    @O2 sort it out paid my bill over 2 weeks ago nearly 3 weeks now and still no service I need my services reinstated. I’ve been calling you everyday and still nothing you keep telling lies.

    @O2 New online platform shared with Virgin is horrendous. Absolutely nothing wrong with the old set up, now its slow and full of glitches. Probably spent a fortune to make it worse as well.

    @O2 Won't let me inbox you chat keeps closing but if I get told the mast is down again im gonna scream its all I get told. But any one thinking to join O2 at the moment. I wouldn't bother

    Just nearly been scammed by someone claiming to be from @O2 The first to tell ppl to be careful, but I was suckered in, ended call and called the company to make sure all was well. Great customer service from them though. People beware!

    @O2 Due to the recent price increase, I’ve decided to move to another provider. I’m unable to find an option in the app to cancel my SIM. I already have a PAC code to keep my number and I’m now out of contract—would that be sufficient to proceed?
