    I have an @O2 Samsung phone. I leave it on mobile data and WiFi all the time. If I am not in a WiFi area then I struggle to do anything on the phone. It has always been this way. Why is this? Is the @O2 network just bloody shite? 🤔🤬

    Wish I could turn off 5G on my phone. Not because I believe in any of the conspiracys, it's just crap and way slower than my 4G was. @O2

    @O2 hi, I have had no phone signal since last night. I'm in RH16 and normally the signal is fine; it says on your website that a "mast isn't working as it should", is anything being done to rectify this?

    @O2 any known issues with top-ups? Didn't go through within app or on the website without login. Daughters phone, top up from parent debit card. Bank says no blocks in their side.
