The phone shows signal, but data traffic is effectively zero. I’ve tested the other three UK networks in the same locations and they all work perfectly. What exactly is wrong with your service? As you can see it connected to you do no data traffic? Why?

miniblob (@miniblob_dnr) reported@GitGrumpygit @LUDENClassics @O2 Amazed to hear that!!! In the South East, it's shocking!!! Motorways, Trainlines, Rural areas barely covered, if at all!!! Town centres seem to have way too little capacity so just unusable, if you get a signal!!! Not sure what sort of area O2 actually works in to be honest!!!

John Kirby (@csljohnkirby) reported@Alicetweets @O2 credits of £165 and £54.42 missing been on hold, cut off through security 5 times since 16.17 today, and it is now 18.14 and told that the credits have been moved, but they can not tell me where, and there is no senior person than the rude and obstructive individual I am talking to, and he has lied to me three times during this call, which is mean to be recorded.

Paz DLXV (@paz565) reported@O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.
