@O2 My wife has been issued a works phone which is on your network. Unfortunately, where we live, it only works if she goes upstairs and stands next to the window! Not very convenient and useless for Zoom meetings! Is there something we can get to boost the signal somehow please?

@O2 That's fine but I don't understand why you'd start a conversation with me to resolve the issue then all of a sudden stop + not tell me you're busy and someone will get back to me. It only aids in my frustration
