Sorry I’m not replying at moment, #Sky still down, b/b and phone. .@O2 have been HEROIC! The connection has held (albeit slow at times) despite #StormEunice doing its worst. I am SO grateful to o2, words can’t really really express. As a vulnerable customer, THANK YOU.

@O2 There was only one contract to cancel when we called because the device payment plan contract was automstically ending anyway, so why after we called to cancel has nobody done anything about it?

Hi @O2 We're fully paid up for our devices and have cancelled our contracts with you yet you've still managed to send us an airtime bill. Can you please rectify this mistake at your end before I lose my ****?

How bad @virginmedia actually are. I’ve had intermittent broadband since October and had to up my data with my phone provider @O2 we’ve had numerous call-outs from engineers who can’t seem to find the fault of the issue even had our road dig up to find the issue

@O2 Pretty obvious, the person we spoke to when cancelling our airtime contract hasn't done what we asked and now we're stuck owing more money. We were told the final payment for airtime would be taken by 15th Feb 2022 but now we've had another bill for £38. C'mon, @O2 this is bad

@ruskin147 Ironic! I never got your 5G reporting at the BBC that omitted emphasis on the networks contracted requirement to increase capacity / availability, instead pushing their commercial narrative of speed. My bug bear, the hand off between 4G and 5G is not seamless. iPhone 13 on @O2

@peasmoldia @ThreeUK @O2 That's normal for me - once I'm outside of Eastbourne's environs I get ****-all signal, even if I'm standing directly underneath Heathfield transmitter
