    @O2 why is it that your 4g does not work! Had a power cut and the signal switched to 4g and nothing loads whats the point? normally run on 5g

    @O2 My phone keeps losing network and WiFi- I need to use it for my work and work around the country so I can’t keep losing the signal! I have to reset the phone to get it working again

    @EnglandRugby @allianz_stad @O2 No issues with team didn’t need wholesale changes! Clever by Borthwick giving HA another chance because if he dropped him that would be it for his career. Like the back row very mobile. My only issue is Ford still being in team rather than Finn ! Finn is the future

    @O2 there is no worse company or worse customer service than O2. My son simply cannot find a way of stopping letters saying he owes money. He even went to the shop last week, she simply phoned CS and put him on phone in shop. Utterly dreadful. He wants out but can’t, DIABOLICAL

    @O2 Yes but why does virgin media going down affect us on o2 mobiles? you should resolve this as you will loose customers

    @O2 No I could not check as the 4G would not connect. Since been told Virgin was down at the sametime so that may have caused the 4g issue.
