    @waynetuckwell @O2 It's honestly ridiculous. I've given up on them now I don't think they'll fix it. I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.

    @O2 another company with the most frustrating Customer Service system, involving heavy reliance on automated systems that send you round in circles, that don’t contribute to efficiency in solving customers problems, but that only serve to wasting customers time.

    So two different ombudsman to get you sorted @O2. You've admitted you're at fault by way of a refund, that you never processed, but I have the email. Also the data hasn't worked for most of May too so nothing was resolved in the complaint. #evidenceforombudsman

    @O2 please tell me why all 3 of our phones have had no signal whatsoever for days now. I’ve tried online chat. They asked if I’d like to look at new deals! Why would we look at new deals when we can’t even get the service we’re paying for?!

    @O2 for 18 years I’ve had phone reception whilst at work and it was always perfect, now nothing at all for the last couple of months! What is going on? Other staff menebers are having the same problem too, I use my phone for work now I can’t. Bradford area

    @Happyengland79 @O2 Shana, literally the exact same here.. reported it 3/4 times over the year said it was a mast problem, still nothing done!!
