    @O2 if i have 7 days to change my mind on a phone purchase online, why have i just been told, after less than 24 hours, that you are not able to cancel the order? The phone has not despatched.

    @Sjynther @O2 I agree, my signal in Church Warsop uk is awful, o2 map says mast has had issues the last few days and it's being worked on. Signal comes then goes all day meaning I keep getting a load of notifications then nothing for ages and I'm getting repetitive voicemail ones also with no actual voicemail stored. Something is broken at o2

    @O2 what is going on with your signal, it's always bad, but the last few days have been horrendous, 1-2 bars max even outside of the house!

    @andycomfort @daviddunninguk @O2 I used stand on a bench in my garden to get a crackly signal. (28yrs ago). Now, my neighbour stands outside my house shouts very loudly all his business details I feel his pain,home WiFi,WiFi calling its the same crappy signal

    Is there anyway to submit a complaint to @O2 via email? Their online form doesn’t work and I don’t have hours to sit on the phone and go over something that I have already spend hours on the phone dealing with.

    @Polymarket @O2 is great for this, 4G, 5G? It's all for nought because none of it works. The worst part, this joke of a network is the best option in my town.

    @O2 you're a disgrace. Don't like complaints do you? Faffed me about on here, try sending a formal complaint and then says 'there's been an error'. Your complaints procedure is just as crap as you're service and coverage. Don't send me another link that doesn't work either.
