@O2 can someone please update me on the mast issues YO11 3EA. Ongoing for nearly 2 months rarely able to get a signal or make calls. Received a text to say aerial would be fixed by 28 Sep - it hasn't been.

Dear @O2 receiving 3 automated calls in less than 4 hours to tell me I’m late paying my bill in the middle of the current economic nightmare we are all in just gives unnecessary stress. It’s never not been paid and will be paid today so please stop bullying people

Jeez @O2 what are you like?! You ask me to complete a survey. I leave some bad feedback on certain aspects and I'm told someone will get back to me to discuss the issues I've raised. All sounds good until your staff reach out to me spelling my name wrong. #o2MustTryHarder

@littleredpizza1 @O2 @EE I live close to denzel gardens / devisdale and there is an acknowledged problem with EE I’m this general area when you speak to the phone shops. They have a postcode checkers

@O2 @O2 I’ve tried all the self help as per guide and also been to the local o2 shop and they have helped as far as they can. You replied to my original message and I’m still waiting for an email response? I’m not going to continue to pay for a service that doesn’t work!
