    @O2 Why can you not give me an upgrade, comparable with new deals, I've been an O2 customer for 15years+. Yet I can get Nord2 for £27 /45gb/no upfront cost/24m contract, but all you offer as an upgrade is Nord2 £35/5gb for 36m!!! Sort it out 🙄

    @O2 I've sent you some DM messages about the problems I'm having with you overcharging my accounts. You may want to look into it. Last Sunday I gave you 28 days to fix the issue before reporting it to the #Ombudsman - the first week is almost up, and you haven't sorted it...

    @O2 Every single time I'm here, it doesn't work. I'm paying money each month for something not to work. Each & every time I Tweet about your terrible service, you always say Sorry. Sorry is NOT GOOD enough. Looks like I'll have to cancel & tell my friends too
