    Everyone I know on the @O2 network in the Kingston area has only been getting speeds of around 0.5 meg all week!! As soon as I move out of the area, getting 60-70. What's going on...?

    @O2 can u please help. Went to port a number from my account to my daughters new o2 account. Had a message to say its not been done as its insufficient security can you help please she goes away on Monday and we need it sorted by then it was done over the phone and not on line.

    @IamCeTan @O2 @virginmedia I feel your pain. At one point they tried to tell me I was out of my 14 day cooling off period, even though that was just because they had spent sooo long dealing with my complaint.

    @netsmith @O2 @virginmedia Virgin Media service is nasty. I cancelled an order by email within 14 day cooling off period, but it kept on billing me despite my repeated efforts. Never touch Virgin Media.
