    @O2 I have the account no, mobile no, and SIM no, which I have found in emails from 22-23. I just spent 80 MINS on phone with your customer service, they could not find the account and hung up on me. I spent another 45 minutes after ringing back, transferred and the call went dead.

    Ok - what has @o2 done to fix their mistake of trying to improve my service by cutting me off? Absolutely nothing - ultimately useless

    Through a phone “system” and 3 operators who largely ignored our issue. We’re now on to the Complaints team at @o2. A disproportionate amount of effort to leave a contract they are not fulfilling, without being charged. As we can send a text or receive a call. @MartinSLewis

    @O2 I have 3 mobile lines alongside volt package @VirginMedia broadband and an open complaint about contract rates. Your app is quoting me much more than what I currently pay! With Volt double data, I only need a low base plan. Please DM me to sort a fair deal.

    @nickrenshaw5 @O2 @ajgbarnes I've got an issue last couple of days and never had a problem seems to be issues in certain areas they need to get this resolved it's messing things up

    @O2 I keep getting calls from people claiming to be from o2. When I query why they keep calling they hang up!

    @O2 Nice add, not much good as my wife’s O2 service has been off for over 24 hours now. I left O2 a year ago. The website says people are working on the issue but when my wife called O2 she was told there were no issues, which is it ?

    @O2 I call bullshit can’t even make any calls no bar signal and when 1 does pop up no dial tone or anything what’s going on O2

    @O2 why oh why have you made it so damned difficult to login to my account now that Virgin Media are involved ! All I want to do is login to my account the old fashioned way without the need to check my email, return to the original page etc…..
