@O2 Day 111 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 They even blamed my SIM card and gave a new one which did not sort the problem I still get the repeated text

@O2 Yes text and calls are find. I was in Belgium last week and it was fine. iPhone 13 Pro. That’s fine but this is awful if you can not offer a service you should use it as a selling point. I would of move to re or stayed with 3 where roaming speed were decent.

@O2 horrendous customer service. Was told that I would have a call back on Friday but nothing. Please can you organise somebody to call me back. Im not running after you anymore. Not happy

@O2 Sim sorted but it's been more than 7 weeks without a signal where I live! Apparently, masts are being repaired. It is impossible to do simple tasks such as banking, let alone make or receive calls and texts! No end in sight......

Have to admit @O2 customer service support is the worst i have ever come across here in the UK
