    @O2 I am tired of using your My Network app to report no service, only to get a "Our network monitoring system hasn’t currently identified any issues at this location" SMS back. There is NO DATA in AL5 2RU - the centre of Harpenden town - for several months. It needs fixing!!!

    @MJJHunter @O2 This is how I’ve been recently, I’ve been to a few major cities in the UK and just have no service anywhere it’s ridiculous

    Honestly @O2 are dreadful, mess around with the payment of my bill YET again which I paid and my services STILL aren’t up & running it’s been over 24hrs? Not to mention the customer service team being absolutely useless.

    @andycomfort @daviddunninguk @O2 I used stand on a bench in my garden to get a crackly signal. (28yrs ago). Now, my neighbour stands outside my house shouts very loudly all his business details I feel his pain,home WiFi,WiFi calling its the same crappy signal

    @bombdiggy__ @O2 If I’m not on the wifi in most places, I have no signal and they tell you to call when you have no signal but how can you call without signal?? Mind games
