    @O2 Internet service in my area has been very poor for the last 2–3 weeks. It was slow before, but now it’s become almost unusable. Could you please investigate the issue and provide an update? Or we can change to @vodafone_de @deutschetelekom ?

    @O2 Hi, every time I try to log in to my The O2 account on the app, I get the message "Oops, incorrect email or password." And I have to change my password every time I log in. This has been going on for months, you should do something to fix it

    Hi @O2 - can you explain how with the tens of millions of pounds you charge customers a month, I still struggle for 4G signal in Hampshire?? Yet, when in the middle of a game reserve in South Africa, I manage full on 5G signal with no interruptions??
