    @O2 I have never ever had such poor service with zero help from o2. New phone delivered on 30th unable to transfer sim due to an issue with order been promised ten different dates for it to be sorted, helix and complaint tickets to now be told will be another 10days….. shambles

    @virginmedia @SIGHTLESSDG @O2 Where I am, your service has gone down over large areas for days at a time. I'd have expected a company advertising a smooth service to use a more resilient network architecture.

    @O2 I left EE for o2 last week on Friday 2nd Jan, the rolling sim plan doesn’t work so told to go to contract yday my o2 app still doesn’t work, I can’t access anything for 8 days now , no one over the phone helps , I have been in tears to 5 different people today, please help!
