Switching over to @O2 for my phone service and it’s starting well: was told new iPhone would be in yesterday when we put the deposit down for it a week ago. It isn’t, and apparently nobody is able to tell us when I’ll actually be able to pick it up. 🫥

This is still an ongoing issue @O2 @VirginMedia - I've checked your sites for issues and it says there's no problems. I've had to go to a coffee shop to continue my work today as it's beyond frustrating.

@O2 hi I ave the Priority app and cannot use it when I leave home. I have checked everything to make sure it can be used and I can use other apps but still not Priority. I’ve a o2 concert at Brixton Academy and it will not allow me to use it. Can you help?
