    So, after more than ONE WEEK waiting for my promised call back from @O2 i am still waiting for you to resolve my serious complaint. Your customer service is frankly appalling. Call me back this week without fail!!!

    @O2 @ad_moran4 💯 stay away from O2, signal is woeful everywhere. Sort your deal out with EE, you will regret it if you go to O2. I had loads of issues and raised incident tickets and they just kept saying there was nothing wrong. Useless network

    So two different ombudsman to get you sorted @O2. You've admitted you're at fault by way of a refund, that you never processed, but I have the email. Also the data hasn't worked for most of May too so nothing was resolved in the complaint. #evidenceforombudsman

    @Benleo I am currently on day four of having no phone signal, mobile data or WiFi thanks to @O2 They regularly cut off my service entirely (23 days total this year), no warning, no apologies. When you contact CS, if they actually answer, then they treat you like you are the problem!

    @O2 what on earth is happening to your online / telephone system? I’m a new customer, as of yesterday, and trying top up then trying to get access to link my number to my myo2 account is a nightmare and no one at your call centres can help me!!!! Did I make a mistake leaving EE?!

    @O2 @ad_moran4 O2 have the Worst customer service, don’t bother. I think I’ve wasted over 10 hours in the last year trying to speak to someone.
