    @O2 I have been issues with my Samsung Watch3 connecting to my Samsung Flip3 ever since upgrading, the Watch3 won't work standalone and hasn't been working standalone since 12th October, I have been waiting patiently but months is taking the mick!!!! Please Can someone sort this

    Been charged £1,009.16 this month for an iPhone that I returned two days after getting it. Been on the phone to customer service 4 times today and not getting anywhere. Any idea why?? @O2

    @cryptomancc @O2 File a notice of correction with Equifax etc, will help fix the mark on the credit score for the moment (O2 did the same to me, didn't close the account properly, issued a bill 2 months after closure, then marked it in default - took over a year to sort)

    @O2 and they want me to pay £90 excess to downgrade my phone... i've already paid off their basic phone on my 02 refresh, more than once but they'd expect me to continue paying off the remaining £800 🧐 I think not mate. I'll stick to my broken phone...
