
