@O2 customer service is appalling over 20mins and 2 different people 3 times going through same security questions just to pay a final bill. Then for the o2 person to say they will get 02 to phone me.

@O2 was looking to possibly change to you from EE but after buying a PAYG sim to see how it works around me there is no chance I would change over. Your network coverage shows good 4g outside and inside which complete lies. Download 2mbps and upload 0mbps.
