Zowie Yeo (@YeoZowie) reported@O2 when you ring an ex customer to resolve an issue but then hang up? This a way of you calling to say your tried to contact the customer and let it ring twice? And mark on the system as called the customer?? Really bad customer service….

Jonathan Paul Rodger (@jrodger2003) reported@O2 please advise your complaints service telephone number, dont appreciate being told you can't speak to a manager as no managers work at the weekend. Over 60mins on the phone, going round in circles. The member of staff couldn't help as her shift was finishing soon. Very poor!
