@O2 my new phone got delivered to the incorrect address nearly 2 weeks ago. I have called O2 multiple times and I’m still waiting for the matter to be resolved. Every time I call there’s a new story as to what is happening. Your customer services are a joke.

@O2 your a joke of a company a total joke of a company. I'm having problems with my oppo not getting one time passwords and repeated text messages.. according to oppo it's you at 02 that the problems is with that there sorting out. So please stop blaming oppo when your to blame.

Between @SamsungUK and @O2 I've wasted 6 hours of my day trying to sort a new phone out. Still no further forward, both saying its the other person's fault!! Quick to take money...not quick in wanting to help when there's a problem!!
