@O2 the customer services are driving me mad….. multiple calls, online chats and “WhatsApp” messages and despite all the different theories I have been given I still can’t activate VOLT benefits. I’m desperate to upgrade and can’t apply the benefits!!!

@O2 loyal customer of nearly a decade - unaware four calls I made last night to fix issues with a flight to reach US for a funeral were outside my ‘unlimited calls’ package. And now landed with a bill of £435?! In total, total shock!

@GemimaMoomin @O2 I mean it was never going to be £38 a month, that’s cheaper than apple is selling them. But best thing you can do is get the phone directly from apple. They charge 0%APR so that’s good. If you trade in your 11, might get the price down to £38 a month but with no sim plan.

@RedCollectiveUK @O2 I hate them so much. I left 02 about 6 years ago, they are the worst. Numerous calls, conflicting information, rude and obstructive. Not on the scale you have experienced though. I hope it is resolved quickly for you. This is utterly disgraceful.

@O2 Why is it IMPOSSIBLE to get through to speak to someone in customer services? I have agreed a bill query THREE times with you now, yet I am still being threatened with disconnection. 202 is pointless and messenger is always "too busy".

@O2 can you help? I asked for a new esim today for my pixel 7, it's going to take a few days to arrive, but now my signal has been completely cut off. Has someone preemptively started the SIM swap without me asking?!

@O2 A number of phone providers have waived fees associated with long distance calls to Iran to allow Canadians to call their loved one in Iran,as the internet has been shut down there, is there any chance that O2 can do the same thing for it’s customers so we can call our family
