    @O2 why are your customer services refusing to replace a brand new 16 day old iPhone 17 . It’s faulty and they are making life very difficult. Worst customer care ever.

    @O2 roaming data still doesn't work after porting to O2. Countless call to O2 didn't help.

    @O2 Hi O2. Could someone please ask the Complaints Team to review complaint reference C-2805267674? The complaint was acknowledged on 29 May with a 28-day investigation timeframe, but I've not yet received a substantive response despite following up by email. Thanks.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 We also found that O2 were concentrating 5G in City/Built Up areas. That was 2 years ago, not sure if the roll out is still on going. If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it 👌
