    Brilliant @O2 I'm locked out my account and when I try to reset my password, the one time short code you send me isn't being accepted, it says its not valid. I've tried it a couple of times and same result. What a stupid system. How am I meant to access my account?

    @O2 Thank you for replying I booked the tickets with 02. Priority when I was a customer. I’m no longer a customer so it won’t let me log in. Tickets are for westlife at Wembley next Saturday

    @O2 Why can't i sort out a credit check problem over the phone ? Why does it have to be a 48hr wait for an Email ???? Your such a frustrating company to deal with 😫 😡😡😡😡 if i wasn't such a tech phobic i would of left years ago 😡😡😡

    @O2 Hi, yes tried that a couple of times. The sim didn’t connect to the network at all when I first put it in. After called CS it now does but I can’t dial out or take any calls.

    @O2 @o2 - Right. I've done that. No one has replied. I've rung. They said they'd work on something and call back in an hour. it's now been 4. I've tried live chat, who took incompetence to a new level and promised help in 5 days time. This is not right. My number is broken. Help me.

    @O2 No. Please don’t tell me that’s why it won’t work. We were only told to turn the phone on to Register it to the network. I called the phone from Cyprus and it worked in the U.K. Now nothing. Can’t top it up. This is crazy
