    @unfortunatalie @O2 Ooo ok, well on some Dell Latitudes, if they have one it'll be a slot in the battery compartment but you have to take the battery out to see it. Of course this is all moot as it really should be @o2 sorting their **** out

    @O2 is something wrong with Signal??my boyfriend is on giffgaff which runs with o2 and he hasn’t been able to use his data for the past two days??

    @unfortunatalie @O2 They're all useless Nat. When I bought mine they had an offer for a free galaxy watch. To redeem it you had to have proof of purchase dated up to 31st Jan, I ordered it on 30th and they sent me a proof few days later dated in Feb.... Took weeks of calls to get them to fix it!

    Been an @EE customer for 10 years, closing down my account today because they wouldn't credit for lost service. Anyway I'm sure things will be better with @O2

    @O2 upload data zero mbps download data 1.5mbps in Colwyn Bay. Yet still showing as 4G. Very poor.
