    @O2 you have kept us on hold for longer than an hour each time we have called to cancel (it's been 3 attempts in the space of a week). someone just picked up after 45 mins & then phone "cut off" after asking us 1 question. WHY are you making it impossible?

    @O2 It has not been redeemed because Greggs would not let me redeem it due to the scanner in the shop not working which is not my fault. I am now a code down with no pizza!!!

    Why do @O2 constantly advertise their two cheapest Pay As You Go phones since they are never in stock and have not been available on line for the best part of a year? - Am I too cynical in thinking that it is a subtle attempt to make you buy a more expensive one?

    @O2 I have been trying to cancel my contract for over two hours now. I’m on hold as I write this. Why can I get an upgrade in minutes but cannot seem to cancel as fast? Apparently a call back isn’t a thing you prove? Seems like good signal isn’t the only thing you’re bad at.

    @O2 customer service is honestly one of the most crappest experiences i’ve had 😭😭 LMAOO im so tired i’ve been on the phone with them on 4 different calls all day this has taken up 2 hours of my time and its still not solved such a simple ******* issue
