    @O2 shocking service from o2. Kept my wife on chat for over an hour then after she finally got her deal done for next day delivery they email to say its not in stock. I was also to upgrade but time for a change of provider.

    @o2 once again mast issues in tw10 are causing serious problems. Texts delayed arrival means 2 factor authentication not possible. This is third time this month!

    @O2 Yes but the issue appears one of your advisors has fraudulently renewed my contract without my wishes to do so. As a result nobody wants to do any customer service and help, just hang up or passed to someone else and on hold until they hang up!

    Extremely disappointed with @O2 …. Again. Promised and not delivered…had to chase for credits and discount that were promised at point of sale and again by customer services last week but still not received. Please contact me ASAP to resolve.

    @O2 are literally sending texts about my account to a number which I have not approved, and refuse to change it because their "system does not allow it". Now that's customer service.

    Honestly, payday on Friday I’m paying off this phone and getting a new one. I can’t fathom why I never get any @O2 service. Every single phone, same issue. I’ve raised the issue, nothing ever got resolved. 20 minutes it’s just took me to get signal back after being in a busy area

    Hi @O2 @MarkEvansO2 @Ofcom Anyone able to give advice. An elderly family member is getting letters/bills sent to her (not in her name) as an account has been set up at her address. Clearly someone has set up a contract fraudulently - she’s not an O2 customer herself…(Cont)

    @O2 Customer service i have received from you insurance department is absolutely terrible you have had my handset for over 4 weeks with no replacement insight charged left right and centre for service you are unable to provide disgusted is an understatement!!!!
