    Avoid using @O2 for your phone! Issue raised over 5 months ago and still not sorted. So much for O2 Priority. Look elsewhere!

    @O2 I'm trying to cancel my contract however it says to call a number. The issue being I have been unable to call or receive for over 4 months hence why I want to cancel my contract. Please advise

    No internet coming upto 30days from your service, three attempts for a technician to call us for no call to ever be made, and now just been hung up on by your call handlers. @O2 what's going on why can't we get a technician or even our internet sorted? All calls are recorded.

    I got tickets for today to ariana but I'm having a panic attack, I didn't realise how steep the nosebleeds section is. O2 staff said they couldn't help me. Is there anyone at all who can help? Even lower down in the nosebleeds is fine, any help would be ok 🙏 @O2 @TeamAriana

    @O2 I’ve travelled all over the place this year and I’ve just started noticing how frequent it drops off. Motorways, town centres, the whole area around my house. Not something I had issues with before but this year it seems to be getting worse

    @O2 Tesco mobile use O2 as there signal carrier ie Tesco piggy back off O2.

    @O2 I have never been with another provider but your lack of signal and data is criminal. For what i pay monthly i shoukd expect a service....shocking

    How poor is your service my O2 app Been trying to upgrade for over a week all I get is an error message tried going through 202 that was about as useless as your app One more attempt failed in going to EE truly peed off with it now @O2

    @BelfastGiants @O2 I know it's been less than 24 hours, but i wonder how the jersey sales are going in comparison to previous seasons... 👀I'd guess they haven't gone well. Still time to rectify these poor decisions. White jersey is fine, the other three, horrible... Giants logo HAS TO BE central
