  • MrKarlWilson Karl Wilson (@MrKarlWilson) reported

@O2 please can you detail the exact process I need to complete in order to lodge a complaint with the ombudsman. As I understood it I needed a management callback but when you repeatedly fail to do them is that sufficient that I can progress this?

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Having a nightmare in my area with virgin? Can I talk to someone what will help

  • 611KellyB Kelly B (@611KellyB) reported

@O2 how long on average to respond to a FB message. A vulnerable lady sent you a message 24 hours ago about issues with her coverage but has heard nothing. She does not use Twitter or other social media & has given up trying to call!!

  • 1scottishladdie John (@1scottishladdie) reported

@Tepps19 @O2 That’s what I did and I regret it daily. VFUK was so decent for coverage and quality of data. O2 is TERRIBLE in London

  • PK1_F1_Fan PK1 (@PK1_F1_Fan) reported

.@O2 there's definitely no customer service from you guys anymore, they are so rude, absolute joke! They need to learn some manners - awful people I've been with you over 11 years. Will now be researching other providers.

  • join4te Jay (@join4te) reported

@O2 Day 81 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

  • sajacatsy Sarah (@sajacatsy) reported

@O2 it would be great if I could communicate with a communications company. Every day I've tried to speak to an advisor via your chat service but it's always too busy to help. Help! Thank you
