    @livscloud @O2 I do agree camping is an issue but I think majority of those camping are camping for the VIP queues, and they wouldn’t benefit from the early entry for being the first 100 as they already get it

    @O2 I've been waiting for a replacement refurbished iPhone 16e since 10 July. Your agent says a complaint was raised 25 July, but I was never notified. If the exact model is unavailable, why not offer an alternative?

    @O2 when is the mast issue going to be fixed that affects BR49LX. Been going on for weeks now, all the updates say is that it will be fixed soon, weeks isn’t soon.

    @O2 I've not had any signal since the 5th Ive had a couple of service status texts as I signed up. This not acceptable. Being a female alone I need my phone to be working when I'm out of the house. Will I be refunded for this poor service? Please respond.

    Network service from @O2 has fallen dramatically over the last few months. It's absolutely appalling in central London. Once my contract expires I'm off. Unfortunately I still have a year and a half left and they've said it'll cost over £234 to break the contract. 😡
