    @O2 Part of the promotion from getting the new Apple Watch, I had the email to say it’s dispatched then a card to say delivery was attempted. So I got it redelivered but it’s never left the depot and I can’t rearrange again?

    @O2 I was asked that (as I indicated in my follow-up reply). I followed that option, got through to a real person, who transferred me to the correct team. Who then hung up on me via a recorded message. Why advertise hours of support if you're not going to follow them?
