@O2 @MarkEvansO2 @DerekMcManus Please can someone help me resolve a contract issue. I have spoken with customer services 4 times to no effect. They cannot resolve issues until I pass security but I can't as details are not known. The situation is unbelievably frustrating. Please DM.

@holly @O2 Is it consistent though? I tried out the @ThreeUK home 5G last year (which is actually the network that Relish built) and i would either get 500mbit or literally 0.5 and nothing in between

@O2 another awful experience with O2 tonight. On hold for 25mina just to be told that the insurance team have finished? Could you have told me that instead of the press 2 option?? Thanks for nothing. Business going elsewhere soon....

@O2 hi - I did a survey and you keep calling me. You just left a voicemail saying ‘at this time no further action will be taken’. I’m at work. Why does any action need to be taken? I don’t think you can fix my coverage issue - it’s where I live.
