@O2 Respectfully I disagree with that. Nobody who lives near me has phone signal. But I have phone signal when I leave the town I live in. Your signal checker shows no issues either

@O2 Never mind roaming @O2 when will my service at home be fixed, been getting the same messages for over 2 weeks now saying "were working on it"

@O2 But it always says no network issues. The problem is that O2 states on iPhones that there’s 4G and 5G on offer but it often doesn’t work. It would actually be more helpful if it just admitted it.

What is happening @O2 if I can't reach your website and I'm currently an O2 customer, what faith do I have, where I continue staying with you? It's annoying & frustrating

@O2 since joining virgin media the coverage in Milton Keynes is terrible. I’m almost always on 1 bar. You’ve gone from being the best signal in the area to probably the worst.

@O2 Still not received an email with details of my win (on the Blue Monday spinning wheel on Monday this week) - for a Greggs Sweet Treat. Searched in O2 Prioirtiy App, and cannot find the reference code anymore :o( - Definitely won - but now confused :o(

Does anyone know the rules of @O2’s 4G/5G game? I can see the signal, but apparently that’s not enough to unlock internet access…

@O2 As I said when you last sent me this link, it isn’t a true reflection of what the signal actually is. We are lucky to get one bar at the moment. Please see your previous messages as I was told an engineer would check the mast and I will get an update.
