    @O2 Your agent just tried to tell me that RECEIVING International Call (I.e. from outside UK) whilst in UK (I.e. NOT roaming) on my O2 registered mobile (UK domestic customer) is chargeable. What?! No, should NOT need any ‘bolt on’! Charging me as described above is ILLEGAL!

    @O2 you're a disgrace. Don't like complaints do you? Faffed me about on here, try sending a formal complaint and then says 'there's been an error'. Your complaints procedure is just as crap as you're service and coverage. Don't send me another link that doesn't work either.

    @O2 hi, I received a replacement SIM but all my credit has gone from my account. There was £30-40 credit on there before and it hasn't moved over and I can't see any of it on my account, only new credit that I've topped up. Please can you help. Thanks

    @cherry_ugh @O2 They depend on us just accepting it and not knowing how to deal with them legally. They back down every time. Ps I’m on o2 and the signal sucks

    @O2 Great to hear you say that. Shame that it doesn’t reflect in our daily life. Your network performances have gotten worse over the last few years, not better.

    @Polymarket @O2 is great for this, 4G, 5G? It's all for nought because none of it works. The worst part, this joke of a network is the best option in my town.
