@O2 is an absolute **** show ! If you think that paying insurance will support you in time of need you have been mislead ! On the phone to them for the past hour whilst abroad and I still haven’t had a solution. I am now waiting to speak to the 4th person #o2

@O2 have agreed to set up WiFi Calling on my partner's Samsung A21s due to seriously poor service. #WellDone them. @vodafone have ignored my requests and I'm left with no option but to leave them.

@O2 your service in Torbay has been absolutely despicable! No "real" signal for about 2 or 3 months now and you refuse to reply to anyone who challenges you, I'm paying full money for a quarter of the service (along with countless others) yet you blank us.
