    @O2 Ordered an accessory on 20th November no delivery yet. When will you have apple pencils back in stock. Tried calling but you hang up tried messaging and they say call. Going round in circles

    @O2 I have been trying to speak to a real person for 4 weeks now no luck. Live Chat cut me off several times. I have no signal indoors and have to go into my garden to make or receive calls. Checked network coverage. Has anybody had any success talking to someone at O2?

    For goodness sake @O2, why is it SO bloody difficult to get into my account? None of my usual passwords work, you then say you'll send a code. Code doesn't work. Have to ask for another code and another, but by then it says logins exceeded. 🤬 Beyond bloody frustrating! 😔
