Imagine your disabled child accidentally leaving his WiFi off and using all his data only to be told by @o2 that you need to pay a small fortune to add him a bolt on 🙈🙈 they go from bad to worse . Get me out of this contract

Seriously @O2 have a bunch of spastics working on their web chat. I placed an order the SIM card never arrived and ******** **** asks me what the sim serial number is.

@O2 Your payment system will not accept my payment. I have paid by direct debit for decades. I have called you 4 times. 2x customer services have promised the payment team will call me back, they are never available. I am receiving threatening texts from you for non payment
