    @O2 None of this helps me, I literally don't get decent service anywhere, it won't be congestion, it isn't my device which is brand new, it's been this way for months now, not quite sure what's happened in 4 years but you've gone from one of the best to one of the worst providers

    @O2 your 4g reception in Bournemouth town centre is so bad it’s enough to drive people to another network, it’s not like it is in the middle of nowhere, it has been terrible for as long as I can remember any chance of an improvement ???

    @O2 4 days trying to cancel a contract and switch a number over. Passed on from one person who knows nothing to another to be hung up on and left on hold for 2 and a half hours only to be told everyone’s gone home and they’re shut and to ring back tomorrow. Beyond a joke

    Is @O2 having significant Wi-Fi access problems or is it me? Travelling across the UK over the last week, online access has been hopeless

    @O2 awful service and over charging from this provider. Point blank refusal to refund. Please avoid there are much better options out there.
