    @O2 absolutely discusting service, cut both mine and partners phones off despite me paying my bill on the 11th and my partners not due until the 23rd. Cant ring them either as they've restricted both our phones!!!! Waiting 2 hours for someone to message me back on the myo2 app.

    @O2 That feels very “It’s your own fault love, deal with it!” which is fairly dreadful on your part. I just don’t understand how @SkyUK can offer me a much better deal & there’s no reward for loyalty as a long standing customer with you.

    @O2 This is the third day without signal again today or just one bar. There’s issues with a mast in the area, but this is approx the third time this has happened in the last few months. Why does it keep going down? My postcode is BL3 3JN.
