Alice Mowse 💙 🌱❤️ (@AliceMowse) reported@O2 why aren't you offering compensation for customers going up to 8 days without being able to stream anything properly on mobile Internet and everything really slow. Thank you for £25 off my £25 bill but this is getting ridiculous now. Ì've until recently paid £60pm for years

John Till (@JohnTillUK) reported@sackedseafarer @O2 Not this time, my original complaint was about that - their resolution, after lots of back and forth, was to allow me to leave without paying an early termination fee (so a £380 saving). Sean Barrett (@SeanRBarrett) reported@monzo Thanks, I tried the chat option but it was just the AI assistant that wasn’t much help. Have since googled it and see you’re using the O2 network. Unfortunately in the 6yrs since I left @O2 they’ve still not brought 5G to west wales.! Which is a deal breaker.
