@O2 bunch of thieves! Cancelled my contract within the 14 days and they took out money from my account! Rang up 4 times to sort this and the agreed refund hasn’t even been sent out! Absolutely **** customer service!😡😡😡

@O2 ever since my wife and I changed to O2 we have had problems with messaging (for me) and receiving calls for her. Since early December. Started by trying to sort mine out. Success grading 0/10. Useless.

@O2 it doesnt recognise the number because no longer a customer. I sent a cheque to Telefonica in January and bank confirm you have not cashed it. Do you not have any accounts payable staff or are you all working from home?! HOW CAN I PAY?
