The service works flawlessly, roaming has been excellent while travelling, and the whole experience has been refreshingly simple. The only problem is that O2 is still charging me despite my number having been successfully transferred. I have proof from Revolut that the porting was completed months ago. Trying to get it resolved has been nearly impossible. Every time I contact O2 support, I end up speaking to an outsourced Indian call centre and nobody seems able to fix the issue.

Joe Hopkins (@JoeHop04) reported@O2 I switched to O2 9 days ago and have had no phone line soon after. You ported my number to a handset that was never delivered (now stuck at a depot) and locked my account for suspected fraud. I can’t receive 2FA codes, so I’m locked out of other accounts.
