@O2 hi, my O2 eSIM in my iPhone started this morning with No Service, I’ve tried rebooted, and even reinstalling the eSIM profile and still No Service. Can something be reset on the O2 side to get me connected again?

@O2 Hi @O2 - like many people tweeting you with the same issue, I have tried this tips and visited an O2 guru. The quality of your network has deteriorated and i’ll be leaving O2 in the next couple of months. No point being with O2 if you can’t provide the basics.
