    @RoDuSu @O2 This is one of the things that needs to be made illegal. In fixed length contracts, the price should not be able to change. It should be fixed for the length of the contract - that’s why people fix!!!

    Tweeted a while ago about the service on @O2 but the 4G and 3G experience on my iPhone is appalling. Nothing works on 3G and when I do get 4G signal drops from full to 1 bar. I can’t wait for my contract to expire so I can move on!

    @NathFerguson @O2 It's ridiculous. The date of when I'll have signal changes every day. It's now 9th March apparently, can't wait to see what it changes to then.

    @EE Just curious to know are you intending on ripping off customers like @O2 @virginmedia are with unethical, unfair and quite frankly absurd price increases? Looking for a new network as O2 service is garbage yet they feel a 17.3% price increase is fair!

    @O2 I need to change the bank details on my account, tried to phone customer services but the wait time is over an hour. Is there any other way to do it or a quieter time to ring. I need them changed before Monday
