    @O2 i’ve changed iphones and the sim card is being acknowledged in my new phone however it’s not being registered to messages / facetime it’s been 24 hours how do i fix this ive reset my phone, turned it on and off, it’s been deregistered from my old phone etc

    This - I’m in the South East and @O2 is awful to the point of needing to change networks. Yet I can go anywhere in Europe is signal is rock solid

    @HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.

    @O2 why is it so difficult to add an international bolt on with you? O2 app doesn’t seem to give it as an option. 2202 says it’s for bolt ons but then just gives options for different things. I’ve required this service a few times for business and each time it’s a headache

    @O2 six days u have done nothing to get this issue sorted. You have been reported with immediate and if u don’t get this sorted today without fail. Further action will be taken against u. You’re ******* deranged if u think not doing anything sort an isssue in 6 daysacceptable

    @O2 @ceeveepee That’s a lie, I spoke to your customer service almost a week ago and told them this was happening to me too, I also can’t make any payments towards my daughters bolt ons.
