    @O2 Hi - I raised an issue last week to do with a promotional extra I received and not being able to access it. I was told my issue was handed to the Resolution Team. I’ve received a couple of emails from them, I can’t see the resolution and issue still unresolved

    @O2 That doesn’t address the point I was making. There are plenty of times my phone drops to 3G because you don’t have a 4 or 5g signal (inside shops, at NT properties). You’ve shown no improvement to your 4g service in such locations - so turning off 3G will mean no G

    @O2 @auriole_wells There is a definite problem, I can't log into my app or online. Takes you to email confirmation then it does nothing. Absolutely useless

    @O2 your app, website and phone and chat have been down all day. I can’t make my manual payment. Sort it out. Your network is also still down. I want to be compensated fairly and not let down by you. It’s terrible and you’ve not given any care

    I swear if your on @o2 and live in paddock wood Kent the re option is a bag of ****. I'd get better reception in Ukraine with the war going off.

    @O2 trying to login to my o2 account online while abroad to be faced with a completely new Virgin login service. No warning g, no advice, old login details not accepted. Appalling service! Will wait until I’m back in UK to address because multiple attempts failed
