Recently had quite the experience changing my mobile provider to @o2 ordered on 24th Nov and it has taken 3 weeks to have a hopefully have a fully functioning service. Due to delays caused by o2 and royal mail strikes. I received my first bill before I received the new sim.

@O2 why is my sim card still not provisioned? Spoken with 5 CS reps today from another number and cut off 4 of them... Still waiting to use my phone after 8 days. No one at O2 gives a crap #notimpressed #badcustomerservice

@cjenscook @O2 Been using them about 5 years now. Never had an issue. I pay £6p/m, unlimited texts, calls & about 2gb data. Accumulated 10gb now which carries over. The big bonus is that each time you pay the monthly, it adds to your credit score! 1 month minimum contract term. Sim only mind.
