    @O2 will we be reimbursed for the service outage in BT703HE and surrounding areas? A phone mast isn't working, your agent can't say when it will be fixed. Paying for a service and no communication, no ETA of service restoration and no data/coverage.

    Hey @O2 I had a contract with you that I had financial issues and couldn't pay it after dealing with grief after loosing my dad to cancer a few years back Can I have the number associated with it released to me via a PAYG sim at all as I had that number for like 17+years

    @O2 @JakeMooreUK Yeah you O2, signal is so bad. My 4g speeds were faster than 5g

    @O2 Internet service in my area has been very poor for the last 2–3 weeks. It was slow before, but now it’s become almost unusable. Could you please investigate the issue and provide an update? Or we can change to @vodafone_de @deutschetelekom ?

    @O2 I’m absolutely getting fed up with the new app, every time, I tried to use it keeps opening website for virgin media. Sends you an email, and, you’ve to click on it. Other companies aren’t like that. The previous version was absolutely amazing. Fix it immediately!

    @O2 That’s what it says online but still doesn’t answer my question! For example, I get signal in north London, but never inside the emirates due to the amount of people. The map shows satellite covers that area. Will my phone switch to satellite because it can’t connect to 5G?
