    @O2 Hey O2, thanks for being prompt for sending out a jiffy bag, to poss repair the battery on my Samsung, that is 4 months old! On the phone said they said it could take 10 day to fix, strange you let your customers face with no phone! Im sure you'll still charge for these days!

    @O2 hello I just tried to call 443448090202 and cannot get through. I am on pay as you go. And am trying to get to see calls I made last week. With numbers and call charges. Please help
