    @O2 I recieved a message but no help. I have replied, no reply, no number port, unable to log into my O2 account, cant even add credit, no number, unable to be contacted. It's been 5 days. Truly awful service.

    @O2 That makes no difference. Since logging into the webpage, I can now get in via the app. But think there an issue with the api for that app for virgin media logins

    @O2 Shocking Customer Service. Ongoing issue for 3 months now and being passed from Pillar to Post. Unbelievable how incompetent they are. It's like they dont even talk to each other. ******* Joke!
