@bobrobnob @O2 I don't! But I get decent signal for the most part. Just so damn expensive. Looking at Tesco mobile instead.

@O2 excellent customer service received today over the telephone. Spoke to 2 different people who were both great, sorry I didn’t get their names but a big thumbs up to the way they deal with my enquiry. 👍🏼

So, not only does @disneyplus not offer a free trial for it's ****** service, but if you sign up through @O2 , you're literally not allowed to cancel it for 6 months. Practically a scam. So annoyed.

I understand due to the pandemic that your stores are closed, However when calling the helpline you are then directed to the website which doesn’t have any options for help if you have a faulty phone. So what should she do now??? @O2 @TheO2

@O2 As an example. Third party sites showing p40 pro on O2 for £41 pm, 24month contract, 40gb data - but if I come direct its £55 pm. Stop being so poor. I've been with you for years & would rather not spend a morning to be told I'd have to take out a new contract and transfer number

@O2 I was told at 9.30am yesterday that the insurance team would contact me within 2 hours. Despite chasing, I’ve still had nothing. I have a phone I can’t use. This is dreadful customer service. Please can it be escalated?
