    @hughedens @Shireen_5 @O2 I've just recently join O2 at the start of the year and had nothing but issues with service/slow internet. Was told this morning they don't promise a fault free service so they won't do anything about it. its pathetic

    @O2 i have sent you a DM as this is the 3rd month in a row with the same issue 2 air time payments and 1 device payment set for the agreed time of payment due on the 20th 1 device plan been unauthorised payment due by the 8th when will the lies end and i get properly compensated

    @O2 are you having issues with O2Recycle. Unable to track my recycle on the website just has a loading circle constantly. Says you send an email to confirm device has arrived but nothing yet despite showing delivered? #O2Recycle

    @hughedens @Shireen_5 @O2 Will defiantly be looking to move to EE or a more reliable network provider. Thier customer service is so poor!
