    @O2 you’ve just taken money out of my account for my upgrade and then the page errored, then I got hung up on by you CS agent. SHOCKING service and after being with you 10 years, no phone on order and I have to wait 3 days for the money to return

    @o2 returning an o2 device plan is impossible you are continuing to take money off me after I’ve sent the headphones back. This is shocking and customer service don’t seem to be able to fix this is 2021 how can you not refund somebody and cancel a device plan. Huge complaint here

    Looks like @O2 is a bit broken in BS34 8SP- normally 4G but only getting H+ signal!

    @O2 this is the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered I have now been hung up on 3 times over 45 minutes and I WAS trying to stay with you!!!!
