    @GreggsOfficial @o2 app machine not working in my local Greggs so had to pay full price for my coffee (had saved the £1 treat for today) and also lost out on the Greggs point when paying full price 😩😡

    @O2 Yes. But it shouldn’t need this. I slightly understand when it’s a busy area with lots of people but it’s 2026 and we shouldn’t be overloading it. It would be better if you just said no service. Frustrating.

    @O2 I still cannot get any signal in my own home. 3 phones on your network & not one bar/signal. What am I paying for. You keep saying issues in area but this has been over 4 months. Missing important calls from hospital. Time for network change if nothing can be done.

    The new o2 Blue Mondays is absolute toss. Was bad enough when the prizes were 25% some random company, but now you don’t actually get anything @o2

    @O2 I’m absolutely getting fed up with the new app, every time, I tried to use it keeps opening website for virgin media. Sends you an email, and, you’ve to click on it. Other companies aren’t like that. The previous version was absolutely amazing. Fix it immediately!

    please change the blue monday’s back or at least let us keep spinning until we get 3 matching prizes as this is now stupid and pointless @O2
