    @O2 Still not received an email with details of my win (on the Blue Monday spinning wheel on Monday this week) - for a Greggs Sweet Treat. Searched in O2 Prioirtiy App, and cannot find the reference code anymore :o( - Definitely won - but now confused :o(

    @O2 @Happyengland79 And this is why everyone leaves O2. The network is shockingly bad, it’s expensive and the customer service is 10X worse!

    Does anyone know how I can swap phone providers ASAP @O2 hasnt had signal where I work for weeks and ive 2 phones I cant ring or text anyone on constantly. Incase of a work emergency im knackered.

    @O2 will we be reimbursed for the service outage in BT703HE and surrounding areas? A phone mast isn't working, your agent can't say when it will be fixed. Paying for a service and no communication, no ETA of service restoration and no data/coverage.

    @O2 my account has been blocked for 2 weeks now and i cannot get in touch with anyone to help. left me 2 weeks without being able to use data/make phone calls. Absolute poor service
