    And great, the website says that I need to cancel the subscription from @O2 but it doesn't seem to have an option for that on the website, so I'll have to bother tomorrow to use the chat function.

    @O2 still shocked you cant offer decent upgrade packages to a customer of 12 years. Not only do you have to wait 55 minutes to speak to someone; ‘We have high overhead costs’ isn’t the greatest excuse in the world to be told for that long a wait...

    @O2 the network in my area is absolutely shocking check your status and the mast is down yet again! Not hours or days this has been months now! Why am I paying full contract costs for no service?! 🤬

    @O2 two days of calls being hung up on by o2 when trying to get a PAC code. This is a joke! O2 customer services are appalling. DMs not getting answered either

    @O2 Yesterday I requested to retain my old mobile number and transfer the number to a new O2 contract. The number that I wanted to keep has now been disconnected and the number that I don’t want is Operational. What is going on O2? I have DM’d you twice with no response. Help me!
