    @O2 tried to sort out a new phone S25FE at me local store, CS was useless tried to make a complaint got nowhere, walked into @SamsungUK liverpool one, spoke to Matthew walked out with S26, time to change my mobile provider aswell I think

    @andrewsdenham @Joff_L @O2 They must’ve changed something, have done that for years. Tbh, might move anyway - service is terrible by me - though they still have the best European coverage.

    @O2 trying to get a new esim profile as I have a new handset and can't get through. Been on hold 40 minutes each time for past few days. Live help says they can't help. This is frustrating.

    @O2 I can never get through to speak to anyone online. My bill after this years increase (the highest of all phone companies) is ridiculous. I want to change to sim only or something cheaper, but I always get told that’s not an option I can only upgrade my phone. I don’t want to
