    @O2 another day has passed and I still haven’t spoken to a manager. In total this is about the 7th request I have made. You are a disgraceful organisation and you are causing me untold stress and anxiety. Replying to me with your general contact number is not customer service!!!!

    What is the point of complaining to @o2? Complaint sent 06/09 multiple times chased up formally 20/11 no reply now 06/0/21. Told someone looking at as a priority still nothing @MarkEvansO2

    @notorious_twub I’m another @O2 stan!! Been with them years now and wouldn’t go elsewhere! Could never use @ThreeUK after having to go through their awful customer service 🤯

    @O2 Hi, basically I’ve signed up to a cash back app that transfers money I’ve made over to my phone bill provider (you). Apparently I need my customer reference number to determine which of your bank accounts to pay. If you can advise that would be great. Thanks in advance!

    @O2 why is that everytime, every single time I call the phone line gets mysteriously cut off?! Please can someone call me regarding my ongoing issue. I'm still waiting for my manager call back. I will be returning to @EE this a joke! You clearly don't want my money!!

    I order a iPhne 12 pro blue over a month ago with @EE and I’m still waiting. It’s getting boring waiting for the phone and ps5 to come back in stock this is getting abit too much for ee as there customer s was good but @o2 people are suddenly getting the phones before me
