    @O2 you really need customer service training. Being told there’ll be no refund on a service that has been unreliable for a month and looks like it won’t be fixed any time soon is appalling. This mast in IG6 needs to fixed urgently now.

    @O2 Hey guys. What the hell is the issue with the signal around the centre of Edinburgh. Particularly around Waverley Train Station? Been weeks now, with little or no signal. Pathetic service.

    @O2 really regretting my decision of staying with you. My 4G service is appalling everywhere, Stoke-on-Trent, Manchester, Blackpool, Wales etc etc. What is going on?!!!

    @O2 No, it had picked up the local network called “Movistar” but no data available for 3G/4G. Is there a setting that needs to be change for the data? #O2

    @O2 Hey thanks. Shows full signal for my post code. We have 5 o2 devices in the house and all have same signal strength indoor and out. Dropped calls lack of data speed?

    @O2 Yes, can make calls and texts. No issues, only cant use internet at all. In fact it doesn’t even show that 3G/4G Availability.

    @O2 It’s happened in multiple areas, no signal or internet it’s beyond a joke. It’s been happening for over 6 weeks now. I pay £85 for a terrible service, why would I have to pay for this contract any longer?
