    The service I've received from @O2 absolutely disgusting trying to sort an issue and speaking to someone it was very difficult to understand which makes it more frustrating one that talk too fast with a heavy accent.

    @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.

    @O2 almost a month without data inside my home due to a mast issue. It’s been down at least 6 months out of the last 12. Your coverage is also non-existent in Exeter. It’s 2026 for goodness sake.

    @nikkiwba @O2 I’ve had a problem with them since January. been a customer for ?30? Years. Ordered new phone in Jan. not delivered. They’re charging me for it. Every time I phone I have to go through the whole story. many phone calls. One was 2 hrs and a couple of others for a hour or more
