    folks just when you think companies are just in it for themselves I'm on phone to @o2 and I was chatting to an agent he asked was I OK as I sounded a bit down told him I was struggling with cancer today he goes and reduces my rate by 30% and is sending me a free smart watch x

    @O2 I have an iPad with £180 device plan left to pay. If I paid of the remainder of the device plan (£180), can I cancel the airtime for it as I literally never use my iPad and don’t need the GB or minutes. Thanks

    I've had the flip 4 weeks now been told by @O2 services that there will be updates in 2 days 3 days ect ect just feed lies after lies.. like I said 4 weeks of nothing problems... It's beyond the joke now especially when I need my one time password for my bank
