    @O2 Thanks for this, all looks good. 2 more questions, what’s the coverage is like in other countries. I haven’t had any issues with Vodafone (been to 20 countries so far) & also what happens if you guys decided to reintroduce roaming charges after I got the contract? @VodafoneUK

    @O2 I had already tried to enable this, but the SIM only plan I am on doesn’t seem to allow it. If there is any way this can be enabled for my number, that would be useful, especially since I am getting such a poor deal for what I am paying!

    @O2 Is there connectivity issues when swapping sims? I got my phone upgrade yesterday and got a new 5G sim and although I have full service and 4G according to my phone my data connectivity is so bad and nothing will load/is taking ages. Didn’t have this issue with my old sim?

    @O2 losing a customer today because one of the 3 employees stood around doing nothing couldn’t serve me in West Quay but could add me to a 75 minute waiting list 👍

    @O2 I have network problems which according to a text will not be fully fixed until 24th October. And you haven’t so far offered to reduce the bill for a service I am paying you for

    @O2 It’s not my phone or my sim! 🙄🙄🙄🙄 it’s your AWFUL coverage! I’m on tour around the entirety of the UK and your 4G consistently drops out down to 1 bar or if I’m lucky goes to 3G. Just ridiculous I’m paying all this money and i can barely use my phone outside of WiFi #****

    @O2 Why is it impossible to speak to one of your advisors? I wanted to complain about the coverage. I'm paying for a service I don't think I'm receiving, I have 6 months left on my sim only contract. I'd love to cut it short, but I'd be charged the remaining.
