@O2 I’ve just been on the phone 4 32mins 2 try & pay my bill, I finally got through 2b told .. we r now closed & there is nothing he could do .. then the person on the phone deliberately started 2 say that I was being rude & when I asked 4 his name,he put the phone down #disgrace

@davmcj @O2 You’ll see loads of us with the same issue and O2 seemingly don’t care. Spoke to someone today after being ignored on here and got told it’d be done by 6pm today. Nearly half 9 and still no switch over.

@O2 poor service from you, after a lost phone last Friday, simswap on Saturday, still unable to make or receive calls or messages 5 days on, seriously, really poor service!!!
