    @O2 I was misled by o2 customer service shop- told to pay off device to upgrade and you don’t sell 12pro max anymore, was asked for id and passwords. Wasn’t given 5G SIM card please contact me as I have paid alot of money when I shouldn’t have had to

    @richypowpow @O2 I had this problem. They closed at 4. Their shops and online chat didn’t even know they closed at 4 lol

    @O2 why have we had no 4g coverage in our area for weeks now? Your website just says the area is busy but there has never been an issue before. It's not just my phone effected either

    @O2 And they are even busier than busier than usual today, 30 minute wait times? Your website doesn't work. Page keeps going blank. Really really poor. Wasting my time.

    @O2 After being a customer for a number of years, and never missing a payment, i am highly disappointed with the customer service i have received over the last 2 days. Quite shocking really.

    @O2 really really frustrated and angry! Got a message to say my airtime was overdue and would be charged late payment - I have not changed any details or my bank account so why isn't it working? When I try to access help online the webpage goes blank! What is going on?! #help!
