@djacid25 @virginmedia These companies don't care about customers as long as they're taking our money, you'd think with you being a loyal customer they'd do better, I'm having issues with @O2 with my signal being so poor and keep getting fobbed off apparently no issue found

@O2 why have you taken money from me when you promised to not do so when I left within contract because your service was so poor? Have spoken to a cust serv rep a few weeks ago and promised to reverse but nothing has been done. I'm fuming.

@O2 hi, my phone bill was supposed to come out today but the payment still hasn’t been taken? i’ve had a direct debit set up to come out on the 21st each month for a long time now and it’s never done this before. enough money in the account, usually comes out around 3am.

Anyone else just despair of @o2 and @virginmedia. customer service. Was in a good mood when I contacted o2 with a simple question - 5 departments later, with me getting angrier at every one, they hung up on me.

@O2 There are no listed issues in my area, I am in contract period. Since you launched 5G in the area the 4G network seems to have ground to a halt.
