    @O2 It’s just not good enough! Can’t get on priority AT ALL, can’t even get onto the O2 website to complain!!!! I suppose you’ve all just given up then at O2 as a whole? Totally unacceptable service! Touts have managed to get hold of tickets though 🤔

    @O2 Lol anyone who with o2 needs to leave, a lot of these big tech companys cannot uphold what they offer, why give your money to them? The amount of scams that’s happening just from their website and app being down is crazy!

    @O2 I have just called your customer services who have stated that the site has been down since this morning, that there is no access for ANYONE via the website or apps. It is an issue being worked on and they have no indication of what time it will be resolved??

    @O2 All a little bit of a joke really isn’t it. All day I’ve got to the page wanting to send me a code and then kicked out. There’s only so many times you can say keep trying or people are getting tickets and it still not working for the majority. How can it still be this bad?..

    @O2 Absolutely shocking service. Been trying since 8:30am to get on O2 Priority app to get Peter Kay tickets for Belfast and still the app is not working. Very very poor
