Think I’ve given up with @GreggsOfficial , silly you can’t use money on the Greggs app if any of your order has any free items (like @O2 Priority) - and it’s a service you top up with real money !

Well now, after Ryanair’s hopeless performance yesterday, @O2 have seen fit to switch my 80+yo mum’s (non-smart) phone to ‘emergency calls only’ the minute she’s arrived, meaning if she was here on her own in Mallorca she’d be very much up the creek. No texts, no calls out or in.

@O2 I'm abroad and I've just got a £125 bill for 20mb of data when I accidentally turned off aeroplane mode. Who do I need to contact to either get this cancelled of make a complaint? Due to the above, I'm obviously unable to call...

@Yorksims @giffgaff @O2 Sadly as GiffGaff use the O2 Network, of which O2 and Vodafone 'share' masts. GiffGaff won't be able to repair a mast and will just continuously fob people off saying the 'network is busy', when in fact it's an infrastructure issue. Fix the mast issue and the network will be fine
