@O2 Incredibly frustrated and need help please. My elderly mother got a text saying her order is confirmed (ref number given) and a followup to say details have gone to bank to set up a direct debit mandate. Looks genuine. Contacted live chat to check but /1

In mega moan mood today but honestly @O2 you take the P now. Charging for a sub standard service on calls as well as 4G. Then you have the cheek to tell me 5G is here #york. You can’t even manage a interference free telephone call by the station
