    @O2 Hi. Are there any service issues in M28 area? Signal has been really low since Tuesday evening and data service is virtually non existent!

    @O2 Hi, I have done that multiple times. My O2 gives me a button to "Join Virgin Media", even though I already am, I click it, and am taken to "My Virgin Media", where I am already signed in, this then gives me a button saying "I am already a Virgin and O2 customer"

    @O2 I'm looking at a sim only deal on your network through @UswitchUK - do you sim only deal include EU roaming? As in can I use my normal minutes/data with no extra charges?

    @O2 Oh my O2...worst customer service ever...honestly...2 hours on the phone, cut off twice, totally rude call handling...was only trying to buy 4 additional sims! Every bad example going in my experience.

    The level of service recieved from @O2 over the last month can only be described as SHAMBLES! Failur after failure on their own policy and more than 3 weeks for a call back but nothing.... and they call their customer service! @Ofcom @TheO2
