    @O2 why does Aura not offer either much of interest or more importantly a pass thru to your customer services… It’s impossible to reach your customer services! I’m using your app. I login in. Truly difficult to reach info or anything close to any chat with your team.

    @O2 The Fraud team looked into it ONLY after I complained to customer service. They informed Experian for a removal. But now falsely passed my information onto Lowell. @O2 still finding a way to harass me for money when it is YOU who should be compensating me!

    @O2 Well, it would be nice if you actually replied to your customer’s fraud complaint. Still waiting for a response from a complaint lodged on 20 April. Put your money where your tweets are!

    @O2 In my house at all times, it’s so bad that I’ve resorted to calling most people on WhatsApp. Trouble is whenever I get calls from anyone on landlines they can never hear me.
