@O2 what have you done to the mobile phone signal in M24 region? Gone from 3-4 bars to 1, and sometimes 0...always cutting me off and effectively unable to use my mobile for phone calls!

I ported my number to @O2 on 18th October and it’s yet to be completed fully (still don’t receive texts…). FYI @Ofcom having to phone for updates every 2 days and still no real update on the issue or resolution timeframe.

@O2 My number has been disconnected for 2 days as part of your porting process but it still hasn't been ported. I can't receive calls or texts. I've called you several times but you're not sorting it. This is terrible customer service and an awful introduction to O2.
