    @O2 I've tried but it still won't let me use my rewards as that's all I want to do is to use the rewards I have without having to set up several ID and keep trying to sign in, it was way simpler when I could just go into the app and redeem my rewards

    @1903bw @O2 They can't, they've been told about it *checks date 5 months ago. They broke it and don't know how to fix it, I have complaint reference numbers but worthless unless they actually fix their customer account portal Can't wait to be shot of them

    @ungodlywheesa @O2 That's a bummer! What phone are you using? Most phones from 2020+ support eSIMs. If yours doesn't, it might be time for an upgrade — your future traveling self will thank you.

    @ungodlywheesa @O2 Oh no! What phone are you using? Most phones from 2019+ support eSIMs — even some budget ones. Drop your model and we'll check for you!

    @SophiePrestonHa @O2 Try the Telephone Preference Service. It doesn't always work, you can report the callers but the TPS can't always trace the company. As I have found out several times!

    @O2 my SIM has been deactivated early before my replacement arrived. I was told I’d keep service until I inserted the new SIM, but I now have no signal at all and cannot call support. Please urgently reactivate my old SIM
