@O2 Recently got an unlimited data eSIM but your 4G speeds are so slow (with 5G absolutely non existent) that it’s not worth having. Can barely browse the web, social media is slow to load images and videos and streaming content is painful with constant buffering. Any ideas?

@O2 It was the 0844 which is what I was told to call to sort out my volt sim with yourselves and virgin. It never stated access charge would be £10 before minutes at premium rates. Why is your company still using this type of number to call consumer services

@O2 There is no damage to the device. This is a replacement device given to me in February which has had intermittent network connectivity issues. All previous issues were resolved by turning on and off again or removing sim card. This time however nothing is fixing this

@O2 thank you for for that. That’s all very well but if someone is trying to call you, like vital drs or hospital calls and they can’t get through its no good. Also i should be able to call someone with signal, i don’t live in a remote area and its 2022

@O2 requested PAC code move to O2 on Monday. Should have been completed Tuesday. Called you Wednesday and you'd left it until Thursday! Number removed from old network yesterday morning but not on O2 yet so I missed a call for an interview at 10am as now uncontactable!! Thanks!!
