    @O2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year

    @O2 been with for years and this past few weeks your single has been awful, can’t access apps that I need to park, charge the car, really isn’t great service, you say you have teamed up with starlink, honestly you whole system is terrible, think I might be moving providers

    @O2 Tried that and never get the second email. Tried a second time 7-8 hours later no second email. I did not press if someone asked...., only I requested

    @NathanJarvisMD @O2 You’re so right. Truly awful whether in big cities or more remote. Doesn’t seem to be good anywhere

    @O2 Case CIT-A387037 I am requesting this is escalated to a formal complaint and managerial review. While roaming in the EU I experienced a complete loss of mobile data service. There was a failure of service and of support handling resulting in significant inconvenience and concern.

    @O2 It's my wife's..got blocked because of fraud ..the sim...been over a week now ..told her 24 block ! Even got a letter to confirm block has been lifted !! Foned 202 7 times ..visited o2 store ..no joy ..absolute terrible customer service ..can you unblock now plz
