    @O2 hello I lost signal on my phone tried to contact customer service, it say we closed at 8PM and try to contact tomorrow. I am with out signal now and no data/network just need to relay on WiFi. Can you pls help?

    @O2 I did the online check says it’s good signal in the area but I don’t seem to have any

    @O2 I still cannot get any signal in my own home. 3 phones on your network & not one bar/signal. What am I paying for. You keep saying issues in area but this has been over 4 months. Missing important calls from hospital. Time for network change if nothing can be done.

    Stay well clear of of @O2 there deals look good on paper but if it comes to even the slightest issue you will be passed around a team of people who couldn’t tie a shoe lace let alone deal with a loyal customer who has been with them since 2012….absolute joke

    Hey @O2 I had a contract with you that I had financial issues and couldn't pay it after dealing with grief after loosing my dad to cancer a few years back Can I have the number associated with it released to me via a PAYG sim at all as I had that number for like 17+years

    So @O2 has got to be the absolute worst I’ve dealt with bar none. Seemingly no training or people skills needed to be on the other side of the 202 number…

    @O2 Patience??? I’ve lost it. I’ll be considering a move to a different network. I’ve been a loyal customer since my first phone and this is how I’m repaid.
