@apakula @O2 I would usually explain to the customer how our terms made it clear it was customers responsibility to end contract and also ofcom etc also advise customers to check banks accs regularly and monitor DDs. Then offer a max of 12 months refund as gesture of goodwill and close acc.

@virginmedia I’ve alreadycomplained about your appalling connection. It’s used up my mobile data from @O2 which I should not need to use at home as I pay for broadband. I’m yet to receive confirmation that I’ll be credited my monthly charges back for the inconvenience. Fix please

Stunning performance from @O2 in the Tq3 area this week…..NOT ! Apparently all fixed, but now blaming poor performance on the area being overused due to holiday makers….check my details….been with you for at least 8 ? Years !
