    @O2 This is the problem, the information I’m being given is incorrect and nobody seems to be able to resolve it. Only the one account has been closed, the other two seem to be pending for some unknown reason.

    Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

    @O2 @IanPike This isn't a device-specific issue. The Wifi Extra network on the tube is now password protected. SIM authentication doesn't work because you need additional info that isn't available. The landing page that asked for your phone number to verify your device doesn't exist now!

    @virginmedia @O2 So although you sell a package when it comes to cancelling I can only actually cancel 3/4 services?

    @O2 Can you tell me why I am able to log in to the My o2 website but can't use the same credentials to log in to the My o2 app? It's also near enough impossible to speak to a human on 202. I don't want to speak to a chat bot and I don't have all day to hang on the phone.

    @virginmedia @O2 No I wanted to cancel all services including the O2 SIM. My virgin disconnection is scheduled for the 22/4 but O2 sat I'm stuck with them unles I pay the cancellation fee

    @O2 had to raise a complaint today, 2 days into a 14 day cooling off, found a better deal for me (with O2) but being told I can’t change to that. I would have to disconnect and come back! Can someone assist please?
