@steppenchik @O2 The updates aren’t as bad as Playstation updates. But are annoying. Shortcut command courses should be a thing. Like a Ninja Learning class. Ninja outfits optional but encouraged.

@O2 why can I upgrade in 3 minutes online but, have to sit on a phone for 25 minutes just to get someone to speak to in order to cancel a contract that I finished paying off three months ago? I still haven't gotten through to anyone and it's costing me £20 a month!
