    @O2 your policy of using an out of house insurance company to take 80% off phone values for defects outside of customer control , then washing your hands of it. 11 years a customer of yours. Can't even be bothered to admit there's an issue with your policy. Just "not your problem"

    @O2 my job entails me needing it all hours especially now as a keyworker. I couldn't send it to be repaired and the issue would have happened again. My issue is the T&C absolves you entirely & penalises me financially, when you'd never have offered anything other than repair..

    @O2 what's the matter with your signal?? Every week I there will always be episodes of me not being able to make and receive phone calls. I am having the same problems today again for the past two days!

    @O2 I returned my item and the accessory on 11/12/2020. you got them on 14/12/2020. I'm still waiting for a refund after having to phone up over 20 times just to constantly be told to wait 5-7 days. Now I'm told to wait 21 days? What is your problem?

    @O2 I have been trying to pay off my device plan & move to a sim only deal for months now! Your phone lines do not answer. How much compensation do I get for this? Or do I have to take you to Court? A customer of 15 years +

    @O2 Hi guys. Not having a great experience with o2 chat. Was on for nearly 2hrs and got cut off. Raised complaint still nothing.
