@O2 Hi O2. My Spotify Premium subscription, which is paid for as part of my monthly 02 plan, has unexpectedly been downgraded because of a failure to make a payment. I have not missed a payment, so can’t explain what’s happened, and your web site has not helped. please help.

@O2 Looking at the Network map what is good is rather subjective. Two bars isn’t good. Be honest and say the postcodes where you say it’s good just isn’t for data. The entire corridor running from Alwoodley- Chapletown is poor and towards St James’s is poor and has always been. Maybe it’s just geography

Absolute disaster class in customer service from @O2. Trapped in a loop of fraud teams sending me to stores, store staff sending me to broken web forms, and zero phone support. Guess that's why CISAS and GDPR exist. 📉🛑 @MoneySavingExp @Ofcom #O2 #CustomerService #ConsumerRight
