@O2 Hey my wife is with a different UK network roaming on AT&T and gets proper 4g speeds? Is your roaming deal just a bad package? I travel for work a lot and thos speed will make things difficult

@O2 I have waited over an hour on the 2nd phone call tonight to try to contact your customer svs who keep passing me around. I cancelled a contract within 2 days set up fraudulently by virgin and I am now being threatened with legal action by yourselves and can’t talk to any one

Absolutely astonished at the customer service from @O2 (and not in a good way). Signed up as a new customer 6 days ago and was told phone would be delivered within 7 days. Was told about 1hr later that the phone was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be delivered 1/2

@O2 not to mention the store only picked up the phone after the 4th time I had rang.. I started calling at 5pm. Because of the customer service we had received it’s tempting to cancel our order and go with another provider.. both 3 and Vodafone were both open past 5:30pm

@O2 Phone is saying no service, have had a notification saying you’ve turned off my 4G (why???), my O2 app says that it’s not available to me so can’t check on that or live chat, call 202 from partners phone which has got signal and it’s a dead tone. What’s going on?
