    @O2 hi, I received a replacement SIM but all my credit has gone from my account. There was £30-40 credit on there before and it hasn't moved over and I can't see any of it on my account, only new credit that I've topped up. Please can you help. Thanks

    Honestly @O2 are dreadful, mess around with the payment of my bill YET again which I paid and my services STILL aren’t up & running it’s been over 24hrs? Not to mention the customer service team being absolutely useless.

    @O2 As a computer engineer with a master's degree, this explanation struck me as ridiculous. As a customer who has purchased dozens of iPhones, several iPads, three Macbooks, an Apple Watch, AirPods, etc., this is the first time you've surprised me in a negative way.
