Incompetent *and* fraudulent - quite the performance. And when you get through the ten minutes of being told to go online for support, they cut you off.

Although the area I moved to last year has had little to zero network coverage from O2 for over 11 years, according to the neighbours. And O2 have done absolutely nothing about that.
