I think @O2 electronic voice recognition on their customer service is probably the worse I have ever had to deal with #epicfail on the other hand the actual person I spoke to was great and sorted the issue #brilliant So now off to @VodafoneUK on new deal

@O2 I wasn't able to tuck into a free @McDonaldsUK on you. 💔 The self-service kiosk rejected my QR code and then I was informed by staff that you need to place the order through the My McDonalds app. Alas, I couldn't download the app as my mobile signal dropped. #O2Priority

Has to be said, while @O2’s customer service is mostly awful and borderline incompetent (their twitter team aside, they’ve always been lovely), today is a whole new level of broken. They can’t even take money today (payment systems down).
