    @O2 absolutely shambolic customer service trying to fix issue with credit score. Spoken to 8 customer service agents and 6 hours on phone - issue still unresolved. Staff utterly unhelpful. Will you fix?

    @O2 about to lose a long term customer! Been with you forever! Yet my s21 that I've had for what a year and a bit that's been sent back for repair twice, lost 1 and replaced once still isn't working right! Customer services are non existent!

    @O2 @LutzSchueler Keep getting denied new contract by third party due to your credit check. 15 years loyalty and always paid bills. Customer service terrible. Can you fix?

    @Flameboy2001 @O2 Had same issue, just asked them to split into separate accounts to pay, they were fine about it in the Swindon restaurant.
