@O2 am getting intermitant and barely functioning signal on the North Norfolk coast. Been like this since 6pm yesterday. Hopefully you've got someone looking into this.

  • letemcome69 Dan Morley (@letemcome69) reported

@O2 Had a 5G signal at NR32 1UZ all week. Today, not even a good enough signal to send a message. What’s going on?

  • cherielaura cherie hathaway (@cherielaura) reported

@O2 This is the worst company ive ever come across in my life. I cant wait to leave as a customer. Ridiculous. Cant even make a complaint!!!!!!!

  • Extinguisherman Dale Watts (@Extinguisherman) reported

@letemcome69 @O2 Hi it’s happening everywhere, the network can’t handle the traffic in my opinion. The greedy company just piling more devices on its network to get money. If they don’t address or fix you issue then I suggest retweeting complaint using BBCWatchdog, WhichUk and ofcom tags.

  • vanceymcvance Stephanie (@vanceymcvance) reported

@O2 No it doesn't work at all

@O2 So, one of your customer service team took money from me without my knowledge (stole?) and, when refunding the money (after 8 phone calls and many lies) you have charged me VAT on my own money! Absolute scumbags, O2 really had become the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

  • ChelseaVarney Chelsea Fear (@ChelseaVarney) reported

@O2 can you help please? I want to change my name on my account. A chat advisor said I will need to send documents via mail while your site says I can upload online. However, I can’t see any options to do it on my o2

@princessmel_87 @SamsungMobile @O2 strange they won't do it by data, is it because it's a large update maybe? Perhaps there's a setting somewhere to allow it via mobile - havnt looked at the images, and don't use o2 so not much help really just wondered if you could hot spot it .. any of the neighbors have wifi?

  • r_you_rosa Rosa (@r_you_rosa) reported

They suggest I use Wifi Calling. I try to set it up. They want to send me a verification code via text. They also make a few other suggestions where I need network connection to set up. Thanks @O2 for your brilliant ideas. /s
