    @O2 appreciate your help. Not able to get through anyone on the chat. I've already paid my bill and got a notification to pay again. This needs to be resolved and corrected in your system that is sending me reminders.

    @O2 Thanks. I've downloaded the app and trying to run a speed test, but it says "you currently do not have network connectivity". I'm very much aware that's what the problem is. I'll leave it to you to find a solution.
