@O2 Within the Alton Towers resort. There’s thousands upon thousands of people and inadequate bandwidth. They want everyone to use the app for maps and queue times but nobody’s data is working, despite showing signal. EE was at least functional.

@O2 Hello!!!! I am getting really sick of your poor communication. Would you like me to write if review of your O2 app and maybe Calabridge Engage , possibly with Trust Pilot as well as Google Play???? That could reflect this poor quality of service!!!

@O2 is there a help desk I can call? I am paying more for my phone still than what was originally agreed at the start of my contract. I was told I'd get discount as I work for Bupa. My bill is still over £40 per month and it is not what I signed up to. Really unhappy.

@O2 We’ve sent multiple daily emails including today, were told last week that a lady in the Fraud department called Eleanor would contact us on Wednesday (28th) she has never attempted to contact us. That’s the last that we were told despite daily emails to your various departments
