So, FURTHER to the issue of o2 taking over £600 instead of £60. I'm now 3 days down the line. Still no call back from a manager and no refund as promised. @O2 I am contacting the ombudsman today if this not resolved.

@O2 Ah I see yeah it did say that on the email but upgrade to Unlimited data applied for two weeks ago - applied to account immediately and showed up on Thursday last week so I’ll hang off for a few days

hi @O2 waiting for a call from Network support RE Apple Watch that won’t connect to data plan. Been waiting all week to be told appt made today to call me. Now 9pm and no call and had Apple Watch 2 weeks unable to use. Can u advise?

@O2 why is it that when you try to upgrade you can take the upfront cost immediately, however when u cancel the upgrade it takes 4 phone calls with different reasons given and still no refund 2 weeks on?

@O2 just ordered the galaxy fold and it'd saying it'd delayed and you don't know when it will be delivered. I just need to wait for a text. but then it's down as delivery 2-3 days on the website. So will I get mine in 2-3 days or not?

@O2 I had a issue with my billing and spoke to several of your phone assistants who did not help much at all, kept batting me off to Ariel Direct who also were useless. I finally got through to Tracy who explained the situation in 2 mins and resolved the issue, pls reward her.
