@GabrielleNYC @jamesrbuk No? They're places you go to to actually see touch, smell things before you select something to buy. Amazing concept. No delivery service, you go there and walk in. Anything everything available. No maps either, signal on @O2 was shocking 8n hilly terrain. It was fab.

@O2 why does my phone say I have full 4G yet I might as well have no signal at all, I looked on your site and it give me some BS about spectrum, I live in an area with a few villages and a small town, not alot of people. How can you justify charging so much for unlimited data

@saj_anderson @ubereats_uk @O2 I've had similar problems with Carphone Warehouse. It rears its ugly head sometimes. They say "Royal Mail database fault, get your building reclassified as residential" I say "No, sort yourselves out". Happily doesn't affect voter registration etc.

So you split with an abusive partner and when trying to sort the finances, speak to @O2 to see how they can help you not pay for him anymore. Their solution? Contact said abuser and sort it with him otherwise you're stuck in contract and have to pay
