    @O2 You haven’t sold them to o2/Virgin customers. You’ve sold them to company’s that are reselling them at ridiculous prices. But how did they get them..if the app was down all day for us customers?

    @O2 Fuming!! Was logged out of my account, couldn’t get back in, stayed up until small hours to try and it was still down. Finally on this morning, everything sold out. No surprise there, resale tickets in hundreds!

    @O2 why can I still not get on o2 priority? Type my mobile number in and it keeps going back to start. Never had to input my mobile number in before until yesterday. Why now?

    @O2 how the f#*k has all the peter kay presale tickets sold out when the app and website was down all day? Bit of a joke priority if only some people can access it while the rest cannot.
