@O2 the worst customer service in the uk. We have 5 contracts with 02 we can’t wait to leave after such bad experience of calls dropping and no customer service . After 20 min in hind calls drop.

@O2 why is it every month the 'My O2' app tells me I've paid my bill when in fact I haven't. I spoke to customer service this morning who explained that the app always says 'Paid' 3 days before payment. Why do this? This doesn't help people to manage their finances. Sort it❗❗

@O2 hi I’ve had my iPhone for less than a year and it is not working well at all, the battery dies extremely quickly and unless I put my phone on speaker I can’t hear the person on the phone at all, this is just unacceptable

Hi @O2 how do I stop my paper Bill's? Your shops cannot stop them, your lovely call centre people have tried their best but I still receive them. I don't have anything to hide but I would like to contribute to saving the planet!! Please help
