@O2 I have called them. 4 times over the last week It ranges from "wait a bit longer" to "the offer expired" to "we don't know" and finally "management haven't told us what to do yet" might just cancel the lot since I'm in my 14 day cooling off period and go to another provider...

@suttieb @O2 Same here. Only had the one free trial when I started using the service (I think… don’t even recall that tbh), but also not getting an error, it just doesn’t do anything apart from take me to the account page

@O2 I just had a phone call from 01135220206 claiming to be you. She didn’t seem impressed when I asked what she was wearing and told her I was in the bath with bubbles caressing my *******. She snarled and hung up. Rude! Everyone in earshot in my local shopping centre laughed

@O2 worst customer service ever. Was on call with them for almost 4 hour’s yesterday. Was hung up on twice. Once by a manager. Transferred to a totally different department while on hold 8 times. A brave team member admitted that staff do this when they can’t handle the call.

@O2 Yes, I’ve tried iPhone and windows laptop - when I sign in it just takes me to the account page. I’ve tried the end of the URL as the code but that’s not accepted
