Darren Coomer (@coomerdarren) reported@O2 Since virgin media came along ive been unable to use the O2 app to look at my account after a few phone calls to raise this issue & told the issue will resolved yet nothing also i don't have virgin media please can you get on with resolving this issue ?

Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported@kirstygc1 @O2 Hasn't worked for months if honest, I told them about the fault 4 months ago and they still won't fix it as it only affects % of customers. It's shocking. Look through my old posts to O2 to see how bad. There's even a ticket open ref CIT-A390334 about it, never called me back
