    @O2 recently switched networks to you and haven't been able to use my phone since! Spent the last week trying to sort it out, spent 1hr &30mins on the phone last night to customer services, put through to the wrong department twice and then got hung up on! Great service..

    @virginmedia @O2 You dont quote a VM customer of 20+ years a price and deal and then say oh no you cant have it after deal is done. Look at the livechat with 'Bry' around 10am my post code is hp2 7pl and number 143

    @O2 I've sent them an email but have also sent further emails to add to my complaint via O2 complaints email. I've received a letter saying that I have made a voluntary payment towards my contract which I have never agreed to. This needs fixing now and my phone needs to be returned

    @O2 no network for the past 2 days. Cannot work. Cannot contact customer service. A broken mast every 2 weeks and 4+ days to repair. It’s a joke. Def not renewing contract.

    @virginmedia @O2 Virgin Media how about prioritising fixing broadband issues!!!! I work from home and haven’t had internet access for 5 days now!!!! Using my phone data as hotspot. The dropped calls from your service desks and also of your engineer not turning up when they should is a shambles 😡

    Appalling customer svc from @O2 on the phone lines. Have been bounced around their phone system by various operators for 55 mins an unable to discuss my contract issues. Apparently there is a connection prob. Better warnings could be given on yr site. May leave after 15 yrs

    @virginmedia @O2 Shame your customer service is so appalling. Charging cancellation fees when people move into a property outside of your network? Wow, seems like you need to improve your network coverage to 100% of the country or you need to review your policy of trying to rob poor families!
