    @O2 hi there. Wondering if anyone can help me. Google pay doesn't seem to work on my phone anymore. Uninstalled and reinstalled and tried taking off my phone case to see if it was because of that and still not working.

    @O2 please explain how I ordered a new phone on the 7th and it has still not arrived and every time I call your customer service I get told to wait 24 hours so they can find out what's going on.

    @b3n4ndy @O2 Having exactly the same issue today! Third party saying evidence they've of the transfer and billing us which they couldn't do if they haven't done it properly. O2 saying its managed by a third party so they can't sort it out and paying them also as its an active line.
