    @O2 the worst customer service ever. one *. Took out new sim only contract on 4th March. Provided PAC code to keep my number. After 2 days, number not ported in. Tried online chat as well as customer service number. Passed from one team to the next. Stay well clear

    @DrDingBat1 @O2 I have exactly the same problem! Fortunately I cancelled the dd that Virgin requested without my knowledge. Come on @o2, sort this out for us please.

    @O2 Instead of messing about with emojis you could be answering calls and dealing with problems still not had an answer reference my issue after I contacted you on here. And then you’ve put your rates up next month.

    Just spent 4 and a half hours on the phone to @O2 to change a tarrif. Disgusting customer service… just as I almost got sorted got cut off and rep didn’t bother calling back. Unacceptable @O2

    @O2 I don’t need any advice on payment. it’s paid this letter is vile you should look at how you correspond with your customers who end their contract. It’s rude and threatening. This was sent a week after ending the contract and paid. Now I will end all other contracts.

    @sabphotos69 @O2 I’m in DY5, engineers have said the network just isn’t working well in our area, said they might upgrade in the next 2yrs! Told me to go to EE or use Wi-Fi calling…which is fine til I want to leave my house! Joke network!

    @brightonsnapper @O2 Yeah done that with Vodafone and they done the same thing......! Complained over poor signal strength but yet there was nothing wrong with signal strength for the first few weeks; then nothing! Refused to pay and they sent the hounds out 'stating i was breaking the contract!

    Apologies to anyone who has tried to call me at the back end of this week. Badly let down by the useless service @O2 who are now saying that it will take ANOTHER 3 working days to move my number 🤬.
