    @O2 So really what you’re saying about the fault from Sept being fixed is a bit of a moot point, it’s all well and good telling customers that one fault has been fixed but there’s ‘1/2/3’ other issues that still need repairing, so until then we’re stuck without mobile internet…

    @O2 It’s been 2 weeks since I reported fraudulent activity on my account. Customer services keep telling me a different timeframe of when the fraud team will contact me. I’ve still heard nothing and my credit report is about to be affected. This is a nightmare.

    Hi @O2. I was without mobile data for 24 days because you're messing around with masts. I've tried to speak to representatives about this but they've basically ignored every message for the last week or so. So now the only option left is for me to cancel my payment. Thanks.

    @O2 If that’s the case, why haven’t I and many others been able to get mobile internet in the centre of Harrogate for months? It’s not even like it comes and goes, it just never works! Everything I check the network issues page there is always a fault which is being fixed…?
