@O2 Twice, and you sent it again yesterday. Customer services not onthe ball at all. No urgency and not really concerned. Pity you dont give numbers for head office so i can talk to someone that can get things done, all hiding behind the workers

@O2 When I called to get a PAC code no one said unlock your phone before you leave. Therefore I place all responsiblilty with O2 and want resolution ASAP

@virginmedia whatever you do..... do not go with virgin mobile....... horrendous customer service. Promise to call back and never do. Do not follow up on complaints. Do not listen and seem unbothered on the phone. Really frustrating. Go with @O2

@O2 Not what i asked is it? World is in a pandemic and numerous institutions are helping buy cutting costs etc yet all you do is increase profits by raising tariffs. No shred of humanity in a crises @ofcom all it boils down to is #greed #customersmeanshit
