    @andrejpwalker @O2 Me too, it’s total garbage. Literally didn’t work, how TF can they not know. Once they pull their finger out and sort it I’ll be going elsewhere.

    @Worly82 @O2 Was on O2 for a few years after leaving EE (after over 25 years) for ‘a deal’. Became terrible after the merger with Virgin. Thankfully was on a sim only rolling contract and managed to get out. Awful farmed out customer services.

    @O2 New online platform shared with Virgin is horrendous. Absolutely nothing wrong with the old set up, now its slow and full of glitches. Probably spent a fortune to make it worse as well.

    @O2 Waiting for support call. Told to keep my line open all week!!! Like I have no life outside waiting for 02 to call me! It’s all so badly done

    @O2 It is absolutely unresolved and who marked it as resolved should be severely reprimanded. I raised a complaint (now two after this weekend). I *** promised a call back one week ago, and then today. Neither has happened so complaint mot resolved. So the whole matter is unresolved

    @O2 Hello. There is never any signal around Edgeley Road, SK3. Every week I go there my phone goes on to emergency calls only and is happening to all of my friends phones too. Could this be logged as a fault? Or the coverage map be updated
