    @RocketSteve @O2 It happens to me everyday I’m currently seeking legal advice as I’ve had problems and reported them for the last 18months and last week my daughter needed to get hold of me and could t because the call would not go through they are a joke of a company

    @o2 can you help, is this normal?! Usually it’ll say complete once the phone has been collected. I got the DHL notification to say it was delivered to store last night but nothing from o2 to say it’s ready just that the order is completed in the app…

    @Mark29071823 @O2 I’ve been with o2 for as long as I can remember and never had a problem until now. New masts going up all over the place All to do with 5g. Remember when 3G was fast then 4g came in, now 5g is here and 4g is shite.

    @O2 how hard can it be to pay off my device balance . Can’t do it online unless I’m buying another phone and can’t get through to talk to a real person because your automated phone service is useless !

    @O2 @DPDgroup_news great when you’re new iPhone 13 pro max was meant to be delivered today instead it’s been sent to wrong depot. Great service. 👍🙄

    @O2 @AliceFlemo92 I wouldn’t bother been on o2 for 18months & seeking legal action 2get out of contract due 2false advertising. I have been told theres a problem with the mast in my area but if I go on as a new customer & do a live signal strength test it comes up excellent they are liars & trash

    @O2 so after 5 years with the original IPhone SE. I need to upgrade. As the battery dies so quickly, photo quality seems to be getting worse. Think I’m going to treat myself to the new 13 mini. Shame after yrs with O2 it will cost me the same as a new customer to buy.

    @O2 Thanks but I've been here before and know you will not be able to help. New customers get far better deals than existing ones and you never match them. Sorry.
