    @mckeown_ryan @jodielouiseart @O2 Was with them for like 15 years, left this year to go to EE. Couldn't get signal in my house had to go up the garden to make a phonecall. Get signal at Villa Park on a match day with EE 💪🏼

    @O2 Don’t worry now 3 weeks no service and apparently you were calling me 3 days ago? Gave number again yesterday….. still no call.

    @O2 It's not the SIM card. I've tried an o2 PAYG SIM and had exactly the same. I get normal service in patches, so right now it's fine. If I go 1/2 a mile up the road, it's gone.

    @jodielouiseart @O2 Jodie - I’m the same, I’m done with @O2 (been with them 12 years, won’t be renewing) - you’ll get a message saying check their network coverage, when you do it will say excellent coverage blah blah, my phone forever says 4G yet won’t load scrap all, same with the standard signal.

    @O2 I’ve done that before, and then you told me to email you, which I did, then I was told my connection was fine blah blah blah but it’s still terrible

    @Danieloopspedro @O2 I’ve got the same problem. Even have a message from them in writing to say I’ll be compensated to be told on the phone no I won’t, still take my money regular though for a service I clearly can’t access. Proper jokers mate

    O2 very weak mobile signal in Sheffield S11 now for over 1 week, cannot use phone in doors, only out doors. Come on fix it, else move to another provider. @O2 #o2v

    Has anyone else been just getting hit with this from @O2 for the last couple of weeks?? 🤔 Think they may have just given their customer service department a couple of weeks off!!!
