@O2 what a waste of time your online chat is. Spoke to 5 different people trying to take an additional line, now I’m leaving the network. How disappointing.

  • JohnAHallam66 John Hallam (@JohnAHallam66) reported

@O2 Ah! Found it. Sorry. I think my issue was around European travel. Does my contract cover it or not. I thought it di, but I got a text inviting me to pay more for a service I already had. Thanks

@O2 But you’ve been out for a week? There’s. Big difference between fault free and a week of no signal

@O2 Hi yes it’s the same ongoing problem in central Harrogate where the 4G signal is patchy at best, and often can only get 3G. My phone has been rebooted several times since August and it’s a new phone since I last DM’d you about it in Feb & Oct 2020

  • chloeannelillia chloé (@chloeannelillia) reported

******* tree has fallen on the phone line outside so can’t get any wifi or reception, the @bt_uk troubleshooter is sending me round in circles and barely get 3G here @O2 zero signal had to go up the road to send this tweet absolutely useless companies pair of you.

  • benjaminteacher Benjamin Teacher (@benjaminteacher) reported

...@EE Your wifi is garbage. And you refuse to fix it. Might have to switch to @O2 Pathetic.

  • lennythepen Lenny Etheridge ⭕ (@lennythepen) reported

@nw_nicholas @O2 pull the same scam with their phone offers. You get about £200 off, but they cancel your Air Time Plan and offer similar plan for so much more over 36 months that you end up paying £700 or £800 more. You can't leave O2 with your new phone or renegotiate until you've paid off.
