@O2 hello! My nan is on pay as you go and now just has ‘no service’, we’ve looked into it and could it be that she hasn’t topped up in so long? Do we need a new sim or just to top up again?

@O2 Why is your customer experience on your phone system so bad? Cut off 4 times, through a menu system to be cheerily told bye! So bad, I've cancelled the contract/phone I had purchased as I simply cannot deal with a communications company that you cannot communicate with!

@O2 can I ask a ? my 83 yr old mother recently went into an 02 shop in Ashton under Lyne for a new sim as we had given her a newer phone. The custer service assistant wanted to see ID passport or driving licence before he would let her have 1. She has neither only is this right

@O2 are there any planned improvements to your service on the way? I’m noticing a drop in service, sometimes i can’t even get ‘E’ let along 3/4G. And when i can the connection just hangs and isn’t as quick as friends on other networks
