    @O2 You should also make sure to send an sms or email so the client can know the call is legit, I had to spend 3 hours on the phone to fix this mess

    @O2 @o2 your signal coverage app is incorrect. The map show blue where there is no reliable 5g, cant generally get 4g. This is not temporary, been the case for months. People need to go into Shops for wifi to pay parking.

    @O2 not helpful at all offer triple data boost on there official website and when it doesn't work. Ie £10 for 10gb of data should be trippled to 30gb there solution is to pay for 30gb data for 3months so £90 upfront and they will credit £20 a month

    @O2 @JakeMooreUK I have the same issue ever since 5G came out, my Spotify never dropped out when driving but it’s like an old car radio now. Will definitely be thinking about another network soon

    @O2 Unfortunately this doesn't work once ive entered my email address it asks for a password and thats it really pissed off
