    @O2 I paid £10 to top up PAYG mobile at shop/Post Office. Code entered an hour later didn't work. Contacted O2 "help" line. Told voucher had been redeemed but not credited to me and to get refund from shop/Post Office. They said take problem to O2. No refund. Another PO scandal?

    @O2 you're a disgrace. Don't like complaints do you? Faffed me about on here, try sending a formal complaint and then says 'there's been an error'. Your complaints procedure is just as crap as you're service and coverage. Don't send me another link that doesn't work either.

    @O2 @Gary_Polley I dont beleve owt o2 say anymore ..dm is rubbish .still no reply after a month ..and a bill for a service i was told 3 times had finished ..

    My coverage with @O2 is absolutely shocking and has been for weeks. Can barely connect outside of my own home. Can't even login to my O2 to complain because theres no bloody coverage
