    @O2 Does anyone find O2’s Data absolutely atrocious these days? I’ve been with them 15 years. Just got a new phone and plan and it’s as bad as I’ve ever known it. Might as well not have data half the time when I’m out. Really bad

    @O2 2 weeks ago I ordered a Rolling Sim only plan from you. Sim arrived 3 days later. Its now day 10 and we cannot make calls or texts because the plan you sold is broken. WHY? Do I need to go to @Ofcom to report you or are you going to fix it? Selling deals you cannot provide.

    Hey @O2 why is that every day for 3 weeks one of your operatives has interrupted my day by calling me. Each time the number is blocked, but still they come. If this is your way of securing a new customer it is but an epic fail. Desist please.

    @Michelle3882977 @O2 Hi Michelle - Have you managed to get this resolved yet? I have been experiencing the same issue as you & @O2 customer service seems to have no clue what to do. There are numerous reports of this issue since June so I don't know why they haven't resolved it yet.
