    @O2 Thanks I've been checking since last week, apparently it should finally be back tomorrow, but not having a phone for 5 days without warning is very poor service

    @O2 was there a glitch saying primary sim sending a text message? As I got one today. Apple themselves said itโ€™s fine and is probably a service provider thing. Iโ€™m with O2

    @O2 I have had 3+ weeks of limited to no signal at my house. People unable to contact us. Despite you working on the nearest equipment at SO21 1HA. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

    I used to be able to use the my @o2 app easily using biometric login but ever since they joined with virgin the app is ridiculous I've tried to login TWICE and twice it's been authorised and twice it's once again telling me to login. O2 used to be so much better without virgin.
