@O2 Day 18 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@racingspoon @O2 @EE True. I’d opt for the best service at all times. Only 3 places are decent and my phone reports 5G.

@gerwyn @O2 And I thought it was just me. Awful wherever I am apart from last week when I was abroad. I get more 4g than ever I get 5g. In fact I am 3g more than 5g. Counting down the months until I can leave.

@racingspoon @O2 @EE Never use to be. Too many companies like GiffGaff etc piggybacking off the network.

@PeaceKeeper_411 @O2 @EE Obvs having multi sim phones is useful especially for business contracts…always good to have connection available on more than one network to avoid a single point of failure scenario.

@O2 Your terrible coverage in the PA14 area 2 weeks in a row is costing me money as I can’t use my satnav. A total joke. Been with O2 over 20 years and will be an EE customer tomorrow. I refuse to give you anymore money.

@O2 is there a connection issue in Greater Manchester? My phone signal keeps changing to “E” and only comes back on if I restart my phone. Why is it doing this?
