    @O2 Totally disappointed with the service yesterday, one of the reasons for choosing O2 was the priority aspect, but have yet to be able to use it properly, never reacts well to any sort of demand!!!.

    @O2 I have been with O2 since Cellnet days. I have paid off my contract today and moved to @EE. Two reasons: O2 coverage is dreadful these days (even in a major city), and O2 Priority has become a waste of time. Poor offers these days and often impossible to log in to. Bye 👋🏻

    @O2 what a load of crap priority tickets are. System crashed yesterday yet today all sold out. Looks like the ticket touts will be making a killing. Utter rubbish O2 yet again 😖😖

    @O2 Disgusting!!! app has been down for almost 23 hours and when you can get in spent 3hours messing around with text codes to then be booted out again…
