@O2 I ordered my new phone Saturday evening, and I am still waiting for the handset, it was placed under next day delivery. @dhlexpressuk have reported it stolen or missing, and o2 customer service aren't being helpful in the slightest. Livid beyond words.

@Queenofthe80s Got vip tickets for both nights. But my cough is so awful + loud that I will drown Steve + band out. Got Westlife @O2 tonight with 2 friends so don't want to let them down as tickets are on my account. I think sadly I will probably cancel the Steve gigs.

@Queenofthe80s @O2 Yes it's probably for the best. I don't want to ruin everyone's night cos of this awful cough. I'm going to struggle today travelling + getting through the concert
