    @JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom Nice one John. They’ve been terrible near me with a mast down for 12 days now. They cited an issue then ‘routine maintenance’ with no update due until 1st Aug.

    @O2 need to really sort out there app and website can never load anything up as it always comes up with to many redirects might have to think about moving to a new network

    @O2 terrible customer service not helpful at all then after holding for 50 minutes waiting to be put through to a manager you cut me off !!! No call back as of yet

    @seagullsim @O2 You can't. There hundreds of thousands of customer service staff soread across 4 nations, none of whom have good English.

    Hi @O2 any idea when the mast will be fixed in Herne bay so we can get some signal? I haven’t been able to make calls at home for weeks now but you still expect us to pay our full phone bill. Thanks

    @O2 @PeelhillLibrary Keith, I get at least one a day - it's not o2. Keep blocking, but these scammers literally buy / spoof thousands of numbers. Sometimes I hang up, sometimes I play them at their own game and keep them engaged for 20 mins before telling them to foxtrot oscar.
