Eevee (@Eeevee12345) reported@O2 Hi, it looks like you guys recently cut off my spare SIM/phone number with no warning due to the 3G switch-off. I really need this number back as it’s linked to many personal accounts so I need it for authentication purposes, hasn’t been reassigned yet, can you please help?

Andrew Goldstein (@Goldie__101) reported@O2 Hello. That would have been in October last year. I had a phone call two months ago I believe with support asking when the -£7 in credit on my account would be refunded and why I had to chase this. I received the cheque in March but seem to be getting the texts and mails still.
