    @O2 almost a month without data inside my home due to a mast issue. It’s been down at least 6 months out of the last 12. Your coverage is also non-existent in Exeter. It’s 2026 for goodness sake.

    @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.

    @O2 worst customer service centre on earth. Have been trying to unlock my account for 2 months with no luck. You’re still happy to take my money though!

    Having issues with my 02 priority tickets at Vue. @O2 please help it says the code has been redeemed on the Vue website but it hasn’t and I have 3 kids upset they can’t watch Mario tomorrow!

    @O2 Tried to top up via 4444 but it's failed twice. Shows pending transaction in banking app so it's not a funding issue

    @Joff_L @O2 That is down to how the comparison sites they earn commission on new connections and sweet **** all on upgrades ot tariff changes for existing customers.. and thats across all UK Networks
