    @O2 3 days on and still having issues. Tried to cancel an order and was told it will take 24hrs, Iver 24hrs later and still can’t upgrade?!

    @O2 Why is my 4G so slow it’s unusable? This has been going on for the last few months except my wifi is now down and I basically can’t access the internet.

    @O2 trying to request a PAC code and its comes back saying there is an issue processing the request, so I call 202 and I get put in a queue to just get cut off, any help would be appreciated

    @O2 There network is shocking in my area they have told me there has been a problem 3 months in a row and that’s why my signal is rubbish yet I went in as a new customer and it says the signal in my area is strong surely this is not legal

    @O2 I’ve just been scammed into compromising my O2 account and the scammer has ordered a new iPhone 13 to be delivered to an address in Nottingham. I’ve immediately phoned 202 to report the incident but I think O2 may have been hacked as the order hasn’t been cancelled.
