@O2 @O2OurBlueprint switch over with a PAC code.. no update on number switch, been 10days..no one available online chat, wait one hour in queue to be told to hang on and phone gets disconnected! Seriously sad service! #o2

@O2 2/2 a call back from your last resolution team and if we can't resolve it get a deadlock letter so I can go to ofcom, only to not receive a call for the 3rd time, then spend all even on the phone to find you've closed the case with no call again!

@O2 @pricesamuel56 Same for me. I have called today to try and arrange an upgrade but you can’t or won’t match another deal and don’t seem interested in losing a customer. Asked to speak to customer service, put on hold and then hung up on when got through

@O2 Hello. My phone was disconnected yesterday despite my account being up to date with a payment due in the 9th and no warning. I paid yesterday anyway and over 24hrs has passed and no service is back i cannot even call 202 or 2729 just automates and cuts off.

@asda_mobile too late; already moved to @O2 . The issues with payments is the same as a multitude of Asda customers are having.
