    @O2 4 contracts, longest about 16 years, placed an order on 4th Nov for ipad Pro for my youngest Xmas, still out of sticked, called for update or to see if O2 could send substitute as stressing it won't arrive before Xmas... customer service was shocking, mng was going to call

    @O2 Tried the above. I think it's just poor network coverage. Looked at Giffgaff tonight. They piggy back your network offering 5g when you don't?

    How is it we can land a man on the moon, make life saving treatment but can I hell get a internet signal whilst on a train with @O2 Chester- Birmingham NAH Chester-Shrewsbury NAH Chester-North Wales DON'T BE SILLY not even around most parts of Chester these days(usin WiFi 2 post)
