@O2 2 years now since I switched, multiple support tickets, many failed promises from you, and I still don’t have my Volt benefits because “my account is not eligible”. Well it’s been eligible from the @virginmedia side since day 1. This is beyond pathetic.

@O2 what the hell is going on? On the @c2c_Rail train have full 5G signal yet can’t stream a song on Apple Music without it buffering. This really is a basic requirement now and you can’t do it….. by far the worst network in the UK.

At this point, after all of the frustration & anger I've gone through because of @O2 letting me down, I'm questioning if it's time for me to go to another network provider..... How is it fair for me to not enjoy @PokemonGoApp when I can't even get a signal on #raidday ?
