@thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 Aye when the bb is working. Thousands all over UK have had problems with that and intermittent wireless. Thank goodness we now have FTTD here now - neighbour has a Scottish provider for BB. They even outdo Virgin speeds and are at least £15 cheaper. Scottish Cust services too

O2 phone and text service has been shocking in my area (GU35 8..) for last couple weeks. Apparently faulty mast. Lots of local folks complaining on FB, WA and Twitter. How long does it take @O2 ?

@thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 My eldest had a similar experience. It took him phoning to cancel to actually get a decent deal. Appalling customer service leading up to that

@thedogman_918 @ThreeUK @O2 I’ve been with O2 for over 10 years and the last two calls received from them ended up with me getting a reduction in my monthly payment! They were seeing if I wanted an upgrade! So helpful and great signal always

@O2 is priority broken as the offer for a free coffee at Greggs has been showing as no longer available/ voucher used for last week or so and I have definitely not ordered a coffee. Priority used to be so much better as at least you were guaranteed a free coffee each week at Nero

@O2 signal in Preston city centre today non existent. Only been with O2 for four months and spent most of that time dependent on Wi-Fi networks due to little/no signal in various regions. Even EE gave better coverage than you and they were bad as well!!!

@o2 the incompetence of your reps is shocking. I have been trying to resolve a simple number transfer issue for 19 days with almost 20 hours on the phone. No one seems to be able to do their job. Avoid O2 at all costs, unless you want to deal with terrible customer service.
