    @O2 for weeks due to a network problem a phone mast not working properly, CV37 7 HG, you update me weekly, sometimes more often but a repair would be preferable. Yesterday you said ‘services might be affected’ but today have said ‘services won’t be affected’. Which is it?

    @O2 Hi I requested a SIM unlock code for a old device I bought from you, monthly contract long expired. Received code via automated reply but it’s not working, simply an error message on the phone. I haven’t got a o2 shop close to me, any suggestions on how I can complete
