    @O2 I cancelled contracts with you 5 months ago. Why are you still taking money from my bank. I’m furious. Can’t get through to you. You have basically stolen nearly £150 from me and I want it back and an official apology. Issued written complaint, and iv been ignored as well

    @O2 ect is it when you try to order either via app or online once you've entered everything and scroll down to pay it defaults back to home page this is very frustrating when you want to upgrade

    @O2 Your hold times are absolutely abysmal. I received notice that you’re increasing tariff, told you I wanted to leave within 30 days; but couldn’t complete due to recent address change. Was on phone for an hour and was told someone would call me back in 7 days. Never happened.

    I’m absolutely not renewing my contract with @o2, just before you announce a ridiculous increase in phone bills, you wanna match it with the worst data possible. My data got so bad, I had to switch on my US sim
