Charlotte (@CharlotteW_R) reported@O2 As I said when you last sent me this link, it isn’t a true reflection of what the signal actually is. We are lucky to get one bar at the moment. Please see your previous messages as I was told an engineer would check the mast and I will get an update.

Lizzie Love (@LoveMeLizzie10) reportedThe new o2 Blue Mondays is absolute toss. Was bad enough when the prizes were 25% some random company, but now you don’t actually get anything @o2
-
Jake Moore (@JakeMooreUK) reportedDoes anyone know the rules of @O2’s 4G/5G game? I can see the signal, but apparently that’s not enough to unlock internet access…
-
Niamh Skinner (@niamhskinner) reported@O2 That’s what it says online but still doesn’t answer my question! For example, I get signal in north London, but never inside the emirates due to the amount of people. The map shows satellite covers that area. Will my phone switch to satellite because it can’t connect to 5G?
-
simon lamb (@simonlamb11) reported@O2 I still cannot get any signal in my own home. 3 phones on your network & not one bar/signal. What am I paying for. You keep saying issues in area but this has been over 4 months. Missing important calls from hospital. Time for network change if nothing can be done.

Tom Chapman 🐀 (@TomChap) reported@O2 I left O2 in November last year. Is it ok for me to cancel the DirectDebit?
-
Isadora (@Isa_Yolina) reported@O2 It looks like Blue Mondays is broken for everyone anyway, I'll just try again later if I remember to

Richard Raanes (@rraanes) reported@O2 is there a problem with your website mainly the accounts section. I keep getting "too many redirects". Have tried 5 different devices
