    @O2 i have been trying all day to complete an order both online & over the phone, sometimes i can only get to the 2nd stage, others both online & over the phone it is coming up error on the final checkout. is your system having problems?

    @O2 Have the worst customer service ever. My phone just got stolen and their customer service team are of no help at all. Ffs **** like this only happens to me :(

    Since your mugging us off with a 11% increase in April, are u actually going to improve your service as your service is piss poor or u just gonna lie time after time saying we are improving it when for the past year ur service hasn’t improved @O2

    Hey @O2 why is your 4G signal in Uttoxeter utterly useless... It says full signal yet no data... Been on and off for months but it's gotten worst lately!
