So my @O2 contract should have been £40 a month when I took it out in December. I tried putting g my blue light discount on but they wouldn't allow me to do it for some weird reason. My bill is now £72. I have no extras!! Rip off company. Will never renew with you!!!

@GoonerBlock @O2 @SkyUK I’m not too bothered about 5G (only got 4G with O2 anyway 😳) just the amount they charge and coverage is **** 😡 kids are on Sky and they say they don’t have issue but then they don’t travel around as I do 🥴🥴

@O2 Having posted into our local residents group about the signal problem. The issue needs resolving not kicking down the road by discounts off bills. This has been the jog on for months and it is not good enough!!!!!!!

@O2 are you aware that the login on your website is completely broken? After submitting username and password I get asked for a security code which comes to my phone but the page has no box to enter it. Tried on Chrome and Edge with same results.
