    @InesonMatthew @MarkEvansO2 @O2 Yet you’ve already been called 16 times and failed to get in contact to resolve things for your customer. Perhaps been shamed on social media is the only way to get a response from your company. But I won’t hold my breath that you were actually address the issues.

    @O2 Done all that the agent laughed at me down the phone and advised they could not help will be escalating my complaint to the Ombudsman and will recover the money via the Small Claims Court.

    @O2 @InesonMatthew Yet 16 phone calls and you have done nothing to resolve the issues. Perhaps being shamed on social media is the only way to get things resolved. But I wouldn’t hold my breath if I were you Matthew.

    @o2 how long should I expect to wait to transfer my number across on my new sim? I’ve currently got no signal on both my new and old sim and neither number I have is recognised - pls help
