    @O2 My number ported over yesterday and I’ve topped up by £20 but I cannot link my o2 account to my number so I cannot choose the bundle I need. I’m on a £10 rolling plan so I’m just getting charged for data. Customer services can’t help and o2 store can’t help. Absolute shambles 😡

    @tehscreener @O2 Make a complaint and they have no choice but to refund you. I've got £50 coming from Jan-April. I'll be putting in another at the end of this month too. Because they never processed the refund until I got hold of them the ombudsman will deal with the now!

    So two different ombudsman to get you sorted @O2. You've admitted you're at fault by way of a refund, that you never processed, but I have the email. Also the data hasn't worked for most of May too so nothing was resolved in the complaint. #evidenceforombudsman

    @O2 Morning, Ivr an ongoing issue that there is no way yo input a password to access my account. Its been going on for months. Someone replied yesterday and I duly gave the information asked for and no onr has replied? Do you usually ask for passwords?

    @O2 When are you planning on improving the coverage? Up to about 6 weeks ago, it was slow but usable, same on Vodafone , now it’s basically unusable

    @O2 is there a problem with the network, I was stranded in the heat with my little one unable to make any calls or call an uber? Had to walk 1 hour to get home?

    phone shows 5g but acts like its 1 bar of 3g honestly @O2 might be the shittest network in the UK
