    @O2 Terrific customer service today in the O2 shop at the Trafford Centre. Donna helped this old luddite update his contract with you. She was brilliant. So many people only comment on customer service when they've had a bad experience. I wanted to let you know about this.👍

    @O2 we have had no service in our area for 4 days now and showing we will get an update on 31st January. Apparently a mast is ‘out’. Will we get a discount on our bills?

    @O2 Hi , already checked network and been told there’s an issue with a mast and there looking into it , get a daily msg saying the same thing

    @O2 so disappointed with my new business phone contract. Nearly had the phone for a whole week and still no data when I’m not using wifi. I’ve been with you for over 10 years but will definitely not be going with you ever again. Terrible customer service from my.plan as well.
