Hello @O2, my wife has been waiting 5 days for her phone to be unlocked. She is having to move away from O2 because we can't get a signal where we have moved to. She has been with O2 for many years and would appreciate a faster response as she can't use her phone.

@O2 simply appalled by your customer service. My 11 year old daughters phone has been locked for a week after changing providers, but owned by us. A week is a long time for a child who uses public transport to not have a phone. Managers too busy to call back, absolute shower.

@O2 wanted to speak to someone about changing some details & needed help accessing my o2 account. After spending 52 minutes on the phone, I didn't get the help I wanted & they didn't give me any advice for my account!! Does anyone there WANT to help their customers? 🤔😡
