    @O2 How many complaints do I need to put in to o2 before they stop selling my late dads account details to companies which then phone me asking to speak to him! And to think I’m an o2 customer myself, not for long!

    Hi @O2 I just called support about my number port. Was told all ports are delayed but can’t say by how long. I asked if that is likely to be days, weeks or months. The answer was “it won’t be months”. So, could be weeks? Meanwhile, no contact or MFA number available. Not great.

    @O2 @JEALWI Good luck with paying off your device, I’ve been trying to do exactly that for 4 weeks, latest today, 45 minutes of being passed about from dept to dept by staff that have no idea what they are doing. Shocking customer service, the worst I’ve ever experienced
