    @O2 @FimonaThomas 5 hours later & @O2 are still telling folk to try. What are they not getting that their app & website isn’t working regardless of who else has tickets… will be the last contract with O2, been with them for 15 years! Customer service is shocking!

    @ZolaDerry @O2 We gave up with 02 ‘priority’! We got lucky with gigs and tours direct, its hit and miss on which dates/venues they have available but might be worth a try for you to avoid going into the night or weekend still waiting to receive priority service!

    @O2 wtf is going on with the priority app, yes I get it, you messed up thinking only 12 people would want Peter Kay tickets, but that **** up was at 8:30am and the app still won’t let me log in, sort it out !!!!

    There has never been more than 1 ticket available @O2 for the @peterkay_co_uk gig in Sheffield. Are you actively going to update us (no comms for 3 hours) on actual availability, and if we are all wasting our time?! This wasn’t via your site either. It’s the @gigsandtours hack!
