@O2 Hi, switched (ported) over to you guys a few weeks ago now, 2 Sims. Already with virgin and the volt benefits have been added to my existing broadband package, however nothing on My O2 regarding doubling the data on either of the new Sims. Can you help?

@O2 @VivekShamal I'm finding exactly the same. Phone lines that have you on hold for an hour and then cut you off, website chat that hangs up before you're connected, and DMs on twitter that are left unanswered for days on end. Very bad times at the moment...

@O2 I joined your service a week ago. I can't log-in as you haven't activated my account. I can't speak to customer services because I need access to an account...I can't create an account because it tells me I have one, I can't log-in because it's not activated... infinite loop

Oh @O2. Finally the contract has been cancelled. "Final bill" will be with me in 2 weeks-ish. Hope you're paying that bill for my mother, she paid everything all off on January 12th. Not her fault that your agents didn't cancel the contract then, when she asked.
