@TheReal06563674 @O2 Oh nothing, they are no good with phone settings. It’s just ridiculous. Basically means I can never use my laptop on the internet again

  • MadMazzzzzz Maz (@MadMazzzzzz) reported

@O2 your advisor was suppose to put me on hold “to look into something”!!! But instead hang up! Now I’m on hold for the last 30 minutes!!!!!!!!!

  • TheRealNooshu Matt Hobbs (@TheRealNooshu) reported

@StuRobson @O2 I'm very interested in seeing what other providers do with this. I wonder why they have this issue? Traffic shaping, content filtering maybe?

  • Kungfuspoon James Finlayson (@Kungfuspoon) reported

@O2 shout out to O2, your network speeds are making me nostalgic for the heady heights of 56k dial-up!

  • baronesspawsey Louisa ⭐️⭐️ (@baronesspawsey) reported

@O2 I have tried everything and it’s just not working, what is the point of having 5G on the phone if you can’t use it on the laptop?

  • megankaty95 Megan katy (@megankaty95) reported

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. DONT GO WITH O2. How with so much technology around can I get no service. @O2

  • baronesspawsey Louisa ⭐️⭐️ (@baronesspawsey) reported

So just looked up @O2 personal hotspot help page and it says you have to have 3G or 4G so does that mean personal hotspots don’t work on 5G

  • evf_c Lizz (@evf_c) reported

@baronesspawsey @O2 Password the same? You might have to "forget" the network on your laptop wifi settings

  • Kungfuspoon James Finlayson (@Kungfuspoon) reported

@O2 I've reported the issue through the my network app for a few months, O2 is always aware of the issue but gives up updating me on the resolution after a week. I wonder if you'd give up that quickly if I stopped paying my direct debit. 🤔

@TheReal06563674 @O2 Bloody ridiculous for five years I ran my laptop off my phone, not once did I have a problem. Now it doesn’t pick the phone up if it’s on 5G if I turn it down to 4G then it finds the phone but won’t connect. Bloody useless
