  @mattstingray @O2 Don’t worry your bill will go up by £4 in April and they tell you it’s to improve service! Had better signal in 🇧🇬, 🇪🇸, 🇨🇭 and 🇫🇷 off the local providers than I do with one of the main players in 🇬🇧

  @mattstingray @O2 I was with O2 when they were BT Cellnet they got worse and worse moved to @lebara I now pay a quarter of what I was for an excellent service, I only had one issue since moving called them and it was sorted in an 8 minute call including waiting time.

  I was told on the phone that I'd be able to use my allowances in Turkey but I'm getting no data. Roaming is on, data is on, but no mobile data. I'm a Volt customer. Help, please. @O2

  Thinking of switching from @O2 because their network is lacking. Haven’t been able to get decent signal at all for months and today, could get signal when I was in direct line of sight of one of their masts.

  @O2 What a ***** up!! Order new phone and they try to deliver 100 mls away, spent 2 hours on phone and they attempt redelivery only for it to end up 100 mls away again at the same destinatio. This has taken a week to sort and still no new phone, hence to say I've now cancelled said new phone and now looking at new new phone provider, By the way this is not a knee jerk reaction, months of poor signal and network have been part of my decision to leave, the latest ***** up, being the straw that broke the camels back!

  @O2 Also trying to change my surname and your website won't let me upload my marriage certificate, even though it's in jpg. My local store in Romford wouldn't help at all.

  @O2 @giffgaff will you PLEASE do something about the dreadful mobile signal issue in and around Penzance? I understand it is a mast issue? Can only call when near WiFi!

  @O2 Hi, are you having issues in the LN11 area (Louth, Lincolnshire)? The service checker says it's perfect 5G, but it really isn't! People are talking about it on the FB community pages. You can't get on banking apps, send or receive on WhatsApp or Messenger, nothing at all!
