    @Chriswa19691781 @O2 That’s not the only thing that can’t be done with O2 at the moment! Are you able to pay your bills on the app or website? I’m not and quite a few others aren’t either. There is something broken on their end and no one is looking into it

    Chatted with @O2 as my international dialling bolt on was cancelled when my contract ended and I didn’t realise. Finally got onto a supervisor who said pay or we will face service disruption, I told them I would pay but wasn’t happy, they reissued the threat and hung up.

    What the hell has happened to @O2 mobile phone coverage over the last few months. The areas where my phone reads No Signal is becoming ridiculous, making my job as a courier virtually impossible, as the GPS continually dropping out

    @O2 Yes I’ve done that several times over the last couple of months. I’ve gone from full signal to none of 1 or 2 bars and calls not connecting or dropping all the time

    How can anyone not feel like they in the stone age again when going to Challaborough Bay in Devon with at least like no signal in the area with @EE and @O2 mobile networks
