Darren 🏎️🏁 (@darrenmk) reported@O2 Your app has turned into **** since you became part of Virgin, try to see my balance and it's always sends me an email link to click, never did this before, and it doesn't even take me to the balance. It's so obvious two systems failing to talk, ironic for a comms company

Joe Gibbs (@JoeGibbs2) reported@O2 To many phone calls to an automated switched board to eventually get through to Somone to not have this sorted multiple times is so poor . I’ve been told today it could take up 7 days to which I’ve said if not sorted in next 2 days I’m closing my contract and going back to three

Maddie (@luvf196) reported@O2 @getlostidiot1 After reading this and having already been in touch with you concerning how my my 89 year old dad lost £10 from his phone without him knowing. Unfortunately, no one seemed to help me. He got really upset by this.

Mike Roberts (@MikeRoberts68) reported@O2 You told me to DM you after a complaint, and then ignore the DM?
-
Jade North (@JadeNorth) reported@O2 I can never get through to speak to anyone online. My bill after this years increase (the highest of all phone companies) is ridiculous. I want to change to sim only or something cheaper, but I always get told that’s not an option I can only upgrade my phone. I don’t want to

Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reportedAnd still not working! @O2 about time you replaced the mast for a new one that actually works ffs. Not a good advert for you when I have to use my EE hotspot to run my O2 phone. #evidenceforombudsman

Ian Court (@iancourt) reported@O2 @Joff_L Not convinced, O2, sorry. Uswitch SIM only deals used to be open to existing customers who were renewing at the end of their contracted period, but you stopped that last year. Why? The deals you offer existing customers aren’t great in comparison to the Uswitch offers. Fortunately for me, I managed to renew several of my O2 contracts via a Uswitch link the day before you pulled the plug. You’ve since had the nerve to hit us with a higher than advertised April price increase, in spite of Ofcom’s rules. When I’m next up for renewal, unless you can do me a really good deal that’s on par with the price comparison offers, I may very well take my business elsewhere, after 27 years of being a customer.
