@O2 Refresh doesn't work and tried various computers. This link works. So working with sky isn't inspiring me to stay with you

  • matt_brewster7 Matt (@matt_brewster7) reported

@O2 It's non-use then , I needed it tomorrow . That's the only reason I agreed to the up grade . Your staff are also quite Rude when I tried to cancel the order as you've mis sold it to me . I've logged a complaint and I wish to take it further. I'd advise everyone to avoid 02

@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

  • Scrumpyjen87 Jen Fielder (@Scrumpyjen87) reported

@AndyNayler @TalkTalk Same here Andy. I had about 3 hours of connection and then it cut out again. It's a good job I've got a good @O2 data plan as I'm having to use that to work from home rather than my actual Internet connection!

  • IoIjenkins 𝚠𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚜 𝚐𝚘𝚝 𝚜 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚍𝚎𝚍 :( (@IoIjenkins) reported

i might get absolutely zero signal/service on @ee but i’d rather than that ever have to deal w @o2 ever again

  • richardpayne94 Richard Payne (@richardpayne94) reported

@LBC @LBCNews How absolutely spiffing. And yet, 5 miles from the centre of Taunton, Somerset's county town, you can barely get any signal, let alone 'watch a film.' @O2

  • jimmatt88 Sadly, James 🌈 (@jimmatt88) reported

@O2 Can’t at the moment as I’m out - will try again when I get home and let you know if there’s still a problem then 👍

  • AbieeOliver Abiee Oliver (@AbieeOliver) reported

@O2 why can’t I change my password? It’s asking me for my first school that I attended and it’s saying it’s not the answer I provided, when I clearly remember what school it was! I tried my last 4 bank card numbers and it still wouldn’t accept! Help, please!

  • foulds89 Tom (@foulds89) reported

@O2 Do you give your customer’s contact information to other parties, such as @CPWTweets? I received an ‘upgrade’ call from them and they stated my network provider has shared my details
