    @O2 had a call from what appeared to be an actual number from o2 stating that you’re shutting my sim down in a so many days due to the merge with virgin it’ll be deactivated I’ve contacted you and made you aware just want to share it for others and see if you are

    Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis

    @O2 @O2Help @VirginMedia I have been ignored for a week by your complaints team. I am now in Mexico with no service at all despite written assurances that Mexico is covered under my Inclusive Zone benefit. Complaint ref: C‑2707267834. Urgent senior‑level fix required today.

    @LesTwigg @O2 Funny how the sim can receive signal from various masts, yet fails to work on the internet? BBC website loads, but search engines don't. Thanks for the heads up

    @O2 trying to cancel my mums phone contract who has gone into a nursing home with dementia to be told you need to speak to mum. I explained again my mum has dementia to be told will need power of attorney. Your staff are so insensitive at such a difficult traumatic time.
