    @O2 Arrived in States yesterday got message re roaming charges but changed my contract on 24th to have use Tried tried chat sent me to app which won’t allow me to sign in Wife rang to explain issue agent refused to speak to her Why are you so difficult to contact

    @mhewson_MCH @NickOresme @O2 I just switched to Giffgaff, 40gb data, and unlimited calls etc £10 a month on a rolling monthly contract. The 5G has been much more consistent with Giffgaff although it's the same network!!

    @O2 so I'm home less struggling for money rang customer services asking to drop the plan and the phone completely because I CAN NOT AFFORD IT NO LONGER IT as it is financially crippling me and all i get is offered a new plan or payment plan hello im homeless and can not afford it

    @O2 no, i log in through the app no problem, then no matter what i click on it’s sending me a verification email every time

    @huckleberrydan @mhewson_MCH @O2 Exactly the same here ! Data is just as bad even if got some phone signal. In a city can’t use the maps because it’s rubbish! My partner has moved to EE. & in going to follow suit if I can find a decent deal!

    @albieamankona Some UK operators might choose to apply this principle anyway. At least that's what @O2 customer service told me.

    @o2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year

    The only time you can get reliable @O2 signal is by going to Europe. Anywhere in the UK. It will show 4G / 5G and you get naff all. “Maps offline” Music struggles to stream. Horrendous.
