    @O2 why is it so hard to upgrade my sim now? 1st of all, the “upgrade” options are ridiculously expensive and filled with **** i dont want/need, second- i went for a proper “upgrade” plan so i can keep my number, said i was switching to android but youve just changed my tariff?

    @kokeshimum @O2 Yep, I live in Milnrow, signal is fine there but if I drive up Huddersfield road or Todmorden road the signal completely disappears. It’s hilarious when they add another number to the “G” when some places in the U.K. haven’t event got 1G.

    @O2 @O2 It's been over a month since my number was compromised and my account closed. I've received conflicting information from different teams and still have no resolution. This number is linked to all my essential services. I deserve answers. @OmbudServices

    @kokeshimum @O2 02 ia completely ****, my husband barely has any signal wherever we go in the UK. I have Vodafone, marginally better.

    @O2 can you sort out your customer service phone lines!!!!!! I am trying to do an insurance claim for my device and its saying you are open 8am to 8pm weekdays and to call back then, thanks!!! my phone is unusable so can't use the app. so what am I meant to do.
