@O2 Factually incorrect - I did not miss out as the codes weren’t released! it seems maybe O2 had a problem as the offer is now finally live and there are codes available!

  • watfordthebear lynda kennedy (@watfordthebear) reported

@O2 Day 4. And after paying a premium yesterday to your insurance company (for a SOFTWARE issue) and being told the new phone would arrive between 8am and 9pm - no show. No messages, no texts. Spend about another hr tonight trying to speak to someone. Nada. You are a disgrace.

  • watfordthebear lynda kennedy (@watfordthebear) reported

@O2 I wonder of your CEO knows how appalling your service is. I don't imagine I'm the only customer who has received such shoddy service. Your revenue is in excess of £6.2bn. You can afford it. Or is it profits before people?

  • chriswebbwhisky ChrisWebb (@chriswebbwhisky) reported

Very disappointing morning speaking with @O2 . 18 years of being a loyal customer and best they can do is £1 a month cheaper. Time to look elsewhere.

  • sparkplug223 Michael (@sparkplug223) reported

@O2 Yes I have done this, but the numbers change each time so it doesn't matter. It's a systemic issue.

  • JennyWr44141296 Jenny Wright (@JennyWr44141296) reported

@O2 hello, is there a way to raise a complaint? My dad has been the victim of a scam call and you are refusing to help him. Saying it’s his fault he answered a call that automatically added £30 in to his o2 Bill.

  • Burkey_balls Les Burke (@Burkey_balls) reported

@O2 #thieves Yesterday they take £1000 from her bank account and do you think that we can get through to customer service?? Like hell we can Totally disgusting that company’s can operate in this manner

  • FreyaGray12 Freya Gray (@FreyaGray12) reported

@O2 please when changing sim cards and account just let us go in stores, customer service is a nightmare as never understand it

  • tigs_hh Harriet Hill (@tigs_hh) reported

@O2 @DPDgroup_news 7 mnths pregnant waiting for my phone to turn up. Only for delivery not to ring the doorbell (which has a camera). I have no working phone so how am I meant to contact hospital/midwife in an emergency? Do you have any idea how stressful this is. I WAS AT HOME.

  • sparkplug223 Michael (@sparkplug223) reported

@O2 Any chance of O2 once and for all addressing this rampant cold calls? I am getting 3 every morning from randomised "mobile numbers". Surely there is a way to introduce checking if a certain device connected to your network is making 1000 calls an hour, something could be up.
