@O2 genuine question , how come I had 4g+ , 2 bars and nothing loads up I.e Internet , and yet my work phone which is on EE has the same 4g+ same 2 bars and is a older phone , works straight away no loading problems what so ever ??

@O2 How come I had 4g+ and 2 bar signal and nothing loads up ? I.e Internet, what's app app etc....and yet my work phone on EE had same 4g+ same 2 bar signal and Is a older phone load up perfectly no issues at all ????
