    Been on the phone to @O2 Customer Service 6 times in the last 4 days about a mobile data issue. Still unresolved. I am beyond frustrated now.

    @O2 Why are you refusing a contract to a new customer just because they don't have a credit score? Person working full time with a good pay, bank account. Why refusing a contract?
