    @SarahLudford @virginmedia @O2 Yep…sadly the service has declined since the two companies merged. They blocked my account for weeks for ‘ security reasons’. ( I had changed pw & looking for new deals) No one seemed unable to unblock it. Took several phone calls/DM’s/ emails etc.

    Trying to pay off my contract early with @O2 so I can go to another company that doesn’t bleed me dry and they hit me with a limit of how much I can pay!! That’s a little rude 02 😩

    @O2 why are your customer services refusing to replace a brand new 16 day old iPhone 17 . It’s faulty and they are making life very difficult. Worst customer care ever.
