@O2 your O2 priorities are not as good as they used to be. My colleague and I usually go after work on a Thursday and use your 2 free drinks 5-8. Recently have been out of stock by 6pm. This is quite Recent. I presume reduced numbers available? Pretty poor

@O2 Day 88 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@EnglandRugby @SixNationsRugby @O2 I like the team. If the team selectors are going to insist on Farrell then they can’t really have Smith too, their partnership has never really worked. I really like Smith as a player and I think he’s the future there but looks like he’ll have to wait for Farrell to retire!

@O2 I have just spent an hour getting through to your customer services to find that someone has been using my SIM card that never arrived, abroad in the USA and it’s been charged to my account!! How on earth was that allowed to happen?

@EnglandRugby @SixNationsRugby @O2 In all the breathless coverage of OF and MS, yet to see many point out the JVP had an awful game against SCO, looked lost, bad passes, kicking not great. MS had a good game but somehow it’s his fault they lost as usual. England fans are really something.
