    @virginmedia utter shite. Wifi outage to be fixed by 1:05am, updates to 2:05am, now its 2:35am with no updated fix time. Though im not surprised, its virgin media, they're always ******* going down. @O2 though, no ******* signal in my own home FORCING ME to buy an eSim. Pathetic.

    @Happyengland79 @O2 We are in the exact same boat. Been waiting since January and had a nightmare getting through to any of them! Only refunded last week after we contacted morning live and they contacted o2. Worst company EVER

    @waynetuckwell @O2 It's honestly ridiculous. I've given up on them now I don't think they'll fix it. I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.
