    @O2 I have now spent 7 hours over two days trying to pay my bill. I have been transferred 6 time - each with an hour long wait - and each one the wrong department even though I am allegedly dialling the right line initially. How has your customer service gotten so bad recently?

    @O2 No signal in the N14 area for nearly four weeks - and no recent response from you. No live chats and 45+ mins waiting on a landline to get through. Surely someone must know what's going on - and despite your last message about glitches this is beyond a joke.

    @EnglandRugby @owen_faz @O2 The problem is that the rfu got rid of Eddie too soon, can’t criticise borthwick, so need someone else to blame, cue owen. Leicester coaches stolen. Stupid stupid stupid

    @O2 I have tried again through out the day and it’s the same, it is a card I have used before, also I put in all the details again just in case. Plenty of funds on the debit card so that’s not the issue

    Beware when you are connected to retentions @O2 & @o2businessuk I was mislead into a contract I am unable to break. I thought they offered the best contract for the customer but, the reverse is true.

    @O2 is o2 just taking money now and providing zero service.. all I here is people complain about the signal non stop.. think there is 13 people on my watsap chat with o2 and all them complaining never get a signal…

    @O2 May I add also 5G data is just about as useless in Manchester City Centre. I use the Virgin Media Mobile network. Its been appaling since the switch over pretty much!

    @O2 @JessieJ @O2SBE How come your service is worse then 3, I thought I was coming across to better connections and 5G. I’ve certainly been duped and disappointed!!

    @O2 I have tried logging on via laptop & phone, always says wrong password & never sends text with passcode, gave you everything tried ringing 02? No one ever answers so I’m trying to pay you so will post you a cheque
