@O2 I’ve had no working signal for over 10 days now. My phone appears to have ‘4G’ but doesn’t. Pay so much a month for half a service. Ridiculous.

@O2 told by your online chat that my problem could only be solved by phoning 202, who told me they couldn’t help with anything until after 4pm because of a system outage, was told to call back later… is this customer service?

@O2 Hi. I’m not sure what happened to my previous message regarding this, but I’m still having problems with my O2 sim- some texts come through but some don’t, and yesterday I had half a message come through that was send 13th March! It’s in a work phone, yet I can’t rely on it😞
