    @O2 @virginmedia Oh no. Time to leave O2 I think and been with you since cellnet. Virgin Media have the worst customer service and everyone I know who had virgin media had problems with them saying they owed money when they didn’t, they even mis-sold me a contract - twice.

    @virginmedia @O2 Already done that- might be nice to inform customers of the problem or post this on your website rather than when checking connection it says there’s a problem with your router😬 very poor experience

    Oh dear @O2 Joining with @virginmedia - not your finest decision. Your prices and service were becoming a joke even before then. £27/mnth for what most other Networks charge £10 for. Looks like it's time to bin O2 after all these years

    @DeviousPL @virginmedia @O2 This seems to be a completely incorrect allegation. I have been using virgin media cable broadband since 2011 and never had a deal-breaking issue.
