Hey @O2 why, why, WHY can you not port my number from VIRGIN to you? Have rung, followed your advisor's instructions and it didn't work, visit local store and it didn't work and met another disgruntled customer on his 3rd attempt in store. It's ridiculous and I'm paying twice!!!!

@Ofcom never again! @O2's been good at offering sweetners to subscriptions such as @DisneyPlus+; it's quick to set up and had taken me over an hour going round the site trying to cancel it, seems like a surreptitious con to me, plus a 45min wait to talk to someone #TechTIPs101™

@O2 how do I get to speak to a manager failing that I will go to the ombudsman every customer services person gives a different response just want to revert to devious tel number what should take max 24 hours taken a week

@O2 Any ideas why I'm suddenly unable to send texts to just one of my contacts? Just get messages saying 'Not delivered'. They are able to send me messages and I'm not blocked on their mobile. Not having any problems with any other contacts.

@O2 2/2 The delay and the long waiting times to speak to Customer services are unacceptable, so within the 14 day cooling off period we have both cancelled out contract with you. Very disappointing and a waste of our time. 😡
