Absolutely disgusting @O2 a near 4% increase year on year on top of RPI increases is absolutely disgusting when most of the nation are struggling financially because of the last 18 months! You'll be losing a customer in me unless that's reviewed and reversed. 14yrs a customer

@O2 I had a note 10 that never worked when showing 4g+ and now I have an s21 5g that also doesn't work when showing 4g+ and I have never even seen 5g on it. Advice from Facebook 02 was to turn off 4g. Not very helpful.

@O2 why can’t I change my password? It’s asking me for my first school that I attended and it’s saying it’s not the answer I provided, when I clearly remember what school it was! I tried my last 4 bank card numbers and it still wouldn’t accept! Help, please!

@O2 I did a comprehensive survey when I was at uni and determined only retards, nonces and homeless people choose O2 as their phone network! All the well-educated and clever people use EE instead

@DirectTechYT @EE @O2 Got a good deal on EE eventually. Pretty much kept the price I was paying for the Pixel 3 but now have 4 times the data. O2s service is so bad here so it has to be EE

@O2 Hand on heart, I never complain about poor service as most of the time there's some substance to why its occurred. But honestly, I can't explain what has been going on since Friday on your end since trying to upgrade. I would love to be able to show you to make improvements.
