@dodo_1980 @hughesclaire39 @O2 Yep totally agree , signal is awful, says I have 4g or 4g+ yet nothing loads , and they're getting really expensive, but like you said they don't charge aboard , when my contract is up I'm going elsewhere and will just pay the roaming charges , works out alot cheaper

  • DebateMate1 DebateMate (@DebateMate1) reported

  • BrianMa63080971 Brian Martin (@BrianMa63080971) reported

@O2 Yes - and you have done NOTHING. I have issued Country Court proceedings against O2 to recoup the money your deliberate negligence has cost me, have made a formal complaint to the CEO of O2 UK and will make formal complaint to The Ombudsman in due course.

  • DayLafai DayLafai (@DayLafai) reported

@O2 @Apple Id rather have signal but apperently your mast is down and no idea when its going to be fixed. Maybe time to cancel my contract since you are breaching your own ToS

  • markiehill Mark Hill (@markiehill) reported

@Jaime_Rivera With O2 in the UK i need to go into the store to collect a new e-sim or wait days for it to be posted out to me. Insanity and I feel totally deliberate to clamp down on sim swapping. @O2

  • dodo_1980 Dodo 1980 (@dodo_1980) reported

@hughesclaire39 @O2 We only stay with them as they’re the only ones who don’t charge abroad! Such bad signal at home, and seems like it’s ever since they joined up with Virgin!

  • BrianMa63080971 Brian Martin (@BrianMa63080971) reported

Hey, @O2 - WHY have you cut my service off when the Ombudsman has ordered you to pay me compensation? I am getting pretty sick of this and will continue to name and shame O2 for your lousy "service" until this is addressed. RESTORE MY SERVICE!

  • JamiePayner22 Jamie (@JamiePayner22) reported

@hughesclaire39 @O2 Same as me , there're really expensive now and signal is awful , when says I have 4g or 4g+ and yet nothing loads up , but like you said they don't charge abroad but when my contract is up I'm moving network and just going to pat the roaming charge, still save loads

  • mobsy69 Omar Nadhmi (@mobsy69) reported

@hughesclaire39 @O2 Couldn't agree more, the coverage is really bad, I'm thinking of switching network
