@O2 Interesting to note that according to last year's annual report, @o2 invested around £750m in the network and still managed to rake in profits of £581m. Yet they absolutely need to raise their prices.

@O2 I have been with you for like 10 years and In the past 3 months especially the last month nothing works. Calls fail every 4 minutes in various areas. 5G never works, forever loading, I have 100gb and it feels like I’m in 1950s with no data. I’ve called…. (TBC)

@O2 I've been trying for 3 days now to give you my Vodafone PAC code to port my number on to my new O2 sim. I've been hung up on once, and twice told that you have system problems & to call back the next day. How long will your systems be down for??
