    @O2 @weyland76 There's a mast down in my area as well. It's been down for a week now. No texts or calls can be made or received. Says on the O2 website, we'll be updated by January 15th! I hope we're not having to pay full price for no service... Goes without saying.

    @O2 bought my son a new phone on your network. I obtained a PAC code prior to giving it to him yesterday. I have inserted his sim card and turned his phone on. What do I need to do with his PAC code? Can you advise? I want my son to be able to use his new phone 🙈

    @O2 It's not damage or accidental. Zero damage on the screen anywhere let alone where the dead pixel is I need an email address to contact for that department please. My anxiety makes calls impossible

    @O2 Two online forms submitted with PAC code, two visits to an O2 shop, lots of time sat in call queues before being cut off, and still no number transfer - please help!
