    @O2 I really need help from someone at o2 who knows what’s going on. I opened a contract with the promise from staff in-store that if I called up HQ after purchasing the phone I would get 20% off my airtime by joining it with my partner from the same household.

    @O2 appalling service. Cannot access online account, held on the phone for over an hour and cannot make payment either? Now you issue a penalty for non payment! Cant wait to quit the contract.

    @O2 @ad_moran4 If you want a signal stick with EE! Sick of not being able to access apps on my phone, you know for critical things like charging my car or transferring money between accounts so I can pay for items! O2 are an absolute joke!

    @O2 please can you DM me or explain why I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my online account to be unlocked ? I’ve only called 3 times to fix and each time promised it’ll be fixed within a couple of days
