I've spent 20 minutes on @O2 website trying to get a PAC code. It's not clear. Can't do I by text it seems because I've got more than one SIM, help and contact options takes me round in a loop. What ethical reason could there be for making it so hard?

@O2 25 minutes on the phone. Hung up on 3 times by your stupid robot, transferred to 3 different departments only to be hung up on AGAIN because you're "experiencing technical difficulties" all of a sudden. This customer servicr is SHOCKING
