    @O2 I went on holiday the resort I was staying had all free internet, when returned home only find I had a bill for the internet from o2 , rang was told you have let them no when you go on holiday, I never used any data and still got a bill crap customer service

    Why was 3pm today the only time I’ve ever seen ‘three bars’ worth of signal on my #O2 @O2 mobile downstairs at home? Surely not a coincidence. No message received anyway as at 1506. #EmergencyAlert

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport myself and my partner did not receive the emergency alert. Was this a Three issue? We both got the alerts on our @o2 work phones
