@TfL needs to sort their issues out though. 2 games in last year. 2 nightmare experiences trying to get home on public transport. Wembley Park randomly closing last night and shoving us to Central to where we couldn’t catch the metropolitan line! No signal with @o2 to find out!

@O2 Can anyone advise ? Two weeks ago I sent a email to O2s complaints team requesting a letter of deadlock. This has not been responded to. Apart from showing how incompetent and dreadful O2 customer service is. Is there any way I can take O2 to the Ombudsman with out it ?

@O2 be careful guys, when getting on a journey with @o2, what was supposed to be a simple number transition became a nightmare that is taking now 5 days of me being cut off from my service right before my big European trip starting on Monday. It’s a big NO for @o2 , shame !

@O2 Day 143 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
