    @MarkyRodge @DanBarberTF @O2 Same issue in SW too but don't get an answer from 02 ,just use WiFi!! I have switched now to Vodafone based network and problem solved. Get 4g + in most of Plymouth now even in football stadium at weekend with 15,000 people there pages loaded

    @O2 I have been a customer of your forever with no complaints but since changing to a sim only contract a few weeks ago I never seem to have data coverage anywhere whilst out and about. Please help

    Hi @O2, I've been trying to cancel my contract for 6 months now with no success. Hours on the phone, DMs not answered. Haven't used the contract since end of March, yet you insist I still owe you. Can somebody please get in touch to sort this out?

    sick to death of @o2 connection. Paying nearly £80 a month for a phone that hardly ever has connection. Seems like a lot of people are getting rinsed here and with the money they’re making you’d think they’d be able to fix the phone mast which has ‘been down’ for months.

    Starting to regret the decision to switch my daughter to @O2 !!! Endless problems in the 5 days and now had the phone put down on me when trying to sort the app out! 😡😡

    @O2 Thank you for the checker. However this suggests that the mast in Manchester has been down since at least Saturday. Also, the one near Preston Hospital has been having ongoing issues since 30th August!!! What are you doing to resolve this & give us the service we’re paying for?
