Enough is enough, @O2. You put my bill up 10.7% in April yet I’m getting woeful 4G signal wherever I go (even with full bars). Everyone I know with a 5G ready phone has no issues. Stop gaslighting everyone and just tell the truth and start refunding for your lack of service! #o2

I tried to be amicable, @O2 but both your staff and call centers, like your network, are beyond a joke. I have registered my complaint, wether your staffer took it down won't matter. I recorded the joke of a call, got hung up on, thrice I might add. You now have 30 days.

  • ToonNeil Born n Bred !!! 🖤🤍 (@ToonNeil) reported

@O2 @02 simply not good enough! Your signal coverage is shocking. I'll be leaving to @EE as soon as I can. So dissatisfied with your service.

  • adyf44 Ady Fearn (@adyf44) reported

@O2 I’ve upgraded a couple of weeks ago to a 13 Pro. Today I’ve had a pop up message on my phone saying 4G calls have been disabled. I now have no signal and unable to use my phone. Why has 4G been disabled?

  • Nettwerk Nettwerk (@Nettwerk) reported

@rhianna_joseph @O2 Otherwise yes death certificate should be enough normally-tweet limit makes it not very clear-they were completely rigid & unhelpful to a dying man & his panic stricken wife who thought a quick call would resolve it. Issues went on after he died as hasn't had time to update deets

  • Demetriiuz DEMETRIIUZ (@Demetriiuz) reported

The #CommonwealthGames starts in Birmingham this month. And if you're on @O2 then don't expect to be able to use your phone in public as the bandwidth here SUCKS
