@O2 Could any1 advise? My wife's o2 account was hacked and closed. We reported it to o2. 2 weeks later we've heard nothing and still no working phone. Store or customer services say they can't help. And apparently, she owes o2 ££ now, despite leaving her standing order in place

@Ginds79 @O2 I've just tweeted then the same. The signal is absolutely awful. I can only get in contact with people if I'm on WiFi. That doesn't help if I'm on my morning commute/after work with no WiFi available and needing to work off my phone! You're not the only one!!

@ChrisWilmshurst @O2 Since July I can only use the internet when connected to wifi. I’ve raised the issue multiple times, as long as the bills paid they don’t care. Good luck getting your issue solved 🤞🏼
