@O2 your customer service is ridiculous. been trying to sort out my bill and change tariff since yesterday and the line was disconnected 3 times. so today i tried again. one of your rude employees spent 30 minutes dismissing my issue, without attempting to understand the problem

@O2 there is an issue with local mobile signal. Reported it but it’s been an issue since the weekend. No signal or very poor signal indoors and out doors - hp10 9 area. No one seems to provide any updates
