    @O2 I picked up an eSIM pack today and explained that I would activate it myself when I got home as I didn't have my new phone with me. So thanks for killing my existing eSIM and leaving me without service for the rest of the day.

    @O2 not happy i have bars of signal yet no data and no incoming or outgoing calls. Dont nornaly have this issue where i am looked on your website and it says service is all ok .... what do u sugest o2?

    @virginmedia 4pm. But also to go with this @o2 are having similar issues in the area and I have no signal from them unless I go out and travel. So overall both parts of the virgin media and o2 group are not working as they should
