    @O2 got a phone upgrade with you, within 5 days there's a fault and now your staff are telling me I've got to be without a phone whilst it gets sent off. I'm within my cooling off period and now being told I can't cancel or get a refund (against consumer)

    @O2 why can't i access my 02 app? I've created a new password, tried the text a code login, still nothing and it hasn't in months also why is signal so bad these days. Been with you for a decade the past year its just gotten worse it was maintenance but its just stayed terrible

    @O2 hi 👋 quick question. What is best / most financially efficient SIM only deal or option you have (pay monthly or PAYG) for a new customer who doesn't want to be bankrupted by roaming charges for a 3 wk hol once a year in the US? Can't figure out your website, please help!

    @O2 you have to have worst customer service out of every phone provider in the UK. The mistake of the year moving over to you from EE. Appalling !
