ordered my new phone & paid off the remainder of my current (severely broken/unusable) device on January 15th, it's now February & even though they have had no problem taking the £150 down-payment towards my new phone, the order is still apparently being processed? @O2 ridiculous

@O2 So my phone was lost by dpd that I ordered as a upgrade on the 19th January to be told they can’t do anything for a few days and to phone back Friday 28th jan so I did and was told a new phone was ordered and I would get an e Mail conformation that never arrived so I phoned back

@O2 Those stores don’t have my phone, do they. There was no problem@with staffing issues when I waited at the entrance for fifteen minutes yesterday before speaking to someone. An apology wouldn’t go amiss.

@O2 horrendous customer service. 1.5 hours on a call and 4 different advisors yet still unable to action my request to cancel my contract and opt out of auto-renew once contract expires. Awful service .

@O2 To be told it was never ordered and they will look into what the person said to me and phine me back today I never got a call. Today I was told that the investigation is over and the phone has been barred but a new one still is not on the way I have been waiting far too long

@O2 Not even getting text messages. What's wrong with your network... I am an IT professional and I cannot login into my work laptop and systems as I have two factor authentication, need to get text messages to do work! Please have some alternative.... This is horrendous!
