@O2 constantly have reasonable 4G displayed on my phone, however zero actual internet connectivity. This has been going on for weeks now, loads of friends have same issue. O2 just say it’s in hand. Coverage checker display very good 4G signal. Can I leave without penalty?

@O2 how difficult does it need to be to book an appointment in an o2 shop about my broken phone! I went on the book a O2 guru on the website and apparently it doesn't recognise my post code or town. Then live chat cut me off 🥴

@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia When you call customer service on 202 and you request to speak to a manager and they say it will be in the next 24 hours. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even support message are no answered as busy. O2 Travel takes 32 sec for a 2mb picture

@O2 Priority on Peter Kay tickets ❌, order last night for next day not delivered today❌, no response to messages on here ❌, no email to say when being delivered but told it’s in stock ❌. Why do I bother giving you money every month. All round service is poor!
