    The soul destroying process of calling @O2 to get a problem solved 😫 after tons of wait music and being transferred twice already, getting transferred a third time for it to just say "we can't take your call right now, try again later" 🤬

    @O2 hi I ave the Priority app and cannot use it when I leave home. I have checked everything to make sure it can be used and I can use other apps but still not Priority. I’ve a o2 concert at Brixton Academy and it will not allow me to use it. Can you help?

    @O2 still not getting 4G or phone signal. Is anyone going to respond to this? There is clearly a problem as this has been happening since yesterday afternoon?

    @O2 Yes I have tried selecting the network manually with no success. I have an iPhone 13 Pro. Please could I be assisted asap.
