Got so stressed at the @O2 store I have come to Ole & Steen to eat cake. I literally speak to o2 once every 2 years (to update contract) and even then they are the worst!

@O2 called o2 to get plan for Iwatch. Waited 30 minutes to be connected. Had to explain how iwatch plan worked, then was cut off - no call back. Amazing customer service at O2
