    @O2 over an hour on your dumb chat and the agent still hasnt got me through security. Talk about slow service! 1 reply every 12 or so mins what the point of having a online chat if its this slow? Im 1h 30mins in and still not help… where are you hiring these people?

    @O2 worst customer service centre on earth. Have been trying to unlock my account for 2 months with no luck. You’re still happy to take my money though!

    Had to move from @O2 due to terrible local service/not getting texts when they're sent - they've charged me £25 for the privilege of moving to a provider who *will* let me communicate via text. 🙄

    @O2 Logging into your app is a truly horrific experience, god knows the last tiem i was able to lgon. You send me test about competition cant login, want to access my account cant login.
