    @O2 I need to make a formal complaint over appalling customer service over fraudulent activity on my account. I've tried endlessly to resolve this since it first came to light to no avail. O2 confirmed they would stop my direct debit to avoid the £286 bill leaving my account

    @O2 any chance of some support for my daughter after her phone was stolen? The level of support @Ofcom so far, has been absolutely abysmal. It would be good to find someone who actually cares!

    @shade1964 @O2 I'm having the same problem it switches between 4g and 5g and 4g again why is this is there a outage I'm from belfast.

    @o2 Now I am receiving threatening messages to say my account is going to be suspended, I owe additional charges and my credit rating will be affected. I am 6 days post partum and was v poorly giving birth having me rushed into hospital as an emergency. I do not need this.
