  @O2 any ideas when the mast is going to be fixed in ME13 8TN Faversham as my grandparents are without any phone signal, this has been for 2 weeks now! She can receive a message but not send anything? We have tried everything.

  @O2 As an O2 customer since 1997 I was disappointed that my Samsung Tab A6 couldn't be reset to factory state. I lost the email and password and hoped the O2 Shop in Macclesfield could have handled my request, but they claimed the tool required was broken.

  @O2 I ordered my new phone yesterday morning and so far @DPDgroup_news have let it sit in the Liverpool depot all day with their customer service team saying it's been held up by an unknown cause and might come tomorrow. I'm absolutely fuming!
