    @O2 It is absolutely unresolved and who marked it as resolved should be severely reprimanded. I raised a complaint (now two after this weekend). I *** promised a call back one week ago, and then today. Neither has happened so complaint mot resolved. So the whole matter is unresolved

    @O2 Doesn't let me DM you but keep getting every so often over last few days no service it comes back later on but it happened again this morning whilst I was out and I was trying I access a return label on my phone for a parcel I was returning to someone

    @O2 your customer service is shocking refusing someone a 14 day change of mind we make a complaint you call back with a deal and said you will get another quote the escalations team yeah, right I'm still f waiting you're a joke.
