Lauren. (@LaurenDenny2) reported@O2 my phone number was disconnected on Thursday and was reassured numerous times it would be reconnected within 24 hours. 3 days later and it still isn’t reconnected. I’ve been advised to call 202. How when the network is still disconnected?! Very disappointing service!!!
