John Kirby (@csljohnkirby) reportedWhy does @O2 make it so hard to be a good customer? Yesterday, due to terrible service, and for them going to my bank for a DD I did not owe, I received compensation of £50. Today, they threatened to cut my services and report me to Debt Collection Agencies. They sent me SMS and an email, yet apparently, the £30 compensation they offered today, I can not have because I had the maximum compensation yesterday for another matter.

mark callow (@markcallow10) reported@NWIWC01 @O2 Discounts are worthless they need to improve coverage drastically and stop the bullshit about coverage. They are well aware it’s nowhere near their claims. You can’t use 4/5g for miles and miles at a time it’s so bad
-
Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported@waynetuckwell @O2 Luckily, they send me a text just before they cut off all my 7 lines threatening legal action Inc debt recovery, I use the link in the email to pay all in one go. It's literally the only way I can pay my bills unless I spend 2hrs on the phone. It's ******* shockingly bad @Ofcom
-
Anton Roe (@AROE77) reported@O2 Why else would my phone be saying 5G next to the signal strength indicator!
-
Dan W (@The_dan_w) reported@O2 your network is absolutely awful!
-
Anagazo (@Anagazo) reported@O2 I might be leaving you soon because there’s no reason why you have zero network in big arenas. The Etihad, Old Trafford, COOP Live and the AO arena, even the Bolton and Burnley stadiums - zero network. My bars just disappear!.
-
Craig Hunter (@CraigHunter74) reported@O2 @JakeMooreUK I have the same issue ever since 5G came out, my Spotify never dropped out when driving but it’s like an old car radio now. Will definitely be thinking about another network soon
-
Vankomisin (@omer_ygnbrc) reported@debra_w_hughes @O2 Same issue; @ThomXTech on X resolved it.

Jake Moore (@JakeMooreUK) reported@O2 Yes. But it shouldn’t need this. I slightly understand when it’s a busy area with lots of people but it’s 2026 and we shouldn’t be overloading it. It would be better if you just said no service. Frustrating.
