.@O2 sitting in a power cut, but at least I have full 4G signal…. Despite what my phone shows, nothing is updating and have been forced to hotspot off my husband’s EE signal… not your finest hour!

@O2 I'd rather someone reply to my email so I have evidence of what is discussed and agreed in case it doesn't get sorted properly. Also, I don't have an O2 phone or a landline so how much is it going to cost me to call you from another mobile network to sort out your mistake?

@SkyHelpTeam can I assume the outage in South East London isn’t going to be fixed today? Really problematic when @O2 service is poor and 4G signal is non existent.

@O2 I just got off the phone with an o2 agent and that has been the best customer service call from o2 to date. I have been a customer for over 15 years and that was a brilliant call. The quality was A***, my issues were resolved with the best technical know how…Wow!👏🏾👏🏾

@O2 I don’t think I’ll be staying loyal anymore . Signal is awful where I have my breaks. Can’t even make use of priority ! Luton Station Three Bridges Station Useless signal !
