@NSP55 @Craig_bellshaw @O2 What infuriates me is you can’t downgrade - I took out a 20GB data tariff for when I needed to access work emails etc when I was able to travel for work. Now I’m home based, no signal, I’m paying for data I can’t use but there’s no point reducing as it won’t reduce costs. 1/

@O2 Hi. I’m afraid it’s nothing to do with this. It’s about us constantly being failed by customer service setting up a SIM card. It should be really simple but ten hours of calls, 5 SIM cards and two phones later we are no further ahead. Thinking of cancelling 4 contracts with you

@O2 your data network is insanely bad, we get 4G+ LTE advanced (closer to 5G sub6) & normally get 50/60 down and 20 up. Last few days 0.22 down / 3 up. Fix your ****

@NSP55 @Craig_bellshaw @O2 In fact nowadays my phone is little more than a handheld mini tablet using my home broadband. With no signal here, I can’t use it for calls or browsing on mobile data!
