    @O2 Looking at the Network map what is good is rather subjective. Two bars isn’t good. Be honest and say the postcodes where you say it’s good just isn’t for data. The entire corridor running from Alwoodley- Chapletown is poor and towards St James’s is poor and has always been. Maybe it’s just geography

    How poor is your service my O2 app Been trying to upgrade for over a week all I get is an error message tried going through 202 that was about as useless as your app One more attempt failed in going to EE truly peed off with it now @O2

    @bombdiggy__ @O2 Their Map checker is not worth the programming that made it! It could not be further from reality. Sitting in the car park at the hospital (no obstructions) and I can't even join a simple Teams call. Useless network!

    @virginmedia @O2 I can only assume the reason I’m getting an IDF-12B error is because I’m now using a Sky connection rather than a Virgin one. Same computer, no VPN… Trying to get into my O2 account btw… which support line do I contact?
