@O2 I was in the queue on the phone to change my spending cap, you know that you can use an app in other networks for it, right? And the quality of the call was terrible, I could barely hear another person. For a best network you're claiming you are, these are big negatives.

@tescomobile Hope you're not increasing your prices as much as @O2 are at 7.8% which is disgusting and profiteering par excellence. Disgusting, I will as a new customer of O2, not be staying with them 1min longer than I'm contracted for.

One thing I won’t miss about living in St. Ives is the extremely poor phone signal from @O2 hopefully when i move I’ll be able to make and receive calls without an issue.

@O2 I've just upgraded my young son from a PAYG sim on o2 to a sim only contract on o2. It arrived today but there's no instructions on how he keeps his number. Any help please?

@santanderukhelp @O2 To be clear, Santander have paid a stupidly expensive bill to O2 because I was in hospital having heart failure (good on you @02, great customer service👏🙄) and couldn’t have visitors due to covid. Illness loves capitalism. You’re all bastards

@J_Hartigan @O2 I had a similar problem years ago when my Mom passed with a phone carrier. They insisted that the bill must be paid. Since she had no estate to pay it I gave them the address of the cemetery and told them to bill her there.

So over a week of issues with @EE and @O2 texts and still no closer to finding the issue with EE not even responding and o2 telling me there is no known issue, yet here we are. Yet here i am tied into a 12 months contract 🙃🙃
