@O2 You know that horrid feeling when the O2 man on the phone upgrades & changes your phone contract & transfers it "he says" to a new contract and it clearly doesn't go through properly ..... could be without a phone now. Why can't they just do it properly? disappointed

@O2 hi, I used to be with you guys and I had an issue last time and I called in and you guys said I could leave without an authorisation fee however just got a bill today for the authorisation fee? What?!
