    @O2 You’ve been saying that for 7 WEEKS. I paid for online gym membership which I can’t use, I paid for online classes which I can’t do, I was supposed to be holding online classes which I can’t do. This is a lot of money I’ve lost. Such poor service

    @O2 @k1aning When is the app ever not down? Absolutely pathetic it has worked once for me since taking out a contract and that was 12 month ago! Website is no better and as for the constant spam since joining it's relentless, only on o2 however not with my other providers do I get this.

    @O2 How can you sell a product with next day delivery for it to be out of stock? The customer service I got yesterday was brilliant from your colleague Claire, just a disappointment being told it’s not out of stock now after the service from her

    @O2 I was told at 9.30am yesterday that the insurance team would contact me within 2 hours. Despite chasing, I’ve still had nothing. I have a phone I can’t use. This is dreadful customer service. Please can it be escalated?

    @O2 How long does it take to send an email with a return label. The online chat finished just after 6.00pm last night and I am without a phone until the problem is solved.
