Hi @o2 - when purchasing my sim only with you, I entered a PAC code. My service from Vodafone is being cut off today but the number on my O2 account is a new one. When I put my new sim in will it change over? Thanks!

@Claire_Edberg @O2 I’ve an S21 but this might be an option on yours. Go into Messages (you want the main screen where it lists all of your texts) In Search Conversations box there is 3 dots, click on this. In the Drop Down menu select Settings Near to the bottom is Spam Protection, select this

@O2 don’t actually know what the point of paying my bill is, second time in the last 2 weeks signal has been completely out in Spalding for multiple days so I’ve not been able to use my phone at work. Poor

@ailsabm @O2 Wait what?! FFS. That's supposed to be part of the contract thing. I had to cancel audible and restart and it was close in terms of dates but I'm surprised you had less than a month to use it :/

So when @O2 said we are going to contact you and resolve your problem, after all that happened - they just decided to ask for details and password, and then they closed their computer for the day and left the issues unresolved. So, after various issues - today i will terminate

@O2 Thanks for the reply. I’ve attempted those things but it’s not better. Also - when I check your network status there is ALWAYS a problem with a mast nearby.
