1 week and still no replacement phone nor any alternatives are in stock. Only solution offered is to wait until one happens to come into stock. The amount they charge in premium and this is the sort of service you get. Poor. Do better @O2 #O2insure

@O2 Help! I’ve got a sim only contract with you and tried to change tariff for more mins but selected the wrong one. I clicked on ‘cancel tariff change’ and got a message to say the cancellation had been requested. How long do I need to wait before I can make the change? Thanks!

@O2 trying to get through to pay off device plan and cancel airtime on a dongle but having a complete nightmare getting through. 45 min wait but the automated system to get your call through is an absolute joke and can’t point me in the right direction!!
