    @O2 trying to get a new esim profile as I have a new handset and can't get through. Been on hold 40 minutes each time for past few days. Live help says they can't help. This is frustrating.

    @O2 Like I said I have made a formal complaint 02 directly. They have a set amount of time to respond before I take it to @Ofcom if you have call centers overseas make sure the we can understand them. Refusing the 14 day change of mind is illegal fortunately, this is gonna cost £££££

    @O2 due to ongoing service issue which has caused great stress I’ve sent an email making a formal complaint and have had no acknowledgement. Who do I contact and why have I been ignored?

    @O2 Your 5G does not work around Waverley station EVER, and I know it’s not my phone as everyone I know that’s on your network says the same, it’s like some sort of black hole.

    @O2 hi there i need help, i have an additional charge of £9.99 on my bill however it will not let me view my bill and keeps asking me to sign in with a email link which i have done multiple times however it is still not letting me view my bill.

    @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.

    And still not working! @O2 about time you replaced the mast for a new one that actually works ffs. Not a good advert for you when I have to use my EE hotspot to run my O2 phone. #evidenceforombudsman
