    @Nessiethesosage @O2 @MoneySavingExp Doesn't say much for a phone company when everyone is relating to the calls cutting off does it 🙄 I got one person laugh at me as well saying that customer service doesn't know how returns works so I shouldn't listen to them. The internal departments even don't have a clue.

    @virginmedia @O2 An still nothing from o2. Virgin, you made a big mistake joining forces. They will bring you down like they have done to their many unsatisfied customers. Loyalty clearly gets me no where!
