    @O2 O2 you have made massive errors on my account (not applying o2 travel correctly) and are planning on charging over £300 + VAT - I have made numerous phone calls and your staff admit the error and say they will resolve it but don’t - I am very very concerned.

    What is happening with @O2 and @virginmobileuk. No signals on either in SE12 There's a strike causing some of us to work from home, only to have no signal as well.

    @O2 I would if I was a customer, however the company I am with do run of the o2 line if that makes any differance?

    @e_emobile great advert doing a shave on Snowdon or landing a plane. But could you first fix the issues when I can’t get a signal at work or get multiple dropouts on a walk or commute home. Never happened with @O2

    trying to pay off my @O2 contract is an absolute joke. cant do in store coz apparently it takes 30 mins to complete and no one ever answers the fones to do it and u cant pay on the app. i wana pay my damn bill fml

    @virginmedia the standard of service at virgin is abismal. A customer for 30 years and I've been lied to 3times to upsell @O2 Sim in last week and had 4 different contract arrangements sent only to have services switched off since Friday 17/06 until 23/06. Please get in touch
