    @Happyengland79 @O2 Shana, literally the exact same here.. reported it 3/4 times over the year said it was a mast problem, still nothing done!!

    Used @o2 satellite up at @Beamish_Museum and was able to send and recieve texts and also whatsapps... No signal on EE so relied on o2... well done.. (this was on a iPhone 17 Pro Max)

    @O2 my SIM has been deactivated early before my replacement arrived. I was told I’d keep service until I inserted the new SIM, but I now have no signal at all and cannot call support. Please urgently reactivate my old SIM

    @O2 You didn’t look into it for me though. You told me you only deal with virgin media landline, tv and broadband, not much point in contacting you really. 0 help.

    @O2 You can always tell in my area it's a Bank holiday we get a crap mobile phone reception and hardly any Data speed sort it out @o2

    @O2 can someone please call me in regards to unlocking my account 'we've locked your account for security purposes' why? I havent logged in since I paid my bill last month. I call to get it unlocked and the call gets cut off twice! And to top it off signal is c**p!

    @o2 and @GreggsOfficial the savoury for a pound never seems to be available these days jusy take it off the options list. Feels like a scam
