    @O2 It's my wife's..got blocked because of fraud ..the sim...been over a week now ..told her 24 block ! Even got a letter to confirm block has been lifted !! Foned 202 7 times ..visited o2 store ..no joy ..absolute terrible customer service ..can you unblock now plz

    @O2 have a multi SIM contract & it is impossible to get a PAC code for one of them despite you being legally required to do so. Text doesn't work for multi SIM and website gets stuck in a loop back to main account page every time. No one has picked up the phone in 3 lengthy calls

    Hey @O2 – unbelievable Srvc. Requested eSIM via ur app last Thrsdy. Physical SIM dactvtd, eSIM never works. Chat sent me to phon support, phon sent me to store which says “eSIMs are problematic” and thn sent me away for lack of physical ID (in 2026!) @MartinSLewis

    @O2 Yes checked , there is really poor signal in lists of places locally at the minute and it’s now just my phone . The major issue is the work location and then the drive in between when it’s almost unusable

    @arokorol @O2 Force your device onto an Israeli network. “Palestine” does not have agreements with most networks, and the cost per minute/byte is higher than on a cruise ship!!!!
