@o2 why is it, as an existing customer of many years it is impossible to get in touch by phone, social media of recent and chat. They only way to get in touch quickly is to make out you’re a new customer through chat and bosh! You get an o2 rep straight away!

@pidricpotter Do you just rock up to them and ask for a deal then? My @O2 deal is terrible compared to what EE offer. I pay more than anyone I know and don’t even get unlimited data. Plus reception is terrible when I tour.

@Ofcom @O2 Yes,my issue is that O2 aren’t fixing their fault,I just keep getting text messages to say they are working on it.But they are not.I use for personal and for work,so a big impact.O2,have you sent engineers to fix yet? Plan to fix, what part etc.. nothing from them specific

@O2 After my recent experience with your sales team I might have to switch up to a different network. Like most businesses in this day and age you don't give two hoots to the common customer.
