    Email from @O2 did I need satellite coverage, great if bagging munros in Scotland, or alternatively trying to get a phone signal in Kirkintilloch, Chryston, @glasgowfort or @hyatt hotel in Stratford. ๐Ÿ“ฑ

    @O2 Also trying to change my surname and your website won't let me upload my marriage certificate, even though it's in jpg. My local store in Romford wouldn't help at all.

    @BluesnJazzxx @O2 I am experiencing exactly the same but @O2 obviously can't realise there is an issue and get IT onto it. I have just had an offshore tech team ringing me about it. I hung up. It would be a lot easier to have a tech team over here with the app in front of them.

    @O2 you claim you have the perfect connection..so why am I getting slow loading times for normal Web pages when in built up areas? Last week at Ashton Gate, Bristol. No signal. Right now, im in Weston-Super-Mare in a trading estate with a god awful signal.

    Published Phone number for O2 Woolwich does not work. It connects, goes silent & disconnects the call after around 5 seconds. When I phone 02 customer services they cannot help me @O2

    @O2 so my iwatch decided to die,and Iโ€™m still paying for the sim,how do I cancel. Your amazing app only lets me cancel my phone airtime thatโ€™s linked? Also want a new watch.
