    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Do not switch to o2 theres a reason their cheaper their signal is awful im o2 wifes EE she always has signal i dont. I've been o2 for about 20 years the minute my contracts up im off

    @O2 has anyone else ever had a promise that O2 would call to sort out a serious mistake on their part, only for them not to call at all? Clear lack of customer service response demands another complaint! This company wouldn’t know customer service practice if it fell on its head!

    @O2 Respectfully I disagree with that. Nobody who lives near me has phone signal. But I have phone signal when I leave the town I live in. Your signal checker shows no issues either

    @O2 since joining virgin media the coverage in Milton Keynes is terrible. I’m almost always on 1 bar. You’ve gone from being the best signal in the area to probably the worst.

    @waynetuckwell @O2 It's honestly ridiculous. I've given up on them now I don't think they'll fix it. I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.

    My @O2 signal has been so bad for weeks now, hardly get any now it’s shocking, phone and internet signal for over £60 and can’t use it
