    @O2 having an issue with my phone and calling 202 doesn't work nor does the stupid auto aurua service I need a direct number to a HUMAN asap

    My new @O2 sim card I received as part of my upgrade still has yet to be activated. It's been over 48 hours, and I have most likely missed several important calls and texts because of this. Going to switch providers pretty bloody quickly if this issue doesn't get resolved.
