    @O2 customer service sucks, having so many issues trying to place a new order as an existing customer. Website broken, customer service reps don't fix the problem. Soooo annoying.

    @O2 I’ve had to rejoin EE. Number porting as we speak. O2 customer service an absolute embarrassment. Cost me £20 + having to drive 40 mins each way to nearest O2 store to be told nothing could be done to help me. I will be posting on a daily basis to AVOID O2 until I get refunded 👎

    @swchamp89 @O2 SWC thank you for your comment and your advice I appreciate it a lot and I’m really shocked to hear that to be honest and I hate trying to communicate through customer services at the best of time.

    @O2 I spent hours on live chat with you yesterday to sort an issue out, I thought it was finally resolved but the email I got confirming has all the wrong information in it. I’m getting so incredibly tired of spending 3 hours at a time waiting to speak to someone. Please help.

    The UK phone company @O2 doesn't properly validate email addresses and sends customer info to other random people if they sign up with the wrong email. Contacted them twice and they haven't stopped sending me all this customer's personal information.

    @O2 @ad_moran4 O2 have the Worst customer service, don’t bother. I think I’ve wasted over 10 hours in the last year trying to speak to someone.
