@O2 Why is it impossible to speak to one of your advisors? I wanted to complain about the coverage. I'm paying for a service I don't think I'm receiving, I have 6 months left on my sim only contract. I'd love to cut it short, but I'd be charged the remaining.

@O2 guys you really need to work@on your customer services, I have been trying to get a number swapped since last 4 weeks and just been on call for last 45 minutes, explaining the problem, repeating personal details to 4 person and could not take it further…sad

@O2 I’ve had no signal for a over a month now. I’ve been told that a mast was taken down, other masts have been boosted but still no signal. I have a bill due for a month where you’ve provided no service. Can you tell me why I should pay it please?
