After briefly ordering @virginmedia Ultimate Volt bundle on 18th October and cancelling within 12 hours and confirming again the next day. I am being chased by @O2 for payment for the sim only contract I cancelled. Neither company have competent customer service!

@o2 what is going on with your signal in the PA5 area. Johnstone and Elderslie have almost no data connectivity. It used to be good and it’s just gone downhill.

@O2 customer service is an absolute nightmare. Had my phone stolen and I waited nearly an hour and half to report it. Not only that, new sim doesn’t work and customer service continues to cancel phone call despite website telling me to call! So disappointing

@O2 @MarkEvansO2 been a customer for yrs. then in summer you email to say I can change contract early (no exit fee), so I do. Then suddenly Ive a debt agency demanding £95 (which is untrue), and credit score just gone down. You haven’t contacted me once. It’s a disgrace. Shambles
