The Tourette's in my head (@TouretteIn) reported@FHawksworth @O2 I know what you mean, these consultations can go either way, depending on who you get. And I have had weird issues with Vodafone and EE not connecting, no idea why, some calls go straight to voicemail despite the phone being charged and in range. Technology inconsistency sucks!

Talk about slow service! 1 reply every 12 or so mins what the point of having a online chat if its this slow? Im 1h 30mins in and still not help… where are you hiring these people?
