@O2 You should be ashamed of yourselves promising o2 customers priority tickets when in fact you couldn't even log on to the app because its terrible. How is it that I was on it from 10am Thursday and it didn't even let me log on.

@O2 Absolute joke! I was logged in well before 10am, everything was fine. Next thing everything goes down and despite constantly trying all day could not get back in! With o2 for 25yrs+ and never experienced service as shocking as this! Were there even tickets in the first place 🤔

@O2 This is outrageous. What absolutely abysmal service. I don’t understand who has purchased the tickets as at no point was I able to even get into the app or the website. You have lost the trust of so many consumers.
