    @O2 appalling service. Cannot access online account, held on the phone for over an hour and cannot make payment either? Now you issue a penalty for non payment! Cant wait to quit the contract.

    @O2 I’ve had fraud on my account for months have called multiple times everytime told fraud have handled it. However today I see two missed payments on my credit file - I’m not even a customer!! No response from the credit file team, tired of repeating myself. I left you in Nov!

    @O2 @ad_moran4 If you want a signal stick with EE! Sick of not being able to access apps on my phone, you know for critical things like charging my car or transferring money between accounts so I can pay for items! O2 are an absolute joke!

    @O2 I appreciate the swift response. However, my experience of your network is that I don’t get 5G more than I do. I have been with BT Cellnet->O2 since my first mobile (save for a few months when I had to use my employer’s preferred network), I shall be moving at the earliest chance

    @swchamp89 @O2 SWC thank you for your comment and your advice I appreciate it a lot and I’m really shocked to hear that to be honest and I hate trying to communicate through customer services at the best of time.

    @ad_moran4 @O2 I’m have 10 Contract phones with o2 the signal has literally disappeared it’s shocking. Do not sign up they are a nightmare. I can honestly say if not under WiFi it’s about 30/35 % coverage
