@O2 really have no clue about customer service. 6 days....issue not solved. Every 48 hours told technical team will sort it...3 times!! 3 manager callbacks requested. 0 recieved. Absolutely incredible levels of incompetence from a communications company.

Oh joy! I have just spent the last hour trying to access my final bill with @O2 to find out that they can only send me a paper copy in the post?! A phone company cannot send me a digital copy? This seems quite bizarre....and not good service after many years with them.

@O2 how come you can’t tell me WHY I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue? And WHY you consistently promise to call me but almost always fail to do so? The question remains: Why?

One my friends is trying to set up a dongle with you over the phone. Whenever they ring 0344 809 0202 the customer service line, it transfers them to a dodgy fraud number. Any ideas? @O2
