    @smalltimedread @O2 @O2liverpool Yes it turned up around 3 weeks ago. I also got my Buds. You should still be able to claim the buds if you pre-ordered it on Feb 14th. The buds offer is made from the Samsung website not directly O2. Definitely speak to someone. I'd prob ring customer services.

    2/2 Then you complain or try & resolve the problem @virginmedia push you to @O2. They don’t know what you’re talking about & try to sell you a sim only deal. More £. Complain & they tell you to call them. So you start again & yes, WiFi is as bad as before but bigger bill.

    @O2 I just activated my pay as you go service pack for £15 and it was supposed to be 30GB of data, but my balance is showing 15GB when I text 20202. Is there anything I need to do for the bonus data?? The SIM card mail shows the 30 GB inside it

    @O2 Thanks for replying it’s appreciated. Large parts of Cornwall have no signal at all. Better signal in remote Mongolia or Norway etc
