    @O2 please can you have a look at the last direct message I sent and get back to me you said yesterday you’d look at it asap ! It says on the O2 bio flick you a message if I need help so that’s what I did thank you

    @O2 I have randomly lost all phone signal mid telephone call and 2 hours later it hasn’t returned. I need my phone tomorrow for work and currently cannot use anything or make or receive calls/ send texts without being connected to wifi. Bill has been paid- can you help please?

    O2 have cut off my service. I have had no service since 24 September. Nobody from @O2 have given me a reasonable explanation. So.. I will not be using my phone anymore. It’s going to remain switched off..
