    @O2 absolutely disgusting aftercare service. Calling #Apple liars, well apparently saying that apple intentionally misled me isn’t the same as saying apple lied. Oh well back to apple

    @O2 You would think, in Bournemouth town centre, I would get a decent coverage. I had to hover outside the doors of a restaurant to hook on to their unsecured network because there’s no O2 data coverage.

    @virginmedia @O2 The slowest service team I have ever experienced. It takes me an hour to speak to someone who deals with the contract cancellation service, but the ridiculous thing is that they hang up the phone........... and it happened twice in a day....

    Hi @MarkEvansO2 is there any way I can get a few mins of your time to give you some feed back from a day one customer @O2 im really disappointed and dissatisfied with the service i have been getting from @O2 to the point I am willing to leave and terminate all my contracts (4)

    @O2 god help us with your merger with #VirginmediaO2. If your service gets as bad as @virginmedia then I’m pulling ALL my contracts out from you. O2 have been my best network, now others are being looked at. #justsaying cos @virginmedia are the worst ever.
