    My coverage with @O2 is absolutely shocking and has been for weeks. Can barely connect outside of my own home. Can't even login to my O2 to complain because theres no bloody coverage

    @JohnnyFocal @O2 Bit like my EE phone when I went to Wembley stadium last year which has EE plastered all over it. Couldn't get a signal.

    @kaznyemh @dbcxptures @O2 When I was in Cornwall the other week, I got really good signal, in fact I got the fastest speed test done using mobile data that I’ve ever had.

    @MissNads22 @O2 @EE claim to be the best network, if not because I have a broadband at home, people would have thought I live up in the mountains and had to go outside to get a network 😭

    @O2 It isn’t just my area. I travel the three counties of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. The network coverage in all these areas are suddenly poor

    @O2 Oh no this was different. Everytime I spoke he put me on mute. When I asked him to relay what I had said he couldn’t tell me. He was putting me on mute and not listening. Your entire service has been absolutely shocking since the merge with Virgin. Can’t even get signal

    Is there anyway to submit a complaint to @O2 via email? Their online form doesn’t work and I don’t have hours to sit on the phone and go over something that I have already spend hours on the phone dealing with.
