    @O2 I fixed it this morning. Critical parts of your website (log in to My Account) we’re down yesterday. There are other ways to maintain a website. It’s just lame. Need to upgrade my sons phone but think I’ll move him into EE.

    @O2 please fix you're system. I transferred my phone contract to O2 yesterday lunch time and it took till after 6pm tonight to get network coverage. And now when I try register with O2 online... The Web page is down. Not a great experience for a new customer. #disappointed

    @O2 Finding where to cancel a contract I dont need online, I think I would have more chance threading a needle blindfolded whilst wearing boxing gloves..

    O2 literally has to be the worst company for service in the UK. Phone says 5G, even though 5G isn't available in my area, and I get no data. Switch to 4G only and still no data. Sort your act out in the TS10 area @O2.

    @O2 how do I cancel amazon prime that came with my phone deal? I have been charged £7 for something I didn't actually want in the first place?
