    @ungodlywheesa @O2 Most phones made after 2018 support eSIMs tbh! iPhone XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3a and up... What phone are you rocking? We might be able to help you figure it out

    @O2 my data has not worked for 2 days and I don’t know why. Your app never works. I’ve turned it all off and on and you asked me to DM but you have not helped in any way. Why has my 4G not been working!!????

    @O2 Hi. I am desperately trying to speak to somebody about my account but am being bounced between the app and the website. I can't get through to anybody on the phone either and I have been trying since Wednesday. Can you help please?

    @EnglandRugby @O2 Sorry @EnglandRugby but BJvR over Lawrence and Ojomoh absolutely stinks. He’s a Saffa! He grew up wanting to play for the Boks - why on earth pick him over 2 lads that are a) very talented and b) are actually English?! Horrible decision…

    @O2 I have a TLC Linkzone MW63 but the bandwidth performance is poor wherever I am. I have tried several locations with strong O2 signal. What is your advice?

    @O2 Thanks phone not working in hospital so on a kindle will deal with this when I get out of hospital in a ton of pain right now

    Stay away from @O2 prevented me from using my phone and data for a week. Done **** all to fix it and two replies in a week. Time to report them
