    @kokeshimum @O2 Same in Ireland. A suspicious person would wonder if they are turning down the signal power due to emerging health concerns.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I am with O2, I work in Huddersfield, signal generally ok. O2 customer service is however very bad.

    @willmcgugan @O2 when they have too many customers, they stop caring. not only mobile operators, all of them service providers.

    So @O2 had to be one of the most incompetent mobile providers out there. I’m unable to top up. Their app breaks with cryptic errors. I’m unable to change plans as the change tariff link breaks with “too many redirects”. I can create a new plan, but that won’t let me keep my number. O2 customer services, don’t bother replying. There’s nothing you could do to salvage your reputation in my eyes.

    @virginmedia is down So forced to use data but @O2 is so slow and bad it struggles to connect to anything and the o2 network app says phone masts aren't working Great service all round, not, what's the point of doubling my data if I can't connect to anything

    @Apple stupid prices for new iPhones. £760 + and a crazy 3 year contract, @O2 Ifs over never going back into phone contract. Never
