    @O2 priority app never works for presale tickets. Takes you to the event and there's no link to access to presale that is "happening now"

    @O2 customer service a disaster....billed double for device this month...3 phone calls...4 times doing security and still not convinced it is sorted 🤬

    Highly recommend you don’t use @O2, sent a device back in February still not taken off my account and attempted to charge me for it, called the customer services 4 times and keep getting told it will be sorted or told to call back and still no closer to get a refund.

    @O2 @O2 this is still an issue months later. Being on the ******* phone should not disable my ******* access to the internet

    @O2 Already spoke to helpdesk - talked so fast that I couldn’t understand what they were saying. Could NOT fix problem - a “known issue” that IT are trying to fix. Pls refund Bolt ons purchased during loss of service & compensate time taken up! Please escalate to snr mgr

    @Evamccartney23 @O2 I feel your pain. @O2 customer service is absolutely diabolical!!! Left my daughter without a phone whilst travelling, did nothing to help then completely ignored the complaint. Absolutely shocking and still hounded her for money. Communication seems to work one way …

    1/2 Appalling experience with @SamsungUK and @O2 S26 Ultra "pre-sale". Paid for the handset on March 1, still pending as they have some sort of technical issue between the two. No point calling Samsung/Mobile Services nor O2 as they only say "IT is looking into it"
