    @O2 my wife had her phone stolen and O2 helpline is absolutely the opposite. I would like to speak to someone based in the UK as soon as possible - your customer service operative seems to think O2 shops in the UK are open

    @O2 you guys don't half know how to play dodgy, sent phone in for recycle quoted £153, nearly 2 weeks later get a message saying revised quote is now £27 cus the touchscreen is "apparently" not working...bull I had that phone for 3 years and never had any faults it's flawless!!

    @O2 any idea when 5g will be in the Midlands because I'm paying for a 5g contract,and nothing,I have too go bham or Liverpool for a good 5g signal

    been cut off 3 times after waiting to get through @O2 , been on live chat got cut off...still no further forward with my issue with my IPad!

    @O2 After asking for another PAC number 3 times it's all sorted, I got a text this morning from my new network to say my number would be switched over today.
