@O2 can anyone help? Current abroad and been charged ridiculous amounts for roaming when I didn’t even realise roaming was activated. How can £51 be run up in a matter of minutes? I had tried to set up o2 travel bolt on but my online account still don’t recognised!

@O2 Yes, My bank said straight away are you with O2 , they said lots of customers complaining since 7pm last night and it’s a known issue yes I have tried restarting my phone

@O2 ive messaged before, the signal in our area had been dropping out for months now, it's not good enough, can you tell us when it's going to be fixed? I cant make /receive phone calls again today for work. Its now worrying if there is a family emergency we cant use our phones

@O2 I live in N Cornwall and your network is so poor here. You boast about 5G and I’m lucky if I get 3G. I’m paying handsomely for a service you can’t deliver. Wish I chose @EE now. Really terrible customer service as well. Not happy. Sort it out.

He didn’t make it up out of thin air! Here we are over a week on & still nothing! Furthermore I sent 2 complaint emails & today is day 7 of no replies
