    @o2 ‘sigh’ I have been trying to use the app, but each time I enter my email and click Forgot my Password, no link comes to my email. Your bill did. Can u fix it.

    @O2 absolutely terrible customer service! New phone vanished on transit. Call Centre NO help. One week and counting! Disgusting. Avoid o2!

    For anyone having an issue when ordering the new iPhone from @O2 when trying to use switch up and the upfront cost is showing as what you fully owe for the phone you need to get to the basket page before it actually updates to just the £1 upfront cost, obviously getting to the basket page is proving difficult but it does update to £1 once there

    @jcrrn_ @O2 I got the same and I managed to get to the end of the checkout essentially. Had to call, they had to cancel the order and put it back through

    @O2 Yes, I would really like to waste more of my time trying to get through. Either your website team are all off on holiday, or they need sacked. Shocking service. Now no doubt the delivery time will be several weeks.

    @O2 what an extremely poor experience. Got to checking out the iPhone 17 Pro Max and as soon as I hit payment, it timed me out and redirected me to another queue. Then the queue paused for ages, when it resumed, the delivery date is now up to 3 weeks. 😒😒😒 #o2 #iPhone17ProMax

    @O2 3/3 …. Now left with no phone debt agency and default for something that could of been resolved in 3 weeks …. I urge all to get away from o2 I was loyal customer spent fortune and soon as I’m vulnerable they say ******* and stick it to you …

    @O2 so as someone who never uses on average 2gb of data I was advised my 10gb was used in 15days and interesting 4gb, your customer service advised me, disappeared completely in 1 night, and you couldn’t give me any answer. I’m really rather concerned my data can disappear 1of 2
