I am surprised they reinstated it, they were complete idiots when I worked for them 11 years ago and it’s sad to see they’re still the worst UK network by a country mile. In total I’ve attempted 6 calls to them and only had 1 person who actually gave a damn

    @O2 I’ve been waiting since December for someone to get back to me on a bill that has been looked into apparently 3 times , I’ve since made a complaint that no ones returned my call a week ago and was told 5 days for response … still nothing

    @nirave @O2 Mine was within the 14 day cooling off period, after I'd spoken to them I Iost signal so I had to call again and they had terminated my contract 🤬
