@O2 definitely a change in the service from o2. Called with a concern and my account is now cancelled thanks to the awful service. Retentions didn’t even query why I was cancelling.

@O2 I'd rather have calls & internet back than the money anyway. Your SLA's for restoring service must be terrible! It made my child starting school today very stressful as we are unable to take any calls in an emergency. I'll be leaving O2 after 20 years when my contract ends....

@O2 For the third consecutive week, your data service in the IG8 area has dropped off after an upgrade to "unlimited" / spending literally £100s on top ups last month. Last week it was down for days, then "fixed" for about 3 days & gone again. Do you think this is a good service?
