    I'm a loyal customer of @O2 for decades with no intention to leave but with 5 SIMs in the family & a mixture of surreptitious chicanery on tariffs and annual increases I realise I'm paying a big Loyalty Penalty. O2 price discrimination blocks the advertised deal I want😡

    Hey @O2 been trying to view my mobile bill online and via the app for a couple of days now and just keep seeing “Uh-oh… Oops… Something’s gone wrong.” Any chance you could fix that something? Your virtual assistant is worse than useless!

    @O2 Hi, I am having a lot of trouble accessing the app to see my bills. Keeps asking to verify my email which I do but the app keeps asking to do everytime I try to log in! I am in a never ending loop! Spoke to someone who couldn't solve it! Help would be appreciated
