    @O2 I need an urgent matter resolved for my partner who works as a carer in the Br8 area. Oct 19th is too long to wait cause you are waiting on a part she has not been able to get to her calls, as no signal for her maps. She does vital work and is also losing pay! Can you help?

    @O2 It would be great if I could we chat you since you charged my full price for a month after moving to vodaphone. Conveniently you can speak to the sales team on WhatsApp but of course not any customer support.
