    Swapped over from @ThreeUK because of poor signal quality and even worse customer service. Moved to @O2 and before I have even received my SIM card they have royally cocked up. @O2 customer service not one care given !!!!

    @O2 Hello, I’ve just ordered a pay monthly sim only contract with you but I want to know if this has been confirmed so I can cancel my contract with EE. I have an email to say “you received my order. Your all set” does this mean it’s confirmed?
