@O2 Years of terrible service and awful reception to the point were i dont even want to contemplate hearing, Have you took the sim out and cleaned it, We have checked your area and it seems fine, Try switching you phone off and on. What? 400 times a day?

@O2 STILL waiting for a return of the pymt you took from my @AskPayPal @PayPal act for an order you never ever processed!! From o2 ''We're unable to void this transaction as we don't have it. You would need to escalate further with PayPal''. WOW each blame the other!!!!

@virginmedia @O2 all I want is someone to talk to Im done with virtual Chat for last 90 mins I just simply need to speak to someone re the volt promo as you both seem to have different address for me yet I’ve never moved in 30 years I am going around in circles this is crazy

Just spend an hour with o2 on the blower trying to sort an iPhone 13 then the guy on the phone hung up coz I told him the line was bad i I couldn’t hear a question #******* now @O2 I’ll take my business elsewhere 🖕🏻

@O2 waiting on hold to speak to someone and you get cut off after 10 minutes on hold, happened numerous times now and I'm told tje only way to sort my problem is to speak to someone so can you explain how I'm supposed to do that???????
