    Hey @O2, what’s up with phone and 5G signal lately? Can’t make a phone call without sounding like a darlek, keeps cutting off when talking and nothing loads on the internet despite saying 5G and showing full signal?

    @O2 over the last few months your reception has got worse and worse. In areas where used to have 4 bars it’s only 1 bar bad to seems to be not just one area. What’s going on?

    Abysmal @O2 customer service. Absolutely abysmal. Made a down payment of 20 quid for £54 monthly account payment this month which hasn’t yet been recorded or recognised on online o2 account despite leaving my bank account several days ago. /1

    o2 please fix o2 priority presales for the love of god I cannot count on one hand anymore how many times I’ve gotten to the front of the queue for there to be no presale and it just takes me to the event listing and it just happened again with adéla FIX IT @O2

    @O2 must be the worst network. People said 3 is bad. 3 is hundred times better compares to #O2. Travelled to Swansea for 3 days and didn’t manage to get any good signal half of the time. At one stage I was connected to Edge.

    Avoid using @O2 for your phone! Issue raised over 5 months ago and still not sorted. So much for O2 Priority. Look elsewhere!
