    @O2 I have multiple devices from you. One of my most recent devices has a different payment date to everything else. It's impossible to get in touch with you. However you have been very quick to tell me my payment is overdue. Please help ASAP.

    @O2 I mean, that doesn’t really answer my question? You admitted to local press weeks ago that there was a major issue in central Harrogate, and it clearly hasn’t been fixed?

    @O2 hi O2, I have an issue with calling on my phone. When I receive a call, or trying to call out, I can hear them but they can't hear me. Been like this for over a week and anywhere, i.e. not just my home. Anything I'm doing wrong? Settings are on for everything, 4G calling too.
