    @O2 - trying to process an upgrade - 02 app keeps telling me to.. Won’t add new Pixel to basket, call Cust Servs..they can’t process..Raise a support ticket..nothing. Cust Servs tell me to visit store.. Store can’t process.. I feel Im being De-Mobiled’ - Is that a thing now?

    Every single month I have trouble accessing the my o2 app, since it’s became virgin media! Absolute joke can never pay my bill in time because of it, doesn’t let me sign in even though the details are correct!! Shouldn’t have to phone up every month to sort it! @O2 @virginmedia
