    @O2, why has my Priority location not reset to Wrexham, I've had Bristol and London come up, I don't even live in those places and I've never visited either. Tried switching location settings on and off to no avail. Please help!

    I think it's absolutely shocking that I email @O2 to complain about something which happened to my missus. Not once but twice...... While at the venue, they don't get back to me. Great customer service. #shocking #bad #CustomerService @TheO2
