o.0 (@Almamari1095042) reported@O2 Do you know what the problem with O2 is? They're always lying. I requested a refund on March 3rd, and they told me that since the amount was large, it would take 7 to 10 days, then 14 days, and to this day they haven't refunded me. What's the solution?

✞ ⛥ ElectroFox ⛥ ✞ (@TheElectroFox) reported@Joff_L @O2 They also see fit to charge existing customers upfront costs when trying to upgrade and dont budge on any of it, forcing you to customise your tariff and making it down to £10 as the lowest amount, which then raises the overall cost and then has you dropping down a tariff later.
