    @njvns @O2 Kinda ironic that Chelmsford is the “birthplace of radio”. It’s like how rubbish the TV and DAB radio signal is here as well.

    @O2 It says to register but when we try that it doesn’t recognise us. Last comms with O2 said the ‘technical’ team had to look at the issue but we’ve heard nothing back

    @O2 are the worst network going, i have not been able to make any calls all day and the internet keeps crashing. i phoned customer service and they were of no help what so ever. a shambles

    @O2 How do I return the phone and cancel the contract during the 14 day cooling down period? I want to take the contract again with the confirmed discount or try a different provider who offers BlueLightCard discount.
