Problem is that there are times I need to be able to use my phone to help home school my daughter on breaks - yet most of the time I have to revert to using sms as an I message won’t send.

Rhona Torney (@TorneyRhona) reported@O2 having great trouble trying to migrate a number onto a new account and cancel a contract. Seems 02 happy enough to keep charging but not cancelling.
