    @O2 your app has been absolute garbage since the @virginmedia account integration, it’s a nightmare to login and payment options consistently fail to work, I’ve been a customer for many years but it’s this kind of nonsense that makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

    @arokorol @O2 One of two possibilities: Your phone connected to an errant signal from a Palestinian mobile tower in the West Bank. You are lying and were not actually in Ben Gurion Airport when you got this text but actually travelling in Jerusalem or to an illegal settlement in West Bank.

    Imagine having a broken payment system that doesn’t allow people to pay bills (send login email, then it loops, that really really ******* annoys me!), and then having an automated payment line that closes at night! @O2 is a ******* joke! An hour of this bullshit!!!

    Hey @O2 – unbelievable Srvc. Requested eSIM via ur app last Thrsdy. Physical SIM dactvtd, eSIM never works. Chat sent me to phon support, phon sent me to store which says “eSIMs are problematic” and thn sent me away for lack of physical ID (in 2026!) @MartinSLewis
