@O2 No service stopped yesterday. I rang today and was told that they had requested my old number yesterday and that it would be active today by 6, told I would receive a message.

@virginmedia We were put on hold for 20 minutes while your customer services team looked into it, then we were transferred without comment to @O2 who were not at fault, had nothing to do with the complaint (they charged us the right amount) and had no idea why we were on the phone to them.

@O2 The reliability of your network compared to what I pay in airtime every month is absolutely trash. I am getting beyond fed up of constantly losing signal. Zero or 1 bar signal is not good enough. Sort your network out

@O2 beginning to regret switching now, had the phone since Monday, still no signal. Promised I'd get a text by 6 tonight to confirm switch. It's now 7 and nothing.

@O2 Is anybody able to offer an update of what is happening with this mast. Another week and still not fixed. Why do we have to keep asking for airtime refunds for lack of service they surely be automatically applied to all that are being impacted by this prolonged mast outage. @O2

Be mindful of connecting @O2 worst, sorry no customer service whatsoever. #o2 staff unable to understand and resolve account issues leaving me with a barred phone. Honestly worst #telecommunications experience ever. #ofcom help me
