Jack Fernley (@itsjackfernley) reported@O2 You’ve just lost a customer of 7 years. I’ve had no mobile data for nearly 5 days and was told I’d need to wait up to 7 working days just for someone to investigate it. Really disappointing customer service and unreliable coverage.
