Provoke the Woke ๐๐๐ (@No_to_wokery) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You had 13 years to fix this mess. What do did the Tories do in government again ?
-
Angelo Micciche (@Micci1988) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Im always having to go on flight mode and off again just to get network coverage.
-
R B (@RLBD1920) reported@O2 I did and it said there were no issues but now that Iโm outside of my office I seem to have access to data now
-
Chris (@Chris94501165) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Tom, cell masts use this thing called electricity. Essentially O2 are underpowering them due to the cost of energy. The bad news for you is that the cost of Net Zero is increasing those energy costs. Who enshrined it in to law? Secondary order consequences are a thing...

Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if thereโs no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
-
Dan - Truly_Anomalous ๐ฆ (@Truly_Anomalous) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 I left the O2 network this month. Our local access point is constantly either down or just not serving data. Fixes rarely last more than a week or two.
-
G ๐จ๐พ๐ ๐ (@Georgieporgy69) reported@O2 hi I want to make a complaint for my daughter which has not been dealt with for over 4 months and I am still waiting for a call back . Appalling
-
Paz DLXV (@paz565) reported@O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.
-
Mr H (@silestanix) reported@O2 Why? Are you going to solve this issue today of me not being able to make phone calls here in the US?
-
๐๐๐ ๐ (@a_n_n__m) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, itโs not a problem.
