    @iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

    @O2 can’t get a new apple watch connection sorted despite trying online chat , O2 help on the app or phoning & holding for more than 20minutes. Online FAQs suggest tweeting to get it actioned - seriously?? Rubbish customer service

    @O2 is there any way I can email customer support instead of a web chat? I’ve had a few months of issues that I haven’t been able to solve as the web chat replies always disappear. I’m not always able to call so wondering if email is a possibility
