    @O2 Hi O2, I am in Barcelona and cannot get any connection to Movistar at all. 4G won’t connect and 3G is doing nothing. Please can you assist as I have roaming included in my plan and have never had this issue in Europe before

    @wendyg4073 @O2 I went into the shop with the same problem.They exchanged the Sim but that didn’t help

    No issues are being resolved, our time is being wasted and quite frankly I'm done with being treated like a decade of my money means nothing. @O2 @VodafoneUK @giffgaff or whoever else hit me up with some deals.

    @O2 is it normal for people on the website chat to simply disconnect from the chat when asked to simply clarify what I get as a VM customer. Seemed he wanted to just push a sale and didn't want to answer simple questions. Very rude and unhelpful.
