@O2 An absolute shambolic customer service. No protection against fraudulent activities on your account. No monitoring of abnormal activities. They aren't aware of their own scheme for alternative dispute resolution. Escalated the complaint and they hang up on you.

@O2 The company failed to recognize that this was a abnormal activity and to implement measures to contact the bill payer to discuss the situation. The customer service manager (Jack) was very condescending.

@O2 I’ve just called as an existing customer who can upgrade in regards to a uswitch deal I’ve found. I’ve been quoted £10 more a month for a 36 month contract vs. the cheaper deal for new customers on uswitch for 24 months. Please can you explain why?

I reckon when I’ve got some money I’m going to sack @O2 off. Absolutely useless and not fit for purpose. Their 5G is beyond poor. It’s either @EE or @VodafoneUK for me.

@O2 - tried buying a sim card at an off license shop in London, and it's not working. After an hour in an O2 shop, the nice clerks can't help.
