    @O2 Hi. Thank you for your response. I will message again but have already messaged multiple times this week. I really do not appreciate a complaint handler implying I was dishonest yesterday. That has really upset me. I will message with more information.

    @O2 just experienced the worst customer service ever. On the phone to O2 for an hour and a half about a broken phone, after being put through to three or four equally clueless people, having to give my details each time, we are told to phone Apple. I have full insurance

    @O2 @DarkSabers2013 Nearly 48 hours later and u still have not resolved the issue. Took you 36 just to respond it’s absolutely shocking and nothing to do with being busy. Respond to dm asap and get this sorted immediately

    @O2 Thanks for responding. Luckily my son in uk was able to contact you and it is now resolved. I want to make an official complaint as the reason my phone didn’t work is because O2 had barred foreign calls! I have had an account for 25 years, it’s totally unacceptable behaviour.

    @xlilyyrobinson @O2 They’re the biggest pile of **** going. I’ve had issues for a week and recieved two replies from then and not one has been to get the issue sorted. I’ve reported them now. They’re an absolute disgusting disgrace
