    @PaulDooley17 @O2 3 is **** and for cheapskates. You get what you pay for and O2 gives the best signal. Going on my third phone with them next month with iPhone 13 Pro max

    @O2 Pretty much, but essentially he never got a text telling him he was limited like we were on arrival in EU! Plus, nothing is showing on my data used when I check app so I don’t know how much I have left

    I've never had so much trouble with @O2 as I have now. They don't know how to treat people with learning disabilities. I am disgusted the way they are treating my son

    @O2 disgusted with your customer service my dad is getting emails chasing £488 that you took out of his account that you shouldn’t have because of incompetent staff dealing with the issue incorrectly. He’s 79 and so stressed with it all

    @WAFCWill @O2 Exactly the same mate… whether it’s in Wigan , Blackpool , Manchester or Liverpool. Always shocking service. Hardly any signal !! Poor service
