    @O2 Coverage around Wigan awful. Lucky to even muster one bar nevermind internet. Struggling to make calls, texts not sending or being received late. Not just at home but around town too. Its shocking. Done all the troubleshooting and to be honest its been like it for years.

    @O2 Logging into your app is a truly horrific experience, god knows the last tiem i was able to lgon. You send me test about competition cant login, want to access my account cant login.

    @O2 been sitting in one of your stores for nearly an hour now, trying to make an insurance claim, the in shop service is excellent but your systems are totally useless, online claim doesn’t work passed to 4 different people on the phone and even your staff here are frustrated

    Gone to Brighton to support my Wife in her last Brighton marathon. Can’t make a call, can’t txt and can’t use data so no tracking. @O2 must do better.
