@O2 good afternoon this is my last resort. I have a serious account issue that I have spent almost 25 phone calls trying to resolve but no joy. They also advise no way can I email . Is there any chance of assistance or advice here?

@AXS_UK @O2 Just tried to fill in customer service query but it won't let me submit without an order no. Obviously I don't have an order number as it won't let me purchase my chosen seats.

@O2 I am sat in Accra having issues at the airport, and I have international calling, bolt ones, inclusivity etc - yet every time I dial a number I'm told it's not recognised, why when I need my phone the most is it a dead fish in a barrel?

@GreggsOfficial @O2 £1 vouchers not working this morning at 07.15 (05/03/2026) so I looked an idiot trying to get my £1 coffee 😢 staff said it happens regularly but I’ve not encountered it before

@O2 honestly what is the point of offering an E-sim ? Worst decision I’ve ever made, upgraded 2 weeks ago and now my phones pretty much useless unless I have WiFi. Absolute joke

Hey O2 your customer service stinks my 80 year old mother has a pay monthly account and you offered her a new phone for the 4G switch over. It’s faulty and she can’t get any help online or calling your 202 @O2

Really bad enough if @virginmedia and @o2 my account has been kicked now for 3 weeks due to their issue and they keep saying it will be unlocked in 5 days and then nothing. Hours on the phone it’s just beyond a joke
