@o2 Hi O2! I switched to a SIM only contract, but the 4G data is awful: in many areas where there is full signal and a "4G+" symbol at the top , the data just doesn't work or is like 2G speeds. Other areas are ok. Any idea what's happening?

@O2 It’s not very helpful. You obviously have a capacity issue in and around Gatwick airport. I work there and the network is essentially unusable there, it always is. This is not a temporary problem.

Does anyone else on @O2 have constantly bad phone signal?! Pretty much every call breaks up or shows ‘Call Failed’ only 3G at home when not on WiFi #o2

So many people complaining about @O2. Signal has been absolutely shocking for about a week now with no sign of the issue being fixed. It’s an actual joke now. It’d be quicker sending a letter via pigeon than sending a text! Hope we’re all getting a discount on our bills?!?!

@O2 that’s now more than an accumulated 15 hrs on the phone to customer services plus a visit to a local store and still no one able to resolve the issue. Shocking customer service. Will be changing provider.
