@O2 hi trying to pay my bill as its a few days late (using a new card) but unable to pay it as it keeps saying payment is in progress on my o2, I've had no email to say it's paid or anything please look into this as I've been with o2 for years and never had trouble before

@O2 @allfor1john @o2 Your mobile data speeds have gone right down last 6 months sometimes says you have 4G and get nothing, phone only ever works right when connected to wifi.

@allfor1john @ladbible @O2 Same here. Was BT Cellnet that became O2. Since 2003 the signal has dwindled to now nothing within 6 miles. Only saviour is WiFi calling.

@martynhardacre @O2 This is business as usual for O2 sadly. I reported my home and also my work as no/slow data and they have been "working" on the problem for 6 months with nothing to show for it. If I was actually paying for this (work phone) I would leave.

@O2 is your website down? I’ve tried to proceed from basket to checkout numerous times today and it just reloads. Have tried using online chat but that was no help.

Been an O2 customer for a whole 7 days and honestly never known a phone network be so crap. Trying to cancel my contract in the cooling off period but OBVIOUSLY there is no one available to talk to on the chat function. @O2

@q3b @O2 It’s disgusting, and then the excuse is “the network will become unstable in busy areas” it’s almost 2023 and we rely on our phones for almost everything, it’s not good enough, get more masts installed especially when charging so much for a data plan.

Sick to death of not having any signal with @O2 you log a problem and all you get back is we are working on it and will touch within a week! Come on @O2 sort it out! Shocking customer care !

@O2 I redeemed the cinema codes even have a picture and it doesn’t let me apply it! I liturally was planning to go after work tommorow with my sister who has same issue. We both have pictures of odeon codes
