@DayLafai @O2 @Apple I had this too. I reported it as a network fault and they said every 5 days someone would get back to me. They never did. Then we had a customer service lady called Lauren Mitchel Fox who just wasn’t helpful and was trying to make it very difficult for me to leave stating that…

@O2 still having issues porting my numbers 1 phone has been dead since 9:45 the other still hasn’t ported at all called and said showing as all red and should have happened but still nothing

@O2 Nope. You're missing the point. You're own system says there's a problem with the mast. I get text alerts telling me you're working hard to fix it. After more than 2 months it's not fixed. What happens now?

@DayLafai @O2 @Apple If I wanted to leave I would have to pay off £580 for the phone despite them not being able to provide me with a signal in my house. I was happy to give the phone back carry on paying monthly payments but she said that wasn’t an option. Such vile customer service.
