    @O2 Having an absolute nightmare trying to bring my number over from another network. The online form is asking for the password I'd use to contact customer services, not to into the site with? I've only ever chosen one password.

    @O2 customer service is appalling over 20mins and 2 different people 3 times going through same security questions just to pay a final bill. Then for the o2 person to say they will get 02 to phone me.

    @O2 was looking to possibly change to you from EE but after buying a PAYG sim to see how it works around me there is no chance I would change over. Your network coverage shows good 4g outside and inside which complete lies. Download 2mbps and upload 0mbps.

    @O2 I need to cancel my current contract which is due to roll over in a couple of days but your phone line keeps sending me to a dead line. If I don’t get this sorted I will be charged and into a new contact. Can you please help?
