@O2 Day 84 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 I have been trying to call most of the day. One option cuts me off and tells me you are too busy to answer calls. I tried a different option and I have been on hold for 48mins. Can someone help?

@O2 As on O2 customer how do I actually contact someone because live chat is always busy and says try again later and I've been waiting on the phone for over an hour and it was the same last week ?.......
