    I live in Huddersfield been using 02 for 15 years. I barely get 4g and usually scrape a couple of bars. Signal has got much worse last 2 years. Can barely stream music in my car. No signal in my house ffs Now in Majoroca. 5G and 5 bars. @O2 Why is our service in Uk so bad?

    @virginmedia Anyone reading this I'm now being threatened with charges for not returning there router, anyone else get conned into an @O2 contract sim by virgin media fancy starting a class action via the ombudsman @O2 I've never made a single call or text yet you have debited my bank for the last 2 years

    @_unidropout @O2 I managed to cancel my contract with over a year to go for this very reason - just be persistent and eventually they’ll offer you the option to walk away without penalty as the only viable option.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Because whenever the mobile companies want to put up masts to solve the problem everyone objects. See also pretty much any kind of infrastructure improvements

    @kokeshimum @O2 The whole of UK telecoms is way behind many other developed parts of the world. Everyone has 5G capable gadgets but our networks are generally not up to 5G. More and more devices are connecting so speeds are not keeping up to demand. It’s very very poor.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I left O2 after ten years because it turned to ****. They made it as hard as they possibly could to leave which just served to anger me more. I switched to 3 network (two years) £21.50 pm unlimited it's perfect.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I'm in wales couldn't use my phone for 6 months due to o2 having issues so went to vadafone
