    @O2 still doesn’t get it. I’ve got nothing to do with Sony or any third parties. No purchases ever made. Period. O2 must stop this scam. #GDPR issue, I suspect. Better deal this immediately. You lost a customer.

    @paultownsend81 @O2 I have the same thing, I went into an o2 shop and they confirmed all the masts are at capacity from London down to the south coast. They actually suggested i get an EE sim

    @geek_gareth @TheGriftReport @O2 I’ve had recent calls claiming to be from O2 about a new SIM. I haven’t been an O2 customer for nearly 20 years.

    @StevieDee710 @O2 Unless you're paying up a phone on a contract...(something I'd never do tbh) you should only be paying around a tenner a month...we're all usually £5/£12 a month each for our phones

    @O2 Yes I confirm. I seriously hope o2 are able to solve this issue because it shouldn’t be made so difficult, jumping through hoops and a bunch of loading screens with portal errors, to do something as simple as making a payment; it’s incredibly anti-consumer.

    For the amount I pay @O2 each month the service I receive recently is absolutely rubbish I've lost count how many times I have had no service come up since Friday 24th April 🙄
