    @O2 can you explain how you can charge someone £5 a day when abroad when they have data roaming off (phone also shows no data used in that period), make no calls and send no texts and have a £0 spending cap? Also never receive any text from yourselves about any roamaing charges

    @liamburrow @O2 I was on holiday when I purchased them, booked my flights as soon as I got my confirmation email just expecting the charges to come through in a day or two, nothing came out and tickets never appeared!! Absolute shambles from @AXS_UK

    Never had issues with @O2 before but for a fortnight calls are not going through or I miss important calls. Website says a nearby phone mast isn’t working but whats the fix time? 😩

    @O2 can you explain why a phone won’t connect to 4g abroad when mobile roaming is switched on? Always have the same problem abroad, makes no sense, tried resetting and turning on off
