    @kokeshimum @O2 Why on earth have you stayed with O2 for 15 years? Of the 4 (now 3) operators, they are easily the worst.

    Hey @O2 it's been almost a month now of not being able to log into priority and after three calls and a visit to a shop it's still not working. They workers in the shop weren't even aware of the issue.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Without being disrespectful to Cambodia, we had 5G and no problems. Presumably in this country, it all comes down to money.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I’ve been 02 since it was Bt Cellnet. Finally left last year. Round my area got so bad, barely any signal in my house and surrounding areas. We were using WhatsApp WiFi to call. It’s been so poor for many people round here.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I live near four major cities. On 4G I can’t get an internet connection, cuts out constantly mid calls as soon as drops from 5G to 4G. O2 is broken.

    @O2 trying to buy something from your shop, get to payment page and it tells me u are having issues and to call a no, only the number it tells u to call is to talk about your phone acc, btw, your app is hard work since u merged with virgin,

    @Char_Tutton @AmazonUK Yes I can. @O2 They left me without a working phone for 2 months. Even sent my broken phone to their repair centre and it came back still broken. Cancelled my direct debit mid contract and they sent debt collectors after me. I still didnt pay them

    @kokeshimum @O2 Left them for Smarty earlier in year. Bill went from £24 and shite service to £8 20 Years A Customer and nothing from them.
