    Honestly @O2 are dreadful, mess around with the payment of my bill YET again which I paid and my services STILL aren’t up & running it’s been over 24hrs? Not to mention the customer service team being absolutely useless.

    @O2 I have an existing contract with you.I want to purchase a phone for an O2 SIM given to me by an O2 store.Your online system will not take my payment (funds are there, authorised in app).Your customer service can't find the phone I've picked.noone can take my money apparently

    @O2 signal used to be top tier! Since teaming up with @Virgin it’s probably time to leave. It’s awful!
