    @O2 I am in Zone 2, my Bolt-on is bought but not working. Please check for and remove all roaming bars on my account if needed… or look to see if there’s another issue. The bolt on was purchased 36 hours ago!

    @mhewson_MCH @O2 Or better still. 50gb data for £1.21 a month. Go figure. I didn’t scroll down enough lol. Try beating that. 7 months at that price. No contract.

    @huckleberrydan @mhewson_MCH @O2 Exactly the same here ! Data is just as bad even if got some phone signal. In a city can’t use the maps because it’s rubbish! My partner has moved to EE. & in going to follow suit if I can find a decent deal!

    @O2 my contract was changed last week to sim only as I don’t want an upgrade yet, but since then I’ve had limited signal for calls and no 4G/5G! I need this sorted asap! I can’t log to the app because it says I’ve been locked out and can’t always receive calls.

    @GarethTheNerd @mhewson_MCH @O2 They do, but you’re more likely to lose or have poor connection with the cheaper package. I suspect the lower pricing means you get dumped at peak times or during routine maintenance.
