    @O2 Thanks for responding. Luckily my son in uk was able to contact you and it is now resolved. I want to make an official complaint as the reason my phone didn’t work is because O2 had barred foreign calls! I have had an account for 25 years, it’s totally unacceptable behaviour.

    @O2 what on earth is happening to your online / telephone system? I’m a new customer, as of yesterday, and trying top up then trying to get access to link my number to my myo2 account is a nightmare and no one at your call centres can help me!!!! Did I make a mistake leaving EE?!

    @O2 I'm an existing o2 customer, I have just tried to order a basic product from you 3 times online and then over the phone - which took 2 calls and 40 mins. I had to cancel the order as you were unable to complete the sale on 4 occasions. Absolute awful experience

    @O2 Hi. I am desperately trying to speak to somebody about my account but am being bounced between the app and the website. I can't get through to anybody on the phone either and I have been trying since Wednesday. Can you help please?
