    I have people all across Europe laughing at how bad @virginmedia and especially how bad @O2 are. Those O2 speeds/no connection are getting so many giggles, just days after saying one lives in a 3rd world country for no prime next day. Thanks you to, you make it special.

    @O2 @EnglandRugby Hi, I’m having trouble finding the tickets. You say you’ve held back 500 for priority customers but I am not seeing any. I just get directed to the same webpage that the normal tickets are released on and therefore cannot get 2 together.

    @O2 one of your call centre staff was rude and hung up on me! I made a manual payment last week for my bill, an error 500 code came up on your ap, showing my bill is now overdue, its come out if my acct, spoke to bank and they said it’s pending as o2 have not claimed it!! HELP

    @O2 Day 60 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 still haven’t received any indication of whether I can speak to your customer service team in writing (live chat or email) because I’m unable to use the phone. Why do companies insist customers call, when some of us are unable to do so?
