    @O2 You sent my upgrade to my old address and after 90 mins waiting to speak to someone I was passed to 4 people and was told the only way I’d get a new phone was today was to take out a new contract. I’ve been a customer for 20yrs. I just wanted to get a phone from my local store

    @O2 They stopped updating the delivery tracker at 8am today, save for one update at 7pm saying they weren’t delivering today. They are the absolute worst.

    So @O2 there is a fault in a nearby mast. Apparently won’t be fixed anytime soon as birds are nesting. The service I am paying you for, on 4 handsets, is not available. Do I get a refund?

    @O2 won't accept PM your man on O2 said I had to use a new email address when I upgraded my contract - now I can't see my 2 accounts because I can't login to my original account - Gee Thanks call centre man!! Succeeding O2 people said it was unnecessary - JUST GREAT !!!!

    @O2 Part 3. Time and effort I have made. This will be paid to a charity of my choice. Your company should not be allowed to get with such poor practice.

    @O2 Hi, the service status for the PE32 area has had a message saying phone mast is not working as it should for months now any idea when it will be fixed ?

    @MarkEvansO2 @O2 I just want you to know what terrible customer service o2 provides, utterly appalling. 2 hrs on hold today and no resolution to an issue caused by O2
