    Dear @O2 please do some QC on your telephone service team on 08009777337. Almost completely unintelligible. Singaporean{?) accent so thick it needed many, many repetitions. "Thankyousomuchforthat" after my every answer extremely irritating. v frustrating

    @DelBoy80s @EnglandRugby @O2 And he makes poor decisions in defence. Ultimately we will never agree on this but I suspect you wouldn't have an issue if he played for any other team.

    @ungodlywheesa @O2 What phone are you using? Most phones from the last 5+ years support eSIMs! If yours does, you could be set up in under 2 minutes — no store visit, no paperwork, no SIM tray needed.

    @olive_blacklab @O2 Not ideal. I’m sick of it. Theres next to no reception at mum’s on any network, and at home I show 5G but data never works and calls are poor quality.

    So, after more than ONE WEEK waiting for my promised call back from @O2 i am still waiting for you to resolve my serious complaint. Your customer service is frankly appalling. Call me back this week without fail!!!
