    @O2 Do not use this disgrace of a network. Apparently my 14 peace of mind started before I actually received the SIM. Ordered on a Friday, arrived Monday, number transferred late Tuesday. But they're classing the 14 days as starting on that Friday I ordered the SIM... 1/2

    @O2 I was a victim of fraud in Dec and no further forward, the fraud team has not contacted me so where does that leave me ? Appalling customer service please contact me asap

    @O2 iv received 20 notifications, each one the same. In the last 24 hours. Some have been in the middle of the night and early hours of this morning. Iv been told its normal by customer services... pls make it stop.

    @O2 I submitted a complaint on 09/11/21 and despite sending about 5 emails chasing up a response and your team apologising each time, I have still not received one! This is so poor!! Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
