@O2 Haven’t been able to make calls for the last two days due to a mast being down. No information sent at all- had to look it up on your website to find out what was going on. Presuming we’ll be getting money off our bill for not even being able to use our phones??

@O2 Fair enough, looks like I missed that when taking it the offer as it is quite buried in the Ts and Cs and not exactly phrased too well. Pushing out the six month free offer at the same time as the £2 discount didn't exactly help. I won't be the only one caught by this.

@O2 good evening. Hubby trying to cancel with 02 as has now changed to tesco. Checked with 02 and clicked on contact Us- takes him on a never ending click click here to cancel ... Click here to cancel... Round and round in the same circle 😶 any ideas?

How the hell can a phone network be so poor? Again sat in work and getting 0.4mb on 4g @O2 Best bit? Colleagues around me on @VodafoneUK are getting around 55mb. Both using the same shared mast. And again - out in Liverpool centre - 1.3mb. @o2 Action? - fobbed off again.

@O2 I’m so unimpressed that if I ever get connected again or god forbid actually get to speak to an agent I will be switching phone providers. What is the point of paying if I don’t get service!!
