    @chris_davies11 @O2 They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, You can message “syncunlocks” on Instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    @O2 appalling customer service. All I want is my rebate. My 02 doesn’t work, phone line staff says I don’t exist. Spent 2 hours trying to speak to someone. All I did was move to EE. You texted me and e mailed for me to get in touch. So far it’s impossible

    @GreggsOfficial Hi, I took a coupon on @o2 priority for a free hot drink, which is valid for 6 hours only, and then the person at the counter said that the internet is down and they are not accepting QR codes. Can you tell me what I can do with that?

    @O2 had very little signal in 14 weeks now. I have a new sim so can you set it up please? Also I've been promised £26 back for last month but I've not seen that on my bill

    @O2 I am unable to update details in my account. I can login on A browser but somehow you have the wrong email address and mobile number registered, so I can't receive verifications to update my details. Because my email is somehow wrong I can't login on the app.
