@Starlink Literally had to leave @O2 whilst in contract penalty free. Outside of London their network is so congested that the only way I could use it was by dialing VoLTE/WiFi calling and only using 3G. Was piss poor.

@johnsub40 @O2 @MartinSLewis It's laudable really I'd prefer if they where more honest and just said "actually sir we couldn't give a **** about you but we do offer insurance for £x" I'd be OK with that as at least I know where every one stands

@O2 hiya I've tried to cancel my contract on my o2 today, and on live chat but it got cut off. I've requested my PAC code, is this enough for you guys to take as 30 days notice please? If not can you put it down as I am leaving please.

@MartinSLewis Family of 3😩Wouldn’t mind so much but @O2 #CustomerService is appalling as is network coverage. Only positive is given me the nudge to move finally
