    @O2 Yes and new SIM card network reset phone reset tickets open by o2 to raise issue for last 3 months then tickets being closed when issue not fixed

    @O2 This happens in Chester, Llandudno, Wrexham. My wife has the same problem, having a 6 month old and needing to check/updates things is impossible when out and about with O2. Very unreliable

    @O2 I'm trying to sign up for a SIM card online but when it goes to verify my identity with my card it doesn't work. I've used both my cards but they're not working

    @O2 I need to make a formal complaint over appalling customer service over fraudulent activity on my account. I've tried endlessly to resolve this since it first came to light to no avail. O2 confirmed they would stop my direct debit to avoid the ยฃ286 bill leaving my account
