    @O2 You've clarified, but not helped. This reply is not helpful at all. Your support staff also had no idea about this situation, or how to handle it. All they could do as a solution was terminate game pass subscription before my minimum 6 month period had finished. Not good enough

    @O2 I'm having a nightmare with your support on the phone. O2 are still trying to charge £22.99 for XBox Gamepass Ultimate despite Microsoft dropping the price on 21st Apr to £16.99

    @huckleberrydan @mhewson_MCH @O2 So do I! I'll be leaving O2 once my contract is up. Too expensive and my phone is useless most of the time because of the lack of signal.

    @o2 why is your phone coverage so awful? Been like this for over a year. Hardly any internet or phone connectivity. In central Manchester now - can’t connect onto the internet with 4G or 5G. Simply not good enough. Had to find WiFi to post this
