    @O2 Will do so within the next few days. Many thanks! Please protect your older and vulnerable customers by NOT preinstalling the unnecessary "directory" contact shortcut on your SIMs. At the very least, O2 should issue "premium call" warning (with continue option) before connecting.

    @O2 5 calls to O2 in 10 days trying to upgrade to iPhone 13 Pro and renew my contract - over 2 hours in waiting! To give O2 my business. Given wrong information and promised callbacks that haven’t happened. No reply to my DM. Shocking service!

    Given the lack of response @O2. I will be lodging a formal complaint. Which I will pursue all the way to the Ombudsman if needs be. All for the sake of what is a simple refund!

    @O2 Hello, I was about to pay my bill but you've closed my data and everything else. I've called customer service and they was rude and hung up on me.

    When your tired mardy and getting annoyed with @O2 so cancel contract had better customer service in back street brothels

    Having a nightmare with @O2. Sent a notice of disconnection and bill for a phone I don't have. The customer services team cannot talk to me because I cannot tell them my non-existent o2 number and the fraud team never call back! Help!

    @O2 wow I have never been through a worse IVR in my life. I can only guess no one has ever tested it from o2. All I want to do is port a number from EE to o2, I have a PAC number ready but might have to give up!

    Be carful of any fake @O2 bill what arrives in the post, taken it to a store, they said the letter head isn’t correct and the customer number is a wrong format and haven’t been a customer for 4 years.

    @O2 I have been billed incorrectly for roaming charges that should have been covered by Volt2, but I can find no way to get any help with this issue. Can you please let me know how I can get this charge corrected?
