@colinpmasters @VodafoneUK So far I've discovered that @O2 have free EU roaming as do many of the carriers that use their network eg Tesco. Also BT Mobile, but not EE (owned by BT). It’s worth shopping around. Note that Ireland does seem to be included by all carriers.

@O2 Essentially, I (we) can have full 4G signal, but no data throughput. I’ve complained many times via Twitter about this since I moved from 3 to O2 earlier this year. I never seem to have an issue in hue EU on network share. Seems to be lack of infrastructure investment v users.

@O2 Really unhappy with ky revent transfer to O2 for business .. have zero phone signal or Internet anywhere. I'm missing business calls and cant even call my voicemail to get messages. called into the store and they were VERY unhelpful or apologetic.. please advise

7/ We called the @virginmedia customer care line again and were put on hold. For 15mins, by which time our work shift had started and we had to give up. Tried again a bit later and after 50mins were put through to @O2, who had no idea why we had been put through.

@O2 Today I called and spoke with a very unhelpful person who cut my call off after 40 minutes. I would like to speak to a customer service manager who can actually help with my query 😡

@Doug_Paulley @ubereats_uk @O2 May I ask why your Claire Home have not taken the opportunity to set up some kind of mechanism to stop this problem from occurring? I know it is not their fault of course and know it isn’t the point.
