    @kokeshimum @O2 It’s quite simple really, the comms firms that own and run the cellular relay sites throttle the power down to save money, and only tweak it back up slightly when enough people complain about service standards…

    @O2 No its i did tried to login and entered my verify my account enter the code but it send me straight back to login it keep saying something wrong i don't know what problem is with the app

    @kokeshimum @O2 Same here. Switched over to o2 a couple of years ago and its the worst network ive been on. Can’t get signal anywhere and rarely get 5g

    @Ofcom I had a scam call from “@O2 ”. The scammer knew everything I had just discussed with a real o2 rep I had just had a conversation with. I raised a complaint with o2 stating there must be a data leak or o2 employees acting as scammers. 3 years ago - nothing. What can be done

    @kokeshimum @O2 Simple. The last government scraped the plan to role out 5G masts which were to be built by Huawei which a Chinese company. Because the US don’t trust China they told us we couldn’t either and so the role out never happen. Any 5G bandwidth is being used by the war effort.

    Not happy with O2 signal been dropping in and out for months complained via a chat told it’s not a proper complaint unless I talk to someone 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡well I would if the phone worked properly not getting what I’m paying for @o2 #o2
