    @virginmedia Yes. I've called, I've emailed, complained and visited in store as well as tagging them in the original post. More people should know how yours & @O2 are extremely unhelpful in resolving any of this, almost as if you don't need to care about customers or the service they receive.

    .@o2 got another spam Indian call saying they can save me money. this is the number they said they called from +44 20 3582 7454 Please ensure you keep the “we will never ask you for this code” to stop those less savvy from falling for these ***** little weasels
