    @O2 Perhaps you'd give me the courtesy of a reply to my reply. As things stand O2 have locked up £25 in a sim. Please advise how this problem can be resolved.

    @O2 Any known issue with online login? I entered a stored password. Failed. Site offered to send an SMS code.. got it. Then tried stored password again and it worked! Once logged in I clicked upgrade options and it look me to login. Used stored password again - account locked.

    Does @O2 routinely refuse to give out PAC codes? The reception here is terrible, and we're now being ignored on the line. What can we do? 😡

    @O2 can you tell me if, when I reach my data cap of £51 for using data outside Europe zone/uk, my phone will cut off? I can’t find answers to this anywhere. I need to add more data from Morocco but don’t know how. Stuck in crazy driving situation + no Google maps! Help!

    @chantelle_case @O2 In my opinion due to the network being clogged up due to o2 putting profit before service!! The networks struggling in loads of places, but they still push more phones onto it! One thing they never fail to do is collect their money!

    @ellielouise_88 @O2 It’s bonkers! The network is so bad. You get signal but can’t get any bandwidth for data connection.
