@O2 here's a strange one, O2 sent me a replacement phone no problem but refuse to take the old one back! Courier wasn't instructed to take it back so despite O2's error I am now completely liable for the phone

So, so far with being @O2 since I joined them on Saturday, I've had 3 days of no Internet during the day until around 9pm at night. This properly sucks. I have stuff to do during the day that needs access to the Internet. @O2 can you sort this out ASAP?

@O2 "For now" Virgin Media have a terrible reputation for increasing bills without informing the customer and for threatening calls about unpaid bills.... I've been an o2 customer for over 11 years and WHEN Virgin take over, I'll be leaving for a different provider.

  • stuartrdedrick IAmAnAnalyst (@stuartrdedrick) reported

@O2 Hello again @O2. I'm on about day 5 of not having any service, the second consecutive month of failure. Please can you investigate again, and also tell me how you're going to ensure it doesn't keep happening? I think it's fair to say this will be my last time before switching.

  • NoOneCa33700598 NoOneCares (@NoOneCa33700598) reported

@O2 I do not appreciate text messages accusing me of not paying my bill when I have. This is not nice and causes me to have an anxiety attack. My contract with O2 is nearly over so I will be looking for a different provider who doesn't harass me. I've been a customer for 12 years

@_carleyanne_ @O2 A lot of cinemas have Black Widow down as a ‘no free tickets’ film until next week, think that might be the problem. Standard practice in the industry unfortunately.
