    going ring @O2 every month to complain until the mast near me is fixed. 6+ MONTHS GUYS, I CANT GO OUTSIDE AND CALL SOMEONE BC IT DOESNT WORK WELL. wouldn't be able to call anyone if I was in need or trouble

    Anyone else having an issue with @O2??? My phone signal has not worked at all today and has massively affected me at work! Seriously not happy! Think it’s really bad customer service that I don’t even get told what I’m paying for will be affected!

    @MarkEvansO2 @O2 Nonsense. Who do think believes this tosh. I have to hang out of an upstairs window to even get the weakest of 2G signals. Someone in your organisation is not telling you the truth about how they provide a service.

    I’m completely shocked at the lack of service provided from @VodafoneUK . All I want to do is unlock an old contract and I keep getting fobbed off by their so called “helpful” team!! 😡 thank god I moved to @O2

    @O2 @OakNational My mam’s o2 can’t mgs, messager or text me . Is o2 got issues or something else ? I rely on text cos I’m deaf. We can only do Snapchat that works between us.
