@O2 How do i make a complaint about the poor customer service on 02? There's no option to speak to anyone at the moment on 202, and all we get on My 02 is all chat agents are busy, try later. With EE there is always someone to speak to.

@O2 I am trying to upgrade due to my current phone being broken. It wants me to verify a code that has been sent to my phone which I cannot access meaning I cannot upgrade. I cannot pay the remaining balance via 202 as again no phone. Live chat are not helping. Please help me.

@O2 Oh it got worse! I then got hold of someone on payments called Paul, who when I explained I had been in lockdown with 3 kids said it was my choice I had a family not his and that’s my issue. I was very very upset!!! Il dm you.
