    @O2 appalled by your customer service. You left my daughter phone-less whilst travelling, all because your ineffective record-keeping could not provide her with the info that she needed for her insurance. You cost her a lot of money, & we never got to the bottom of the issue!!

    @paultownsend81 @O2 I have the same thing, I went into an o2 shop and they confirmed all the masts are at capacity from London down to the south coast. They actually suggested i get an EE sim

    @O2 account locked for security issues? I’ve called multiple times and always told a ticket has been raised yet next time I phone they know nothing! 2 month + this is going on for now! Account for 16 years - ridiculous service!

    @O2 please can someone resolve my complaint. No one takes responsibility or ownership. Just interested in closing the complaint. Pls listen and understand how frustrating & upsetting it is to be told different things each time you call and over 15 hours so far! Very upset

    Fed up of not having signal @O2 sort it out!! Pay monthly to be stranded with no signal in certain areas! #o2

    Congratulations to @O2 you have the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve clicked a link in my email at least 25 times. Unfortunately I’m unable to pay my bill. I refuse to spent anymore time on this.
