@O2 want to upgrade to s21 plus on your site over 3 years would cost over £2000 through o2 but can get the same phone over 2 years through 3rd party on your network at just over £1000 ehats the deal with that ????

@O2 I have rebooted several times. On the help page on o2 app they have said another 24 hours! That makes it 36 hours.That’s quite unacceptable as I need the phone for work today. Please can you look into it further?

@O2 (2 of 2) To have use of neither their existing no. (that they want to keep) nor the one that came with the new phone and contract (which they don't) since requesting this at 5pm on Friday and then having to do all the chasing doesn't inspire. Is the tech issue actually fixed?
