    @O2 absolute worst telephone company, avoid at all costs! I have tried cancelling a contract now 5 times within the first 14 days, even after being contacted by the complaints department and given compensation the contract is still not cancelled, absolute joke of a company.

    @ChloeeMcclay @O2 Same, driving to work today couldn’t get enough signal to play a single song the entire 45 minute journey apart from leaving my drive then it stopped 🙃

    @O2 Update!!!!...just received from o2!!!..apparently they have found the problem and are awaiting the parts to repair mast signal!!.....BS!!....You told me that months ago!!...then it was bird's nesting in mast!!...then you couldn't get access to the mast!!..

    @O2 Maybe you didn’t read what I wrote! I can’t get through. O2 hung up on me. I can’t cancel online! My phone is not O2. I have a MiFi and your website can’t cope. I was told to cancel was stop paying. And you threaten me!!!!!

    @O2 It’s showing as busy but no matter what area’s I check around where I live it’s showing as busy, this is constantly a problem for me so I’m not happy at all. Pointless for me to have a phone that just constantly has networking problems.

    @O2 have tried consistently to contact o2 recycle or indeed anyone in customer support. Wait on hold 30 mins to be told they can’t help. No one responds to email. Can’t wait to terminate contract. Appalling service. Avoid.
