    @O2 I am fed up with the customer service! Was advised to call payments management team and they transferred me to customer service and customer service said it’s not their job. 👏🏾 Is that how you train your team to deal with situation.

    @O2 I’m just applaud with the service as I haven’t made a mistake but because someone on your end has I’ve now got to go to the post office to return the phone and then wait for the one I originally ordered, so that’ll be 2 months without the phone I ordered, how is that fair?

    @O2 At the point of order on the 27th. I have just received the sim today and popped it in an old handset temporarily. Only received the usual welcome to our network texts when I turned phone on

    @O2 why have I got no data or signal on my phone??? I’m up to date on my bill, done a factory reset, turned airplane mode/mobile data off and back on, did the latest update. Can’t connect to any mobile data or send any texts???

    @O2 @theufcbaddy He's right. Your customer service is shite. Couldn't use my phone for 2 weeks 14th-30th Dec whilst you completed "upgrade work"...Xmas week..what is wrong with you!?? Had to move to my mums so I could continue to WFH and couldnt ring anyone and you offer me £10 as compo. Insult.

    @O2 Can you offer me any kind of compensation as I’ve had to jump through hoops just to get something that I ordered. Whenever I’ve upgraded with O2 in the past it’s been really easy so I don’t know why your service has gone down so quickly now?

    @O2 I’ve already spoken to your customer service team this morning and they stated I’ll have to wait 1-3 working days (but with it being new year this will be longer now) to wait for the returns parcel so I can return the phone and then once that’s done the new one can be sent out.
