    just had another scam call from someone pretending to be @O2 as soon as I mention scam and @Kitboga they said bye and put the phone down, morons. @O2 seems to be getting more common

    @TalkTalk Done that. Asked me to connect the laptop to router via Ethernet. Still waiting for outcome. School work to do, important emails with links to open. Awful, practically non existent mobile coverage as @O2 are useless. And now no internet. We rely on internet for calls & messages

    @O2 any chance you could sort out the network issues in the Reading area, I’ve done the self help guide you keep telling people to use and I’m fed up of resetting/ aeroplane mode my phone.
