@O2 @O2 I was promised a refund of £669 on august 13 yet the money still hasn’t reached my account. I have called customer services ever night for past 2 weeks and the incompetence of the staff is insufferable. How can a global company like o2 operate in this way?

@O2 Ok could I ask that you update your bio to tell customers you no longer provide support on X? That way you also wouldn't need to respond to each message? What are the system limitations on X you speak of?

@O2 still can’t access MyO2 via app or online. Calling customer support didn’t help, just told it’s a known issue. When will access be restored?

Q: does anyone offer a better service than the useless @O2? The app is useless and crashes frequently, the response time between questions is 5-10 minutes. Has anyone found a better company?

@poppytailsandtr @virginmedia @O2 Same here. Can't pay bill because apparently an expiry date of END September means that my card is invalid. Customer service is non-existent now whereas with O2 it was great via Twitter.
