    @O2 Just awful, have a travel bolt on, valid for another 20+ days, bill on new cycle and NO WAY of seeing how much data is left now. Too scared to go over limit with data roaming as you'll charge me a fortune. Not good enough.

    Finally got through to @O2 customer service on the phone after about two hours. Utterly useless. Couldn't help one bit. Couldn't help with verification. Sim card has gone in the bin. Lost customer. @Ofcom needs to sort them out.

    @O2 @Marty201023 Is anyone at @o2 awake? No customer service at all. Literally the worse network. I had a problem with Three and it was dealt with in 10 mins on their Live Chat.

    @ajgbarnes @O2 don’t they have a price-cap anyway (certainly ee and voda do) so you could set that to 0,or low. So at worst would just stop working. You could get an esim to top up if needed. that being said crazy to not have a way of checking

    @O2 It's been over a month since my number was compromised and my account closed. I've received conflicting information from different teams and still have no resolution. This number is linked to all my essential services. I deserve answers. @OmbudServices @CommsOmbudsman
