    @O2 @TheO2 @edsheeran I have been a Vodafone customer for 5 years. There are 5 Vodafone lines in my family. My company received an invoice of £ 3500 without 02 customers. please fix this thing.

    @O2 You have absolutely THE WORST Chatbot on your website, it doesn't seem to understand anything. I have also tried mailing and still no response from you. Truly awful customer service. I expected more considering the 17.2% increase in my tariff this year!

    Good to see @OctopusEnergy knows how to respond to a customer. Shame the same can’t be said about @O2, who seem to have been dragged down to the level of their partner, @virginmedia.
