@Bentley1uk @O2 You could try going into an O2 shop if there is one local to you. I had to do the same thing but got told there were already 3 sim-swaps in progress despite the app telling me there was a problem when I tried to do it. YMMV

@O2 I feel exhausted after being verbally attacked on my character. I had apologised twice after he confronted me about this but I was merely expressing my frustration due to issues with my phone bill and cancelled insurance excess charge being the reason why I’ve been cut off!!!
