O2 ADVISOR: The 6 month long @o2 service outage isn’t o2’s fault. We won’t be reimbursing you anything until it’s eventually fixed, even though you can’t use your unlimited data you pay £60+ a month for & have had to buy another network’s sim card to stay connected.

@Carlstretton @O2 Good luck. I waited now 23 days and no further in getting mine sorted. I ended up getting a sim with another network and just starting again because I can't be arsed with the battle anymore. Horrendous. I had my old number ages too
