    @O2 No you completely fudged up! I was waiting from 9:20 yesterday and couldn’t get in all day! I spoke to o2 who said they was having issues, bottom line is you didn’t give any one a chance they went within seconds for those who had the time to sit and constantly check!

    @O2 new customer here, been trying to swap from physical sim to eSIM all week but your chat team haven’t been able to do it, I’ve now been cut off when speaking to an advisor 3 times tonight and had a call intercepted when discussing personal details which I thinks a data breach

    @O2 What do you mean ‘you’re sorry that not all customers were successful?’ How was anyone successful when the The O2 app was down all day and night yesterday? Absolute shambles. @ThreeUK customers didn’t seem to have a problem.

    @O2 Stop with you network tips. You need to do something and not us. Everyone who is using 4g with O2 around Westminster Abbey have same issue. No internet most of the time. FIX YOUR MASTS! We can see and track mast on the building but still no internet.

    @LilHay @O2 It is yeah, I think they’re hoping we just give up and go onto live chat or ring O2. They give us false hope that they’ll reply to our query but never do. So much for replying ASAP… “as soon as possible” 😕🫤

    @O2 network f**cking worst in Hamburg. DO NOT USE IT FOR YOUR BROADBAND. Do not!! It’ll be disconnected for every 2 min and come backs like after 10 minutes
