Really impressed with the service I received from the @O2 team in their Wellingborough shop on Saturday evening. A new guy who could not help got me a coffee whilst waiting for his more experienced colleague. Then he went above and beyond to get me through the credit checks

@O2 is @ODEONCinemas @ODEONHelp is Orpington odeon participating in the free tickets. There was literally one showing for this week where it could be used. All the rest were showing priority tickets which were not free! Thanks for the help

@O2 I think you missed the point. Power is back, and with it mobile service. Why do we lose service immediately when the power goes out? That's not a very secure service?

@O2 why oh why is it taking so long to get my phone? Absolutely ridiculous service and I’m not even yet a customer, do I want to be now? Ordered phone last Wednesday and still have not got it after being promised I would hear within 48 hours. Promised Saturday and again today

Hey @O2 your customers service is amazing I have to say. You never let me down but your supply chain is dreadful. Friday Saturday and today I’ve had drivers from @DPDgroup_news and @dhlexpressuk fail to deliver my phone and all the time I’m at home. I need this sorting today. 😡
