    @kokeshimum @O2 Same ****. Yet, o2 have increased their customer bills for the past 12 consecutive years. That’s a 4-10% increase every year since 2014.

    @dapsy7 @O2 It's been like this for weeks and they ain't interested in sorting the problem. 11 more days then I can move to another company. 20+ years and gone down hill .

    @kokeshimum @O2 @O2 exactly the same with me currently in El Campello, fantastic 5g signal in the hills yet in Norwich my phone has “2 bars 5G” and I can’t load nothing

    @kokeshimum @O2 I live near four major cities. On 4G I can’t get an internet connection, cuts out constantly mid calls as soon as drops from 5G to 4G. O2 is broken.

    @O2 can you sort out your customer service phone lines!!!!!! I am trying to do an insurance claim for my device and its saying you are open 8am to 8pm weekdays and to call back then, thanks!!! my phone is unusable so can't use the app. so what am I meant to do.
