@O2 I'm having trouble purchasing a data bolt on. I added one recently and used it all. Upgraded my tariff yesterday but now when I try to get a bolt on it just gives me a warning about the tariff. It doesn't start until 3rd but need data today and tomorrow. Can you help please?

@virginmedia @O2 Great but why not respond to customer complaints instead? Several complaints raised and no contact. STILL not resolved our issue and I do not have the time to wait 5 hours on hold to speak to someone AGAIN! Sort it out @virginmedia

What’s with the network coverage in South Aberdeenshire @o2 as this ain’t funny anymore. No phone signal and I have an elderly parent who lives miles away!!
