    @rachelmcnamee @O2 it doesnt stop my life obviously but i have to restart my phone several times a day as "resetting" myself seems to... idk it puts you top of the queue or something as a recent connected device not sure how it works exactly but leaving yourself connected for days goes slow

    @O2 now Im back in UK why did my roaming NOT work in Copenhagen? it connected to local provider/partner network but NO data & REFUSED to ring or recieve calls #Seriouslytickedoff

    @phorenzik @O2 The problem is you still need to cancel your account with them too otherwise they will report your missed payments to the credit agencies and it will give you issues with your score... I know it's expensive and annoying but you really want to buy the handset outright & have PAYG

    @O2 Its not that they were snapped up thats The problem! Its they where still saying they where available but I couldn’t get them! I will be cancelling all 3 of my contacts when they are up for renewal.

    @O2 @VictorMeldrew00 Im jumping on this post. O2 at the moment is the worst I have ever known. I have 1 bar of 3G it is making my phone unusable and I’m in a fury centre. Shocking service

    @O2 @CitizensAdvice how do I stand on o2,s appalling service ? I’m waiting for a reply from a month ago ! There’s been a mast out in my arrra since March , there Advertisement logo is were better of connected yet I can’t get connected ! But yet they Insist on still paying full price

    For the last five months or so I've had an O2 PAYG SIM to do network testing, but it doesn't support 5G, VoLTE or VoWiFi. O2 can't say when this will change (which also means O2 can't give a date to turn off 3G!), which is somewhat disappointing. What's the hold up @O2?
