  4/4 bars and 4G.. yet nothing is working.. @o2 you need to absolutely sort your **** out.. i’m paying for **** all clearly.. oh, i’m outside aswell, i’d understand if it was inside but no, fill everything and outside and i’ve got nothing. utterly useless

  How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me. My wrist hurts a lot. 💔 Just thinking about it makes me cry @O2 I hope you can read my email.

  @O2 how are your systems so fundamentally broken? Cannot login on the app, cannot login through the website (tried incognito mode also). Been happening for months and months - surely you must be aware of this problem? How is it taking so long to be fixed!!

  @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

  @O2 What a ***** up!! Order new phone and they try to deliver 100 mls away, spent 2 hours on phone and they attempt redelivery only for it to end up 100 mls away again at the same destinatio. This has taken a week to sort and still no new phone, hence to say I've now cancelled said new phone and now looking at new new phone provider, By the way this is not a knee jerk reaction, months of poor signal and network have been part of my decision to leave, the latest ***** up, being the straw that broke the camels back!

  @O2 ME19 and ME20 areas are shocking their seems to be no point being with o2 if you can’t make and receive calls or get online it’s 2026 ffs you report it and it’s the same excuse we aware of a problem and we are trying to fix it but it never seems to happen !!!!!
