    @O2 Movistar is the current network for a few more days. But I was also in Corfu and Czechia in the past 2 months and didnt get any SMS on arrival to that country? I thought they should come automatically? Or is it somewhere in settings?

    @O2 Yeah done the check, tried turning phone off and on, rest network settings unable to call on wifi when out and about

    @O2 I'm gathering that there is an issue with the virtual assistant today, many people haven't been able to get through, yet my sister - despite her phone being in her bag in a locker and the phone locked somehow managed to start a chat with an agent?!? How does that even work?

    @O2 I'd rather someone reply to my email so I have evidence of what is discussed and agreed in case it doesn't get sorted properly. Also, I don't have an O2 phone or a landline so how much is it going to cost me to call you from another mobile network to sort out your mistake?

    @O2 Hey, I placed an order for a new SIM yesterday and have yet to receive the SIM. But today you guys generated the bill and sent it to me. I don't have the SIM yet, so the service is not yet activated. Can you please explain it?

    @O2 I may have done, but the agent I spoke to was so awful I hung up and went elsewhere.
