@o2 - failed direct debit, don't re-request, send snail mail and tell you they'll cut you off in 7 days from date of letter. Dated 6th dec arrives 12th dec. Cancel direct debit. Literally any other company - reapply for direct debit amount again a week or so later. 🤯 #stoneage

@O2 @BigIssue This has to be a laugh I pay £90 a month for two contracts and I can never get signal can’t even send a Snapchat or open an email while it always says 4g then I get the usual a mast is down in your area this last has been down for the last 3 years
