    @O2 I’ve been unable to use my network data last 2+ weeks & sending an esim made it worse. I have been with you since 2015 and disappointed with the service or reasons for the poor network. Shame as I’ve been a satisfied customer until now, I guess it’s time to switch provider’s.

    @BobWriggles @O2 no coverage at all at Kendal, very limited at Glastonbury. never get any coverage at Footy. tweeted O2 and all I got was "We're aware of an issue with masts near WN5 0UH. We're working to fix these ASAP. never even mentioned the festivals! need to change provider.

    @Metline_boredom @O2 That’s exactly what they expect us to do! My QuickBooks app makes multiple copies of invoices due to the terrible data connection. Creating extra work having yo sorting it out, but they aren’t bothered in the slightest.

    Hi @O2 I’m in Italy, and can’t make or receive calls. Roaming is on and my data works for the internet, but not for calls. Can you help me please?

    @O2 This network in absolute pants in South East UK. When u complain ur promised call backs, never happens. They admit the networks clogged up but keep adding devices on multiple phone providers to it.

    If you buy @oneplus phone that doesn't work and connect to internet and contact them or your network provider @O2 several times you won't get any actual help. You're left on your own trying to figure out APN settings that should've been done correctly in the first place.
