@O2 I got the services back eventually with such an odd 1999 way of doing things for a company funnily enough that same day the "money was found" it's already a complaint now anyways

Congratulations to @O2 for having the worst App experience I’ve had for a long time and the least flexible plans around. I have three phone numbers with a combined monthly data of 120gb yet I cannot share that data across the three plans.

@O2 O2 make it almost impossible to access the site. Poor signal, no customer care, and customers are tolerated, not welcome.

I feel like I'm on a complaining streak but here goes: This one is for @O2 I have been a loyal customer since the switch-over of Virgin Media customers. I barely use data. So, I've been more than happy with my £9.73/month tariff. The data is unimportant. Unlimited calls/texts is

Yet again @O2 your mast is not working! You're a ******* embarrassment of a company, ripping people off because you're not providing the service you are being paid for. Trampy behaviour at it's finest. #evidenceforombudsman

Every single month I have trouble accessing the my o2 app, since it’s became virgin media! Absolute joke can never pay my bill in time because of it, doesn’t let me sign in even though the details are correct!! Shouldn’t have to phone up every month to sort it! @O2 @virginmedia

@O2 Like I said I have made a formal complaint 02 directly. They have a set amount of time to respond before I take it to @Ofcom if you have call centers overseas make sure the we can understand them. Refusing the 14 day change of mind is illegal fortunately, this is gonna cost £££££

@O2 @jonesy73 The merger combined O2's mobile network with Virgin Media's broadband business to create a major integrated communications provider in the UK." Must be nice to earn so much from pensioners. £60 a month for a 2 year old phone.
