    @O2 any chance of some support for my daughter after her phone was stolen? The level of support @Ofcom so far, has been absolutely abysmal. It would be good to find someone who actually cares!

    Before @O2 say call customer service, why do I want to waste my time stuck in your queues, waiting to speak to someone about something I should be able to check online and pay if your website worked properly. #timeismoney
