    @O2 Zero response noted & promise not kept that was given by o2 Business Support to me two weeks ago recorded. Regarding issue reported for months!!

    Today I get a painful reminder of why I should have stuck to my “never going back to @O2”; 7 days later and they can’t even tell me if they have the porting request that was made at the point of order on my new contract! Waste of perfectly good carrier space.

    @IncomeWebsites5 Burnt my data allowance on @O2 working from home whilst my @virginmedia has been down - they’ve refused to help me & I can’t get any Volt benefits on either side b/c I can’t get the address they have 4 me on their systems to align - the “partnership benefits” are a complete scam

    @O2 worst customer service ever! I tried to become a new member 4 times now and for no reason you reject me. I have the best credit score you can get. And a salary of 60k + and I can’t get a sim only contract
