    Made 7 (Seven!) calls to the @O2 contact center AND a visit to store. Still no further forward. Been told I need to send an email. What happened to personal service? All I need is a jiffy bag to return a phone and a promo code for an enhanced return. Pretty simple, no?

    @CoralBnes @O2 Try to return this colour if possible. It has bad feedback that the colour fades after a while. It’s a new colour and it hasn’t succeeded

    @O2 what's going on with your 3G network? When my phone drops from 4G to 3G the service doesn't just slow down, it dies completely.

    @O2 @Bullring if there’s no extended Christmas return period - most stores have this in place for this exact reason - and to be told I can’t return it at an O2 store local to me within the timeframe because it’s a franchise - which I wasn’t aware of?! Please help me sort this.

    @O2 so 1 week later my husband still has no service 2 weeks since he got his new iPhone 14 that he can’t use he has had 3 esim packs now and still not working so apparently it’s down and not working but your company still keep sending them out and you blocked his sim on iphone10

    @O2 please can someone call me! Enough is enough! I can’t believe how incompetent o2 have been and I’ve had enough! And if this is how you treat your new customers it’s a definite no no for me
