    Seriously fed up with @O2 - constantly sending me back and forth, with making a payment, one minute it’s not on their system, the next I receive letters asking for payment, and when you get in contact, they don’t help and brush you off - this has been going on for months!!

    @O2 @ChechuzM Hi - I took a montly o2 contract 8 days ago. It worked well until you ported the number from vodafone. Since then I cannot connact at all. I contacted help, bit it just ‘logged a complaint’. How do I cancel. It is within 14 days.

    Big shout out to Lewis at the @O2 store in Wakefield. I went it to try and pay for my phone repair after 202 couldn't help me and changing my weekend plans to accommodate. Whilst I couldn't get it paid he did everything he could to help me.

    @O2 hey o2 wanna sort your customer services team out just been hung up on after being on hold for an hour. Tried the online chat been on there for 4 hours and noones helping they just keep leaving the chats before even saying anything piss take

    @bombdiggy__ @O2 If I’m not on the wifi in most places, I have no signal and they tell you to call when you have no signal but how can you call without signal?? Mind games

    @O2 dealt with some truly awful members of your team today trying to now make a formal complaint via email and get my phone back and no one will give me an email address please sort this out asap
