Only been on the network today and I'm leaving tomorrow and moving elsewhere. 2mb download as top speed and no WiFi calling, even though it has always worked with EE. Should never have left

This should be easy but 3 attempts later currently not happening. My wife now has 2 phones and both numbers don't work. Fix it

Emily Morritt (@EmilyMorritt) reported@O2 how long are you going to put this off? 3x I’ve waited weeks for a manager to call within 48hrs. 25/11 I’ve waited for the fraud team to contact me within 28 days. All you’ve done is send me letters, affect my credit score & hung up on me. Worst customer service imaginable

It processed with my current number but, whilst O2 website clearly showed 6mth £0 airtime deal (I have a screenshot of this!), o2 claim it doesn’t exist….spoke for 1.5hrs to 5 o2 staff - Help, Not sorted!
