@O2 I’ve also been waiting for someone to contact me and it’s been 72 hours there’s been no contact ?? I was told it would be 48hrs. On top of that I call customer service, the same questions&answers the fraudsters asked are the same customer service are asking WHAT A JOKE !!!

@O2 Hi 👋. So I purchased a bundle and it stated if I am the owner of a virgin media internet package I get double data. Right now on the app says data is not part of the package and also says that virgin media internet is not available at my address ? Please help
