@O2 Hi, yes, I've tried everything on the help page, made no changes and bills up to date. Have reported on the status checker page, although it's silly that I need to make separate reports for data, SMS and calls. Reference nos 25575306, 25575310 & 25575311. Can you please expedite?

@O2 Cannot connect to network- was told to use only specific roaming partners. They don’t work. Impossible to get through to o2 from abroad- the number I have found does not work. What is the number to call for pay monthly customers to call from abroad that works???

@O2 it states on your web page to request an esim to pop into a store and they will be able to get you one. I popped into a store today to be told that they couldn't and tried to direct me to the local phone repair guy! I need to esim my o2 SIM as a 2nd line in my phone. #help

It appears @o2 have decided to not provide an internet service today too (or at least a very flaky one), so tethering isn't an option. Dagnammit.

@O2 just been cut off by your supervisor AMIT in live chat - tel number xxxxxxxxxxx is not working on greece- you said you'd deal with it in 5 days. My daughter is travelling ALONE using this number - this was explained - this situation is unacceptable and irresponsible on your part.

@O2 are your masts over subscribed? Most of the time 4G is so slow but flip to 3G and it’s fine. Signal is perfect on full base so it’s not that? Also I’m not the only person who seems to have this issue.

@O2 I've recently joined from EE, but am not happy with the service. My phone consistently shows 4G, 4G+ or 5G... But data doesn't transfer and my phone is effectively offline. Is this a known issue in my area (Dover, Kent)?
