@kokeshimum @O2 Stuck for 2 hours on the M2 yesterday without moving. I was in a signal black spot so I could barely make a call and had no data… This was on the M2 in Kent. It’s hardly the middle of nowhere.

@Christo44671940 @O2 Thank you, O2 did they put a £5 cap on but it still continued to charge lots over this. Not sure how or why but it’s bad because they told her it was her sending picture messages off the WiFi and didn’t tell her it’s a scam. They even have an link to check premium numbers on the bill so I’m almost positive the call handlers knew it wasn’t my mum doing this herself and it says received texts and not ones she had sent!

@O2 Well you’ve taken 8 hrs to respond to this - absolutely appalling customer service!!!

@Happyengland79 @O2 @BBCWatchdog That is utterly shameless. Admitting you're right just to pull the exact same stunt again is pure bad faith. Drop the formal deadlock letter and take them straight to the Ombudsman—they can't just keep raiding your credit!

@willmcgugan @O2 when they have too many customers, they stop caring. not only mobile operators, all of them service providers.

Let’s tell the tale of @O2 “Ultimate” package, supposedly its ultimate offer. I took O2 up on it and received precisely zero mobile data. I asked them to fix the problem. They assured me they would investigate and sort it out. What happened next? They cut my phone off completely. I have gone from having no mobile data to having no service at all. What on earth is O2 doing? This is not an “Ultimate” service. It is an ultimate shambles. Sort it out, O2.

5G signal with @O2 seems to get worse by the day. Unusable anywhere in central London these days

@O2 tell me how I'm supposed to make an online claim about my stolen iPhone when every time I try and use the link it comes up with error 401 unauthorised. What is my £15 a month actually doing if I can't access this ****?????
