    @O2 Bought an o2 sim, getting no service everywhere, tried a sim swap, still having issues... I want to cancel. How do I go about this? And will I be stuck with the termination bill still because of this?

    @jonnyrb89 @O2 Also having the same issue since April. Been contacting the support team, unfortunately being told the same thing over again. Issue still unresolved. I’m either sounding like a robot or can’t be heard at all. Extremely frustrating.

    @O2 anyone else on o2 think the countrywide issues with a bad connection is due to so many phone companies using the o2 network? There has to be reason it’s so dreadful. Maybe it’s clogged up and knackered?

    @O2 have just been amazing on the phone helping cancel my dads mobile phone as he no longer needs it due not being able to work it anymore. The 2 people I spoke to were so helpful and sympathetic. Thank you #customerexperience

    @whichjoe @O2 If they don’t fix it or just lie to you about callbacks please retweet using BBCWatchdog, WhichUk and ofcom tags. I been told for 10 months issue was being addressed and like a Wally believed them

    @coachman_86 @O2 Hope you not waiting for a call before Xmas 2050. They won’t call and if they do it be load of rubbish and waffle. If they don’t call or don’t satisfy your problem then please think of retweeting complaint using BBCWatchdog, WhichUk and ofcom tags.
