How do I go about cancelling my contract? You provide the worst customer service. Im currently on hold for which has now been 25 minutes. Your employees are so incompetent and can’t answer basic questions.Lastly, your signal is a disgrace, by far the worst provider out there @O2

Can you please stop using the absolute worst delivery people, @O2 ? DHL are atrocious. They’ve never managed to properly deliver a parcel to me ever.

@O2 They stopped updating the delivery tracker at 8am today, save for one update at 7pm saying they weren’t delivering today. They are the absolute worst.

@O2 Hi there. No it's not working via our laptop, nor when we're using our phones on wifi. But turning wifi off on our phone and using data seems to work. Weird!

@O2 made a monumental **** up of my bill and took an unauthorised payment of £120 from my bank. I called their customer services and was advised to do a chargeback, while they sorted the error. They are now threatening late payment fees. Sort it, or I cancel the contract!

Hi @O2. I've joined rejoined and when I ordered my sim I entered the puk code to transfer my number from three to o2. I have my o2 sim but the number did not transfer and its impossible to speak to anyone at o2 phone or chat. Can you help resolve or advise? Thanks
