    @O2 Yes I’ve checked and logged in and apparently I was alerted previously my bill was going up extra which was outwith my agreement increase and I had a limited time due to this to terminate contract freely. I don’t wish to do that but I do wish my bill to be less like before.

    Who's got a decent phone network that actually works outside ? @O2 have to be the worst ever right now No 4g or 5g working anywhere right now No one helps either, shocking customer service for the price

    I’m in Dulwich. One of the more expensive areas of London, supposedly a global city, and I’m getting worse mobile phone reception that I did in Kabul a decade ago. I pay for two contracts: @O2 and @EE and neither is reliable so I can’t work. Mobile phones are useless in vast areas of Britain and have got worse. You can never work on a train, unlike in France. But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings. This government is prioritising virtue signalling vanity projects when we need infrastructure urgently.

    @O2 hi my iPhone Air the data is so slow or doesn’t work even if I have signal in 4g and 5g, I use my phone for work sometimes so would the carrier settings need updating or something? Seems to be no problems in my area as I can see

    @O2 @JakeMooreUK I have the same issue ever since 5G came out, my Spotify never dropped out when driving but it’s like an old car radio now. Will definitely be thinking about another network soon

    @O2 Hello O2, I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving. I have been trying to choose a tariff using the free call option, but there does not appear to be any way to do this. In addition, I am unable to log into my online account despite multiple attempts. This has made it impossible for me to manage my account or select the tariff I want. Please can you investigate these issues and advise me how to access my account and choose a tariff as soon as possible. last month I left £15 on phone and u never used that for this month don't ask me to pm you as i cant use that I would appreciate a prompt response.     @O2 @virginmedia ... I have been a loyal customer for over 2 decades now, I'm so disappointed at how lacking the service has been. I have cancelled my direct debit, you will receive no bill payment for this period until you call me to discuss this issue, as I STILL Cannot call back to the UKm
