Wow. @O2 ‘customer service’ is really very bad. If they think I’ll just hang up and not cancel my contract because they’ve kept me waiting on hold for nearly 2 hours so far, it isn’t going to work. It’s just made me very determined never to take out another contact with them.

@O2 pretty unhappy to find my weekly @_CaffeNero_ code to get a weekly coffee has gone down to one a month!! Sorry, but a Greggs weekly drink just isn't going to cut it. I only like Caffè Nero.

@EGX Thanks- having a technical issue in that it's telling me my presale. Ode is invalid. Maybe this is more of an issue for @virginmedia or @O2 though?
