    sorry for the poor automated helpline @O2 and the fact that your human agents, once I finally did get through, couldn't find my contract details when I asked about the term dates. I asked customer services to find this information offline and email me.

    @KristianeClear @O2 Yup exactly the same happens to me. O2 have been promising to call me back for the last 6 weeks but don't do it then hang up on me when I'm explaining my issue. I feel for you because I'm equally frustrated!

    @tescomobile @O2 are the worst join them and they say I will get extra trade in then don't. I should get family discount and they say no as kept checking number and said its too late now. Then get 2 messages saying RPI increase. Terrible service really annoyed will cancel all asap

    @O2 hang up when reporting fraud on my account. What a bunch of cowboys run your phone lines. Steal money from instead of investigating.

    @GurdasTheGreat @O2 I want to cancel as all they do is take our money. I need my phone for my job urgently and they can't even be bothered to reply to a DM or answer a call. Ironic since they're a mobile phone company and provider.

    I need urgent help from @O2 so I phoned customer service and the automated machine puts you down unless your phone has been stolen. How useless. What if customers need help and your site/app doesn't help. Do we just sit here unable to use our phone?

    So I can send tweets but can’t receive any! Can’t check Facebook, can’t check email, can’t connect to the internet in any shape or form. And it’s now day three like this, @O2 this is ridiculous. The problem is only when I am indoors
