    @O2 Also saying i was a great customer with good credit rating and asked me if i was happy, said no i can never get a data reception, she immeduantly told me, i havve reported that to my team and they will get that fixed in the next 24 hours!

    I got tickets for today to ariana but I'm having a panic attack, I didn't realise how steep the nosebleeds section is. O2 staff said they couldn't help me. Is there anyone at all who can help? Even lower down in the nosebleeds is fine, any help would be ok 🙏 @O2 @TeamAriana

    o2 please fix o2 priority presales for the love of god I cannot count on one hand anymore how many times I’ve gotten to the front of the queue for there to be no presale and it just takes me to the event listing and it just happened again with adéla FIX IT @O2

    @O2 @virginmedia spent months trying to resolve incorrect default from Jan 2026.Multiple complaints have been incorrectly closed/ignored/been passed between departments. No deadlock letter closed my complaint without addressing my response. @LutzSchueler help! Comp unacceptable!
