    @O2 appalling service. Cannot access online account, held on the phone for over an hour and cannot make payment either? Now you issue a penalty for non payment! Cant wait to quit the contract.

    @O2 We have NO coverage at all. It is causing problems with our alarm system. People working in the house and garden can’t make calls. It seems particularly bad in and around our house. Can an engineer please come to inspect?
