    @kokeshimum @O2 You might find the problem is with O2 if anything. It was fine in London, but hopeless in Devon.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I live near four major cities. On 4G I can’t get an internet connection, cuts out constantly mid calls as soon as drops from 5G to 4G. O2 is broken.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I am with O2, I work in Huddersfield, signal generally ok. O2 customer service is however very bad.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I have both O2 and EE SIMs on my phone. I work all over the country and the O2 one is woefully bad. Their service is so patchy and slow is barely worth having that SIM in there.

    @kokeshimum @O2 It’s quite simple really, the comms firms that own and run the cellular relay sites throttle the power down to save money, and only tweak it back up slightly when enough people complain about service standards…

    @kokeshimum @O2 Apparently the phone companies are deliberately shutting down the 4G antennae so that everyone switches over to 5G.

    @kokeshimum @O2 The government told all the operators to remove Chinese components from masts due to spying fears. Replaced with substandard equipment. Not down to operators it's due to government interference.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I was in Thailand last year. Even at sea, and away from the coast, I was so surprised to notice that I had a strong signal!
