    @O2 been awaiting 3 days for a callback from a manager due to lack of service im getting. I was told would take max 24-48 hours to get a callback. How long should I be waiting? Been getting more and more fed up with the treatment I am receiving.

    @o2 are literally the worst phone company ever! 4 calls to customer service with an operator actually lying on the phone, visit to #harrowO2 branch today and a staff member who’s told me he’s been made redundant, cannot assist with any iphone purchase and has just walked out!! 😱

    @O2 Can you help? I’m try to process my NHS discount on the O2 open site, it won’t accept my NHS work email and won’t let me attach two photos needed as my pay slip is now electronic so all the info needed not on one screen shot.
