    @Disturbed_Swan @O2 I’ve been with @o2 for about 20 years, but when the contracts up time to change, poor to zero reception at any big events, football is non existent signal. Nice phone!

    Hi @o2 - I attempted a sim swap this morning, it claimed to be unsuccessful - but still removed signal from my old phone. Now I have 2 phones that are useless outside of wifi usages. I have tried turning my phone off and on all day - still no luck.

    @O2 Sorry no :(. There must be a technical issue your side as the phone is the same and the only difference is that you've integrated 5G near us

    @O2 I have a iPhone mini 12, I had “live web chat” and they removed and redeployed an add on to allow uk tariffs in Europe-which fixed my issues

    @O2 & @virginmedia youse lot have some explaining to do my mum who doesn’t use data or anything like that has lost mass amounts of credit since March of this year, problem is she doesn’t use mobile data and if anyone else is having this problem please message me.

    @O2 trying to book my free cinema ticket and it says not is not valid. Husband having same problem.
