    @O2 I then got offered 2GB which isn’t really going to help much as I still have a week until it renews. However they still haven’t added the 2GB anyway so I have had to pay £10.50 out of pocket as I needed data asap for work..please may you assist me with this? Thank you

    @sophay__ My other half went through the same thing! She waited ages for it to go through. Was also told to return the case she’d ordered, so she did but they never refunded her for the case @O2

    @O2 No it is a new air time plan and tariff. I was on a rolling contract. I left and used my PAC code and now I have a new bill. If someone would answer your customer service calls I would be able to sort it but they don't. They hang up! #O2fail
