    @clairew11864401 @O2 Yes, got them through O2 browser, although kicked out just before 9.30, I just left refreshing and got through to AXS queue just after ten. Got my tickets at 10.20….so lucky, didn’t realise the bigger issue until later 😳

    @O2 @Bielsaball_1 It’s not about being successful though is it O2. No real customers could get on the app as it was down, yet you sold all tickets. Needs an investigation. Would be interesting to see where they all went, as something is not adding up here.

    @Jammers1306 @O2 Another who was too lazy to check or u just a bandwagon jumper???? Gigs and tours were doing the sales and ud be directed there from 02 BUT if ud big boy pants on u could Google help and not spend time crying on twitter......

    @GothMedicine @O2 I never have good signal anywhere. It used to be spot on but for the last few months it’s been terrible, they have told me the mast is faulty but that can’t be everywhere
