    @O2 your service is so bad! Barely get any signal and London Underground wifi doesn’t even work. You have to register your number first?! Surely you know what mobile is on your network. Make it intentionally hard to use. Switching when this contract ends

    @O2 just had a call from this number +44 20 3333 4883 saying they were investigating a number of reports of poor service in my area- i nearly fell for it because your service is terrible! Assume it’s a scam though?

    Had a message from @O2 CEO office stating they're looking into my issue and will respond in 3 working days. It's now been 5. I sent an email yesterday and got no reply. It seems O2 are just a **** company.

    @O2 Day 101 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Why do you not allow customers to cancel renewed contacts at vastly inflated prices. Cannot get through on the phone or online. You are an absolute joke.
