@O2 phone upgrade…phone lost by @DHLParcelUK …none of the companies know where my new phone is… they send me from one to another!two massive companies that cannot locate a phone…and the customer has to just wait for them to blame each other!!! Disgusting

@virginmedia @O2 Can you both sort out your customer service please? Spoke to 7 people at Virgin on Friday and ended up cancelling because it’s so shockingly bad, trying to do the same with O2 & their incompetence is meaning I’ll be charged for every day until they get it sorted

@O2 And no MyO2 won't work because the number isn't in service so I can't register for it. It wasn't registered because I never got the paperwork because I cancelled within 24 hours. Apparently you can't provide any written proof that the account is closed with nothing outstanding?

@O2 if I bought my tickets on o2 priority (and so they are labelled as o2 priority tickets) but I am no longer an o2 customer, does this matter for the priority queue? Does access to this queue depend on the ticket or the priority status of the customer?
