    @bt_uk - upgraded to super fast broadband- which of course doesn’t work and now have no broadband. @O2 - your mobile broadband also not working - taking my money and not getting anything in return. #brokenukplc

    Why did I just switch service providers to @O2 ?🥴 A price increase of 17.3% is just sheer profiteering 🤬 Anybody know how much it costs to buy out a two year contract? (O2 - DO NOT add insult to injury by sending a "Hello, we recognise price changes are never welcome.." reply)

    @O2 Ticketmaster says I can access o2 priority tickets for @WuTangClan & nas at the @OVOHydro Glasgow from 01/03/23, but the priority app only has London shows on it. Can you help please?
