    @O2 Reason I hate o2 mobile data is shockingly slow even 5g same goes for sorting out esim left me without service for a day not ideal when you don’t have a home phone so can’t speak to anyone unless you go into the store

    @O2 ✅I will barely get 3G coverage despite the fact I live in a area that has good 5G Coverage. Then O2 will reply back to your tweet with their useless nEtwOrK gUidE which does nothing to solve the connection issues.

    @O2 O2 will slow your data speed or will restrict data speed if you are on low paid tariff or if you purchased the tariff from third party comparison sites, o2 then blames it on their masts.

    @O2 No signal anywhere where I live, priority is a joke and never works, can’t go to the EU as O2 keep increasing their prices for profit, can’t Google presents as don’t get a signal. Literally the worst phone company I’ve ever been with and cannot wait for the day my contract ends

    @O2 Go in store to cancel an old contract. Told it’s cancelled… years later I’m still paying for said contract and can’t seem to cancel
