    @O2 just redeemed the 3 month Disney+ freebie, I already had a 6 month one running on top of an annual subscription. I thought it would give me an additional 3 months but it's replaced my 6 month so I've in fact lost 2 months..... Can you help

    Hi anyone at @O2, that’s the third time in three weeks I have had someone contacting my number stating to be from O2 and offering me 40% discount on my bill for being a great customer. All I need to do is tell them the one-time code that they get O2 to send me.

    @o2 Our Network can get busy in this area. This means your data could be slower than normal. We're sorry about that. Our team is aware and working to make it better. #bullshit

    @O2 Yes it returns. But it has become patchy used to get a great 4g signal. Now I'm lucky to get GPRS

    @O2 trying to report a fault on you website is shocking. All I get is the message network gets busy in your area resulting in slower speeds I have no phone signal at all!! Nevermind slow. Always had 4g until last week

    @O2 and @DHL no mobile delivered for 2 weeks, stayed in waiting 3 days - total fail!!! Want compensation!! And a big apology!!!!
