@O2 fed up with getting were fixing the mast since July I'm getting call drops rubbish signal on a mast I'm getting customer service staff that I can not here. Its not the phone been to another area so when will o2 fix there issue in my area when ?

@O2 I have given all my information 3 times to your colleagues in the billing department. I will now wait for one of those people to have the decency to call me. My payment has been made so I have no problem. Like I said I'm not wasting any more time. I wasted over 45 min yesterday
