    @O2 any chance of some support for my daughter after her phone was stolen? The level of support @Ofcom so far, has been absolutely abysmal. It would be good to find someone who actually cares!

    @mattstingray @O2 Don’t worry your bill will go up by £4 in April and they tell you it’s to improve service! Had better signal in 🇧🇬, 🇪🇸, 🇨🇭 and 🇫🇷 off the local providers than I do with one of the main players in 🇬🇧

    3 Days no service, I am 70, disabled, and your still lying saying its a Mast problem when my phone says SIM NOT PROVISIONED. I cannot make an urgent call and your chat team say they can't help. @O2

    @O2 what is going with your phone signal right now? It’s the worst it’s been for me in the 11 years I’ve been with you. Constant drop outs, ****** internet services won’t go above 2 bars. I’m paying over 100 pound a month for this garbage phone service. Somerset based no signal
