    @O2 with no wifi available at badminton horse trials all week in a field I have been really disappointed I have no signal and have to piggy of my friends on @EE who have had full signal all week !! Been with you a long time but time for change ????

    Seriously I have never known one phone company to have as many issues with the same phone mast as @O2 have with my local one. It’s apparently not working again

    @o2 on what planet is 04:01 an okay time to schedule an automated customer service call? Both my hubby and I presumed someone had died Your IT system needs some boundaries #CustomerService

    @O2 Last month I lost a device that I have on contract with o2 . I phoned customer services and explained that I understand I must keep up my monthly payments for the device but wasn’t prepared to pay for airtime that I wasn’t using. The advisor told me to cancel both direct debits.
