WHY is the phone signal so crap along most of our national rail network? Seriously, @O2 , major cross country route from Newcastle to Plymouth, no signal on most of it. Thousands of people every day.

@O2 must have the worst customer service. Phone I got was crap and the store thought there was an issue, sent it back with tracked 24 on Thursday and now saying it’s not being delivered as they’re not accepting parcels back so I can’t even get my new phone I ordered in store yet

@O2 Hi o2, interesting this. When I get an email from you to say ‘upgrade early on us’ the truth is you HIDE the remaining to pay in the next upgrade tariff. Very poor and lies. I have £36.70 left and over 36 months all tariffs are £1 a month more expensive. Deceit!

@O2 so I’ve used the network checker and it just says the network can be busy in this area and recommends using wifi. If I do that I have to connect, disconnect, close down and restart apps when I pay money for an iPhone 13 pro and a decent amount of data I’m not sure this right?

Changed from EE to o2 because EE couldn't do a new deal on my s21 Ultra. Going with o2 was the biggest mistake ever....the signal coverage is shocking its so bad!! EE is far better but what can I do 😭 @o2 @EE
