    @O2 you keep sending me letters saying I've missed a DD when I've never missed a single payment in the 10 years I've been a customer. When I call CS they say to ignore the letters but I've just had another today saying you're taking legal action?! Please can you help? Many thx

    @thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 They are the worst company ever for customer service. You should see the online forum. Everyone in it can’t wait until their contracts are up. Losing customers every day. No one ever get anyone who understands them when they call

    @thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 I left Three after a data breach. Their service was abysmal & couldn't care less. Insult to injury was someone screaming down the phone that I owed money when I paid everything in full when I switched. Awful company.

    @thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 Been a customer since Blueyonder days in 2000. Got worse since Virgin sold out to yanks. I can’t wait for my contract to be up and leave without penalty. Hubby has been with Sky TV since the nineties - never once had an issue with them.

    @thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 I was with them 10 years when They decided to charge me £1000 using phone abroad.. when I had my phone switched off… never used it. Never again!! I too had few accounts with them. Worse customer service.
