    Hi @O2, I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I’m trying to do something as simple as upgrade my phone. Today I’ve experienced doc upload, payment, app login, chat, form failures, spent 60 minutes on hold today and still no resolution. Awful customer service. Unacceptable!

    @kokeshimum @O2 I live near four major cities. On 4G I can’t get an internet connection, cuts out constantly mid calls as soon as drops from 5G to 4G. O2 is broken.

    Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis

    @AmyJoSays @O2 Massively down. I wonder if there's anyway of finding out. Freedom of information only applies to government organisations doesn't it.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Networks share infrastructure the networks are under invested. Buy a new phone from the network pay 70-80 a month even after phones paid off. They were minted not anymore. Most people I know including me buy a phone & pay 10-15-20 quid a month no contract

    @O2 I’ve tried everything that your website recommends on every occasion that I have no service… however I shouldn’t have to The service should work 99% of the time and it doesn’t. My contract is up in less than a month so I’ll be likely finding something new!

    @O2 tell me how I'm supposed to make an online claim about my stolen iPhone when every time I try and use the link it comes up with error 401 unauthorised. What is my £15 a month actually doing if I can't access this ****?????

    Since @O2 and @virginmedia got together what shite show it is. O2 signal is terrible and Virgin WiFi has went from being brilliant to petty poor
