Stuart Carr (@Stuey3D) reported@Ofcom It’s because @O2 network is so congested that you can’t even make a phone call without it sounding like the fast food order from Wayne’s World let alone use data. It’s also now effecting 5G too and that’s supposedly the saviour of mobile data.

No money or restrictions or losses at risk to O2 or my dad as account holder. After he died, they were so slow and unhelpful still. The bitter taste lingers.

BUFF (@scottyAF20) reported@O2 Hello, I’m having real problems with my signal. Voice calls are inaudible and I’m having to make calls via wifi. The signal checker is showing no real issues. I’ve noticed a change in the signal strength the last 6mth or so with only one or two signal bars.
