@O2 Had no consistent signal since August last year, a mast went down on 1st January and not been fixed yet then a 2nd mast went down on Sunday so had no signal at home for 3 days. Not good enough for a big company.

@O2 Yes. Well, no, as it doesn't work. I mean I enter the numbers & press the little green phone symbol but it doesn't work. Kind of my original tweet complaint thing.

@O2 I've had the same problem with EE, Vodafone and 3. They managed to sort the problem out within 4 hours. Three weeks later and you lot are still sending me demanding letters. Says a lot for your customer services. USELESS.

Wish I could afford to buy myself out of my @O2 contract so I can switch to @EE. Constantly doing work in our area but the service gets worse and worse every day. We're at tuw point where I can't make a phone call from my own house. Pathetic.
