@O2 please try and help me. I've ordered a phone on Nov 8th and it's still not arrived. Getting through to your customer services is pointless as it takes too long and I keep getting passed from one person to another, who doesn't seem able to help. Urgent response required. #o2

@O2 Had no internet since this morning - had to stand in the cold for 1.5 hours to borrow a local supermarkets wifi. Called o2 customer service and they say ‘wait it out’. Also returned home and no signal at all. Require Internet and signal for my job. Not good enough.

Have spent hours trying to get through to @O2 Customer Services. Now waiting (again), for a call from a Manager to hopefully resolve this issue. If not resolved today, @O2 will be losing two customers of 30 years plus. Extremely disappointed in @O2
