@O2 what part if o2 pay as you go not pay monthly can cancel / delete a unregistered pay as you go number on the o2 network ? bear in mind the number is unregistered so don't ask for any names or anything like that

Hey @SkyHelpTeam. I have sky broadband, it generally works fine, but the Twitter app and WhatsApp aren’t working if I’m connected to my WiFi (works fine via @O2 4g or wifi anywhere else). My wife has same problem. Help? It’s been like this for days!

@O2 I sent stop so I better not get charged anymore, turns out I’ve been charged roughly £10 a month in premium texts for a whole year and I never received the texts as it was a blocked number, I don’t get how this is allowed! I never signed up to it.

@O2 two and a half weeks without a phone and extremely poor customer service!!! Spent hours on the phone to @O2 and still not resolved!!!!!

@O2 I assumed on my bill the amount was part of my monthly phone bill, feel so upset and stupid for not noticing that I was being charged for texts for so long, but it was very sneaky! I get so many scam texts and phone calls I blocked it thinking it was a scam too.
