    @O2 Hello team! Pls help!! Can only receive inbound calls etc. Spoke to team early this AM it’s because I’ve been selected for 5g??? and as this is pending, it can take 24 hours to ‘turn off’ I’ve neither requested this nor asked for this, and can’t make calls.. Can we expedite?

    @O2 Hi o2 its my brother, you have been charging him for a sim since 2018 that hes never ever used, hes been into shops every month and on the fone, even paid 70 pound to cancel it and yous are still trying to take 25 quid every month, now hes cancelled the DD hes gettin bank charges
