    @O2 over an hour on your dumb chat and the agent still hasnt got me through security. Talk about slow service! 1 reply every 12 or so mins what the point of having a online chat if its this slow? Im 1h 30mins in and still not help… where are you hiring these people?

    @O2 - trying to process an upgrade - 02 app keeps telling me to.. Won’t add new Pixel to basket, call Cust Servs..they can’t process..Raise a support ticket..nothing. Cust Servs tell me to visit store.. Store can’t process.. I feel Im being De-Mobiled’ - Is that a thing now?

    One week with @O2 and still no service on my phone. Now been told I gotta wait upto 7 days for the issue to be sorted. Very poor . Back to three I think #disappointing

    Is anyone else on @O2 finding that since the @virginmedia team up the service is horrendous, has taken my partner seven weeks to get their account unlocked, no it’s been unlocked. They can’t pay their bill due to an insecure website issue and too many redirects.

    @O2 due to apparently essential maintenance being carried out in my area, I have had no signal for nearly a week, there uncle to make/receive calls,how long can I expect this to continue?
