    @nftholbein @csljohnkirby @O2 Yea I switched to EE after nearly 20 years with O2. They seem to have taken every awful part of Virgin Media since the merger. Would never trust them again.

    @O2 @Happyengland79 And this is why everyone leaves O2. The network is shockingly bad, it’s expensive and the customer service is 10X worse!

    Anyone else having issues with @O2 not responding to customer emails? Reception has been awful for months. I go into the shop & the staff say, "Yeah, we know it's the mast on top of a block of flats & don't know when it will be fixed." So I email twice and still get no answer.

    . @virginmedia I’m also locked out of my account for weeks due to something going wrong with merging @O2 and Virginmedia acoints. Escalated several times and once again today. Your support options knowledge articles, and support paths for this issue are shocking - HELP

    @O2 I appreciate this and the signal checker says it’s fine for 4G and 5G inside and out.. but data just does not work, and it has been like that for a while now, outside it says I have 5G but nothing will load and if I go inside it goes into satellite mode..

    @O2 Can you just send me a new sim. I'm in touch with what seems like fake accounts. I don't need to login to my desktop. Just put a sim in the post. Ive already lost a day. It's 07789766581. I've paid you £100s for years. Just sort a brother out. It 8 Stephens Court, 82 Endwell Road London SE4 2DP. This is my l address. You probably have one in Hammersmith or Ealing or Earls Court. W6, Sw5, w5. West London post codes. I don't want to login on my laptop. Just mail me the sim? It's a piss of piss with Lebara

    @virginmedia utter shite. Wifi outage to be fixed by 1:05am, updates to 2:05am, now its 2:35am with no updated fix time. Though im not surprised, its virgin media, they're always ******* going down. @O2 though, no ******* signal in my own home FORCING ME to buy an eSim. Pathetic.

    @O2 So what do i do in an emergency? Let myself or someone else die and tell them it's ok @o2 is doing there best.
