    @O2 For the third consecutive week, your data service in the IG8 area has dropped off after an upgrade to "unlimited" / spending literally £100s on top ups last month. Last week it was down for days, then "fixed" for about 3 days & gone again. Do you think this is a good service?

    @O2 Hi, I appreciate that you are busy but to be on hold this long and being on hold 3 times and the last one being for 40mins is totally unacceptable, I never got to sort out my problem, he took my payment and out me on hold! I need to get this sorted today #unacceptableservice

    @ToniTeeTones @O2 You and me both. The network has gone to 💩 and no interest in fixing it or telling us when it’ll be fixed. Taking profits for the big shots and not giving a toss for the consumer base covering their 6 figure salaries. P!as poor.
