    @BluesnJazzxx @O2 They have known about this issue for a few months now but don’t want to take responsibility and actually fix it. It’s the same on the website too. Someone seriously messed up and it would seem that O2 don’t care. They have become prawns. No backbone and full of shite

    @BillCockaCha @O2 I am experiencing the same issues. I don't know why @O2 have to constantly ask separate individuals what they are experiencing when multiple people are experiencing the same problem !

    Hey @O2 could you make a SIM only deal that could be bundled onto my contract for my elderly parent? They never make calls unless it's an emergency but I always call them. A bundle on SIM for a token cost would be piece of mind and so helpful.

    @O2 @giffgaff will you PLEASE do something about the dreadful mobile signal issue in and around Penzance? I understand it is a mast issue? Can only call when near WiFi!

    @wheat_daddy @O2 Could be the coms mast itself. We’ve had trouble with Vodafone signal for a few weeks, then all of a sudden we have got upgraded to 5G and a decent phone signal. Hopefully you’ll get the same soon? 🤞
