    @Airtel_Zambia I see a huge gap in the market. And if a reputable western company like @vodaphoneuk or @O2 enter the zambian market they would destroy airtels market share based on customer service alone. airtel chooses 3rd world countries for a reason as it could never operate in the UK

    @O2 Your service has been terrible this weekend “apparently” a mast is down in my area, yet you’ll still charge me the full price on my bill even though I’ve barely had any service, and I’ve not had a single 5G signal yet I pay for that too!
