@O2 These 'good morning to everyone except...' tweets are so last old & overdone. Maybe o2 should assign their staff to customer service or use the money to improve infrastructure. Customers paying £70+ contracts & have signal/data connection issues every day, it's unacceptable.

What a complete nightmare @O2 have been! I've been complaining about the service for months! I hold 3 contracts with them! I got told that if I claim a refund now I can't claim another refund again if the issue with not getting any service anywhere continues.

@Joeeh69 @O2 I don’t even bother with 5G cos all it does is slow the phone down and drains the battery. I can only just about pick up 4G at home it’s an absolute joke, especially with how much the bills are!

@O2 Are there any plans to support family setup for Apple Watch? Also why does requesting an esim need me to go instore or get something mailed out. EE support the first and on the latter it’s done online via a QR code!
