    @O2 - I’ve been with O2 for 16 years. I now truly regret this and will be leaving O2 as soon as I possibly can. Please - if you’re reading this & are unsure whether to join O2 …don’t. Really don’t. The customer service is so far past awful I don’t know what word to use for it.

    @O2 as a new customer, is the My O2 app ever up and running properly. After eventually managing to activate it this morning the app is “being worked on” as an error message!!
