    @O2 been with o2 for about 20 odd years & since I moved to where I live now 6 years ago, I never have a signal. Most of the time my phone is on emergency calls only! Luckily I mainly use WiFi but I feel like I'm paying for a service that's not working, any help?

    @O2 None of that helps with the fact that there are huge black spots in my local area where I'm unable to get enough signal to stream a song on Spotify or even load my twitter feed
