    @O2 got an email saying bars have been put on my account … I never asked for this and my bills are paid … phone won’t let me call customer services to complain . I got work to do I need help

    @O2 What an absolute joke of a company since virgin media i can't access my O2 app spoken to 2 people who said they will get this issue resolved & again nothing i still can't us the O2 app because I need a virgin account ******* sort it out !!

    any customers of @O2 in the UK had any recent customer service experiences? my wife and I have both had to contact them in the past few days and WOW it’s been a horrendous experience sure it didn’t used to be like this?

    @O2 Hi, since Dec all my incoming calls show as UNKNOWN in caller ID & call history. I've tried resetting my phone, swapping the SIM to another phone - issue persists. Seems like a network/account issue. Can you look into this or reset my account settings? Thanks.
