Hi @O2 .. recently upgraded and am able to claim a reward from Samsung but I have not recived a copy of my invoice to do this ... how do I go about getting one and is it something you can help with? Thanks

@O2 I'm back in Stoke now! I went London the previous weekend, no problem. Southport last Thursday, no problem. Back in Stoke, no problem. The only place I had a problem was Blackpool! I don't think that is a phone / setting problem!

@O2 All sorted. There'd been an issue verifying eligibility at @virginmedia side, not sure what because addresses were corrected days before. New router coming on Wednesday. Already have O2 benefits on both sims.

@seanohara07 @O2 @ThreeUK Sadly I’m finding big companies care less and less about retaining loyal customers. My dad has just closed all of his bank accounts (not an insubstantial amount) with a well known bank after 50 years as a customer due to their poor handling of the situation when we lost my mum.
