    10 weeks away from the office and the @o2 phone reception is still ******* terrible. Internet barely won’t work on 4g and just about loads on 3G 😩😩 I’ve been taking home wifi for granted

    @O2 I have followed the network reset settings and this has made no difference other than I have to reset all of my passwords..what a total waste of my time

    @O2 Ok thank you, but he has tried that and as soon as he gets through, someone says "Bye" and gets cut off, he's also tried 202 from his phone with no results. His problem is he can send texts from phone but can't receive any, can you help?

    @O2 I have had no phone signal now for three days as a phone mast has been taken down in my area. I cannot make or receive any calls or texts. Surely we cannot be left like this?
