    So, the @TheO2 app is **** and just closes down AND the @O2PriorityUK app does exactly the same. A common problem methinks, and not sure they actually care 🤬 @O2

    @O2 👋 why for a sign up as a new customer do I have my phone line turned off, number ported over & 7 days later no physical SIM? A customer service who can’t figure how to authenticate without a SIM? do you specialise in bottom tier customer service and failed technicals? #crap

    @O2 my sim keeps saying it’s invalid and the mast close to me is down it has been allday and on and off the past few days I’m a monthly customer this is no good. What service am I paying for? #02 #Simnotworking
