    @ich_ayu @O2 In some countries, you can keep the number when you change the service provider. The number is the identity, the "religion". The provider should not hold the number hostage to their bad product and poor service.

    @O2 Why advertise 20GB for £10 big bundle on new payasyougo sim but you only assign 7GB instead and when called you don't do anything! Very poor customer service from o2 customer services!

    Quitting your contract with @O2 is harder than changing religion. The service is so bad and costumer service is only nice to new costumers. They treat old customers badly, very badly. They don’t appreciate loyalty.
