    @virginmedia is down So forced to use data but @O2 is so slow and bad it struggles to connect to anything and the o2 network app says phone masts aren't working Great service all round, not, what's the point of doubling my data if I can't connect to anything

    @kokeshimum @O2 i’m with ee and mine is the same sometimes. i went to iceland a few years back and had better signal in the peninsulas and at the top of a mountain than i do in the uk. people don’t believe me but its true

    @kokeshimum @O2 The whole of UK telecoms is way behind many other developed parts of the world. Everyone has 5G capable gadgets but our networks are generally not up to 5G. More and more devices are connecting so speeds are not keeping up to demand. It’s very very poor.

    Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis

    @BennyBlanco22 @O2 @Apple It’s just o2. I left them after about 30 years and ID through the 3 network is so much better. For some reason, 18 months on I get a monthly bill from o2 for zero. More incompetence.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Same ****. Yet, o2 have increased their customer bills for the past 12 consecutive years. That’s a 4-10% increase every year since 2014.

    @dapsy7 @O2 It's been like this for weeks and they ain't interested in sorting the problem. 11 more days then I can move to another company. 20+ years and gone down hill .
